Brand New and very fast customer service. Insider dining available.
This location at the Florida Mall had great customer service! The staff was very friendly and upbeat! I ordered my usual nacho Bell grande. I always order it with no beans, no tomatoes and extra nacho cheese. Sometimes my nachos look pretty sorry, but not at this location!! I still had a lot of toppings!

It’s a food court restaurant so atmosphere ratings are quite pointless. My food was delicious as always. I got my food not even 30 seconds after I finished ordering, and it was all correct. Great experience
I'll be honest, the place looks closed because nobody is there. However it was just 1 guy working today, taking orders and making food. He had a great attitude and deserved a 5 star just with his work ethic. Unfortunately they don't have enough employees.

Solid quesadilla. The staff was friendly and trying to make orders as quickly as possible. I would eat here again.

Went to them this Morning as their opening time is 11am but they didn't open until 11:30am with the most unfriendly attitude, when he finally served us half an hour later he wasted time and didn't pay attention to us as he was on his phone, we have gone back at 18:00 as the closing time is 19:00 and the lights are off, they can't seem to keep to their timings, avoid at all costs and just go to the one further down the road

No worker ever showed up to take my order. After waiting about 5 minutes to place an order, no one ever showed so I went and got something different. As I ate in the food court I watched the Taco Bell and at no point in the 30ish minutes I was there did anyone ever come out to take any orders, despite the fact that several times people had lined up to place orders.
I went today for the drive thru and it took a long time and my food was all spilled in the bag and none of my tacos had meat or cheese at all. A terrible service, you pay to be able to enjoy the food
The lady has big problem . Nasty lack of service she just dont care of the costumer at all

I was Hungry, wanted a Steak Crunch Wrap... Got Hungry about 4:30 am, but decided to wait until 7am so I could get some breakfast from Taco Bell.. Showed up here at 7601 S. OBT at about 7:20 am, all of the outside lights were on but no one would take my order. I drove around to the window and seen no one inside.. If you are going to promote selling "Breakfast" be open at Breakfast Hours. If you check Google Everywhere, Taco Bell Hours are 7:00am until 2:00 am ... Personally still think 7:00 is a little late, but if your advertising being open at 7:00, then you need to serve the people showing up then and afterwards. I am not the only one, there was a Toyota Corolla in front of me that had to leave empty handed also..
My 3 year old and I shared 2 soft tacos from this place this past sunday and Monday morning he had stomach pains and diarrhea. late in the evening I began experiencing the same symptoms, my stomach muscles are so sore. We went to the emergency room this morning fearing my son would be dehydrated or got some kind of bug, also checked myself in and the doctor said we both have food poisoning. Out of a group of people the only two who coincidentally also ate the soft taco got food poisoning. I wont be doing that again EVER. Lesson learned. Don't eat here, I should've known it had the shortest line compared to all the other food restaurants!
Closes early whenever they feel like it. This is the 4th time they’ve closed an hour before they’re scheduled to close. It’s 5:10pm and they’ve shut down business but served all 6 of the people I front of me before telling me they closed early; for no reason.
Gave me the wrong order and then manager gave us attitude about exchanging order and had to wait another 15 minutes for them to redo the order. No customer service and nasty attitude from there manager. What a way to set the example for your employees.
Tried to order, server walked out talking on the phone, poured himself a drink (all whilst ignoring us) and then went out to the back. Finally came out minutes later rudely asked what we wanted, asked about a few items, which seemed to be too much of a task and he truly couldn’t be bothered to serve us. Just wanted a burrito or two but didn’t want to put up with terrible customer service. Visited on Sept 25th, lunchtime 2023.
15 mins wait for just 3 tacos. We were skipped by the unresponsive staff, and it’s until we ask they take out our order that has been ready all this time. And not even a sorry they simply drop it and left.
Waited in front counter for 10 minutes and no one came out to help! Kids had to eat something else. If their service reflects their food quality it’s probably for the best.
Honestly the worst customer service ever. Waited in line for 20 minutes and when the food was finally ready the lady that brought it out screamed in my face and told me to “pay attention” because I couldn’t hear her at first in the rowdy mall. Everyone was yelling for a manager and there were many wrong orders being brought out. Really bad
I just arrived at 6:20pm on 1/19/24, and I knew that Taco Bell here closes early for whatever reason. I headed straight for Taco Bell because my 5 year old daughter loves soft tacos. I saw people at the counter so we went to the counter to order and the older man told me they were closed. I asked them what time they closed out of curiosity because they always close earlier than all other food booths in the dining pavilion and he told me they closed at 7. I told him it wasn't 7 yet and he got a nasty attitude and started doing whatever on the register to close up. Why even bother having a taco bell at the mall if they're not going to be open for dinner time especially on a Friday night? I have gotten good here before and while I don't expect wonders from Taco Bell, it was pretty subpar for a taco bell. If it weren't for my daughter I wouldn't care if they stayed here or not. I would just appreciate if they would actually serve customers within the time frame that they are supposed to.
Subject: Urgent Feedback - Poor Customer Service Experience at Taco Bell, Florida Mall Dear Taco Bell Management Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent visit to your Taco Bell location at Florida Mall. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of your food. However, my most recent experience on (9/15/2023, 4:40pm 5:00) I left me extremely dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the Florida Mall Taco Bell location, I was shocked to find that there was no one attending to customers at the front counter for more than 15 minutes. I patiently waited, hoping that someone would show up to take my order. During this time, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to inquire about the delay but received no response. I also captured photos and video footage of the empty front counter area to document the situation. Despite my attempts to get the attention of the staff, no one appeared, and there was not even a note or any form of communication to explain the situation or apologize for the inconvenience. As a result, I had no choice but to leave without placing my order and return to my workplace empty-handed, which not only disrupted my break but also inconvenienced my coworkers. I must express my disappointment with the level of service I encountered during this visit. Such a lack of responsiveness and communication is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the reputation of Taco Bell. I believe that customer service should be a top priority, and this experience fell far short of my expectations. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not recur at your Florida Mall location. It is essential for Taco Bell to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and provide a welcoming and efficient environment for all patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and constructive response from your team. Sincerely, Valerie
The speaker kept going on and off, and there were 2 different people taken our order. It came out incorrectly finally after getting it and spending $40 and it didn't have the complete orders so I had to get back in line and then the manager informed me that she took the order when I informed her that no 2 people took the order. Her and another person, and evidently a mistake has been made. And not a big deal, however, it was going to be a food loss cost involved. And she was the manager and she was the big crumb puff of the day, I told her I didn't care she if she was God. Just fix order. She then began screaming to give back the other 6 for replacement due to food replacement.... What an unprofessional piece of NOTHING... That is what we have for A Manager now days.... NEVER AGAIN
