Neveyah Sushi & Thai Orlando Reviews
The Thai Drunken Noodles were out of this world perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat, freshness, and flavor. Every bite had that authentic wok-fried taste that’s hard to find. The noodles were tender, the veggies crisp, and the sauce rich and savory. Pure comfort food perfection. Lisa and William provided top-notch service from start to finish. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find staff who care so much about creating a great dining experience. Their recommendations were spot-on and their energy made the meal even better.
Naveyah Sushi & Thai has truly exceeded all my expectations. After my first visit, I couldn’t help but come right back — that’s how incredible this place is. The quality and flavor are above and beyond. From the fresh, beautifully crafted sushi to the authentic Thai dishes, every plate is exceptional. Their Japanese Wagyu steak absolutely blew my palate — tender, rich, and unforgettable. Their cocktails and desserts are also a perfect 10/10. Plus, the staff and owners make you feel like family with every visit, which takes the experience to another level. This restaurant has officially become my favorite go-to spot. Highly recommended! 🥢🍣🔥
I always pass by here and want to try it. this was my first time eating here and it was DELICIOUS. Alyssa is an AMAZING and attentive server. I always ask a million questions about the menu and she was patient and kind. They have little origami swans on some of their drinks that we thought were adorable, so she brought one for each of us. It was so nice of her! Everything was prepared beautifully and it tasted as good as it looked. Above and beyond all the way around!
I had an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was excellent. Every dish had a perfect balance of spice and taste. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!
I ordered green curry and it's best green curry I had:) Thank you so much for the lady she was serving me. She was really nice:) I forgot her name:(
Went here for the first time for happy hour. Alyssa was our server. She went ABOVE and BEYOND. One of the best waitresses around! Can’t wait to come back!!
I walked in, checked out the menu and decided to have a mocktail and appetizer. It took a minute for my spring rolls to come out but they were perfect on the inside/not mushy at all. I was very impressed with the mocktail. It was tasty.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience eating at Neveyah! The sushi was absolutely divine, it was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the Orlando Pride roll and she got the Barbie roll! We had coconut shrimp as our appetizer and also ordered the tomato pepper steak stir fry and the Thai fried rice (none of which are pictured because we were too busy enjoying them!) The desserts were beautifully presented and the red bean paste ice cream was some of the best I have ever had. My girlfriend got the bread pudding and loved it! We will definitely be returning in the future!
So happy to find this upscaled authentic Thai and Sushi restaurant. What a welcome and wonderful staff. That just set the tone right from the beginning. Our server was nothing but friendly and awesome. Food 🍱 was so Good. We kept talking about it. We are vegetarian and almost any dish from the menu can be prepared vegetarian, if you fall into this category then you will love this place for sure. Clean place, beautifully decorated with awesome ambiance and delicious food with welcoming environment. Their chef is experienced and been doing this for a long time g time is what I was told. We will be back again for sure. Special THANKS to the wonderful staff. 😇😇🙏
This is a spot I'm so glad I finally checked out! I have lived in Orlando most of my life and had the pleasure of trying a lot of Asian cuisine. Neveyah ia a top five spot for me, now. Let me start with the sashimi. My work background is in high-end Japanese restaurants (think Zuma) and the quality of this fish is on par if not better. We had maguro, sake, and hamachi sashimi. The thickness of each slice is more than I have seen anywhere, a nice treat. 🍣 The sushi was also excellent. Well rolled, very fresh ingredients, and the rice was so sticky. 🍚 My dinner buddy has never had Japanese A5 wagyu so we did the hot stone and that was divine! 🥩 I had chicken pad thai (medium spice was a solid punch of heat, nothing too crazy) and it was delightful. The portions were large but not overwhelming. My buddy had the Panang Curry and got it Thai hot. He was sweating but ate it all, that's how flavorful it was! 🍲 Tammy was our waitress and she was very friendly. I look forward to coming with my family and friends again! 🥢
I went here on a mystery Foodie Bus Crawl and it was a great surprise. The decor is beautiful, the service was incredible, and the food was delicious.
It was my wife’s and my first time here. We split a spicy tuna roll and then I had the Mexican roll. She had the pad key meow. We both enjoyed the food very much. I loved the Mexican roll, but there were only six pieces. On the other hand, each piece was rather large and equal to about two of the tuna roll pieces. All in all, a wonderful meal and we will definitely be back!
I was visiting Orlando for a concert and my bestie and I were craving Thai food. We searched around a bit and came across this place on google maps. We read over the menu and read the reviews and knew it was the perfect place for us! Right away the staff were friendly and helpful~ the atmosphere was relaxing and chill. Perfect for a meal out with a friend. I ordered the crab Rangoon and let me tell you… it ruined all other crab Rangoon for me. Like straight up. It was perfectly crispy and the mix on the inside was creamy and flavorful! The dipping sauce was the perfect sweet to balance that savory flavor! For my actual meal, I had the Pho with tempura lobster tail. What can I say, I was feeling bougie! 😎 But I would do it again and again and again because the flavor was unmatched! It was the best Pho I’ve had! The spice and sweet ratio was magnificent and the presentation, top notch. Don’t believe me? Well there’s a pic so it DID happen~ Highly recommend you visit this place for amazing Thai food! I hope to find myself in Orlando soon to have another bowl~
Bobbi who was our waitress was so full of personality. She helped us enjoy our time there. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. The food was delicious and the restrooms are small with only 2 stalls. 😊 I will definitely be returning, and I recommend the Thai fried rice and the wings!
I went to this place last weekend. Found it to be one of the best ambiences for Thai places around Orlando and with reasonable prizing. I went with a close friend. While me being Vegetarian, our waitress helped me pleasantly in choosing Pad Phat as Entree with Eggplant and Papaya Salad as the appetizers. My friend tried Oudum Snapper which looked awesome and it's taste matched it's look. A must visit for people who like Thai Food. 🖖 Would definitely visit again :)
Phenomenal sushi, great vibes! The owners Jimmy and Theresa were so personable and made us feel at home. Will definitely dine again.
I love the overall restaurant the quality of the fish was great. The miso soup was amazing . Lisa was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. I would most definitely come back again love love loved it ☺️👍🏽
Here’s a concise and positive review for a waitress with excellent service: I had an amazing dining experience thanks to Leah. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She anticipated our needs, gave great recommendations, and her warm demeanor really stood out. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and she made our evening so enjoyable. Truly exceptional service!"
Sampled this amazing restaurant as our last stop of our @foodiebiscrawls event and the place did not disappoint! The atmosphere is inviting, the food was made to perfection and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely be returning with friends and plan to partake in one of everything the menu has to offer.
Had an awesome time at Neveyah Thai Sushi! The food and drinks were on point—super fresh and full of flavor. Big shoutout to Johnatan for the amazing service. He was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!
We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and tried the Panang Curry and chefs choice sushi platter. This was some of the best Panang Curry we've had anywhere. Sushi was really good also and we loved everything that came out. My wife has celiac and they brought out a special gluten free soy sauce. Our waitress "Kit-kat" was awesome and make the whole lunch so fun. Prices were more reasonable than I expected.
My favorite Thai place!!! I spent my birthday, anniversary and several date nights here and each time I was impressed. The food is amazing. I try to have the tiny Thai server(I’m awful at names) but she is bubbly and quick. My mimosas or cocktail glass is never empty. I promise if you go here you wouldn’t be disappointed
Great food, we ate the calamari and it is wonderful! The pad thai is great and also the curry
If there is one thing that I miss while working from home (and trust that the list is super small) during the Covid-19 pandemic it's Oudom. My coworker and I would eat there at least twice a month. So when I was forced to go in to the office to fix an issue with my laptop I figured why not treat myself. My go to meal is always the Jasmine Fried Rice with Chicken either hot or Thai hot. If you're extra hungry (like me today) get the veggie spring rolls. Neither will disappoint, trust me. I've tried a couple of other things on the menu and they were all delicious but I keep coming back to my favourite. I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful today and promise myself that I won't go 4 months again before the next order 😁
First of all Congrats on the service and HOSPITALITY of William. He did amazing job. Doing more than the tradicional service, he add hospitality and that means a lot. Made my day! Also the owner Teresa, so nice and incredibly about the place and food. BEST SOAP EVER!!!! Congrats genuinely
Sleek interior, looks great at night , moody and clean. The food was perfect. The Tom kha soup was perfection personified. The yucca fritters were a perfect blend of rich flavors with a soft interior all balanced with a sweet vinaigrette sauce. And the coco loco roll was filling and refreshing. The service was friendly and attentive.
Such friendly happy staff and we all know that happy staff makes happy customers! I met really nice people here. The menu is extensive, the service is quick, generous portions. They have a great outdoor patio and Orlando downtown is very dog friendly. Overall a truly fun atmosphere. Check this wonderful restaurant out, sit a while and chat with the staff or with the locals! Fun place and I highly recommend! Foodies? You are going to love it! #Oudomthaiandsushiorlando @orlando
Love the low lighting and comfortable chairs, but the service and the food is absolutely stellar. I don't brave Orlando's labyrinthian streets very often, but I might have to in order to enjoy this gem some more.
A gastronomic experience in the land of Disney burgers and fries. The short rib appetizer was served with a sweet and tangy sauce and their spin on kimchi. The waterfall steak was fantastic. The boneless Peking duck was not crispy as I expected, but was done in a savory gravy with a medley of veggies. The atmosphere was elegant but casual at the same time. It was a very good meal.
Very posh interior, relaxing music sets a calm ambiance - was absolutely perfect escape for me in the middle of a hectic work day. Gyoza and Spring Rolls for appetizers - good, above average on flavor, normal appetizers on par with similar styled restaurants. Hi-5 Sushi Roll - Delicious, mid to high level of spice, very nice kick at the end of each bite. Pineapple Fried Rice - Literally served inside a half of a pineapple. Was a fun surprise, didn't expect that. Fried Rice itself was delicious, eggs and meat were cooked perfectly and the pineapple chunks were sweet and perfectly ripe.
What to say about Oudom Thai & Sushi Restaurant? It is an amazing thai/Japanese option in a more residential area of Downtown Orlando. We went, without knowing so, during their happy hour and we were so surprised that the options are so good. Regardless, though, the regular prices are still reasonable and the QUALITY is amazing. It was great to satisfy our sushi and thai pad thai cravings with beer and sangria. Go NOW!
My husband has been raving about the deep fried whole fish from here for YEARS. We finally decided to check it out on a Sunday during Bark-toberfest while we were downtown. The atmosphere was sophisticated with white table cloths and excellent service. We ended up doing the bottomless mimosas for $8! That is the BEST deal for mimosas in Orlando! We ordered the whole fried fish and the pekking duck. Both were superb! It was such a great lunch and experience and the waitress was SO nice and hospitable! We cannot wait to go back!
Great meal. Lisa, our server (and I think the manager that night) was very attentive. The sushi was delicious. I got the pineapple stir fry rice with steak and it was great too. My only complaint was that the food for our table (3 people) didn’t come out at the same time. Lisa and her team made up for it, though because she heard that we were there for my wife’s birthday, and they brought out a lovely dessert with a song. Excellent night out. Give it a try!!
Food was great and service was even better! Teresa and her staff are highly professional and have great personalities, a plus in the restaurant industry! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good variety of fresh, tasty sushi at a decent price! $8 specials on sushi and other items during happy hour! Nothing but abundant praise for this restaurant!
Alyssa was PHENOMENAL and attended us with care. Her energy was super positive and would recommend to other for the future!!
Oudom is a fantastic spot to enjoy an every day meal or grab some happy hour food and drinks. It’s one of my favorite sushi spots in town as well. I challenge you to find a spot that offers fresher sushi, amazing authentic Thai food and the best martinis in downtown Orlando. John is one of the best bar tenders around and the staff of excellent on all levels. This is one of my go to spots whenever Im downtown. Stop and visit this spot if you’re passing by. You will not be disappointed!
I got red curry chicken and salmon sashimi. The sashimi was flavorful and fresh; and the red curry was delicious. I asked for lightly spicy (for the curry dish) and it was perfect. The rest of my table ordered sushi rolls and they all enjoyed them. The restaurant is upscale casual and on a nice block with other neat restaurants. (It’s not a real quick, casual joint.) We had to street park (metered during lunch hours). Friendly and polite waitress. I plan to go back!
The food is great. We had a few different rolls and they were all good. As far as entrées go, the duck is amazing and the other options are good as well if you aren't into duck. Atmosphere is good and prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely worth tryi g if you are in the area.
First and foremost, I would like to express my utmost admiration for this establishment. The culinary experience offered here is truly exceptional and stands out among the finest in the vicinity. Chef Long's creations are nothing short of remarkable, taking diners on an extraordinary journey of flavors that tantalize the palate. Each dish is unique and surpasses the previous one in terms of sheer delight. For true sushi connoisseurs like myself, I highly recommend making a reservation at this establishment. Trust me, you will not be disappointed, from the Bluefin toro to the A5 Wagyu, they serve it up well. The ambiance is trendy, sophisticated, and exudes a touch of elegance. The service provided is impeccable, and even sitting at the bar offers an experience of refined grace. If you have visited this establishment before, as I have, you will notice a significant improvement in their offerings with the addition of the new chef. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.
We went to this restaurant during the Happy Hour specials before seeing a show at the Dr Phillips Center. It was a short walk from the venue and parking garage. The atmosphere was cozy and since it was a Wednesday it was not crowded. You can sit either inside or outside. We did drinks and appetizers only but got almost every appetizer on the menu. The food was excellent. The crab rangoon and dumplings were as expected but the Solar Bear sushi roll and the calamari were exceptional. Next time, and there will be a next time, we will try a rice and a noodle dish.
All the food was so flavorful! But especially eggplant basil chicken and green beef curry. Both amazing, possibly the best in town. I also had yellowtail handroll and pad thai chicken, and they were good, too, but eggplant basil chicken and green beef curry were heavenly!!! Teresa, the owner came out to say hi to us. That was sweet, too.
Really nice restaurant. Had a hard time finding parking. Very relaxing and classy atmosphere inside. Outdoor seating has string lights for a more casual but still enjoyable setting. I liked the table setting and the use of tablecloth. Happy hour has some good menu items. Enjoyed everything we ordered. Miso soup, summer rolls, and the sweet and sour chicken were especially good. The peanut sauce with the summer rolls was amazing. Sushi is a large portion and a good price.
This restaurant was amazing. We Celebrated my son’s 30th birthday.from the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming and very helpful and are helping us set up the surprise for him. We had a party of 30 people . From the waitresses ,to the bar ,to the owner Everyone was very attentive on all levels. Blueberry Mojito was on point. The food was delicious from the sushi rolls to the main platters all were amazing. Leng I want to thank you and all your staff for an amazing night and making this such a memorable moment .
If you like Thai food, this place is a must. It’s the old Odom. The food is absolutely amazing. The sushi is high quality and and the variety is very impressive. The Thai curry is flavorful and very authentic. One of our favorites is the beef stir fry with scallions (pic below). Most of all the staff is very friendly and the service is top notch. I highly recommend this establishment!
First time in, and we will definitely be back! The food was absolutely delicious and so beautifully presented. The chicken pad-Thai is the best! The Key West to Alaska signature roll was spicy and cool, simply fabulous. We barely had enough room for dessert, but forced ourselves to try the tempura fried cheesecake with peanut butter 🧈 bomb, and ice cream! It was amazing! The lychee martinis paired well with everything we had! The Owner/Chef Tiger was so kind and welcoming. It was a great night!
Oudom is awesome. They are fair priced for alll of their meals but their happy hour is great. It fills up later on but nothing too crazy. I recommend sitting at the bar if their is space. Great bartenders and service and friendly convo. They have discount on wines and beer, 4$ sangria (red was great), 2 for 1 saki and more. They have many food items discounted including 8 or so sushi rolls for 4$. Highly recommend. Sushi was fresh and very good.
This place is so good, definitely should be busier than it is! The cocktails are craft and the ambience is always enjoyable. The food always tastes fresh, love to come for lunch and dinner. The service is great, Alaniz and Simon always are attentive and give great recommendations! Will remain a regular and couldn’t recommend this place enough.
Absolutely incredible - prices for what you’re getting are great, the basil fried rice and pho are so good! Lani behind the bar was SO attentive and made sure we were covered from the minute we sat down until the second we left. One of my favorite places!
My best friend and I had a wonderful time here for first time goers. Alyssa is an FANTASTIC server and always checking in on us. She was able to accommodate to my best friend's dietary restrictions as she's diabetic, therefore, Alyssa was able to customize a side dish to help ease her sugar levels! The food was pretty amazing, especially the Thai Naked wings and the Popeyes Maki rolls ✨ will definitely be back!
We had the best time! Our server, Alyssa, was FANTASTIC! She was super attentive, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect! All the staff were amazing and so nice. We will 100% be coming back :))
Excelente!!!!
Service was great. The crab Rangoon filling was amazing. The calamari was fresh and perfectly fried. The house sweet chili sauce wasn’t great, lacking in flavor and brought down both the appetizers they served it with. We ordered the New York New York, the B52 roll and the fire starter. All the rolls were delicious, but the fire starter was amazing.
Food was great, restaruant very nice and updated, service a little slow.
The food and service was excellent. I'll definitely be returning with friends and family
This place is really busy on Friday and Saturday night. Waited previously to eat here and then skipped it. This time there was a +30 min wait, so we are at the bar. Nice DJ with good music. Great drinks, good poor, and professional bartenders. However all the staff seemed to be very busy. Food seemed overpriced but when I got my food I understood why, quality was on point. Tom Kah soup was like it is in Thailand, and both the thai basil chicken and panang curry had the prefect amount of spice. I really enjoyed watching them make sushi as well.
Tonight's dinner at Oudom & Thai Sushi: Sweet Thai chili wings and Pad Thai with prawn for Happy Hour deal, Fried whole red snapper with blah blah blah I forgot what the menu said, Boneless duck..., Dragon Roll The deep fried whole snapper was a hit for my whole family. Pad Thai was okay, not as flavorful as I was hoping for. Boneless Peking duck was okay. I didn't like th Spider Roll. Chicken wings were overcooked and a bit tough and dry for the kids to eat. The crab wasn't crunchy and crispy like the ones I had elsewhere. I will definitely come back to try more and the fish again. The restaurant is just 1/3 mile down from Eola Lake.
Tonight we celebrated my sister birthday. We enjoy wonderful sushi and mango stick rice. I had the dragon roll that was absolutely perfect. Also my sister had the Hawaiian roll too. I have travel to Thailand and I feel that their food is authentic to Thai food, love getting there Pad Thai. I never have any complaints, servers is always great. Great place for friends on the weekend and family night during the week days. The first pictures are Hawaiian rolls and then the dragon roll.
We came for a late night dinner 🥘 Went for the Thai menu. Started with some appetizers: calamari, chicken dumplings, veggies spring roll. They were all good. The calamari had a light Asian sauce that added a pleasant difference. We tried the beef pho - good Basil fried rice - excellent Red curry 🍛- delicious We will be back!
They have a great happy hour with drink and foods hour with drinks and food on the menu. The sangria's we're good but the lychee martinis were divine. Happy hour apps were taty and of good portions. We shared a pad that but I felt that there was too much sauce and is was too sweet for my tasting. Server was a little slow to bring the last round and checks.
Excelente cocina en un ambiente agradable. Uno de los sitios donde se conseguirá una de las mejores relaciones costo-beneficio. Altamente recomendable.
I made an order through uber eats and immediately called them to ask them not to put fish sauce in my vegetable based dish. This is probably the ONLY restaurant I’ve ordered from where I’ve been denied a “Mixed vegetables with tofu” dish without fish sauce. Every single Thai restaurant I’ve been to in my life (even in Thailand!) has been able to do this for me except this one, because it’s a condiment added into the stir fry, so it’s easily removable by asking. So if you’re a vegetarian or vegan, don’t expect them to accommodate for you. The person serving me on the phone was incredibly sweet and really tried to make it work and ask the chef to make an exception yet were told the same thing, unfortunately I never got his name. In the end he offered to change the dish to a fried rice dish as those are the only dishes without fish sauce and it was the most he could do for me as my order could not be cancelled with a full refund.
This review is for Thai Menu only. Overall, overpriced average Thai food. The noodles lacked flavor and felt like al dente boxed noodles and not fresh noodles. The curry and the appetizers (wings and short rib) had decent flavor. I wouldn't return given the better Thai options in Orlando but if you're in the downtown area and stumble upon this place, it's okay.
Presentation was nice but the food was lacking. We tried Neveyah's panang curry with scallops, red curry muscles, and a few hand rolls. The hand rolls were surprisingly messy, but tasted fresh. The mussels also tasted as expected. The scallops did not taste fresh. At one point our server refilled our waters from a warm pitcher. That was an unpleasant surprise while eating a hot curry. For curry, you can do cheaper and better from Sea Thai or Royal Thai.
Very bad food Muy mala la comida
