Absolutely outstanding steak and great service. Was there with both family and friends, and we all had outstanding dinners. Also a shout out to our waiter, Sawyer. Not only was he a great server, but his recommendations were spot on. He made the evening a great one for us. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely outstanding dining experience here, and this establishment truly deserves every bit of its five-star rating. From the moment we sat down, our server, Hadley, provided top-tier service that was both attentive and incredibly professional. It is rare to find a server who balances speed with such a welcoming personality, and she truly made our evening special. The culinary team is clearly operating at a high level. My steak was seasoned beautifully and, most importantly, cooked to an absolute perfection—exactly as I ordered it. We also tried the salmon served with fried asparagus, which was a revelation. The salmon was flaky and fresh, and the asparagus had the perfect crunch; it is a signature-quality dish that is worth a return visit alone. To top it off, the bar program is excellent. Both the wine selection and the margaritas were perfectly crafted and balanced, rounding out a flawless meal. If you are looking for a place where the food, drinks, and service all hit the mark, look no further. We will definitely be returning soon!

Saltgrass is one of my favs by far! This past visit just confirmed that. Recently me and my family went to Charley’s steakhouse… highly overpriced and underwhelming. I will not return. We just visited saltgrass today for Christmas dinner (I recommended it because I’ve been here once and it was a good experience) my family loved it too! You know it’s good when my mom enjoyed it because she complains about everything lol. Our server was Mars. Yes like the planet lol. She was lovely I really enjoyed her. Apparently we have the same taste in drinks because both drinks she recommended me (the pomegranate mojito and the sangria I forgot which flavor) were top tier. Me and my mom had the potato soup for our appetizer, which was slightly cold at first, but Mars took it back and brought us a hot one while being extremely sweet about it. I had the urban cowboy for my dinner which is what I get every time (the two times I attended here) and it’s just so good like Charley’s could never. The steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimp are delicious like seriously. I added the lump crab stuff for a topping (Mars recommended) and that was also great. It could go without it but it’s a nice addition. My mom complained to the manager about her steak being undercooked (she orders well done which I don’t get) and the manager act like he had an attitude about it. Don’t know what was up with him maybe because he was working on Christmas but shoot that’s not our problem. She sent it back and he took it off the bill so can’t stress about it too much. Anyways all around great experience. Saltgrass definitely has one of the best flavors steaks. Even Chelle said she wants to come back (my picky mom) so yea if u want a nice affordable meal that’s worth it come here. Don’t go to Charley’s. Thanks to everyone who made sure we had a good experience despite they were working on Christmas Day <3!

Sawyer was the definition of a great server. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space. He was knowledgeable about the menu, guiding us through the different cuts of steak and offering thoughtful recommendations on wine pairings. He also had a wonderful sense of humor and made us feel so welcome. We never had to ask for anything; he seemed to anticipate our needs before we did, making for a truly seamless dining experience. And the food... I'm still thinking about it. Absolutely delicious, steaks were cooked to perfection.

Everytime we’re in Orlando we have to stop at a salt grass! Wish they would open one in Tampa. We had great service and meal Friday evening as always. I can’t remember our servers name but he was great. Also, the manager Jennifer was amazing. She came by to see how service and everything was and she had a great personality! Will be back soon!!!

This was our first time here, and the experience was really amazing mostly because of our server Keagan. The food recommended was amazing. We got a ton of sides and we got carrot cake as dessert. It was really good. The server was extremely patient with us as I did send back some food that was a little cold and we got the wrong side and he did it with Grace and a kind smile, would definitely eat here again. Oh also, the green bean side dish is amazing, seriously get the flash fried green beans.

Great place to eat a steak!! Great appetizers, great sides, delicious desserts. Service is top notch. If steak is not cooked to request they will replace or remove from check, only happened once since I ate here. They give a military discount, Saltgrass is a go-to for a steak craving.

Shantell was our server and she was INCREDIBLE! She was so kind and positive, she gave our kids stickers at the end, and she made sure we were well taken care of. She also gave us some great food recommendations for our first time eating there!

Paige was amazing! We're from Louisiana and came to the area for our Honeymoon and we spent our last day enjoying the best steaks ever and the best server! Impeccable service! Best restaurant I’ve ate at in a very a long long time. Southern hospitality was great!! Kylie my server was all smiles, very informative, when I told her about my food allergy she made certain nothing was cooked near what I was eating. Her manager, Jamie, was super friendly and had superb customer service. If I were you, Kylie would be my go to server. She had my spouse and I straight in every way. The food here was amazing! I didn’t have to send one thing back. The filet mignon, the peach tea, the Mac and cheese, the sangrias were all top tier. Next time I come to Orlando this will be my go to restaurant. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Kylie for making this a great experience. Oh and by the way everything was made from scratch. Big PROPS TO THE CHEF!!

My wife saw this restaurant when we were trawling for a good restaurant on our way through Orlando. The top sirloin steak was fabulous. The caesar salad was crisp, the dressing and croutons (best I ever ate) were homemade, and it was served in a chilled bowl. Even the bread was fantastic and served with tasty butter. Juan took good care of us. This place is not to be missed!

Shantell was fantastic! She was friendly, quick, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and great service made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back to see her again!

Our server Shantell was amazing. We came on a Friday night waited about 30-40 minutes but the food and service was great! Our drinks never got low and our food was nice and hot. There was one exception when my mashed potatoes came back warm with cheese not even melted on top. I began eating without a thought to complain about it but Shantell noticed right away and she went to the back and got a steaming hot order of mashed potatoes with melted butter and cheese on top. I didn’t even have to ask. This simpl act was very important to me as I just had all my wisdom teeth removed and I can only eat soft foods so when she did that it was amazing. 10/10 I would come back here again.

We came to Saltgrass for a date night, and Elisa completely elevated the experience. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the start. Our drinks were delicious, service was flawless, and her energy was the perfect mix of fun and professionalism. 1st time eating here. New to the area. The food was wonderful. The mozzarella appetizer was perfect! The filet was cooked to perfection. The porterhouse, was delisj! Shantell.. was amazing. Absolutely amazing! Me and my wife are from NC and this what’s something new we wanted to try and first off our waiter yenesa she was a trainee and she did phenomenal! She had such a great attitude and a great personality, it gives us a glimpse of the wonderful people here in FL. I had the brisket burger and it was great I loved it. One thing that stood out to me was the different flavors of sweet tea, I am used to restaurants only having regular sweet tea and even tho some people don’t like it, it made my night. Overall I had a 10/10 experience with the customer service and the teamwork that is demonstrated here I love it!! 5 stars from me and I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends!

The steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection. And our waitress did a wonderful job. But we were sat right next to the kitchen door which made for a lot of traffic next to us and every time the door opened the lights from the kitchen were blinding. I had to move to the other side of the table so the lights weren't shining in my eyes as much. It didnt make for a very romantic or private dinner with my husband. If you can avoid sitting next the the kitchen door, do so. I would definitely return though.

From the moment we arrived everything was great! Our waitress Stephanie was exceptional as well as the food!!! My steak, my wife's salmon and asparagus, my daughter's burgers and fries yum yum! My coworker & I decided to dine at Saltgrass Steak House, which was conveniently located next to our hotel in Orlando. We had the breaded Mushrooms for an appetizer. Plenty for two to share. The were fried perfectly, soft & tasty. We both had a House Salad. I chose the small Filet Mignon with a Blue Cheese topping & Sweet Potato Fries. My coworker had the Chopped Steak with a Baked Potato. Everything was prepared perfectly and was absolutely delicious. Our lovely server was Kaitlyn. She was very polite, professional and just a Sweetheart. She took care of our every need. This lady deserves a pay raise. Definitely a Five Star dining experience for us! We also got to meet Dan the manager, who came by to check on our meal. If you come to this Saltgrass, be sure & ask for Kaitlyn. Round 2.... We came back to dine at this Saltgrass for a second time. Two more coworkers joined us. We requested that Kaitlyn to be our server again. As with the night before, she hit a grand slam taking great care of us. Our appetizer, Fried Mushrooms was great. Our meals, Blackened Red Fish, Fried Shrimp, Cheeseburger, and Grilled Chicken Salad were delicious & prepared perfectly. For Dessert, Carrot Cake, Cheesecake, Vanilla Ice Cream with fresh Strawberries. We were also blessed to meet Jennifer, the owner. She runs a tight ship & has fantastic team working for her. For us, two excellent dining experiences in a row. We will be back!!!

A Fantastic First Experience at Saltgrass Steak House! We had the pleasure of dining at Saltgrass Steak House for the first time, and it certainly won’t be our last! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server, Natacha, truly made the experience unforgettable. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations that made all the difference. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The kids were raving about their meals and left their plates completely empty! The grilled chicken and pasta were an especially huge hit with them, and I’m not sure I’ve seen them enjoy a meal this much in a while. As for the adults, every bite was a delight. You can really tell the quality of ingredients and the skill in preparation. It was just perfection. Natacha’s service was exceptional; she ensured we had everything we needed while offering great tips on the menu. It's rare to have such an attentive and knowledgeable server who truly enhances your dining experience. We were seated quickly after enjoying drinks at the bar. Our waitress, Chantelle, was the BEST! Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. It was a great double date night!

We had never been to Saltgrass before. The food was freshly made and high quality. The steak was perfect, super juicy very flavorful! The waitress explained that everything is made from scratch and fresh for your order. They also have their own blend of seasoning for the steaks. The manager even stopped by to say hello. Very quiet atmosphere. There was no wait to be seated for me and my husband. My husband had a flight of whiskey and a t-bone steak. I had a martini and a 12 oz ribeye. We also shared an appetizer. We spent about $150 for the meal not including tip. I would go back again.

My husband and I are big fans of steak. We just had the best steak we have EVER had. Melt in the mouth, dont need sauce. INCREDIBLE. Steak was cooked exactly how we asked. Sides were just as good as the steak. The manager even got us a piece of cake because it was our honeymoon. Mind you, the cake was also to die for. Quiet. Clean. Super awesome workers. Loved it!

Pleasantly surprised! Everything from the ribeye to the seafood was delicious, though my salmon was slightly overcooked. The sweet potato fries were a standout. Amazing experience all around. Food was fantastic. We had a perfectly cooked sirloin, fantastic grilled chicken, and some delicious ribs. Teagan and Brandon (training) provided excellent service and great menu suggestions. Very family friendly for our toddlers and not too loud for atmosphere.

Shantell!!! The first thing you experience here is a bomb of joy and love for the steakhouse from this amazing human! After telling you in detail how incredible the food is and how they make everything in house, you get introduced to the wonderful menu with a great selection. GO FOR THE CANDIED BACON! Try everything you can with your group and enjoy your time!

This was the best steak and the Brussels sprouts were delicious. The only thing I would have changed is that I got a lot of the leaf portion of the Brussels sprouts and not the heart. The leafy portions are crispy burnt but still flavorful. I just needed more of the heart of the sprout.

Very good alternative to the other steakhouse chains. The cocktails were well mixed. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a blue cheese wedge salad! Everyone’s steak was well seasoned and cooked as ordered. The sides were also tasty. Our server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were refilled.

The food is so good. For the appetizers I recommend the fried mushroom and the queso with brisket. I’d also like to add the steak and their desserts were excellent we got the chocolate and carrot cake both were fantastic. Place left the family pleased and full!

As you can see by my profile, I'm an avid user of Google maps and reviews. I was simply looking for a place to have a nice dinner for my birthday and seen this place pop up in the restaurant section. For whatever reason, it stood out and I was already thinking of a steakhouse so we made reservations (which aren't required). We had less than a 5 min wait and we were seated. The drink menu was explained by the hostess and we began our dining experience. Our waitress was Mylani and I simply can't say enough good things about her. She was beautiful, polite, and very upbeat as she explained the basics to us since it was our first visit. I had 2 cocktails, a skinny margarita and grilled pineapple... which both were very good. My husband and I both decided to get the Laredo chicken and omg... let me say this much. I have never had such juicy, flavorful chicken in my life!!! I had green beans as my side and they were out of this world! The seasoning they use is definitely the secret. I have never taken a picture of an empty plate before but you will see my photo in this group of pictures I post showcasing the clean plate I displayed at the end of our dinner. Hands down, the most amazing chicken EVER and Mylani was literally the cherry on top. She was so personable and we had one on one conversations about things other than the menu. She is a gem and I hope the management understands what type of person they employ with her. Will definitely return! The photographer was very polite and ended up taking w photos and we purchased both. They were very nice and she was not pushy at all in her attempts to sell them. It was the perfect touch to my birthday dinner. If you read the reviews on here and see low ratings, go read the reasons. Some ppl were simply "entitled" and upset over lack of acknowledgement of their birthday or possibly slow service. Not many at all speak poorly of the food and now I know why. Worth every penny we spent!!!

We had the pleasure of being served by Daphne who I can honestly say she was truly amazing! Very attentive, friendly and never let us go without. We were a party of 8 for Mother’s Day. And no reservation. We were quickly seated and although they said it’d be outside we were sketchy because we usually are forgotten outside. But Dale a manager continuously checked on us along with Daphne. The food was prompt , correct and very tasty. 10 out of 10 recommend with a chefs kiss!

Our Waitress Shantell was incredible. She is what every waitress/waiter should strive to be. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and anticipates our needs before we even have to ask. Our drinks were never before bringing us another. Which we love. Wish we had one of these restaurants in Pennsylvania because we are big steak lovers. Top notice service, atmosphere, and food. Could not have asked for better.

Very nice restaurant, we were shown to a booth. Our orders were taken and we did not wait long to be served. The food was fantastic. We both had ordered the exact same food choices. Country fried steak with loaded backed potatoes and a chicken tortilla soup. Our server was polite and engaging. We definitely enjoyed our dining experience.

Our server, Juan, was the BEST! He was very knowledgeable about the entree choices, had a terrific sense of humor, and went the extra mile to make our dinner reservations memorable. The white cosmopolitan was to die for…… Our steak was cooked perfectly, my wedge salad was amazing and the grilled shrimp was so fresh! I told my husband that the servers all worked together to make sure all customers were taken care of regardless if you were the server’s customer. We had two managers stop by our table to check on us….The next time we visit Orlando, it will be a must return visit.

Anytime I come to visit the Orlando area I always make sure to detour and stop in to the Saltgrass location off of Vineland Ave (by the outlet shops). Everyone is very friendly, the atmosphere is fun, and the food is always consistently delicious. There is an amazing server there named Shantell. I LOVE having her wait on me. She is excellent at service and remembering all of my requests. We always exchange a few good laughs and catching up on life. When you decide to go, I do recommend that you ask for her. You will have a wonderful experience. I will usually try to hit up Saltgrass at least twice while in the area.

Best food i've had in a long time. 😋 and lot of choices. Handicap ♿️ parking is available. Loved 😍 that they had a Handicap bar area. Food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable 👌. Katelyn was our waitress and the service was impeccable 👌. Highly recommend this restaurant. Restaurant was very clean and organized. The food and service was great so we spoke with the manager. This restaurant was great and worth checking ✔️ out. You won't be disappointed.

If i could give a 10 star i would! We sat at the bar and the bar tenders were great! Great service, friendly and didn't let us go more than a couple of minutes without a drink in our hand! Manager was also very nice. Steaks were done as requested and tasty! Highly recommend!

Love Saltgrass and once again it did not disappoint. Very consistent throughout the country no matter the location. Great good. And terrific service. Chicken fried steaks and chickens are as you would expect, crispy and flavorful. The side items also are all quality. The reason I love Saltgrass, is for the Range Rattlers. The grilled style, or as they call it the gluten sensitive style. This is the way to go! And then get the 16oz Ribeye, always cooked to a perfect medium rare with a perfect char as well. Only complaint I have is the same one I had now for two decades. Please give Eeyore a Saltgrass in Clearwater, Florida!

I flew in with my kids and grandkids from Wisconsin for my birthday for a week of sun and fun. We made a reservations at salt grass. I talked to Jen on the phone and she was so personable it was a nice change . I told her why we were eating there. We came in and she had our table decorated for my birthday so beautifully. For someone to go beyond to make my day special and not know us was just wonderful. Your a beautiful person Jen and thank you so much for that. I hope this place knows your valuable.

Our server, Yeiling was so good. She explained the happy hour, what came with the meals, and recommendations as part of her normal routine. Much appreciated for her thoroughness and friendly attitude. Salad, 6oz filet and baked potato were very good.

The Cajun topped sirloin was one of the best steaks I have had. De’Sean the manager was extremely courteous and stopped by to check the food after being served. Alex took care of us and was extremely attentive to us the entire meal, all while being busy. The smoked Mac and cheese was phenomenal. Sweet potato fries were amazing. If you’re in Orlando, skip the International Drive location and come here. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow! I'm IMPRESSED with everything! The staff, food, ambiance, everything! HUGE shoutout to (sorry if I spell your names wrong) Cheyenne, Jillian, and the wonderful staff we had! Shantell’s service was superb! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about gluten free items and let me know from the get go that they were able to provide gluten free bread. She also checked with the kitchen about the mushrooms, which I was not able to enjoy. Regardless, the food, drinks and service were great!

We ventured out to Orlando on our way to attend an event at the House of Blues. Booked a hotel for the night and stopped to have a late lunch at the Saltgrass Steak House. Best experience in Orlando almost a week in. Service was impeccable! We had Briana as a server and she was top notch. All other staff was also great. The food was also spot on. We had filet and I highly recommend. Baked Potato soup is also the best I've ever had. This was just a delight after a week here where we have dealt with a lot of face paced days and really rude people everywhere else. Can't say enough about the staff!

Dalton was an excellent server from start to finish! Professional, friendly, and helped guide us around the menu. I was also impressed that the manager was checking on guests throughout the evening. The food was delicious- get the cheesecake! 10/10 would come here again.

We had the most wonderful experience at Saltgrass Steak House. Our server Stephanie was extremely attentive. The food was so good. We started with Queso Fresco which was so good. I had the house salad, while hubby had Cesar both very good. I had the ribs which literally fell off the bone, while hubby had steak which was perfect. We had no room for desert which I still regret. We will definitely be back to dine here again. What a great memorable meal.

Personally it was a great time we had a great host and Caitlin everybody was wonderful good vibes food was on time hot fresh can't complain maybe a little pricey but what do you expect overall great place to check out definitely should go.

First off let me say, Rihana was a fantastic waitress and if I could give her 10 stars I would! She was very attentive and her menu knowledge and recommendations were excellent. We started our meal with her recommendation of the seafood fondue, which was fantastic. I had the prime rid and my father had the filet Oscar. Both main course meals were amazing but I truly loved the seafood fondue. Will definitely be coming back and asking for Rihana.

Stayed in Kissimmee for vacation for a week and we went to this steakhouse 3 times! That’s how good it was. The customer service was wonderful. The food was excellent (and not too expensive for good quality steaks). It was honestly my favorite place to eat. Wish there was one in my state.

Our 4th time eating here across 4 years of trips to Orlando. The food and the service is consistently stunning. The steak is always cooked to perfection, the ranch dressing is to die for (please bottle it up and sell it!) and the service is so friendly snd welcoming. Last year we were lucky enough to share a cocktail with Jennifer, the manager, this visit we were served by Shantell, an absolute tour-de-force of positive vibes. She was utterly lovely and won’t be forgotten! We will be back as always!

Let me blunt. I don’t do google reviews and I rarely give perfect ratings, but I can’t deny the best restaurant experience during my 10 day vacation. If you want that old fashioned cozy atmosphere with southern hospitality, go to Saltgrass; an ironic name considering that barely any salt was added to enhance or mask the flavor of an already perfectly cooked steak. As such, you don’t leave feeling full, craving water, or angry with amateurish, impersonal staff. Nothing but pure satisfaction. Just wish they had a location in New York. We would be regulars.

We stopped for lunch today and Shantell was an absolute gem today. Food was great, her suggestions were awesome. She was knowledgeable on the menu and what was offered. She didn’t steer me wrong with the new margarita (picture below). Such a great experience!

Shantell was absolutely amazing! She was super nice from the moment we sat down, incredibly helpful with the menu, and very attentive throughout our entire meal. She checked on us at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and did it all with such a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. My girlfriend made a reservation for the Saltgrass in Orlando, on Vineland for Valentines Day. She spoke with the Assistant Manager Ashley. She proceeded to ask my girlfriend if she was celebrating anything other than Valentines. My girlfriend Charissa proceeded to tell her we were going to see Harry Potter and the Cursed child earlier in the day. Ashley then began to have a conversation about Harry Potter with my girlfriend on the phone. When we got to the restaurant after the play, the Manager on duty seated us and when we got to the table there was 2 bowls full of Harry Potter jelly beans on the table with a hand written note from Ashley. She was the kitchen manager this night, but came out to meet us and gave my girlfriend a huge hug. She also gave our son and his fiance a glass of champagne when she found out their wedding was next month. The whole staff gave us exceptional service throughout the night and treated us like family. Our waitress McKenzie was amazing and very attentive to our needs while smiling and giving excellent service. The floor manager Jacey stopped by and also took care of us with personal attention. On such a busy night as Valentines Day the staff at this restaurant was amazing and gave our family a very special night. Just when we thought it was over they gave us a huge piece of chocolate cake to share, ending our night on a sweet note. We will definitely be back to partake in some more great hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saltgrass Steakhouse, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Rihanna. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel immediately welcome. Rihanna was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering fantastic recommendations and sharing her personal favorites. She took the time to ensure our dietary preferences were accommodated, and her enthusiasm for the dishes was contagious. Throughout our meal, she was attentive without being intrusive. She checked in at just the right moments—making sure our drinks were filled and that we were enjoying our food. Her genuine care for our experience truly stood out. What impressed me most was her ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. She shared a few fun stories about the restaurant and its offerings, which added a personal touch to our dinner. Thanks to Rihanna’s outstanding service, our visit was not only enjoyable but memorable. I highly recommend dining at Saltgrass Steakhouse and requesting Rihanna as your server. Her commitment to excellent service made all the difference!

This place deserves Michelin Stars award. Delicious steaks and best service in the area. Our waiter Keagan was pleasant and attentive. We eat out a lot and this place is our new favorite. Reasonably priced, great service, delicious food, clean atmosphere, five star all around.

We just had an amazing dinner with the most AMAZING wait staff!!! Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely kind, and our server Dalton was extremely helpful and accommodating. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a restaurant before or compelled to leave a review lol. I definitely recommend this location because everything was 5 stars!

I went here on Thanksgiving! I had a reservation but still had to wait 2 hours before being seated and getting my food, I was understanding realizing it was a holiday. The manager offered to bring me soup/salad at no charge for the wait but I declined. The waiter was nice and the food was good!

Food was good got the porterhouse steak with sweet potatoes and a side of broccoli. The portions for the broccoli were kind of small but everything really good. The waitress was phenomenal I have a dietary restriction with milk and even though she brought me my steak with a pinch of butter she made sure to take it back and bring me another.

Made a reservation for 5 at 730pm. Arrived @ 7pm to many people waiting to sit. Checked in with hostess, had some libations at bar with Yanessa and were still offered our table promptly at 730. Rihanna was our waitress, she was friendly, attentive and thorough. We were very impressed with her memorizing our order and getting everything as requested. We dined on steaks, ribs and shrimp. Everything was hot, delicious and plentiful. Atmosphere is casual, plenty of tables, booths inside and out. Unfortunately, no room for dessert. Maybe next time. Enjoy!

We made it just in time before closing. We were seated, and the food came out quickly and hot. Our food was good, but the presentation could have been a bit better for a steakhouse. I recommend giving Saltgrass a visit if you're in the area. We were satisfied with everything and may return if options are limited again.

Food and ambiance was good, but what made this experience better was our waitress Kaitlin. Absolutely the best, funny and knew exactly how to handle our party of four! Really appreciate her!

We went to Saltgrass tonight before seeing Lee Ann Rimes at Dr. Phillips Center. This was our first time but they are part of the Landry group which has a solid reputation. The place has a steak house western cowboy vibe. We started with the Onion rings which more thin rings - perfectly fried, nice and onion taste with a saltiness I really liked. They give you beer bread with honey butter - very good. Your entree comes with one side, soup or salad - I had the loaded bacon potato soup - thick base like I like it, lots of little bits of bacon throughout and nice chucks of potatoes - good but I was not a fan of the texture, it might have been all the bacon bits. I ordered the Country Fried Steak - big enough for two meals, nice white gravy, good breading on steak. The star of the evenings was our server Miranda - she was the best server we have had in a long time - just did everything right and was exactly how you wanted to be served - she should give classes she was so good. Thank you Miranda for an outstanding meal.

Terrific steak, good selection of flavorful sides, and helpful service. Can take a bit depending on how busy it is, but it's worth the wait. We enjoyed the food, we're all too full for desert, and will definitely return again.

We recently dined at Saltgrass Steakhouse and had an overall pleasant experience. We started with a kids’ corn dog meal, which came in a generous portion—perfect for a child’s appetite and well-prepared. My wife ordered the bacon-wrapped center-cut filet paired with a baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection and presented in a solid portion size. The potato was fluffy and seasoned well, making it a satisfying combination. I opted for the ribs and chicken combo. While the chicken portion was surprisingly small, it was packed with flavor—juicy, well-seasoned, and grilled just right. The ribs were also flavorful and tender, although they arrived a bit torn apart, which affected the presentation slightly but not the taste. The service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and inviting. From start to finish, the staff made sure we were well taken care of.

As my stars would say. The food was fair (the Steak and Ribs were pretty good), the potatoes were not good, the mushrooms looked great, but were fair. They needed more flavor and wine. The wedge salad was fair as well. It's a wedge, it's not hard! It's a good place if you have kids with their own menu. The service was excellent which equals out the average food. However, they did the steak, the filet 's and the ribs really well which is their staple.

The food was very good and the service too. We didn't have to wait too long to sit, but the food took a very long time to be prepared. In general. everything was good, but I have an observation that when you have a bad avocado, dont add it to the meal because the sour taste of a bad avocado can ruin the whole meal. They exchanged the avocado on my meal, but both times were bad. The meal was excellent without it so I would prefer if the restaurant told me there's no avocado. Presentation is a must in a good restaurant, but attention to detail is essential.

I recently dined here and ordered the steak and shrimp with onion rings. The steak was cooked properly, which is always a plus. It wasn’t particularly seasoned, so I did have to ask for A1 sauce to add some flavor, but overall it was decent. The bread that was brought out to the table wasn’t very good, and the butter was pretty tasteless. It didn’t add much to the meal and felt like an afterthought. My friend ordered the shrimp and artichoke pasta and unfortunately wasn’t impressed. She described it as dry and lacking sauce, which made the dish feel incomplete. The biggest disappointment, however, was the restroom. It was not well maintained and noticeably messy, which took away from the overall dining experience. With some improvements in food quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness, the overall experience could be much better.

They started out strong enough but by the time it was over I was sitting there forever with my CC in hand and finally just paid cash. Came here with two adults and two kids. The adult steaks were cooked great and came out fast-ish. However, they put so much pepper on my two kids' meals I swear they must have dumped the entire bottle of pepper on them. My wife who loves spice even said it was overbearing. She actually got some in her eye and then started sneezing all over the place. Wife and I split off some of our food to the kids. Finally we are ready to go- I tell the waiter I am ready for the check, he acknowledges, then vanishes. He totally and utterly vanishes. Got the CC in hand, family decides to go outside, still waiting, trainee human comes and is asking about clearing the table, tables clear, been clear, no Fabio, still waiting, dude finally reemergences and is waiting on another table. Finally gives me the check. Having waited forever I just pull out cash put it in the sleeve and leave.

I was initially very excited to go to salt grass since we live hours away from any location and during our vacation we ended up staying at a hotel located very close to a salt grass. My daughter and I both ordered filets, medium. They arrived charred, burnt looking. Like nothing I've ever had at the salt grass. Honestly I'm not sure why they would even serve it. My son literally thought I got a brownie and mashed potatoes. My daughters steak was grey all the way through. My steak had a little bit of pink, mostly grey. It was so dry I couldn't swallow my only bite without a drink. They replaced our steaks but the the rest of our group had long finished their meal. They gave us a single free piece of cheese cake. I rarely go out to eat with my whole family I suppose I was looking forward to my my family eating the tasty food I have had during my other experiences. I definitely left disappointed after spending a couple hundred dollars on dinner. As my daughter said "steak from home is way better" The waiter was very friendly.

We arrived around 5:15 and we had a reservation and only waiting about 12 minutes to be seated . Our waiter was courteous and helpful. We placed our orders within 10 minutes of being seated but our wait time for our dinner was 35 minutes (that was too long to wait for a meal) our dinner plates did not come out all together. I ordered prime rib and it was tough and not warm. My daughter ordered a 6 Oz. filet and it was cold. My husband ordered salad and soup, the soup was cold. We also ordered mozzarella sticks, they were burnt and we order a side of fried shrimp they were cold and too much breading. The restaurant dinning area was too dark. The table next to us were using the flashlight on their phones to see what they were eating. I noticed there was a lot of wait staff just standing around. We never saw a manager the entire time we was there. It seems to me that there needs to be more staff working in the kitchen instead of the wait staff just standing around. I counted 11 waiters in area at one time just moving around or standing near the computer or fireplace.

I went on my birthday and had a reservation for a party of 8. Upon making the reservation I advised that it was my birthday and they stated they would place a note on the reservation. Once I arrived and checked in I stated again party for me it’s my birthday and they seated my party. Dining experience was great food wise the food taste extremely delicious and nothing was sent back. However our waiter’s service was minimal to say the least we kept having to repeat ourselves for small request like water and ice. Drinks were great taste really good everyone ate and the bill came. We advised the waiter how we want the bill split and the waiter decided to split the bill and charge gratuity on all 3 tickets. Never explained one ticket for a party of 6 or more will automatically be charged gratuity and no where on the website nor in store was it established. However we still paid but did I think the service provided was warranted $50….. No the waiter did not deserve a $50 tip I didn’t even get happy birthday sung to me. She was good but not for the amount of SUGGESTED Gratuity. Food was great but me and my 8 won’t return…..
