Loved this place. Went a few times on our holiday as we don't have these in the uk. Great staff. I offered to pay a guy who struggled to pay with his phone pay. The manager then said it was on him instead, which was very nice of him too.

All staff haves an upbeat attitude, their amazing ! Love coming in everytime , and there’s never any issues with my orders! The bell is a perfect touch !

KUDOS and thanks to Kimberly to introducing to Planet Smoothie and their VIP club. On Veterans Day I walked in and found out I got 50% off as well as $1.00 off my first Smoothie. Wow what a treat! Kimberly suggested I get the the Peanut Butter Punch since I love Peanut Butter and plus it was a perfect meal replacement shake. The price was unbeatable and the service by Kimberly was exceptional!

I used to visit Planet Smoothie all the time when I was pregnant because they had great deals on Fridays! It’s been a while since I had one of their smoothies—my son is now 6! 🥹 The menu has changed so much that I couldn't decide what to order. I finally went with the Bubble Trouble smoothie, which included mango boba, strawberries, mango, lemon juice, and orange juice. It was delicious! 😋 The mango boba was a special treat towards the end. I also bought my son a nice, chewy double chocolate chip cookie, which he thoroughly enjoyed. This is great because he's been complaining lately that some cookies are too hard! Luckily, this one was soft and met his standards. Yay!
