I went with my wife for dinner to celebrate our anniversary at the restaurant located in Lake Nona. Katelynn took care of us, and the service was outstanding. We had a few questions about the menu and she explained everything in detail. She was also very kind and always greeted us with a smile. The dishes and drinks we ordered were exquisite. We will definitely be back, and we hope Katelynn can serve us again.

First time here but very familiar with the cuisine (dined in Istanbul 7 years ago, had their coffee ). Turkish Coffee gets 10/10: rich, deep flavor, sweetened to my liking. Their Turkish tea was very good too. I was to busy eating to take photos but my entree reminded me of my mom’s cooking (okra stew over rice ). I was told the lamb stew was very tender and well seasoned. Will be back

This is one of the best Turkish cuisine I have ever visited worldwide. I have tried their famous Lamb Shank dish. It is very tasty and juicy. It is even tastier than the words can describe. Not to forget the friendly staff and welcoming service seen at this restaurant. It is strongly recommended

The atmosphere, food, and service here is divine! Easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Shrimp Saute with cream sauce with rice and the bread is insanely delicious. If you are lucky enough to eat here, you’re one of God’s favorites! 10/10 recommend and be sure to ask for Youness. He gives top tier stellar service.

I absolutely love this restaurant! Bosphorous in Lake Nona is a hidden gem, and its location right next to Boxi Park makes it even better. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service was great from start to finish. We ordered the mixed grill for two, the chicken Adana, and hummus, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The meats were tender and well-seasoned, and the hummus was creamy and delicious. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality. This is definitely one of my go-to spots in the area when I’m craving something tasty and authentic. Highly recommend!

I loveee this place. Do yourself a favor and try the lamb shank. Hummus, babaganoush, lavash bread, pan fried zucchini, and kebobs all good. But if I could only get one thing and couldn't get anything else it would be the lamb shank. O.M.G. I am not easily impressed by how people make lamb but that was sooo delicious. Will definitely go back. They have happy hour, drinks were half off. Whoever the bartender is needs a raise cause they were definitely out here trying to make it a party with them drinks! Customer service, had a dope waitress--Fannysha (she also needs a raise). She was super sweet, great energy, and helpful! In general, got everything quick no long waits. Awesome experience! The atmosphere and decor was nice. I loved it and clearly will be back!

Great experience, I live a mile away and can't believe I haven't tried this yet! My daughter and I went at 9pm on NYE not expecting much since it was around closing, but environment, food and service were excellent. In my opinion, the best in the immediate Lake Nona area. Price and portions were also very reasonable.

The overall menu is easily understood, I only wish it has more pictures for those not so familiar with the Turkish cuisine. The price just right for the location and the amount of food served. Kelly was our waitress and she did an excellent job as well of the person at the door seating us.

Omgoodness here for work and when I say some of the best fried calamari I’ve ever had seasoned an fried to perfection! The charbroiled sea-bass skin crisped just how I like it I sat down not really hungry had a pretty big lunch but wanted to get something with the idea of taking most of it back to my room only problem I couldn’t stop eating. Jonathan my server was so attentive & friendly even the manager came out and check on everyone filling water glasses the sign of an effective and efficient ran restaurant definitely will be returning before my stay is over

Delicious. Big portions, the staff was incredibly attentive, the server gave us an extraordinary experience, a gentleman that said he was from Morocco, he recommended amazing food, drinks and was so cheerful we’d go back for that only.

Very nice restaurant. We ordered five dishes and we love all of them. The lamb shank is tender juicy and big portion. Lamb sisi kabob is juicy and tender. Islanders kabob is great too. The lava bread is a nice surprise. Love it.

Delightful experience! Tucked away in Lake Nona commons, this place was amazing. Great atmosphere to eat and hangout with amazing Turkish cuisine . Server was amazing! I tried the Ezme which was so light and refreshing and tasty. Got the mixed grill platter which came with all sorts of kebab and proteins and rice and vegetables and was delicious! They have some great selections of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Definitely a must try and will be back for sure

The chef even came to our table several times to personally check on us, which made the experience feel extra special for my birthday. This is my first time eating at this restaurant and I loved it! I went with my family and we all enjoyed the whole experience! We went for lunch trying to avoid the busy dinner hours. The food was excellent and the waiter was super friendly and super helpful explaining the options we had. We started with some hummus, Baba ghanoush and muhammara. All of them were excellent but the star was the muhammara! The entrees were as good as the starters.... chicken saute, beef kebab and chicken kebab... al fantastic! And of course the desserts were amazing! The restaurant is very conveniently located, and with plenty of parking space. The lamps are extraordinary too! Don't miss it! I highly recommend this restaurant! We will be back.

We visited Bosphorous with a pretty large group tonight. It's a beautiful restaurant in a fantastic location right in the middle of Lake Nona Town Center. The wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, and also very excited about some of the dishes. I was sold on the lamb shank before even reading the menu just from her description of it and it did not disappoint. So good! I did, of course, look through the menu and I definitely need to come back because there were several other things I really would like to try. They have three exclusive beers brewed by Crooked Can, a Turkish lager called Efes, and tons of other options including some really nice looking cocktails and a nice wine list (which includes some Turkish wines). This place is great! I can't wait to go back and try a few more things. Everyone in our party was very happy with the food and the service. It's a bit pricey, but in my opinion it is worth every penny. This is a top notch dinner experience. Pro tip: They only have one kid's menu item; grilled chicken skewer with rice. If your kid isn't into this, ask for the cheese pizza without tomatoes. It's basically a cheese flatbread.

Highly, highly recommend. Great atmosphere and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is fresh, tasty and unique. The stuffed grape leaves are the best I've had; tangy with a subtle sweetness I've never tasted before. The shrimp sauté in the lemon juice was amazing; fresh veggies mixed in and good sized shrimp. The Bosphorous Mule is the best mule I've ever had; infused with pears puts it over the top!

I ate here looking for some authentic Mediterranean food and I was happy I did. My bf had the lamb with sauce and I had the steak kebabs. The salad was good and so was the rice!

This place was great! I loved the manager Brandon. I've seen mixed reviews about him on Google, but I wouldn't listen. He is AWESOME! Very good service, very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable of the food and the area in Orlando. A true pleasure to work with and very patient with my questions about the menu. Some of the best food we've had! I'm Armenian and grew up with a lot of Middle Eastern Food and found it to be very very good!! Definitely my favorite place in Orlando to eat. 5 stars +++ all around.

We gathered with friends recently. This is one of those family proof restaurants that rarely disappoints. First win is, they offer filtered water which we always appreciate because that means the food should be cooked with filtered water as well. Staff was very nice especially one of the managers, who spoke to us in our native tongue to check if liked the wine we had selected. Food portions are great for sharing, tasty without feeling overwhelmed by the seasoning. We shared as a group: hummus with the bread I can never remember it's name LOL and the falafel appetizer. We shared a beef dish with rice and our friends had shrimp on a cream sauce. My only constructive feedback is, when serving Turkish tea ... more sugar cubes, please! And it would not hurt to make it a free-refill option as the cost should be comparable with soft drinks most likely. We have enjoyed it limitless at other fellow restaurants.

This was a great experience. Great food. GREAT service. We were a party of six, 3 adults and 3 youth. Things started off with being guided through the menu, which, as someone new to the restaurant, I greatly appreciated. Then after setting things off on a high note with the lavas and the muhammara, the fried calamari, and falafel balls, it continued to get better from there! the kids enjoyed the "cheese pizza" (I used daddy tax to sample it ... It was good!), the okra saute with shrimp was delicious. Portion sizes were almost enough for two servings! I enjoyed the food so much that I forgot to take pics. I'll be back ... A little chill was in the air but the day was beautiful. Stopped in to get my 1 meal for the day. The host and waitress was very pleasant. Decided to sit outdoors even with the little chill. 1st thing 1st, I love dogs but letting people bring non working dogs into a restaurant is not appropriate. All people don't like dogs, some people are afraid of dogs and some are allergic to them. If I was sitting inside my overall review would be different. My waiter was very nice and attentive. The food came out hot and warm in a timely manner. Everything looked fantastic. I did the sampler to get a taste of as much as possible. All the meats were seasoned nicely. And the vegetables were very fresh. The meats included Lamb and Chicken cooked in various ways. The meats were placed over a fragrant rice. The bread was outstanding and so was the hummus.

I had some friends coming into town, and I always like to take these friends somewhere special when they're in town, so of course, I brought them to Bosphorous! I loved the first two locations I tried, so I thought I would come to this third location to see if it was just as good. Spoiler alert, it was. A beautifully Turkish designed interior was a wonderful contrast to the hyper-modern Lake Nona that it is surrounded by. We all got seated, all got our delicious Turkish sodas, and looked at this lavish menu. We all kind of shared some apps, including the staple Lavas (Our signature, baked to-order bread creation). Look up pictures of this thing. It's glorious. I love a good flat bread that you can rip and dip and use to eat all other parts of your meal. Like tortillas when I was growing up. What did I use it to eat? The Mixed Appetizer (A combination of Humus, Babaganoush, Sautéed Eggplant, Muhammara, Ezme, Tarama, Haydari and Zetinyagli Yaprak Dolma). Every one of these cold dips is amazing in its own way, and I recommend you venture outside of your comfort zone if you think this sounds off. It'll be worth it. My favorite is the red pepper one right nuts in it. Forgot the name, but it's there! I also got to try the Sigara Boregi (Crispy filo dough stuffed with creamy feta cheese and parsley). It was like a mega crispy feta cheese eggroll. One bite and boom, filo flakes everywhere. It's a lot of fun. Very decadent. Dip it in a few of your dips! For entrees, I got to try Moussaka (Roasted eggplant layered with fresh ground lamb and tomatoes, topped with a light béchamel sauce and kasar cheese, then baked to perfection. Served with rice pilaf). This was wonderfully different from any other moussaka I've had before. The eggplant wasn't very eggplanty, if that makes sense. It's just a nice solid thing to eat with our yummy ground lamb. Covered with a ton of cheese, served with rice pilaf. Can't go wrong here. My main main was splitting the Mixed Grill for Two (A delicious combination of Doner Kebap, Chicken & Lamb Adana Kebap, Chicken & Lamb Sis Kebap, and Chicken & Lamb Köfte. Served over our rice pilaf). I've had this three time before. You can't go wrong with it. It's perfect. Chicken and lamb served in a wide variety of textures. I know that sounds boring, but take a bite of that chicken kebap and the juicy char flavor that you will experience will make you understand. I am in love with this dish. Get it. Even if you're alone. Overall, all three locations I've visited were lovely. You just can't go wrong with any of them. Please come here.

First time eating here at the Lake Nona location. Overall, it was a great experience. It was Magical Dining. For $40, I picked from the prefixed menu and chose for an appetizer the pita with dipping sauces (humus and babaganoush). The main entrée I chose the lamb shank (very flavorful, tender, and fall off the bone). And for dessert, I chose the chocolate hazelnut baklava (as recommended by the server). It was not too sweet and light (layers of filo dough). It was a great meal and most definitely a great deal with the Magical Dining option. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Lake Nona Area. It's located in the Box Park area with other great places to dine at. I will definitely be back.

This place is a must try for Turkish food in Central Florida. Located in the Lake Nona area, this restaurant has plenty to offer. The Grill Mix is a good starter for the first timer, it has plenty of flavors to try on the same plate, and plenty of food for two (or three). Parking is easy, as there is a multi level parking nearby. Drinks are of good quality, and well made 😊. I personally recommend the Blueberry Mojito! Not too strong, but plenty of flavor on it (specialty if you like tart drinks). We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing place for a delicious dinner. We were seated quickly, and the food arrived quite fast. All the meats we tried were super juicy.

Beautiful location in Lake Nona. Good service too. The food was great I got the mixed grill for two and the beyti plate. Keep in mind the plates are big which is good but keep in mind if you’re not that hungry. I also got the mocktail mule and it was perfectly well done. Since it was the 4 of us we shared the mixed appetizer and it was plenty a great option if your sharing. Finally we got the kunefe and it was sweet and crunchy!

This place is amazing! We had a very large party after a soccer game, and the manager, Vanessa, was super accommodating. Dilata was our server and she, along with the rest of the staff was very attentive and provided great service. The food here is 5 Stars! We were a party of 32 with 20 adults and everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything in the menu. Enjoy!!!

Never had Turkish food before and this place is awesome. Perfect outside seating and people watching. We Started with the bread and babaganoush and tomato app. Turkish martini - So good! The lamb sis kebab was beyond tender and flavorful. The chicken with crème sauce was quite addictive on that herb rice. I literally couldn’t stop eating. Katelyn guided us through all of this and was just such an attentive and positive server. Thank you for a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back next time we are in Lake Nona!

EXCELENTE EL LUGAR! Fui con mi esposa por el día de los enamorados (no siempre tiene que ser comida italiana o american) nos aventurarnos con este lugar de comida turca. El primer temor era que estuviese full, así que hice una reservación con anterioridad, para mi sorpresa resulta que no estaba taaaan full, la persona que nos atendió esa noche, nos comentó que si estaba de locos temprano a nuestra llegada, pero a la hora que fuimos estuvo bien 8:30pm. Nos sentamos afuera, el clima estaba sabroso para hacerlo. Nos recomendaron las bandejas y que compartieramos con pan (un pan pita recién hecho el cual te lo llevan inflado sólo esperando que tomes un poco para que el vapor salga y disfrutes de un buen pan caliente) (lavas) el cual es una exquisitez, las cremas MUNDIALES, ordenamos una botella de vino y genial! Combinó perfecto el Moscato con las cremas, el pan, las carnes y para rematar unos calamares fritos con salsa tajin y ajos rostizados! Dieron en el clavo con este lugar, el servicio, la atención, la sazón es importante para nosotros! El menú es amplio así q definitivamente estaremos de vuelta por allá! Al principio se sorprenderán con los precios cada plato rondan los $20 a $25 pero definitivamente un plato es para dos ! Todo lo nuestro salió en $69 lo cual.me.parecio genial para haber bebido y pedido dos ordenes de "lavas", vino , calamares y la bandeja! Y al finalizar no dejen de probar el te negro!!! Para bajar esa comida y ayudar la digestión! Disfruten!

Una experiencia increíble que dejó poco por superar. De entrada pedimos el hígado frito, recomendado para las perdonas que aprecian sabores más fuertes. De plato principal pedimos los Lamb Shanks y el Anara Kebab. Ambos deliciosos, abundantes y jugosos; con un sabor a cordero delicado y único. En general todos los platos muy vastos y acompañados de arroz y verduras frescas. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Had a great vegan meal at Bosphorus! Staff is accommodating of allergens and dietary preferences and ensured my food was safe to eat. I ordered the Okra Saute (without butter), Turkish Tea+Coffee, Muhammara & Ezme w Pita, and Dolmas. Docking a star because their hummus has yogurt- which was surprising and odd to me.. but nonetheless I had a decent experience!

Great flavors. The spices were exploding and the happy hour allows you to take it to the next level lol. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is inviting and friendly. The manger was nice.

Bosphorous was one of the restaurants recommended during our trip to Orlando. The food was made fresh and worth the wait. The meats were cooked perfectly, especially the lamb. As a wine professional, I appreciated their modest selection of Turkish wine. Our server was delightful. He taught us Turkish words and proper pronunciations. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu. This place is a bit pricy, but we expected that given the location. I recommend completing your meal with their pistachio baclava and Turkish coffee! The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and inviting. Although, not as ornate as some of the other Turkish restaurants I’ve been to. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, enjoying themselves as they provided service to customers. My only complaint, was the lady working in the bar directly across from our table. She apparently had some sort of cold. She kept coughing without covering her mouth throughout our entire dining experience. If not for that little nuance, I probably would have given five stars for service. All in all, it was an enjoyable dining experience, and I will definitely return the next time we visit Orlando.

This place never disappoints. The food is seasoned to perfection. I’m not a vegetarian but I so loved the non-meat as well as meat plates. One person in our party had a sensitive stomach but the food was so well balanced and without eating too much she felt very satisfied. Service is fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks for the ample portions I have three more meals to take home from my meal and appetizer. It was very hard to find anything wrong but if I must, the music could’ve been better but once the food came we tuned out.. it was music to our ears.

We went there for magical dining plus we had never tried Turkish food. Our servicer wasn’t attentive and the mgr Charaf Siraj noticed and came by our table. I can’t say enough great thing about this gentleman. We explained that we never had Turkish food so he was so nice to explain and suggested the lamb shanks. It was wonderful and so soft that the meat fell off the bone. Mr. Siraj made our experience magical!! Also Vanessa Garcés asst mgr stopped by to see how we liked everything. That was so nice for her to stop by our table. The portions are huge enough for at least 2 meals. Highly recommend this restaurant in Lake Nona.

The restaurant itself is ok. It has a nice outdoor seating area but the tables are pretty small so it’s a bit inconvenient. We had the dip appetizer for two and both were very good they had an abundance of flavor which we loved. We paired it with the bread per the suggestion and it was my favorite thing I ate. The bread is freshly made and comes out steaming hot as well as soft. After our wonderful appetizers we were excited about the entrees, however they lacked a lot of flavor. Having been my first time here I’ll continue to try different dishes and update the review to see if my option changes(I hope it does). I would recommend to try it but not on a top priority.

The food is very flavorful and tasty. I really enjoyed the red pepper dip and red lentil soup. The lamb shanks were delicious and fell right off the bone. Our server was great as well. He answered all of our questions about the menu.

This place is right at the heart of the action by Boxi park. We sat outside for dinner and it was lively. My order came in cold but the manager came to apologize and replaced it. I recommend this place on weekends. 11/19/24 Another great visit. Another great meal. Another great experience!

Went out for dinner tonight. This isn’t my first time here, and once again the food did not disappoint—everything was fresh and delicious. The only drawback was the service, which felt a bit slow. It may have just been a busy night, but overall the experience was still very enjoyable

First time to try Bosphorous. The food was good. The issue we had was FLIES bothered us entire time. It got worse when food came. I won't return because of the flies.

Was there Saturday night. My party of eight got sat outside in the rain. We were told there was nothing available inside at all so we took the table outside. As we were getting our appetizers and drinks, half of our table was getting rained on. We tried speaking to the host and the manager on duty. Neither of them were helpful. Our server Daisy took it upon herself to accommodate us, on more than three different occasions as she did not want us to get wet while we dined. She provided excellent service and made great drink recommendations. She made sure we weren’t getting wet, by providing us with extra napkins and moving our table more under the patio shade. She was also able to move us inside once a table was available.We were very grateful for Daisy for taking matters into her own hands. She was more helpful, professional and attentive than the manager on duty. Other than that everything else about our experience was pretty mediocre including the food. All in all, DAISY IS A ROCKSTAR! I wish there was a way i could only have her 5 stars

Es mi segunda vez viniendo a este lugar. Tengo que admitir que la primera vez fue increíble pero escribo está reseña porque traje a toda mi familia con promesas de ser un muy buen lugar pero el servicio fue espantoso. La mesera fue muy grosera. Ella no sabe que es servicio al cliente ni como manejar chistes bobos. Nos cobraron un tip obligatorio del 18% en la cuenta (lo cual fue $52) lo cual me dolió pagar con el alma ya que la chica trajo dos órdenes mal, y otra se demoró mucho en llegar, me preguntaba que nos trajera más agua y la trajo al final cuando ya habíamos terminado. Yo no hablé con un manager porque no quería hacer un escándalo al frente de mi familia que venía de vacaciones. Tristemente a este lugar no volveré aúnque la comida sea buena. Espero que entrenen a esta chica a como responder y a recordar ordenes
