This place is amazing! I’m surprised that they don’t have more reviews or even 5 stars. My daughter and I had lunch here last week and they did not disappoint. The food was amazing, service was very quick and efficient, and the owner and other staff were so friendly. (Shout out to Cindy and Ninh.☺️) In addition, I loved the atmosphere. It's not a huge place and it's perfect for lunch, a dinner date, or just to grab a quick vietnamese coffee (which was also amazing!) or Boba. Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend! *Sorry, we had more pics but started digging into our dishes. ☺️

My pho was absolutely wonderful and the portion was huge! Service was excellent and everyone was very kind. The place itself was very clean and nicely kept. We’ll definitely be coming back.

While traveling for work, I found this little Vietnamese food gem! The atmosphere was bright, modern and cool. I thought at first it was just a boba shop that sold food but boy was I wrong. The food was authentic and fantastic. We got tea and Vietnamese coffee- both quite good. We shared pot stickers and pad see ew. We also both got the Pho Tai. All of the food was amazing! The staff was pleasant and service was as quick. We had plenty of left overs to take home. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Orlando.

Food and drink were fantastic. The staff were kind of not a little distant, but I think it's a cultural difference. Very relaxed atmosphere, great for a casual date. Prices are reasonable if not slightly higher than others in the area, but the food is so fresh you won't notice.

Second time here. Bun bo hue again and the mini pancakes which were delicious. Recommended. Decent food, friendly service, nice small restaurant. Tried grilled beef with vermicelli, decent, but the fish sauce was not authentic. The bun bo hue was good, the noodle, soup, and all the protein were delicious, quite spicy, recommended.

Date of visit: 4/29/25 Pho Neo Asian Kitchen & Boba Tea is great. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was all about authenticity and flavor; the atmosphere is clean, cozy, and welcoming; a perfect spot for a casual meal or quick boba run. I ordered the Thai tea and it was spot-on; creamy, perfectly sweet, and full of that bold flavor Thai tea lovers crave. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had in the area. I also tried the krab Rangoon, and wow; crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and care about getting the balance just right. What really stood out was how authentic everything felt; from the menu to the flavors to the overall experience, Pho Neo delivers a genuine taste of Asian cuisine with great attention to detail. Pho Neo is definitely worth a visit; I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Orlando, FL. “These crab rangoons are absolutely perfect. They’re light and perfectly fried, not greasy at all, and they have the perfect amount of filling,” said Steve. He also enjoyed the BBQ chicken, rice vermicelli, crushed peanuts, and cucumber/carrot/lettuce/bean sprout bowl with fish sauce. Note that the fish sauce doesn’t taste fishy, it’s more of a sweet vinegar subtle dressing. Steve poured it all over his bowl. He and I don’t like strong fish flavors but we both like Vietnamese fish sauce. I had the Tom Yum soup. It was comforting on this cloudy day. Salty and sweetened with honey, it went down easy. The beef was perfectly tender. It had a good tomato-y cilantro flavor and was spicy, but not so spicy that my taste buds stopped working lol. Tofu, green onions, white onion strings, and a couple small bits of tomato rounded out my first bowl of Tom Yum soup. I recommend it. Good music today, a mix of pop, acoustic guitar, and other mellow songs. It was Friday, Valentines Day, and by 6:11 pm it was almost full. They had a healthy takeout business, too.

This was a little gem found by accident. I recommend trying it out. We ate and had Boba tea. It was great. The two gentlemen working the day of our visit were amazing and helpful. The service was prompt! One thing I always look at is if my dishes are cleared when we are done or if they sit. Well, I must say they were on point. We did not sit with any dirty dishes or trash on the table. I appreciate the attentiveness they provided. The food was great! Portion size was perfect. I ordered rice with combination meat and veggies. If I were to point out one thing to improve on, it would to have a few more shrimp on the plate. Unfortunately, I only had one. I didnt make a big issue out of it because EVERYTHING else was great. We also ordered garlic noodles with beef. This dish was also on point. The perfect amount of garlic! Boba tea was great! As a first timer, I had questions and all questions answered. I was offered a recommendation after discussing what I like, and again, he hit the nail on the head! Amazing. Stop in and check this place out.

We came here for lunch, me and my friend both got vietnamese coffee (Salted Caramel & Egg Foam) from recommendation of Ann, who was super sweet!! The atmosphere is small and cozy, with some light music. We also got Pho Tai, Garlic Edamame (SO good- the garlic is toasted and adds the special flavor) and Udon Noodle Stir Fry. Ann also gave us a complimentary Lychee & SourSop Tea- which was the best sweet something after our meal. We love this place!! 10/10 would recommend if you are in the Orlando Airport area! ❤️ *I also frequent them on doordash- the quality is still fresh, just as tasty, and still piping hot when it gets to me!

This place is great! First thing I noticed was the nice decor and the music! They were playing some awesome music by Daniel Caesar, Kina etc. It was such a relaxing and happy vibe! Even eating solo like I did! Then the service, flat out amazing. The two staff members I interacted with were so pleasant and accommodating. Now the food.. I got Beef Summer Rolls and Pad See Ew noodles, ugh so good! The portion size was big enough for me to take leftovers.

I like the noodle and the service was great, but the drinks are a little too sweet for us.

This is an excellent addition to the area, Welcome Neo!Fantastic owner with excellent customer service. Delicious food, cooked to order, so everything is fresh and prepared to your request. Plenty of sweet, and spicy options available. Just ask for your preferred "heat" level.

Wonderful location. We ate here for dinner and had a great experience. The menu had a large variety. I would recommend the Pho Tai as I found it to be delicious. With absolutely wonderful staff and a charming ambiance, I would highly to anyone looking for a filling Asian meal.

This is our second time eating at Neo Asian Kitchen. Absolutely one of, if not the best, authentic Asian restaurants I have eaten at, literally, anywhere around the world. Chicken and beef Pho is 10/10 Spicy Ramen noodles with beef was even better. 11/10 Vegetable Stir-fry with three meat combo was 10/10 Oanh is the owner and is pictured below. She asked us if we wanted to see inside the kitchen. Very, very clean. Always a great sign when the owner asks you to look inside the kitchen! Typically we are disappointed in a lot of restaurants because we can make it significantly better ourselves at home. Not so here. Fantastic and highly recommended.

NICK DAN AND JANET were just simply amazing! I came in with my boyfriend a little under the weather and wanted the spicy ramen and fortunately for us there were two left and I although my Tylenol PM kicked in half way through the meal and didn’t allow me to finish I believe it did it’s job. Nick promised me I’d feel like a brand new woman after drinking some of the spicy ramen and I can say that I woke up feeling so good. Thank you so much and the ginger tea WAS AMAZING ! Service and food and deserves 5 stars ! Thanks guys! I left with not one disappointment, I will be returning !

I have tried many pho spots in the area as well as surrounding areas, this is the best tasting pho I have ever had. The broth is amazingly handcrafted and the service is top notch. I never went without water and the servers were super friendly. Ask for Dylan!! Will be coming back.

Neo is awesome we are so glad to have the best Asian kitchen in the Orlando airport area. The Decor is quaint and the food is FANTASTIC! My children are in love with the boba. Friend staff and clean environment.

Delicious, adorable and super friendly spot near the airport. We got the Pho tai and fried rice - both of which were delicious!

I love this restaurant, BUT they have raised their prices by almost 50% in the last two years! I order lunch from here every week and over the last two years, their Vermicelli bowl has gone from $12.95 to $18.75. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to eat here. With delivery fees and tip, one dish costs me almost $30. But, the food is still amazing and very fresh tasting. If I could still afford it, I would continue to eat here every week.

This is the cutest little gem inside this lee vista plaza! I love pho and have been to many places down mills and this place is great just like them and better! They have so many food options; I got the tofu summer rolls, pho nam and my boyfriend got the tofu bites! They were all phenomenal and I would definitely come back and get again! A lot of Asian places don’t also have a tea bar in it they usually have pre made Thai tea or black tea so them having so many options is great! The staff was also so sweet!

We went on 3/25. The food was great, it's the type of food you would eat at home if you grew up in a Vietnamese home. Service was friendly and amazing. The place was clean, and decor was tasteful. Usually, you can tell how clean a place is based on the restrooms, and I can say it was very clean. Normally Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant's owner don't keep their restroom very clean but this place was well kept.

I can't say enough how great Neo restaurant is! It is a great Asian restaurant (Vietnamese particularly) with great food, location and service. The dishes are always consistently fresh and flavorful. They offer variety of specialty drinks : coffee, Boba teas, milk teas and fruity smoothies. You gotta try their Vietnamese coffee, very strong & delicious. Papaya salad is great and refreshing. Wok-pan stir-fried dishes are my favorite. Not to mention, their service are also great there, very attentive and hospitality. To me it is a good find and always my go-to for Vietnamese cuisine.

Located pretty close to airport. The young lady who waited on me was polite & patient. I got the large boba milk-tea with coconut & watermelon. The food in the photos is what I had. It was all yummy, paid in part with a Groupon. Will definitely make another trip some time!

Wow Google review never fail. Rated a 4.6 stars and I see why. The Thai tea with boba was exceptional. Bao buns grilled chicken and beef were very refreshing. I love the cilantro jalapeño combination. I also had the small pho bowl with beef and the pad Thai. All dishes were top notch. Tiffany was my server and she was a real sweetheart. I highly recommend this spot. Surrounded by chain restaurants they offer unique flavorful options that don’t disappoint.

The Crab Rangoon was crispy and flaky with a creamy filling. The accompanying dipping sauce was sweet with a hint of spice that was perfect. The Pho Tai was hot, delicious and plentiful. The meat inside was tender and the side plate of bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño was fresh and perfect added into the Pho Tai. The jasmine tea was hot and tasty. It’s a cute little place that is nicely decorated and the service was very good, attentive and my food came quite quickly. I will definitely visit again.

Have ordered 4 times since dining in for first time recently! I always order the Chicken Pho. Also tried teriyaki sticks, beef fried rice, shrimp summer rolls and egg rolls. Was so good forgot to take pictures until the end! Priced competitively and relative to other places. Service was efficient and I like that they offer Apple Pay. I’m not a boba person so can’t comment there. Hope to try other dishes soon!

My 1st Pho in Orlando! It's in a weird spot off in the cut in a Plaza. You wouldn't even know its here. I snagged a Groupon deal while on vacation and im glad i did!! My pho was great! Spring rolls were awesome too! Way better than the food at the airport that's for sure. Highly recommend!

Great Find! Craved Noodle soup while flying into Orlando, did a google search and found this great place. Staff super friendly. Small well laid out and furnished restaurant. The Pho Tai Nam was delicious with lots of rib steak and brisket slices. The wife loved her Wonton soup with chicken. My Iced Vietnamese Coffee was delicious

During a 4 day trip, I visited this gem of a place for lunch or dinner 3 times - each time was delightful. I tried the Vietnamese sandwich (banh mi), Mongolian noodles, and Korean clear noodles, all served with plenty of vegetables. Snow pea ends were actually trimmed off. Also tried a vanilla chai bubble tea with lychee popping pearls, would get again! Loved all the Asian cuisines at this place.

This Asian Kitchen is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome right away. And the pho broth is very rich and flavorful, The noodles are perfect, and the meat is super tender and flavorful. It's the kind of meal that just warms you from the inside out. This is the spot for some authentic asian food!!

Very delightful and excellent asian kitchen and boba spot in a very convenient location! So far I had the opportunity to try out the Honeydew milk tea along with Brown Sugar and Thai tea and all were perfect! The inside of the restaurant in of itself is very welcoming and homey, although a bit compact that’s what makes it shine. Great, quick and comforting service too as a benefit! Would highly recommend to try this place out if you’re in the area! Compliments to Kevin and Alejandro for providing me quality service!

First time eating pho and what an AMAZING experience at Neo! The food was great and the service is ultimately what will make me come back again! My friend and I had the Pho Tai, veggie egg rolls, and the signature wings, everything was delicious! My one critique is I didn’t feel comfortable having the spoons to eat the pho face down in its holder. If the spoons were right side up, I would of had no issue with choosing them from the table. They had no problem giving us new spoons. Special shout-out to Nick!! He made this experience all around special. His service and kindness are A1!

Wait time: None, we were sat down promptly as we arrived. No RSVP needed. 10/10 Parking: Plenty of parking space. No valet available. Plenty of Handicap parking in front. 10/10 Hostess: friendly greetings, smiles all the way. 10/10 Server: GREAT servers. They really make the dinning experience fun and engaging. Very attentive to our drinks and knowledgeable of the menu. Made great recommendations. I appreciate that the staff were all happy and smiling as they worked. It felt like they were having fun and spreading great energy all around as they worked. It felt as if I made friends during my visit 10/10 Food: seafood Pho 10/10 (XL if your really hungry) the Broth was PERFECTLY MADE, chicken fried rice 9/10, chicken wings (Garlic) 8/10 (6 and 12 count available). For dessert I ordered the coconut jello 10/10 not very sweat (which is typical of this type of dessert) but very delicious and true to its cultural recipe, and even better locally made! They also have Coffees, Boba, macaroons and many other options to choose from. Ambiance: The lighting was great, menus were clean and easy to read. Great music modern music choices playing throughout. Decor is beautiful. This truly was a dining experience, I came with an average mood and left smiling 10/10. Kudos to our server to Gifted me an extra coconut jello ;) Restrooms: Are cleaned and fully stocked 10/10 Cleanliness: Restroom, dining area, kitchen, server area, tables, chairs and countertops are all clean and well kept. Promptly cleaned after customers have finished eating and ready to serve the next guest. 10/10 Timing: The food was out in very quickly shortly after ordering (10-15min MAX). Considering this was a Friday afternoon during the lunch rush, I was impressed! Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Food temperature was excellent, smelled just as amazing as it looked and presented beautifully. Sauces available upon request. 10/10 Likeliness to return: Found a new Pho favorite! 10/10. You need to try this place out at least once. Cost: Overall cost with 1 Appetizer, 2 dinner meals, 1 desert was under 60 dollars. Well worth it. I’d go back just for the friendly staff. Consider Alternatives: N/A. Come here first, don’t look anywhere else. Large Parties: This location, although AMAZING is not very large and may have some difficulty catering to larger parties. But always call ahead, they seem very accommodating. Additional Comments: Wheelchair accessible, this New place is located in the same plaza as Academy Sports, Mito Sushi and Grill and T-Mobile

We have patiently waited for Neo to open. Ladies and gents the wait definitely did not disappoint! My daughter and I came in for a quick dinner and boba last night and food was amazing the boba was great. Customer service was wonderful. There’s quite a menu to choose from and can’t wait to explore the rest!

Our hosts were hard at work to please customers and our family. PHO has a very reasonably priced menu and great tastes. Each dinner was brought out individually as it was completed, so all dinners were hot. We didn't play it safe, trying several new entres, and yet we didn't regret it. It appears they've been open a year. Hope they succeed. It was packed at dinner when we arrived.

Best Pho & Ramen we have had in a long time! And I’ve traveled a bit. Very surprised to find this little spot in Orlando. The broth was amazing in each of our entrees. All of the appetizers were great; crab rangoon were crispy and just the right amount of filling, the pan fried dumplings were tasty, the edamame were FRESH and decent size perfectly salted (unlike most places where they can be deflated lol this tastes so fresh) the bean sprouts, herbs, fresh jalapeños and lime on the side was a nice touch to add to our Chicken Pho. The fresh crushed red pepper paste was exquisite and made for the perfect amount of spice for my soup. The Spicy Ramen with Pork added was easy on the eyes (the way it was presented) and delicious to eat. Allowed for me to build up the spice of my broth. They have a great milk tea and smoothie menu. All of the milk teas were great! And their desserts were worth saving room for. Family friendly place but is also a nice date spot or a place to grab lunch or dinner with coworkers or friends. They offer takeout as well.

We chanced on this place in our way back from Orlando to Tampa. They have a good assortment of drinks and toppings. What’s best is the option to substitute for Almond milk or Lactose free milk instead of regular milk. Drinks come in 3 sizes. The large one with all the add ons can be pricey. For 2 drinks including tip, our bill ended up around $23.00. The place is clean with plenty of parking outside. They also offer Vietnamese food but we didn’t have the chance to sample them

Nice and simple place run by young people who try to serve their customers quickly and efficiently. Customers have the option of sitting inside or outside. We arrived on the recommendation of a friend of my husband who is from vietnam and we ordered the dishes that he suggested. Below I share my experience with food for those like me who are not familiar with it but are enthusiastic about trying new things. Everything was good and I would go back to try different dishes. BBQ with Rice: the flavor of the meat was what I liked the most about this dish, it makes it different. Neo Pho Beef: the flavor of the soup has a very mild sweet touch, the combination of its meats are not for everyone but they give different textures and flavors to the same dish, all this with the touch of fresh herbs and the touch of bean sprouts. You can give it a touch of jalapeño and lemon that they put on the side of the plate. The portions of both dishes are large. The summer rolls are similar to the spring rolls but the difference is that they come cold and their wrapper is not crispy but more sticky, the flavor is very good combined with the peanut sauce. Drinks: if you like cold and strong coffee, try the vietnamesse iced coffee, and if you also like the chewy texture you can add the Boba option to your drink. Their boba drinks are very popular.

I ordered takeout - vegetable spring rolls & vegetable pho (beef broth). Food was great and I had enough for another meal. I don’t normally order pho takeout (so this might be normal) but I didn’t expect to have to put together my pho myself so heads up on that!

I been coming here for past 2 years. Daytime lunch is usually good not too busy. Dinner gets hectic, longer wait but the food especially the soups pho or wonton is really good. Dumplings are good even the Bahn mi sandwich. Boba drinks are good & the service is good they check periodically. Good small joint good prices

One of the best Vietnamese meals I have had in a long time! Very friendly and prompt staff, accommodating to all our group's allergy and dietary needs, food was quick fresh hot and delicious. Vietnamese iced coffee was also incredible!! Would highly recommend as a lunch option near the airport, took us 7 minutes to drive to rental car drop off after lunch. Staff were also happy to split bill with no problems. Affordable also. Would highly recommend!

I went for dinner with a few friends. The restaurant was cute. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The manager even came and spoke with us about our experienced and let us try their 3 colors desert that was super delicious and their vegetable pho broth on the house. We tried the dumplings and Sriracha fries were good. It was interesting to see that they had Vietnamese Sriracha. I got the Vietnamese style Mongolian noodles with beef. That was ok but I added the hoisin sauce and Sriracha and it added flavor to it. I had a milk tea slush with passion fruit and that was delicious. I will definitely be going back to try their pho and other stuff.

Amazing food, full of flavor, lots of different menu options. We tried the garlic noodles, Green papaya salad, and pork Bahn mi, all were delicious and great portions. These pictures aren’t the greatest because we couldn’t resist eating it as soon as we got it, and then I remembered to take the pics. The service is outstanding and the owner is extremely nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back and try the teas, which we didn’t get a chance to try yet. Definitely a must try place.

We come from Vancouver and the pho's base is excellent there. In the west coast, it's better to have clear and not so riched soup base, and this place delivers it! Very comforting meal, not heavy at all, it's a good clean taste, you are full but not stuffed to the rim! A great taste! Awesome variety from all the steakhouse, theme park food and burgers and fries! Highly recommended for all looking for a lighter taste for your meal!

Just got off a Cruise boat for the past 5 days. The food was so much better and more flavorful than the 3k dollar dinners I reserved for. The broth was so flavorful and flavor complex. The Summer rolls were tight and made fresh. Peanut sauce was a bit thick and needed a hint of chili but was over all very tasty 😋. I also needed my phone charged after the long trip from dock to Orlando and they were more than happy to provide a socket for paying guests. I do not live in the state but highly recommend and bring your friends for this cozy relaxing music and good staff to converse with.

The food, boba and staff are great! I love Oanh Vo! I went with my nieces who wanted to try boba because of TikTok. They didn’t like it. They’re 9 years and 6 years old, not surprising right? Oanh Vo made two different kinds for them at no charge for us. She was so kind and helpful with Auntys picky babies. I recommend this place due to the good service and food. Thank you Oanh Vo!!!!

Recomendado.

Cute little restaurant. Super friendly staff. Great egg rolls. Noodle dish was good. Lot of garlic. Beef was very tender. Maybe a bit oily? Wish I had room for a Boba beverage after dinner. Looked good.

Food was excellent. Decor is nice, but service needs a little attention, though staff are very friendly here. I placed my order and got my food quickly and it was terrific. For that alone, I will go to go back again. After I was done I was basically waiting for over 10 minutes to settle my bill and go. They got the young guys walked by my table a few times, but never even looked at me. Overall, it’s very good and I can definitely recommend this place. The food is solid.

N

The food is delicious, although the beef in the ramen can sometimes be a bit tough and hard to chew. Overall, it is quite good. The restaurant has a quiet atmosphere, but it gets busy in the evenings, and it is always clean. They also sell a variety of products from Asia that are worth trying. As for the service, it is friendly, but there is room for improvement. For instance, I had to ask several times for a napkin. In general, it's a great place to eat and offers something different from the usual options.

Had a very yummy lunch here. Definitely not white people food. It has flavor and spicy to it. The crab Rangoon was crispy with a flavorsome center. The bao with steak was fantastic. The pot stickers were very good as well. Dinning room. Is neat and clean. The staff is not super friendly, nor are they rude they are just kind of there not very attentive as well. I'm not sure if that was just a culture thing or not. The bathroom was neat and clean, but one of the tiles had this weird light that changed colors. I'm not sure what that was about. Price was on the higher side, but I guess so is everyone nowadays. Have no problem going back.

I visited this Asian restaurant recently and ordered the large Pho Tai. First off, the portion size was huge—definitely one of the largest bowls I’ve had. It came loaded with a generous amount of thinly sliced beef, plenty of noodles, and a good serving of fresh herbs and garnishes. The balance of ingredients was just right, making every bite satisfying. The broth, while decent, left a bit of room for improvement. It lacked the rich, deep flavor that makes pho truly memorable. It wasn’t bad by any means, but with just a bit more complexity, it could really elevate the dish. Service was excellent—friendly, quick, and very attentive. My food came out fast, and the staff made sure everything was okay throughout the meal, which I appreciated. I also tried the shrimp rolls. They were okay, nothing too special, but the real highlight was the peanut sauce that came with them. It was flavorful, creamy, and clearly a step up from the standard sauces you usually get. Overall, it was a solid experience. The portion size, service, and that peanut sauce definitely stood out. I’d come back again, especially for the pho, and hope to see the broth continue to improve.

Definitely good food and I will come to have dinner or lunch before going to epic theaters while in the lee Vista area every time!

I got a small brown sugar milk tea with boba. If you love the flavor of deep molasses, you should get this flavor, it’s high quality. The milk tea is a little bit pricey. But on the flip side, not a lot of places in Orlando sell milk tea and a full plate of food at the same time. Usually, milk tea shops just sell snack foods. But this place sells real food that can satisfy you. So it’s a rare opportunity to drink milk tea and have lunch at the same time.

Friendly service! Food came out hot and fresh -i had to wait for it to cool off! The dishes are different then other places. I had pad thai and they used an orange sauce that isn't as sweet as i thought but i still ate it. Portions are good for the price. The eggrolls came with fish sauce, we ended up asking for a different sauce. It was very quiet once it was just us in the restaurant (no background music).

Super clean spot. Really nice comfortable spot for lunch or dinner. Prices are decent. Service was very friendly & efficient. They forgot the protein for my soup (hence the 4 stars) but I’m willing to update the review once I try the soup again. Our other orders were good. Good portions. A great addition in my opinion to the Promenade Plaza.

Went to this place after a long flight. The food is awesome and super authentic. We had the bum thit nuong and dumplings. We ordered spring rolls, but they never came. To be fair there was only one guy working and he was bombarded with customers. Delicious Vietnamese food

Decent place to get Vietnamese food and boba drinks. I ordered off the iPad to get a rice dish with bbq beef but came out to be bun thit nuong, was expected long com tam instead. The matcha was weak. Not sure if I’d come back.

Our waitress is super nice and fast. The restaurant is decorated super nice and modern. Wish the food could be more authentic.

This place is decent for pho. They give you a lot of pho noodles and a fair amount of meat. As for the milk tea, it tastes like it's mixed with powder for the flavor. I will try other Vietnamese dishes from here the next time around.

I use to love to get my Brown sugar Bobba here. Very close to where I live. But lately they've been serving raw Bobba. I tried but 3 times is enough.

Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. Banh mi was stale and garlic shaken noodles were too salty. The pho broth was not very flavorful and oily but there was an abundance of meat. The sliced beef was not raw and was rather chewy. The papaya salad was well made and the fried shallots topping was delicious and the summer rolls were light and tasty. We had the lychee berry tea and Thai tea which were both very satisfying.

Food was pretty good. Service was great. They did forget about my boba but wasn't a big deal they did apologized. Overall had a okay experience. Wasn't the best pho I had but also wasn't the worst pho I've had.

Came in for LAVENDER milk tea w tapioca and a spring roll. Took a very long time. Then pretty sure I was given hazelnut, which I happen to love, but had I had a nut allergy, could've been bad. It was delicious but definitely wasnt lavender. Not sure if it was a language issue or not? Most times my lavender are purplish 🤔

The food was average, it could have had more flavor. The menu covered a mix of Asian plates.

I ordered a banh mi, which I rarely order. I liked that the menu said it has mayo, however, I should have asked for extra because I find sandwiches without it are dry. My husband who always orders pho found it to be bland and it's the first time I saw him add sauces to the broth. My son didn't finish his seafood pho. The boba drinks were okay. Our Hispanic server was nice, friendly, smiled and checked on us often. The other person who served our boba and took our check saw our broth spilling as we packed it. She didn't offer to help us pack it up, but she did bring us napkins for us to wipe it.

Food was average. Service was sloppy and poor, but the waitresses were great when being asked about where an order was. We consistently had to ask why an order was missing. Maybe around 5 times. My Bun Bo Hue took about 45 minutes to come out and was the last item out. It should have been a simple dish to prepare.. I'm not knocking this restaurant, and I'm only sharing my groups experience. I do feel like it might have been an off day, but there's no excuse for the extremely poor service. Pho: 7/10. Average beefiness to broth. There's not much herb taste or smell. Meat portions were okay. No brisket. Meatballs were fantastic. There was this sour after taste to the broth, which made me think the broth was reheated or leftovers from the day before. Bon Bo Hue: 6/10. Meat portions were good. This broth was very bland. The balance of the broth was not there. It was almost like it was someone's first time learning how to cook it. I took one sip and was disappointed. Missed the mark big time. Maybe it was catered to tourists. Eggroll: 7/10. A little small. Fillings were average, but there was a uniqueness to the fillings that I hadn't seen or tasted. Gave it .25 points for this technique. Dipping sauce was average. Springrolls: 7/10. Average at best. Dipping was great. Gave it an extra .5 points for the sauce. Matcha Milk Tea: 6/10. Bland and not sweet enough. Thai Tea Boba: The tea flavor was light, and sweetness was good. Banh Mi (cold cut): 7 (standard), 8.75 (custom). This was my favorite food from the restaurant. My sandwich was slightly custom. No soy sauce, extra veggies, extra mayo, and extra plateau. These requests dramatically made the sandwich from average to great. Ingredients: mayo was okay. Veggies are veggies. Plateau was average. Meats were good, but the pork head meat was great, and the star of the sandwich.

Ordered some food for pickup. Got the bbq combination vermicelli and also a side salad. The food was ok. The pork was cooked pretty well. The beef was ok the drier side but had good flavor. I did not get any ginger dressing for the side salad I ordered which was a little disappointing.

This was the closet pho place near the airport. Once we entered, they told us to sit anywhere. Once we sat down, we had to wait a while for menus and for the waitress to acknowledge us. Once we got the menus we waited a long time for the waitress to come back to get our order for drinks and food. The spring rolls were hot and stuffed. The steak summer rolls were small compared to other summer rolls I’ve tried and the dipping sauce was thick. They were ok. The beef pho was sweet and savory. The grilled pork banh mi was crispy, and full of flavor. The tofu bbq vermicelli was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The boba drinks were all powdered based. The food overall was good but the service was terrible.

So, I’ve been to Neo Asian kitchen many times and the boba tea is always phenomenal. I’ve gotten food there before and it’s never been too bad. My mom ate there though and she now has food poisoning. She had spring rolls, salad, and boba tea. She thinks it was the salad that made her sick. So, I guess they might not be keeping up with food safety guidelines. I don’t know for sure, but be aware. Only two stars from the past positive experiences with the boba tea and food specifically.

The service and atmosphere are both nice here. However I wish the food was better. Avocado smoothie did not taste like avocado whatsoever. It tasted very coconut-y. We ordered egg rolls and summer rolls appetizer ($6+ each), but received 1 piece each, despite the menu saying it comes with two pieces. 😑 The pho was so bland!! No aromatics of pho whatsoever. Very disappointed. Only things we like from here is the thit nuong and their Vietnamese iced coffee.

We ordered over the phone for pickup. We were told to come in 20 minutes so we did. After arriving at the restaurant we waited 50 minutes at the restaurant for our food. To our surprise we got home and unboxed everything... it was nice and hot however the pad Thai was mushy and clumping into balls. One of the other items we ordered, the beef teriyaki appetizer, had great seasoning/flavor but was so dry it was like eating beef Jerky. The inside is beautiful and it looked promising but we are very disappointed in the time it took the get the food and the quality.

I really wanted to like it :( my pad Thai was no good at all and it looks very different from what I am used too, spring rolls where yummy, sauce didn’t had peanuts sprinkle, maybe I’m just used too the additional touch.

Summer rolls were on point and not too tiny. I just hated how dangerously greasy and slippery the floor was. I would hate to see the kitchen. And how the staff pretended not to notice or fix the problem. I ordered the small pho and there were barely any broth in the bowl. My family and I spent over $100 dining in for dinner. We were not impressed by the experience at this establishment.

The service was mediocre at best. I got Boba, Spicy Ramen, and crab rangoon’s with 2 other people. While eating the ramen I found a bug in my food . When I tried to get the attention of an employee they ignored me untill I could find a different employee. When I told him he wasn’t shocked and offered a refund or to make a new one . The 2 others I was with had good food. I took the refund and took my business elsewhere. I’m horrified to say the least.

Went there yesterday. We ordered two phos, one chicken pat thai, one order of calamari and one order of springrolls and 3 cokes. The calamaris and chicken pat Thai had small cockroaches on it. We told our servers that we were disgusted by continuing eating and they mentioned to re-do the food. Why would we eat the re-done food? I told them we were uncomfortable and we rather go, and the only good decision they "had" was for us not to pay the chicken pat thai and calamaris. It is the first time I go to a place that is INFESTED with cockroaches that they do not tell us the food will be waived for the bad experience, and it is the first time ever that we experience a place charging us for the food after such an experience. Coming here should be something avoided by anyone that feels concerned about their health. This place should be inspected by the proper institution.

Ordered online the delivery was smooth, but the food was not good at all. Order Pad Thai beef was like rubber. And the noodles were over cooked all soggy. Not flavorful at all.

This might be the most honest review in this page. Their food is amazing BUT… their customer service is terrible. I’m standing there for 13 mins, just to tell him I’m picking up. Mine you, my food is sitting on the counter the whole 13mins. In them 13 mins I wanted to order milk tea and glanced over and seen a baby roach crawling on the fridge near the tools to put the milk tea in… I don’t know if this is family own but please bring someone in there that care about the restaurant. I love the food but service and cleanliness is VERY IMPORTANT!

This is only a review of what I ordered and should not reflect on the other items or the staff as they were super nice. But I ordered the pad thai and it was not what I expected as it was really soupy and had a strong flavor of almost canned tomato catsup. Didn't like it at all. I also had a bahn mi and the bread was not a crispy baguette but a Doughwy chewey bread which ruined that experience. I would of been more lenient if the price was lower but for almost $40 i regret not going to panda like I originally wanted as I was craving Asian flavors and wanted to try something different. A lot of options looked delicious and for that alone I might go back. Too much competition in Orlando to not get it right the first time.

Went in with a groupon. Staff did not know what to do with it, and said I could not use it. After 15 min a manager called on the phone and told me I had to spend over the amount of the Groupon to be able to use it. Food had no taste and did not get the accompanied beansprouts, jalapeños etc with the pho bo. Noodles in pad thai were overcooked. Server spent more time bandaging up her finger in kitchen than out in dining room.I had to ask to sit down and for the check and for a box and for silverware. First time I have been to a Vietnamese restaurant not run by Vietnamese staff. I will not go back.

Went there today for a pick up order of just summer rolls. The employee was nice up Until i clicked the no tip option on the screen. I wish restaurants stoped asking for tips for pick up

I’ve been coming to Neo pho for a while, and honestly the quality has gone downhill over the years. This used to be one of my favorite spots, but my recent visit was very disappointing. • My wife’s noodles were overcooked and soggy. • My meat was dry and forgot fish sauce for my specific plate • Food took a some time to come out, and our drinks came even later — we were halfway through eating before they arrived. Another issue is pricing. Online, one of the meals was listed at $13, but in the restaurant it was $15. The online menu clearly isn’t updated. The servers were friendly, but communication was really difficult because of the language barrier, which made the service feel unorganized. On top of that, when checking out, the server had already clicked on a $10 tip before handing me the screen, which felt unfair. Overall, the food quality, service, and accuracy just aren’t there anymore. I left very disappointed, and it’s sad to see a place that used to be good decline like this.

Where do I start actually….. ordered brisket and meatball pho…. It had this weird taste to it like they didn’t blanch and clean their meat or something for the broth to have such a weird taste. The chili oil I asked for wasn’t even spicy and it changed the pho taste completely awful. I had to add way more fish sauce, sriracha and hoisin. They needed more spices and aromatics in their broth. Garlic noodles was okay. The best thing we had there was the pepper squid if anything. My brown sugar boba was okay. The boba was still hard as if they didn’t boil it long enough. Our server sucked so bad, she was always on her phone with her AirPods in her ear. You walked up to us to ask if we need more water when 2 of our cups ran out of water. I mean if we put it at the end of the table for you to see and you’re sitting right in front of our table smiling at your phone instead of looking at us then I guess we don’t need it. 😒 she came to refill only 1 cup of our water and left the pitcher there for us to refill the empty cup next to it ourselves. Keep in mind she wasn’t busy it was only just us and another table behind us. So 5 people dining in there in total. The Asian girl in the back gave us much more better service than the Hispanic girl who was our “server”. Smh worst service ever. Never met such a lazy worker. Oh if you’re reading this just know this is not an authentic Asian spot. If you know you know.

My friend and I got to the restaurant at 3:04pm and we were the first in the restaurant. A family of 4 walked in about 5 minutes after us and they got their order taken right away and their food came out first as well. Once they got their food, my friend and I waited about another 30 minutes before our food arrived. This totaled to a 50 minute wait for out food. We almost walked out. Once the food arrived, the taste was horrible. It was not as described on the menu and was not visually appealing as well. The server was really nice, so no fault to her. But the total process from ordering food to actually getting the food was way too long and the food was not worth the wait at all. I’ve been to this restaurant before and it was alright the first time but this second time will definitely be my last time ever going there. The Thai green milk tea also tasted like mint chocolate chip, or some sort of toothpaste. Completely nasty. 0/5 stars if that was an option.

J
Jay P

Just got my Uber order and there was a hair in my summer roll! This is unacceptable! Please do quality control on your items going out. Wear hair nets in kitchen. Also most of the food was bland and disappointing.
