Great menu with plenty of options from bowls, bento boxes to great sushi. The sushi was great, fresh, and well made. The price is right here and is perfect for everyone. Even though it can be crowded, the line moves and the food comes out fairly quick. Highly recommend this place especially for sushi.

Fantastic little place. The food is great and the service was good. It took a little time to be served but that is kind of expected since the place was really busy. The ambience is fine. Pretty cozy and chill this is a good place to go as a group or for a date. The food was great, there is a lot of options. From all sorts of type of Asian food. The food we had was well cooked and well portioned. Highly recommended place. Would go again.

Come here once a week for lunch and have never been disappointed. Portions are fair and great quality. The bento boxes are great! Updated 12/2019 Still come here frequently, staff and food service still Great. In TnT roll is awesome!

BENTO has always been my go to sushi place. We love the Volcano Roll and the Crunch Roll, and the poke bowls are also always good. I’d recommend everyone try the volcano roll! My friends have gotten the Boba Teas and really enjoyed it.

We tried the Bento branch in winter park and in UCF. The UCF store is wider. our sushi takes a while to be served but that is alright. There are so many toppings compared to the winterpark branch. otherwise all are the same in terms of service, accessibility and ambience.

The atmosphere nothing crazy, a bit too fast food vibes, but the poke was great, the miso soup too and it quite cheap as well.

One of the best asian restaurants I have been to. First of all the provide a good amount of food for a very affordable price. My boyfriend and I ordered the katsu chicken and the pineapple sweet and sour chicken. I definitely recommend the katsu chicken and it basically taste like an asian version of chicken tenders which is delicious!! The environment felt very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Definitely will be coming back!

Some people put pictures of the food before but it looked so good that by the time i took my phone out i was already stuffing my face with my order. I got the shrimp pad tai and my wife got noodle bowl and spicy tuna roll. The portions were good and the food was great. You get what you pay for and let me tell you that it was worth every penny. Great selection and prices as well.

My friends and I love this place. The fried rice from here is one of my favorites, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The place is always clean and busy, which makes for a great place to hang with a group of friends and eat some amazing food. I have friends that don't live near here, and every time they visit they practically beg me to bring them to Bento. Easy 5 stars.

Great atmosphere, amazing food, good times.

Food is delicious, I had the red curry chicken over noodles. Not much of a wait for our food but the line to order gets long during the lunch rush. Inside is big with lots of seating but the music is a little loud if you plan on having a conversation. There is limited outside seating which is shaded and nice in good weather.

First time eating there. It was mouth watering delicious. I had a vegetable stir fry with chicken and added udon whole wheat noodles. It was a small serving, but I couldn't even finish it. The blend of the spices were excellent. Looking forward to eating there again.

Bento UCF staff are the best!!! I have been going there at least once a week since they opened and I have always been so impressed with how kind everyone is that works there. They are always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. I love the food-special mex rolls, edamame, sushi combo boxes and boba drinks are my faves! The location is always clean and service is fast. Go check them out!

My absolute FAVORITE place of all time. I am so happy I was introduced to this place by a friend because I really crave it all the time. The poke bowl is excellent. There are so many combinations you could do and the prices is good considering the quality of everything is truly top-notch. They use real sushi-rice unlike other places and their salmon, tuna, and crab is always fresh. I am constantly recommending this place to practically everyone I know and no one is ever disappointed. I LOVE BENTO!

I've heard many wonderful things about Bento and decided to give it a try. This is now my new favorite sushi place. The staff was friendly and the food was so good. I got the bamboo sushi plate, and it was perfect. They also have Boba teas, which is always a nice treat.

A delicious burst of flavors from every bite. Bento does not disappoint. I have tried a variety of their rice bowls, noodles, sushi and boba teas. The Pao Pao chicken has become one of my family’s favorite bowls. I also recommend the Sriracha Garlic rice bowl. There are some alternatives for the rice. You can choose from white, brown or fried rice. They also have Tofu and other protein options. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. The Boba is delicious and affordable.

This place is awesome for a quick lunch. The chicken pao pao will easily fill you up and it tastes delicious. The customer service was great and clean. Definitely try this place out the quality is worth it for the price.

This location is across from UCF and they manage the flow/crowd so well. The line was to the door when I walked in but I only waited maybe 10 min. My food arrived at my table 10 min later. Great service! Keep it up! Yum!

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened, but I started seeing bad reviews, so I put it off. I finally ordered take out for my daughter and me and I was NOT disappointed! I was lazy so I wanted to use a delivery service, but the last order ends at 9:30PM. When I walked in to pick up the order, it was bigger than I expected and the bar area was really nice. I noticed that they have happy hour, but I never get out of work early enough to take advantage. My daughter & I each ordered a poke bowl. We had a certain amount of protein, toppings, sauce, etc. when my daughter created hers, she only chose 3 toppings, so the girl who took my order offered to double any 2 of the items!!! We were so excited and we savored every bite. We were not able to finish the whole bowl, so we had enough for leftovers.

I’ve visited this location many times. The food and service has always been great. I love their tofu. I got lo main noodle with vegetable stir fry. It was good as always. I will definitely be coming back! P.S. if you check in on Facebook, they give $1 off.

Great food and my new Asian favorite. The rice bowls are filling and the Bento boxes are huge. Many vegetarian options; they will sub tofu on most meals.

J

I really enjoy getting the spicy cream chicken rice bowl and adding tofu. The portions are very generous, the staff are super friendly and the tables are clean. Highly recommend coming here for Asian food.

I am a HUGE poke bowl fan and having a place where I can completely customize my bowl is absolutely fan-freaking-tastic! Not to mention Bento has a nice wide variety of toppings and sauces to choose from which means I'm never eating the same poke bowl twice! Plus they also have boba tea here which I'm horribly addicted too! XD My only real gripe is that this Bento is literally located right across from the main UCF campus so as a Valencia student I have to plan carefully to avoid the UCF lunch rush. The food though more then makes up for the wait time whenever it does get busy. :3

Great sushi - quickly! For the month of October, their special roll was the "Zombie roll" (pictured here). A great combination of flavors and textures in a visually appealing presentation. I'll be back next time I visit UCF!

Is that a Sushi in your pocket.. or are you just happy Sashimi?? Uhh anyways.. lol Had some Bento delivered on this Friday and a good one at that! Got the Large Sushi Bowl - Tuna, Salmon, Spicy Tuna Toppings - Edamame, Jalapenos, Wakame (seaweed salad), Spicy Cucumber, Wasabi, Cucumber Also has pictured is a Jasmine Milk Tea w/ Boba The Proteins and ingredients were fresh so there will be a Round 2 in the future!

The lady who took my call-ahead order was very friendly. We was recommended to call ahead about 30 minutes early so that we don’t have to wait. And when we got there, the order was ready. Good pick up experience.

I visit here a lot either by myself or with friends after work and it’s always such a nice environment. Peter, whom I’ve usually seen at the register, is always so kind and quick to offer help or answer questions. It definitely sets a nice tone every time to be greeted warmly and he really makes you feel welcome! I also have been served by Mike and he is also wonderful and kind every time I’ve been here. They both do an incredible job with the service here and the food always tastes great! I’ve been to multiple Bentos, even ones in other cities, and this one is definitely my favorite. Everyone here does a great job keeping the restaurant clean and I’ve had consistently great quality every time. I always order the same two things (the tofu katsu bento box and miso soup), and it’s always delicious. If you want a place to just relax, this place also almost never full or busy in the evenings so it’s great for relaxing with a meal after work or class. Thank you both for making this Bento my favorite and for making it such a joy to eat here every time! I’m looking forward to the next meal!

Very cute inside and bathrooms are always clean. Food not only looks good, but it tastes great too and is fresh. I would recommend the Bao Bun! Service is always good when I come in here too. Staff is fast and are always kind. It can be a little expensive, but I think it's worth.

This is one of the few places in the UCF area where I can enjoy a meal due to a gluten sensitivity, always going for a rice bowl. Those give you the most for your buck based on portion size and quality. Always have the tendency to show up after an exhausting day of classes with friends. Their yellow curry is ABSOLUTELY the best, hands down.

I

Delicious and fresh. If you like sushi, I recommend the Sushi Combo box, it's very filling and you can get three rolls. If you prefer something else, try the Teriyaki Box. And definitely order the Krab Wontons. You won't regret it 😋

Quite a unique restaurant that has good food but is quite expensive for the value and portion sizes. The egg rolls were decent but didn’t have too much extra flavor although the sauce was tasty. The poke bowl was the star of the show with decent quality ingredients and a unique noodle base instead of the traditional rice which was much appreciated. Since ordering with a server, the scoops of protein was not much and even at the largest sizes was still quite lacking in portions for the price of the bowl.

V
Veronica

Great flavors and nice variety, but the price for the amount of food is too high. 2 rolls, 1 bento box (that didn't have a lot of editing options), a side of noodles, and 5 dumplings was $70...

K
Karlie Huynh

20 minute wait time during their less busy 5:30pm Tuesday. Regular milk tea tasted just right with chewy and not over cooked boba. Likely honey boba and not white sugar. For the size of the bowl I think 12 dollars is okay. Rice was cooked correctly. Crunchy and salty string beans. Right amount of orange sauce. Chicken pieces are a bit big in my opinion. I love that the chicken is battered and not breaded. Miso soup had very little tofu and the one piece I found was a bit purple (this is the second time this has happened to me at Bento, not at this location, and only at Bento). Overall good deal.

A

Food was fresh. I went in at 7.30pm on a Tuesday night and the place was packed with a line. Definitely inviting to a young crowd. The food is pleasing for a group of college kids or a large group to please multiple pallets but if you're looking for authentic, this is not it. This place is VERY AMERICANIZED. Also, the boba pearls were undercooked in my drink which throws off the texture and killed the enjoyment for me a bit. Other than that, my dish was decent and even better after it got cold overnight.

R
Renee

Reasonably priced and flavourful food. I love their shrimp fried rice and both this location and the one in Fort Lauderdale. I can say their cooking style is consistent based on that. I’ve gotten the Bulgolgi rice bowl and it had an odd powdery taste- it might have been the seasoning

C

Ordered shrimp pad thai, chicken vegetable stir fry bento, and jasmin milk tea bona. Good: nice selection, fast service (food) Opportunities for improvements: 1. Food is too salty: green beans, chicken stir fry 2. Pad Thai is a bit too dry, should add some sesame oil to prevent noodle got sticky. 3. Jasmine tea can reduce a little sugar or offer customer whether normal half sugar or no sugar. Overall definitely better than Taipei101.

F
Fernando

I have been to Bento many times and just once I had a bad experience, which is described in the end. Things to remember: 1. Food good. 2. Price good. 3. Drinks not worth the price. I got there not that long before closing, and the service was terrible. They were slow, did not bring the right order and took too long to fix. I just asked for a tea to go with the meal, and the tea came wrong after I had already finished the meal. The food tastes good, but never ask for a drink because the price is not worth it.

***update*** After giving it 1 more try, I will say the system worked much better. I was able to come in and my food was ready. I just added a little extra time. Food was as ordered When I Ordered online it said pick up in 30 minutes. I arrived after 40 minutes but still order wasn't ready. It was a decent meal, but I would rather be able to customize it more. Little greasy too.

Good experience on a Friday night around 9:45pm. Had the Korean steak bowl with white sauce and it was very good. Good quality though a little pricey all things considered. I think I'd spend my money elsewhere for the price. Took a little while to get it out to us, but the person that brought it out was very nice. I was astounded at the sushi prices and opted against it for that very reason. Two rolls would've been nearly $30. I'll pay that or higher when the quality and ambiance isn't a bunch of college kids. All in all, not a bad experience. Good, but pricey food.

S
Scott Hood

The food is pretty good. Lots of variety. I enjoy watching them cook although you can see the stress in their faces. The problem I have is a fast food place trying to be "fine dining". You can't let customers customize everything. It takes forever to cook items if customers can customize everything on their plate. You can see that in the reviews here. The poor cooks must be losing their minds. A fast food place can't be doing that. They need some staples like every restaurant that is "you get what you get. no we cannot customize that". Like making fried rice and lo mein in bulk batches. Not customized for every customer that asks. It isn't fair to the employees to try and keep up. I can't imagine being a new employee. Be good to them. Give as much help as possible or they're going to sink in this place. Talk about the stress involved. My parents own a restaurant I worked in for years. So it comes from experience. All in all. I would recommend this place. Don't customize everything and the food will come out hot. If you customize everything it will take more time. With the way, this place allows customizations… It’s going to take new employees a good 6 to 8 months to get settled. That is unfortunate.

Great food, great people and great prices! After a long day from the Disney parks we wanted something quick and close to our hotel. The food was fresh and great. Only downfall is that the food comes out at different times, my moms came out 20 minutes before any of ours, but they just need to adjust that in the kitchen.

It is my son's birthday, so the meal is his choice. This year he wanted something close to home, without fuss but it had to be good. He recently had tried Bentos with a friend & wanted us all to try it. Bentos is in a plaza across from UCF, sitting amongs other food places, so the parking can be sparse. We lucked out and found one right in front. As we entered I noticed the masks required sign, social distancing markings on the floor, the staff all wearing masks & hand sanitizer dispenser by the register. The tables were not separated enough but we chose a table for six closer to the door. Honestly, most people who came in after us were keeping distant or odering to go. We ordered at the register, we advised that it was our 1st time and she was nice and very patient. She showed us the different options, sauces and sushi. We ordered Mongolian beef & shrimp, with lo mein. Mongolian chicken with lo mein, pau pau shrimp white rice bowl, pau pau shrimp with lo mein & sushi combo box. The food was bought to our table pretty fast. It was all really good. I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of veggies, cooked well. Pau pau sauce os spicy, sweet, creamy. The Mongolian beef and chicken is really good. The sushi is fresh, flavorful and awesome. We will return.

J

chill, casual place to get nice panasian food. when you go in you get a big, flat two-sided menu that's not too overwhelming. i went for the custom poke bowl and was very pleased with the amount of fish I was given. one of the people accompanying me went with a yellow curry rice bowl and was a little displeased by how much curry there was vs the amount of rice (the rice was completely saturated with sauce). another person with me went with the sichuan bento and thought the lo mein was a bit dry and bland. overall, we all were satisfied but there was definitely some room for improvement.

O
Oscar Lopez

I was in Orlando on a work trip and ended up being recommended Bento by a coworker. Had the Cali rolls, which were good. They weren't great, though. Still, I'd go there again if I wanted quick sushi and had nowhere else to stop. The green tea boba is what I ended up liking the most. I'd definitely return for one of those.

Normally this place is fantastic both food and service wise. I have been going since Bento opened and today was a meh experience. Popped in at an off time around 3pm for a taro milk tea and didn't have it in my hand until around 3:40 something. Not precise times, but it took over 30 minutes. On top of the rediculous wait it wasn't purple and didn't taste like taro at all. If this was my first time getting one at Bento I would believe it, but over the years a taro milk tea is a regular attractor for my wife and I. Maybe they changed the recipe since my last visit. They did offer to remake it for me, but after waiting so long I didn't want to add another 10-15 minutes to my wait. What I got wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I was expecting based on previous visits. Still leaving four stars because the large majority of visits are flawless and I am extremely happy with the establishment.

Ordered two Boba Teas (to go) and waited 12 minutes. Yes, we are patient; however, we found it odd that two staff members were filling sauce cups—already had a container filled with cups so obviously not a pressing need, therefore, one team member could have stepped away to make the Boba Teas. I understand staying on-task but why keep customers waiting especially for drinks to go. We sat at a nearby table, observing. The associate at the register took 5 orders and when she was relieved of that duty, went on to prepare Boba Teas. Note: someone else (other than the two staff members filling the sauce cups) greeted guests at register. Not very efficient customer service and, not the 1st time this has happened when there are quite a few staff members present who can lend a hand... but do not. ** Delicious Boba Teas! ** ...sooo many BOBA Teas! Update: Dined in... meals are tasty, nice variety.

T
Tony Lin

The food is definitely overpriced for the quality you’re getting. It almost never comes out hot, always room temperature. I ordered chicken katsu and for some reason there were small leftover pieces that they put on the rice. It did not look like it was from the same piece of katsu. The appetizers are pretty decent, but $7 for 4 small pieces of Krab Wontons is a bit too expensive considering most Chinese takeout places charge the same for 8 large pieces. The service was nonexistent but it is a fast casual restaurant so that’s expected.

B
Barb C

Good food, nice clean place would have given higher rating but the delivery of the food was unusual. There were four of us dining and Instead of bringing the food all out at once so we could all enjoy the meal at the same time they bought my dish out first, three minutes later they bought over the second dish, three minutes after that they bought the third dish and the final fourth dish came out four minutes after the third dish had been delivered. Maybe it’s because the crowd is mostly a college crowd. But I was taught to wait and eat when everyone’s food was at the table so my food was cold by the time all the meals were at the table.

B
Being Journal

All staff were friendly. The food was OK. A little pricey. It is a fast casual Bento box.

J

This was dine-in, but this location is not what I'm used to. I was ready for hot sake and plum wine annnnnd NO. They had a grab-and-go "cooler." Fast-food vibes.

N
Nashalie M

Not a bad place and they're location gives them alot of business. It's a nice little spot. Very similar to the many build your plate type places like Chipotle, blaze pizza, panda express etc. Aside from the Boba teas that they sell. Location was clean, line ran quickly, food was Asian American but overall great tasting, prices were a no go for me (a bit on the pricier side for the amount of food that you get). Not a place I would make a trip to revisit for the food but maybe just for a Boba tea here and there.

M
Marianne Mistretta Futo

It was just ok. Too pricey for the amount of food and even more importantly the quality of food. Not sure why I tipped for what seemed to be fast food. I placed my order at a kiosk and had to get my own silverware. I guess when you are done eating you just leave your tray and garbage on the table and they clean up. That was a plus, multiple tables still had garbage on them by the time we finished.

G
G Kim

The teriyaki chicken was slightly burnt. Service was good and fast.

L
Lisa Slakman

Average sushi. As usual, our orders came out at different times which makes it difficult to enjoy your food if someone in your party is sitting without their food for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, they took away the student discount which is one of the main reasons we would go there. Even though they do military discount, we won't be back.

S
Steve Nichin

My wife is a big fan of Bento so this was our 3rd location we visited together. All locations as this one were clean, similarly designed, moderately low volume levels, however very sterile feeling and I’m not a fan of the self-serving restaurant model, as I am the cook at home, going out and paying to do for my family what I do at home, granted I’m not cooking, but I go out to take a break from my cooking responsibilities at home. The food has always been on point.

J
J D

They ran out of ingredients for half the menu in mid day, so the selection was pretty limited. What I was able to order was very good though.. This was my first experience at Bento.

E
Ethan and Hailee Handel/Bernard

My wife ordered the general tso chicken for me from here. I love the dish when I get it at other restaurants, and,I have to say, this is the worst general tso I’ve ever had. The chicken had no flavor, and the fried rice was inedible. My wife loves the sushi from here, so I’m sure we’ll be going back. However, I’ll never be ordering that dish again. I have always had pleasant experiences when I pick up sushi for my wife there. Staff is always friendly, and food comes out quick. But from now on I’ll stick to eating at the McDonald’s next door.

I got a rainbow roll, and the pieces of fish were absolutely tiny. And it just tastes okay. $12. Horrible pricing for the value. Miso tastes pretty good but there wasn't much tofu or mushroom slices. Noodles were cold even though it was dine-in.

It’s ok. Like a McDs of Asian food. Slow but friendly service, young and noisy crowd. Weak sushi (light color salmon, missed 1/2 of the ingredients I ordered, mostly rice with little flavor) and miso soup (more like miso yogurt-way too thick). Though I was happy to find a Hefeweizen on the shelf, wasn’t a fan of the Funky Buddha.

Food is NOT the star at Bento. Chicken is 90% breading and mostly dark meat nugget at the center. Food is not hot, it’s only a bit above room temperature. Veggies under seasoned. Plus it will set you back 2.5x more than some classic Panda express. Come here for a boba tea and app , only (in this reviewers honest opinion)

Employees were very kind, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. It's been a while since we've been to this location and it's very unlikely we'll be back. The place was filthy, all the tables and seats were dirty/sticky. Soda machine wasn't working. Food was just okay - not worth the prices, and not worth returning.

Went here because it was close by my hotel and suggested by my hotel. I asked for authenticity. This isn't that, so if you want that, this isn't the place for you. It's a good spot for the college kids, atmosphere wise. Price wise, it was alright. I was not expecting such a small sushi roll, though. That's a bit odd, I travel a lot and have sushi every place I go. This is one spot I won't visit again, I'll need to swing by the McDonald's next door to ensure I'm full for the night. Oh, and don't expect cream cheese in a roll if it says it's included. It is the thinnest spread that you can't even see without opening the roll up. I had to do that to see if it was in there. Disappointing.

I write reviews to: 1. Inspire improvement. 2. Save consumers time and money by avoiding poor/subpar experiences. 9/10 times, it takes an extremely long time to recieve your food. Considering it’s an order at the register type place, that is unacceptable. After waiting nearly longer to get your food than you would at a waited restaurant, you end up leaving hungry. They are extremely stingy with the portions, especially meats. I legitimately have counted how many pinky-size chicken pieces were in my bowl a few times, and it’s been under 10. To make things worse, they charge extra for what feels like everything. I don’t eat mushrooms. I asked if I can switch out the mushrooms for more onions. They wanted to charge me for that. That blew my mind. I don’t get it. Poor business. I never leave full without spending just about $30. To give reference to size, attached is a picture of a poke bowl. 4ish pieces of chicken. Here’s for management: Be more accommodating if it improves a guests experience. All I wanted was more onions rather than mushrooms. Takes the staff 0% more effort, and cost $0 more on your end. The accommodation will never cost you nearly as much as it would to lose the customer. Simple business. LTV is everything. If diving deeper into my experiences can help improve the experience for others, feel free to reach out.

The place was filthy. I was surprised walking in to see the staff had not cleaned up the scattered dirty plates off the tables. The staff were friendly, but not attentive. I wouldn't come to this location again. There was also a strand of hair in one of the meals purchased. They all have long hair, why don't you require hairnets or beardguards? Gross.

The food price skyrocketed and the quality went way down. This used to be my go to but all the vegetables have had an off taste the last 5 times I’ve gone in the last 6 months.

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I got a small poke bowl, and paid $15 for rice, veggies and about 3 tablespoons of salmon! It is tasty but not worth it at all for the price. Also it was busy when I went, but I had to wait about 30 minutes for my food.

TL/DR: Restaurant prices for a fast-food experience. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. I hope this place turns things around and gets back to being as good as they used to be several years ago Recently visited this restaurant for the first time in a couple years, and it was disappointing to say the least. I used to go here a lot back in the day, and really loved it, but something must have changed between then and now, because the quality is just so much less than I remember. The service was pretty much nonexistant. It used to be like every other restaurant, where a cashier would take my order, a server would find me a seat, then the food would get brought out, and it would feel at least a little bit like someone was doing something for me. Now, instead, they've outsourced pretty much all the work onto the customer, and I had to put in the order myself on this touch screen menu, where the cashier used to be, I had to get my own numbered table sign, and find my own table, and wait for the food to be ready. To the restaurant's credit, at least they still had someone around to walk the food across the room to drop it off at the table for me, but when the touch-screen order menu asks for a 20% tip by default, for getting the absolute bare minimum in service as the customer, that's kind of outrageous. The food was incredibly disappointing, and I'm saying this as someone who remembers how good it used to be, so good that I used to come here all the time back in the day. The sushi rolls were small, they had this taste to them that I can only describe as "mealy", they went heavy on the cream cheese to fill the roll for cheaper, and somehow the soy sauce packets (they don't even use per-table bottles anymore) had sauce that managed to be super salty but still have no taste (like tap water, salt, and food coloring), which I didn't know was possible to do. If this was a fast-food style restaurant with fast-food pricing then I wouldn't be complaining so much, since it'd be expected, but when this restaurant is still charging sit-down dinner prices for this experience (10-12 dollars per roll, 16 dollars for "special" rolls LOL), this becomes pretty ridiculous. I could have paid the same amount of money to get more sushi at the local publix, and would have gotten equal or better quality, and the same service experience, and publix doesn't even sell itself as a sit-down restaurant. The atmosphere is the only thing I can give a passing score for, because the decore was still as good as I remember, albeit the place was pretty empty. Not much else to add there though.

I have frequented this location regularly over the last year, sometimes as much as 3 times a week. What once was a safe food option for me has turned into a gamble every time I go. This location has a major issue with portioning, especially to go—as I see has been mentioned here before. There are times my poke bowl looks like it’s all toppings and even then, barely even cover the bottom of the bowl. What’s the point of having a base of salad or rice when the amount you’re given ends up looking like another topping? Perhaps I wouldn’t be as upset at this if I felt the provided amount reflected the price. However, at $16.50 pre tax for a poke bowl, it is one of the steeper valuations I have seen. Even worse, they recently slashed the number of toppings you can add from 5 to 4. Let’s not forget the amount of times I have been given the wrong things. Wrong toppings, wrong bases, wrong proteins (specifically including being given tuna or chicken when I order tofu as a vegetarian). The service here matches the inconsistency of their food — including how short staffed they are at the front more times than not. One person to take orders with a line backed to the door is a recurring theme while other employees just watch them suffer instead of making sure orders are made correctly. I have spoken with support more times than I should have to, and I’ve finally reached the point where I just have no desire to go back. You can only be disappointed so many times by one place.

This place has a consistency problem with portions, either you get a good portion amount, or you get skimped especially with the poke bowls. This location also has an issue with items being on the menu, such as the poke bowl, I can always order a one protein bowl but rarely a two protein bowl which makes no sense to me. Not to mention a lot of the proteins will be out of stock with limited substitutes available. I really enjoy coming here when it's good but this location has been very downhill as of late, not to mention the staff and service is very hit or miss, which I understand but it can be frustrating from the customer POV. Update 2/26/2023 - I brought my review down to a one star due to BENTO continuing to nickel and dime their patrons. With poke bowls they now only offer 4 proteins instead of 5, on top of this while continuing to offer less and less on general portion sizes.

Head to Kyoto's or Oyishi for an exceptional dining experience! Unfortunately, Bentos left much to be desired. The prices were steep for the quality of food we received. My order, a Steak Hibachi rice bowl, lacked protein and featured undercooked vegetables. Even the sushi my wife ordered left us feeling unsatisfied; the rolls were minuscule, leaving us hungry. It's evident that the portions and food quality have seen a significant decline. In light of these issues, it's reasonable to suggest a reevaluation of pricing strategies. We won't be returning to Bentos. If the establishment aimed to match their prices with improved food quality, I believe they'd witness a significant shift in customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, it seems profits take precedence over guest experience. I implore Bentos' leadership to sample their own dishes and reconsider their approach.

What a disappointment. We just received our meals from here. The side of lo mein is literally slightly flavored dry spaghetti. I got a fried rice bowl with sesame chicken and shrimp on top. It's not bad but pretty bland. I mean, head over to Publix and get it there if you want taste. For these prices I expected way more. You guys are capable of *way* better than this, c'mon.

Cost saving changes have ruined this place. Steak is stiff and chewy, noodles are now cold and bland, they ditched green beans for unseasoned broccoli, they got rid of the glaze for the center dessert. Not sure what they are thinking but the bento box option has gone so horribly wrong. Get better meat and return to the previous items

Ok I am very upset while writing this review. They are always running out of something. Of the last 4 times I've gone they have been out of ingredients atleast 3 of those times. And keep in mind I've gone at different times of the day. Last time they were out of crispy salmon. The time before that mango. This time poke soy. Speaking of crispy salmon. The crispy salmon is a joke. See picture attached. They keep going up in price and the food get smaller and smaller. They are very inconsistent with their portion. The first few time I got a descent portion. This time it looks like a fish stick. What a joke. I asked the girl and she said there suppose to be 2 oz portions. Again what a joke. I paid almost $16 dollars for this. Very upset and don't think I will be back save your money. I'm going to go to bed very hungry tonight after wasting money

I love bento box I try multiple locations but this location isn’t it, food wasn’t giving lack of seasoning and flavors no utensil in the to go bag.

Saddest, worst poke bowl ever! $14 for a bowl of rice, 5 pieces of tuna, 3 tiny cucumber pieces, mango, and probably a tablespoon of carrots. What a joke! Would never recommend this place.
