ChiliSpot椒点 Orlando Reviews
Very authentic and delicious food. Service was great and we loved the atmosphere and comfy booth. We did the sizzling beef, Kung Pao chicken, and cabbage stir fry. Everything was delicious but the beef was definitely the stand out. The sauce was perfect and the meat was good quality. Will be back next time we're in Orlando to try more dishes.
This is an authentic Sichuan Chinese restaurant. The spiciness was just right for me, even though I don’t usually eat spicy food. The service is excellent, and the vibe is great. If you want to experience authentic spicy Chinese cuisine, definitely check it out!
I wasn’t feeling great that day, so I only ordered three dishes, which might make my review a bit limited. The seasoning was quite good—both the Mouthwatering Chicken (Kou Shui Ji) and the Pepper Fish had nice flavors. However, the ingredients were disappointing. The chicken was frozen and dry, and the fish was also frozen and lacked texture. They do offer fresh fish, but it comes at a steep price—over $50. I’ll give it another try next time and explore more dishes!
We are here for Chinese New Year on Feb 16th 2026!!! The food and service was awesome. Very authentic dishes. Highly recommend this if you are wanted good traditional Chinese food!! We will be back!!
This is probably one of the most Authentic Chinese restaurants in Orlando. Beware though because most of their dishes are stupid spicy and they can’t adjust it at all, But the spice is so flavorful it just makes you wanna keep eating. The service is pretty average and the environment looks nice and clean. I would definitely recommend anyone who likes spicy food to try this place out.
It was an exceptional experience to dine here! The atmosphere was warm with elegant decor and soothing music. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes, and each one we tried was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a top-notch Chinese meal!
We were around the area and went in for lunch and we loved it that we went again for dinner the next day and would definitely keep going again. The food is really good. Super spicy but in a good way and we loved it. Both the spicy ribs and green tea ribs are delicious! Tastes authentic. Staff were also nice. Can’t wait to be back again.
First time eating here and it was perfect. The fish was tasty and a large portion, vegetables were fresh and the cold noodles made me feel like I was back in China. The best Chinese I’ve had in Orlando and very authentic. Also the staff were very helpful and pleasant, can’t wait to go back soon!
The food was fantastic! The mapo tofu is a childhood favorite of mine and it did not disappoint! I got the won ton soup but made it spicy. Highly recommend!
Oh my god!!! The food is so good. Spices and flavoring is just right. Staff is great and knowledgeable about the menus and happy to answer questions. If you like great, spicy, comfort food then this your place. We got a bony fish dish which I normally don’t eat but loved this one. I took the broth home and used it as for lunch and reheating was still good. The other dish was like a fried tofu and again not a dish I normally like but this was awesome as well. But that fish man it was good. Thank you for a great meal I will eat there again.
This is the best Sichuan restaurant in all of Florida. They have many Chinese classics and the best spicy boiled fish (Shui Zhu Yu, 水煮鱼) and sliced beef (Fu Qi Fei Pian , 夫妻肺片) I've ever had. Most of the food is spicy and comforting and it's a place I make sure to stop in anytime I'm in Orlando. If you want authentic delicious Sichuan food make sure to stop by.

Really great little hole-in-the-wall for legitimate Chinese food, maybe best in Orlando imo. Most of the food is pretty spicy, but they can 'try' and make it a bit less spicy. Some items on the menu such as bean curd w egg yolk (put it in rice yo), and the Eggplants in garlic sauce will satisfy anyone with zero spice palate.
Delicious food. Cheap. Good services.
Been coming to Chilispot everytime I am craving for the egg tufo with salted egg, green beens etc, and I have never been disappointed yet. The quality and taste of the food is consistent. I brought several people on different occassions and they too were awed by how tasty the food were. I highly recommend this place.
excellent meal.!! everything i ordered was perfect the taste of their food is really good! the attention of the super friendly waiters. I ordered some spicy ribs and they very kindly changed them! i would come here again
I haven’t had Sichuan food this good in the United States for a long time. Every dish was full of flavor, and honestly, their food is far above the average Chinese restaurant in the entire country. If I lived in this area, I would come here all the time—this place would definitely be on my top restaurant list. If you have an Asian stomach or simply love authentic Sichuan flavors, don’t hesitate to try this amazing restaurant. I’m sure you’ll agree with me.
Enjoyed dinner here with my friends last night (Saturday night). Nice, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for a dinner. Fast, efficient service. The waitress was very attentive and beautiful. She has a sweet voice. The food came out nice and hot. If you in the area, than this is the place to be!
Having been to Chengdu a few times, I would say this place is quite authentic by Sichuan standards. Highly recommended dishes: • Slices of Tendon, Beef, and Tripe in Sichuan Chili Sauce – spicy, with the signature numbing sensation from the peppercorns. • Sichuan Wontons – the wontons were well-prepared, and the sauce was spot-on: slightly sweet but still spicy. • Green Bean Jelly in Chili Sauce – again, the sauce was excellent. • Chongqing Spicy Popcorn Chicken – the standout dish. While the authentic version uses bone-in chicken, this boneless version was very close to the real deal. The small pieces were well-seasoned and juicy inside. • Numbing and Spicy Boiled Beef – very enjoyable, not overly oily, and the beef was tender. The balance of spice and the signature Sichuan numbing sensation was just right. • Stir-Fried Cumin Lamb – a decent dish, though I expected sliced lamb rather than thinly shaved pieces. Overall, quite happy with these dishes. The heat level is genuinely Sichuan-medium. This place can easily rival Taste of Chengdu for authenticity.
We went this restaurant after a day in Universal Studios, just craving for something spicy, and I'm glad to have a Sichuan restaurant so close by. The restaurant was clean, food was pretty good, it's a decent dining experience overall, will be return to try other dishes if in Orlando again.
I wish I could give a 4.5-star but it's Google so 4 stars here we go. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and well organized, not common for Chinese restaurants. The service is quick, considerate but a bit awkward as the manager or head waiter kept walking around the dining hall almost like supervising all the diners. The food is good and somewhat authentic. my biggest complaint is everything is a tad too much on the sweet side but not numbing enough. Also the pork kidney stir fry I ordered was not as crisp as I expected but I fully understand it's not easy to get fresh pork kidneys as in China.

Good quality authentic Chinese food with many spicy dishes. Sweet and sour pork is also fantastic. The Chinese community eats here. Bathrooms need to be fixed up and cleaned a bit. Floor was sticky when we went. Personnel / service was very nice. Gets very busy later at night on Saturday. Dishes aren't cheap.
Definitely not as bad as others say. Firstly, 18% mandatory tip is only for the holidays, and you don’t need to pay a tip after that. The food was good, though the way they cooked the fish was definitely not my favourite. However, pork intestines were great, had a nice spicy flavor. Service was fine. Our waiter and the chef were both respectful, though they didn’t take our special request for the food after we told them. Overall worth it to visit, it isn’t a scam.

I came here after hearing quite a few recommendations from friends, but my experience was a bit different from what I expected. Some of the dishes tasted like they were made from pre-prepared or semi-processed ingredients rather than cooked fully fresh. For example, the spicy chicken seemed like pre-cooked chicken pieces that were reheated and quickly stir-fried, and the frog dish had a noticeable marinated flavor that felt a bit overpowering and not very fresh. It’s possible that my visit was just an off day, or that things have changed since earlier recommendations, I’m not sure if there has been a change in the kitchen or ownership. The food wasn’t terrible, but if you’re specifically looking for fresh, lighter, or more health-focused Chinese dishes, you may want to explore a few other options in the area. That said, service was fine and the place was busy, so others may enjoy it more than I did. Just wanted to share my honest experience for anyone deciding where to go.

We are extremely disappointed with the service during our recent visit on a busy weekend evening. We waited nearly two hours for our food, with little communication from the staff regarding the delay. We were dining with our four-year-old child, which made the prolonged wait especially difficult and frustrating. While we understand that weekends can be busy, a two-hour wait without proactive updates, apologies, or effort to manage expectations is unacceptable. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed and disorganized. This reflects poorly on management and significantly impacted our overall experience. We cannot recommend dining here based on this visit.
this was a total scam. we spent $85 on food that was advertised on their website to look so good and once we got home we were completely baffled. NOTHING looks like the pictures. everything was flavorless. zero flavor. every single thing was not good. a complete waste of money and food. how is this allowed? i'm convinced the reviews are fake and bought. the MALL has better orange chicken then this restaurant. the dumplings were raw inside and tasted like oil. absolutely disgusting. the dessert was trash. tasted like nothing. such a let down
