Great lunch spot. We were at the Rosen Centre for a conference and only had 1.5 hours for a lunch break, so staying on the property was optimal. We were seated next to floor-to-ceiling glass doors that were slid open to showcase the pool and beautiful weather. Service was excellent and fast, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Jerk Chicken and Mango Salad, but a few coworkers had the burger, which looked drool-worthy.

The food, service and ambience was excellent. The view of the pool with nighttime breeze made for a perfect evening shared with friends. The ribeye with soy sauce brine was perfectly marbled and cooked even though it was a little thin. The mashed potatoes were Cuban seasoning and excellent. The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable.

Came in for magical dining and everything came out quick which was great! For appetizers got the conch fritters and corn dip both was good. For the entrees got the jambalaya and shrimp pasta and both were delicious. Desserts got the tres leches martini and chocolate flan and we both loved it! Got to meet the chef that came to our table and supervisor that came to check to make sure everything was ok. Our server Farrah was great too!

Surprisingly good hotel restaurant. Service was friendly and fast with a cool vibe. My burger with pineapple was outstanding! There was a freshness and light feel to it. My buddy got a burger with peppers that was great. The yucca fries were perfectly done and tasty. If you stay at the Rosen or walking near it…. Stop and eat!

Love love loved it. The night before we also had a burger. My daughter loved it. Now I've never had yucca fries. Didn't care for them much. Doesn't mean the place was bad. Just not my taste.

Everytime I come here,I have the best service. Hector always makes sure I'm happy and he and his staff have the best customer service . I've tried the salmon, sweet potato fries, jambalaya, chicken and rice soup, and Cuban wings. Every single item I just named is amazing. I was sharing info with someone on the elevator and she told me the steak was amazing, so I'll be trying that next. Everything is made fresh and is amazingly good. The sides are great too and the drinks are great as well. I only drink Pepsi...but you know. Great view , outside eats, patio fun, and dine in as well. Great spot. Eat here! Sometimes I spend $6 sometimes I spend $18, just depends.

(This dinner was complementary). We visited this restaurant February 17 and I will definitely recommend the restaurant, the service was outstanding. We ordered the Tripleta with sweet potato fries, New York strip , tres leches dessert that came in martini glass, yuca fritas. The food was very flavorful. The meat was perfectly cooked. The presentation was good. The reality is that we all eat through our eyes. We have eaten in here in the past, but I will say that this time the service and food were impeccable. We will be back in a week for another tournament and we will definitely eat here again.

Harry's Poolside Bar & Grill inside the Rosen Centre on International Drive in Orlando, FL, provided a lovely start to an exciting evening for my boyfriend and I. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautiful bar area that immediately caught our attention. The interior of Harry's blends modern and cozy elements seamlessly, featuring plenty of natural light and an elegant yet relaxed vibe. We were seated closer to the back of the room, which offered a bit of privacy, although being in the center of the room initially made me feel like all eyes were on me. That said, I appreciated the festive spirit of the evening as I received several compliments on my dress, which added a fun touch to the night. For dinner, we both opted for sliders—he had the pork, and I chose the chicken. My sliders came with perfectly crispy French fries, paired with a flavorful aioli sauce that truly hit the spot. The staff was incredibly attentive and efficient, ensuring our drinks and meals arrived quickly, especially since we got in before the dinner rush. I enjoyed a perfectly crafted Old Fashioned from the bar, while he had a Dr. Pepper since he needed to stay sharp for his security shift at the ball. Overall, Harry's provided a delightful and seamless dining experience. From the friendly service to the delicious food and drinks, it was the perfect choice for a pre-event dinner. Highly recommend for anyone staying at or visiting the Rosen Centre!

I loved my food alot. I ordered the Harry burger from lunch menu and the wings from the started. It was soo so good and enjoyed it so much. I also had a cocktail but i did like the fact that it watered down quickly but overall great food and great service.

Great food at a poolside setting; relaxing setting. Coconut Shrimp are fantastic. I had them with a salad. Tres leces is a good dessert. Gorgonzola dip is good along with conch fritters and calamari. Apps are a good choice. Many healthy options. Great place if you are on International Drive.

I like flying in out of Orlando because it offers more convenient direct routes, but the other reason is to find any excuse to go to Harry's Poolside Bar located at the Rosen Center. I drove straight there as soon as I got off the plane. It is by far my favorite eating establishment in Orlando and today I had the pleasure of meeting the Chef, Tello Luna. I told him how exquisite his dishes are and I wish he had a restaurant in Tampa. I swear I would eat there everyday. He is one of the nicest people I've met. He told me he's originally from Mexico and moved to the United States when he was 15. He learned everything from his mother and then was given the opportunity to get his Masters in Culinary Arts in New York. Truly that was just for credentials purposes because what he possesses is a God-given talent for blending spices and flavors that are just out of this world.

We visited Orlando in early March for the Sunshine Classic Volleyball tournament. We stayed at the Rosen hotel and I tried Harry Poolside Bar and Grill one evening and ordered the Turk Island chicken sliders with a side salad. The chicken was nicely grilledd and their toppings were spot on. It may have been pricey but it was very good and convenient after a long day. If I go back, will try one of their drinks and the burger smelled good too since the bar/grill is at the pool.

Great food! We got apps and lunch. Everything was Outstanding! I had the Mahi Mahi. It was the best I've ever had. Well seasoned, flaky, and moist! Our servers, Isabel and Peter, were terrific. They were very congenial and didn't rush the food out all at once. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I were looking for dinner and decided to try Harry's. We were greeted by Hector. He assured us that the food was going to be delicious. We have eaten dinner there 3 nights in a row. The food is amazing, the service is superb and Hector and his staff go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. A definite must try while in Orlando especially if you're staying at the Rosen Centre.

The calamari and coconut shrimp were fantastic. The house lager beer alligator drool was phenomenal as well. The customer service was exceptional and we received a lot of help from a worker named Hagan while we were there. Will be back!

Great time with great friends. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and they have a gluten-friendly menu. The wings are so good. I felt fine after eating. Seriously, I contemplated ordering more wings to go. Delicious!

Phenomenal place. Don't miss the Sip and Savor events. Well worth it! Chef Tello is creative, and the pork belly 😋 can not be beat. The beer and cocktail parings are spot on. The team believes in above and beyond service. The experience is A+.

Harry's Poolside Bar and Grill was a pleasant surprise. Dinner there was delicious. The atmosphere is nice, a step up from most poolside restaurants. It's casual and comfortable but it's menu goes far beyond what one would expect. The fish was expertly prepared and the Jamaican Jambalaya was perfectly seasoned. Service was friendly and prompt.

Didn’t get any pictures of my food because I ended up eating it before i even said my grace 😮‍💨. I just finished eating there not even an hour ago and Harry’s Burger was one of the best burgers i’ve had in a while, and i’m not even a burger person! Our server was super kind, he offered a sauce to go with my sweet potato fries (which was the bomb) & I put it onto my burger BEST COMBO EVER by the way. Quite literally had me foaming at the mouth. It may seem like a regular burger but IT WASN’T JUST A BURGER it was life changing. So much so that it made me cry from the first bite. The food came out fast so we were in and out. If you ever visit the Rosen Centre please check this place out I highly recommend it, it’s super good!!

By far the best salad I’ve ever eaten. It had the perfect blends of sweet and savory flavors with the added touch of fresh fruits and … what for it! Tostones 🥰. I was in love. I ate the entire thing! Granted I had no breakfast, so I suggest you go hungry 😋. I trust you will #enjoy whatever you eat. But if you actually try Harry’s salad and add some protein let me say, “you are most welcome “. It is my pleasure to share my experiences with you sooooo if you like what you read and mostly what you experience alongside me. Follow me! Share my post and let’s travel together darling. Amazing food and atmosphere! There's a Jamaican steel drum player by the pool. The salads were big and delicious, and the tripleta was as well. Tip: If you don't order the Jamaican jerk wings, ask for a dish of their sauce anyway. The tostones that come with the salads and any french fry or other fried side are *mind-blowing* with the sauce.

Love the atmosphere. Loved the staff. Hands down the best cappuccino I’ve had in years. We also ordered the “Oh My” Gorgonzola Dip and the Flan de Queso. Let me just say I was never a fan of Flan. It was always chewy, like gelatin. But their Flan, creamy, almost like a cheesecake. Wicked delicious. I could’ve eaten 2 of them 😂🤤. Definitely coming back.

This is a rare gem for a hotel restaurant. The food is great and gives an interesting mix of American & Caribbean flavors. There are familiar things if you have picky kids and some things a bit off the beaten path. I ate in the restaurant twice and got takeout two other times while we were there for a conference. Very reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. And try the chef’s tres leches, it’s delicious.

We got some quick bites while at the pool. The wings were really good. I loved the dipping sauce. My daughter was happy with her kid's cheeseburger sliders. They looked nice an freshly grills. My son liked his chicken tenders. Two different bartenders helped us while there (male and female). Both were very good.

I love coming to The Rosen Hotels for Lunch. Harrys Poolside is my favorite. The salads are amazing. I have had the Salmon and the steak before. Appetizers best is The fish dip. Although you can't pass onThe conch Frittets or The shrimp skewers either. My server Issabelle was so attentive and friendly. Everything was delish!

We’ve stayed at the Rosen Centre several times before, but this was my husband’s and I first visit to Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill. The restaurant is conveniently located inside the hotel, offering both indoor and outdoor (poolside) seating. We chose indoor dining, which was comfortable and nicely cooled. Our server, Jonathan, was very pleasant and friendly, though he seemed quite busy and was a bit forgetful at times. We ordered chicken wings, conch fritters, Harry’s burger (which should’ve come with yuca fries but arrived with French fries instead), Mojo Chicken, and gambas al ajillo. For drinks, I had sweet tea and my husband had Mountain Dew. Lastly, we wanted to try something different and had pumpkin cheese cake for dessert. In my opinion, it was ok. I’ll stick to the traditional NY cheesecake next time. Despite the small mix-up and delays, the food itself was delicious! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, we had a great time celebrating our unity as husband and wife and enjoy our visit. We would definitely come back again.

Shrimp sizzler was great! The steak pretty good too, but the Turkey burger and its meat, I really did not like. Else a very nice place in a good environment with service minded people.

The food, service and ambience was excellent. Minus 1 star for the kitchen being slow to deliver but the food quality, server and view of the pool with nighttime breeze more than made up for it. The ribeye with a coffee and soy sauce brine was perfectly marbled and cooked even though it was a little thin. The mashed potatoes were Cuban seasoning and excellent. The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable.

I bought a bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and a soda, it was $28. Food was tasty but the hotel price was a lot. The service was excellent.

C
Chris Brown

Harry's was very busy. Sat down and waited a while for a waitress then waited a long time for drinks to arrive. The food was excellent the service not so. Also very very noisy so you couldn't have a conversation without shouting. I think it was very busy because there was a convention on and this was one of the places close to eat at. Probably would have been a better service if it wasn't so busy, staff were run off their feet.

C
Crystal Clarke

The service was good, okay selection of wine. The MOJO sandwich I ordered tasted good, the salsa plus the fresh tomato was weird maybe could have just had one or the other. It kind of slid around and off the bun.

R

Only problem too noisy . Not able to hear others at your table

S

This place is a poolside bar and grill. There was some music playing outside and a walk-up bar that was accessible from the pool area. The prices are reasonable and the food was excellent. It was just very loud and hard to hear others at the table. But I will be back before leaving.

A

Harry's is one of the restaurants inside the Rosen Centre. The service was satisfactory. I ordered the chicken wings, cheese dip and a Jameson water. The chicken wings were pretty darn good. Nice flavor, the dipping sauce was good. There were about 10 wings in the order.. The cheese dip was OK. It was a small bowl of the dip and about 8 triangle pieces of naan type bread, which was about half as many as you would need to to actually finish the dip. If I had more bread, I would have finished it. The Jameson water was $10. Overall, a pretty good experience. They really need to double the amount of dip bread. The picture is what was left after eating all of the bread, and I was trying to get as much dip as I could.

Harry's is a very nice place to dine. The food is decent, and I will say the service is excellent. However, when dining is that expensive I do have higher expectations. The atmosphere is quite casual, but unfortunately the acoustics of the restaurant are so good, that you were able to hear conversations from tables 20 feet away. So definitely not a place to recommend for a quiet or romantic dinner. We had the Island Coconut Shrimp for an appetizer. For $17, I would have expected a freshly made product and not one from a box. My wife had the salmon which was very good. However my Rib-eye was so thinly cut, it was technically impossible to achieve the mid-rare temperature I requested. The cut of meat and flavor was good though.

J
Jonathan “Yoni” Filardo

The chef keeps the menu fresh and new. It's a poolside view, if you are okay with that. Nice place on a beautiful quiet day!

M
Mark LoGiurato

E

Our orders took a long time the first time. The second time, the pulled pork was chunky, our waitress didn't check on us, and took forever to bring the check, and we never got a dessert. We gave them a third chance and had a good experience with Anissa.

M
Müs Chip

Nice selection of foods and small bar experience. Good alternative to the expensive restaurants surrounding the lobby of Rosen Centre. Ordered the Turks Island Chicken Sliders, the flavors were great but the chicken was extremely dry and hard to chew. The sweet potatoes were perfect, and ask for a mojo sauce to dip them in. They offer Pepsi products and usually pass on them, but server convinced me on a Pepsi with a cherry grenadine that was very tasty.

J
J

Would definitely recommend eating here as compared to the other dinings options relatively close by based on a great quality to price ratio, fast service, and welcoming wait staff. I ate here three different times while attending a nearby conference and liked each of the meals. 1) Turks island chicken sliders: 4/5. The combination of house made Hawaiian bun, pineapple, and jerk chicken is very tasty. I really liked this dish. Only change I would make it to maybe split this dish into three sliders instead of two, and in doing so reduce the amount of pineapple and chicken on each slider - two pieces of each stacked up creates a slider that is too tall to eat and must be deconstructed. The sweet potato fries were not oily and sufficiently salted to have a really great taste and compliment the sliders well. 2) Little Havana Sliders: 3/5. These sliders were still good, but not as good as the Havana Sliders. They are a little messy to eat, so don't order this if you have a fancy business meeting here. Definitely a lot of meat slid off, but still ate it at the end with a fork. Got the yucca fries to go with this one, they were definitely not as good as the sweet potato fries. They came out very oily on the outside and still hard on the inside. The garlic on them was very good though. Server was very kind during this meal - it was after a long conference day and they definitely made it very welcoming and possible to dine alone without feeling out of place. 3) Mojo Chicken Sandwich: 4/5. Again, two pieces of jerk chicken is a bit much and would have preferred the guacamole spread onto the bun instead of presented in a scoop next to the onions, but, I took off one piece of chicken to eat after and formed the burger and it was pretty good. The bun aligns with the slider buns and is very tasty. Got sweet potato fries again and they again came out very tasty and with a perfect amount of salt. In comparing the sliders from here to Descend 21 across the street, this location easily wins. They put a lot of thought into the flavors and pairings and the slider buns are really tasty. Portion sizes are perfect for meals and left me feeling full but not overly. Prices are perfect for per diem meals for dinner, unfortunately the lunch prices are slightly above at least our per diem lunch price. Did consider not going here for lunch one day because of this, so you may want to consider lowering lunch items by $2 to hit per diem if possible. Funny enough, got sat in the exact same chair all three visits by the water wall.

J

It exceeded my expectations. The steak salad with tostones was beautiful and the steak perfectly prepared as ordered medium rare. The garlic yucca frites were also perfectly prepared but I think should be served the aolie. Much like yucca Frites, the “triplets” meat sandwich should have some type of garnish or spread. It was rather dry and stacking the meat to impress in the middle of the sandwich means that the ends have no meat at all. Service was attentive without being pretentious at all. It was pricey, $70 before tip for one appetizer, two meals and one beer.

T
Tommy Vallejos

It was decent for a hotel restaurant. I had the NY strip and it was medium well after I ordered medium. Appetizers were odd dude to the amount of sauce or dip they gave you compared to the bread. After asking for more bread they charged me for it. Prices were high for mediocre food but the presentation of each plate was amazing

This is a pretty average poolside bar inside the Rosen Centre Hotel. It's expensive and as a hotel guest we tried to avoid it and bring our own drinks to the pool. In my opinion the food was not suited for kids and didn't serve the basics.

J
Joy Alvarez

Came here for dinner because it is open the latest out of pretty much everything out of the hotel. I got the jerk turkey sandwich and turkey sandwich and while it was good the best thing about it was the bun it was on. For everything that was on it it didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The sweet potato fries were also pretty mushy and I ate 3 or 4 of them them before giving up.. The drinks were good. service a bit slow but friendly.

M
Michael Rossi

Meh. Went to lunch here on a Saturday. The atmosphere is nice and it is supposed to be island themed. The wait staff is so-so. They seemed to be understaffed for the small lunch crowd. We asked for no grilled onions on the burger, yet it came smothered in onions. Great for those of us allergic to onions. The jerk chicken here is NOT jerk chicken. It is simply flavorless grilled chicken. Overall, it is an ok place, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

J
J B C

Servers were nice, food was OK. The tripleta sandwich was good but the chicken sandwich had an off taste, the sides (MOJO yuca fries and sweet potato fries) had much to be desired. It was the only restaurant open at the time we visited but I would suggest trying a different one when they are open. The toasted coconut rum drink that they have was really good. Something that was weird is how there were 2 people behind the bar making drinks for themselves (employees) while we were waiting to be seated she took the drink with her and took sips while walking towards us saying stuff like it was bad and more, the place was empty of customers but they had us waiting 4-5min to be seated at an empty local

D
Don Fecteau

Asked for table outside and was seated quickly. That was the end of the service. After no visit from a waiter, we went back to reception and got another table inside. Service was better but slow. Food was only so so, and below expectation. Harris Rosen might want to reconsider having his namesake on this one. Waitress we eventually got was good, but not much else was worth the time or the money. By the way, this was our second attempt to eat there. The day before they chased us away because the whole place was booked for a private party. With a limited number of restaurants in the hotel, one would thing they wouldn't take one down from serving all hotel guests

Service was friendly. Location makes it very crowded where limited food options available.

I ordered the pork sliders with the sweet potato fries and they were absolutely delectable. I went on to enjoy myself poolside with a book and some coronas that I was served by the kind hostess at the front (I did not get her name but she was great!). My only qualm was how I was treated by the bartender Mason. I choose to believe he was either having a bad day or treats everybody like this regardless of their complexion, but he was very dismissive, rude, and tried his very best to find a reason to refuse to serve me my beverage. I have renewed my drivers license and have my temporary card while I await my permanent ID, I presented it to him and he tried his very best to deny my service despite my current and legally valid paperwork. Once I further proved the documents validity upon being denied a second time, he exclaimed “okay” in a rude and defeated tone. I am flattered that he thinks I (a 30 year old man) looks underage, however it truly did put a damper on my relaxing day of vacation and compelled me to write this review. As stated everything else was splendid, I just don’t appreciate feeling unnecessarily singled out by certain employees at an establishment I’m paying exorbitantly to vacation at.

Food was absolutely disgusting and service was even worse. The sandwiches/burgers were pretty dry. We had to request water after 10 minutes of seating, and when the food came we requested 4 different times for hot sauce nobody brought it and finally the 5th person came and brought one. The one server from earlier came back to say they are out of it, just lying to get away from the request.

Being that this is Florida you'd think that their fish would be good! I had their fish dip tonight and it was the gross! It wass more cheese than fish and it was bland. C'mon, do better since you are by the freaking ocean!!!!

Today I tried this restaurant since I didn’t feel like leaving the hotel to find food. Had a very nice young man assist me with my choice. Maybe that’s where I went wrong. If I could offer some constructive criticism to the cook, I ordered the Mojo Chicken & Gambas Al Aijillo. Maybe this is not the best “take out” food. Sometimes when a meal with constructed on a plate, you get all the flavors mixed together. However, I would offer anyway, that the garlic shrimp be added more flavor and less butter. The worst thing about the order was the grilled chicken breast with melted cheese, which was dry and the cheese hard. The rice and beans were good, though a little dry. The best part of the meal were the plantains. The portion was enough to get full, but it wasn’t a cohesive meal. More like, I’ll give you a little of this and that to formulate a dish. I suggest that the cook use some of the garlic butter from the shrimp to baste the chicken for more moisture and flavor. It also should not be left on the grill too long.

We enjoyed sitting by the pool, with a cool breeze. However, the service is lacking. On my first visit, I was ignored as I stood inside at the bar, so I left. My second visit, I had to wait, though no one else was there. Then, I had to wait and keep checking for my order. I did not tip because I was picking up my order; no one served me. I believe because I did not tip, the male server made me wait, as he took other customers' orders. He had an order sitting on the counter next to him, as he turned his back to me (standing poolside) and took customers orders at the counter (where I was ignored the day before). Suddenly, a female employee arrived apologizing. She grabbed an order that was waiting at the cook's counter and gave it to the male hostess who still wouldn't turn around. Then, the female hostess started to address me, but was called away by a man sitting at the counter inside eating. Finally, annoyed, I asked the young lady if she had my order (now 2 orders are sitting on the counter next to the male hostess). She whispered to him, and he told her that the order that he had been holding was mine, but it was not. My order was the one that the female worker brought over (further proof that he was intentionally holding my food). Though I was told that I would get 8-10 barbados wings, I only received 6, with chicken hair still on two, for $18. Nope. Service based upon tips, is a no-no too when no service was offered. Handing me the food that I paid for, when he feels like it, is not a service. It is employees like him who will stop people from being willing to leave a "voluntary" tip. Finally, the constant stream of ants at the dirty pub table drove me to a different spot. No excuse for food being left on the tables when there is no crowd.

Not a good experience here. Ive been here before so when I stayed at the rosen centre I wanted to definitely come back. The food was good as expected, but the service was terrible. Our server seemed overwhelmed and it wasn't busy at all and there were plenty of other servers. She barely came to our table and when she did it was fast and she never really checked on us. I wanted a order of flan but never got to order it because as she would come grab something off of the table she wouldn't stay long enough for me to finish a sentence asking for more food. Never offered a refill on either our water or wine or beer. We are on vacation so we were prepared to drink and stay for a while. My girlfriend's wine glass had lipstick on it (she wasn't wearing any) and she didn't notice until halfway through the glass, so thats disgusting...The server dropped the check off and never came back so I had to get the manager as he walked by to ring us out because she kept walking by but never came back to the table. We walked inside the hotel to grab a slice of dessert from the little store inside so we could have something since it seemed impossible to get service at Harry's. I'll probably just avoid Harry's going forward.

Food was good we got the AAU National Burger and Chicken strips. Burger was kinda char though. Although, the meals only came with either sweet potato fries or mojo yucca fries. Do not recommend either. Moving on to the service, it was very slow, our waiter forgot our drinks for over 10 minutes and did not check in if we needed anything (empty drinks, way to much ice my drink without ice was less than half full).

V
Vio V,

I went for dinner during magical dining and from the moment we walked in the experience was horrible! Hostess had an attitude and the food was a complete let down. I ordered tostones as appetizer which were hard as a rock, followed by the salmon which was not fresh, salsa on top looked old, rice was cold and bland and salmon was also bland with no flavor! The only thing I ate was the sweet plantains. Our waitress was young and tried to provide good service and the most disappointing thing is that they still had the audacity to charge full price! I barely touched my meal since it was so bad. My friend ordered the steak and had the same experience! Will never be back and do not recommend this place! What a disappointment considering it’s part of the Rosen Center!!!

It just wasn’t good. The fried stuff (conch fritters and fries) was good, but the steak sandwich was gas station quality. The service wasn’t great either. It just took a long time for the waitress to come by to greet us. She even got the table who sat down after us ordered before getting our order. Like, if you want fries and beer, go here. But keep expectations low because the food doesn’t look at all like the photos online

Not super impressed. The food was okay. I personally didn’t care for how sweet the butter was on my steak. Also we initially asked for waters, a good 10 minutes later had to ask again, another 10 minutes and no waters. Eventually we got the water but the service just wasn’t great.

Went here for dinner and the hostess sat me at a table. Several other people came in after me and each table had someone come to get their drink and food orders. No one came to greet me or even start a drink. Then the host and who I assumed was the manager came and asked me to move tables as they needed mine to pull together for a bigger group. I had no problem with this and moved to the table they sat me at next. After I sat I told the hostess that I still didn’t have anyone come to get my drink or food order. Several minutes later still nothing. I ended up leaving because I clearly wouldn’t be getting any service at this point which was very disappointing.

A

This place needs a lot of help. First, the food was under seasoned. A jerk turkey burger should taste like jerk, not a regular char grilled burger. Second, the waiter had the audacity to complain about his tip. It was one dollar less than the recommendation they print on the receipt! One dollar! I have never in all my life been confronted by a service worker about their tip, this was highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I should have taken all of my tip back and left him nothing. Do better with your staff training!

C
Cameron Martin

Literally everything was terrible. Our food was SEVERELY overpriced for what we received. I ordered the $24 fajita sandwich and just about everything fell out as I tried to bite into it on top of being sub-par meat and overall taste wise. My partner got the mahi mahi sandwich which was at best, ok. We also got one drink each that you couldn’t even taste the alcohol in and were charged $16 each for them. Our waitress also paid next to no attention to us and all of the staff seemed to be miserable on top of an $85+ tab. All-in-all I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolute complete waste of money and time. You will be disappointed.

c
craig mcadams

High prices for low quality food. This is how the fish dip comes to the table, little fish and fewer chips.

M
Missy Roberts

Great food, horrible service. It took 1 hour just to get a glass of water. It took another hour to get our food. The waitress as well as the hostess claimed they were busy but there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant. We were a group of 7. Our waitress only checked with us twice and when paying our bill wasn’t going to give us the change (we paid cash). We had to ask for our change and she rolled her eyes. I sure hope their service changes.

K
Kimberly M (Kim)

We were seated. Waited 5 to 7 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge us. Waited another 7 minutes to receive water. Waited 10 minutes to place our order. Waited 20 minutes to be told he would be back to check on us. Long story short...over an hour to change the order to go and received a COLD burger and Cold Yucca fries. Poor planning on management to not have enough wait staff working during two conventions on site!

M
Mr T Nunya

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY OR AWARE. I waited almost 7 minutes to be seated (it wasn't busy), 10 minute wait for my server, 6 minutes to get the drink I ordered, 10 minutes to get a glass of water (after asking 3 people). Food was okay. It seemed as though restaurant staff were not focused on their customers. It wasn't until the middle of my meal that my server and two other employees passed by to check on me. I will not be returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went for some lunch after a 2 1/2 hr flight was treated nicely, sat down quickly. This was around 12:15 pm. Not crowded at all. Waiting for at least 15 min without a single waiter/waitress check on us. Another couple walked in and was seated and served almost instantly. We got up and left without anyone even acknowledging us. Maybe its because we are brown.

The chicken sliders I got were not edible you could hardly chew them and only got like 6 fries I mean I'm willing to pay that price if it's good food but it sucked so you live and you learn WON'T go there again . On the up side the bud lite was awesome 🤣

K
Kimberly

We sat, ordered our drinks, ordered an appetizer.... a ROACH crawled down the wall into our corner booth.. my man killed it.... a 2nd and 3rd ROACH crawled down... we got up, we got the manager , let him see the critter crawl around the booth...we Left...UTTERLY DISGUSTING...the mgr said they were spraying the day before...This is not something I want to experience at anytime, especially while eating.....

My husband and I both got sick 90 minutes after finishing our lunch at Harry’s today. We’d eaten nothing for breakfast and although our meals were different, I ate 2 slices of bacon from his plate, as did he. Several hours later, we still are sick and our evening plans are ruined. It was also very noisy

A

We had dinner one night it was decent. We had pulled pork sliders, wings, and fajita sandwich. I ordered an “adult Juicebox” as a drink and enjoyed it. It was red, fruity, and tasty. Server was the friendliest staff we met Came back while at the pool and the drink was yellow, not good, and cost me $23.00. And you don’t find out how much the drink is until they hand it to you. This was the icing on the cake for me to clinch a “never coming back”.

S
Scott Bishop (Pippen55)

No drink served in a plastic cup is ever worth $20. The drink was ok. Service was sub par with bussers reaching over me to clear another custom. I do not recommend even if you have money burning a hole in your pocket.

The chicken sliders are terrible for the price. They were made with the same fake chicken patties that are served in an elementary school lunch room. You know the ones, they're 1/4 of an inch thick and don't have any real meat in them because they're made from chicken byproduct pink slime. Are they edible? Sure, but charging restaurant prices for frozen garbage is not cool. I would have been happy if they had priced it lower and accurately described it on the menu. This was not "fried chicken" it was microwaved, frozen, and very thin. Not cool.

Ambiente y Servicio: La Experiencia Completa

Contexto Histórico y Cultural: International Drive y Orlando
