Soupa Saiyan is a highly-rated restaurant known for its delicious food and impressive design. Customers especially enjoy the ramen. Some find the portions large and economical. The restaurant can get crowded, leading to wait times.
Tip: Be prepared to wait for a table due to the restaurant's small size.
I passed by here for a bite after some shopping and I was blown away! The coco Thai tea was delicious with the sweetness from the coconut balancing with the tea. I ordered the Kimchi Stir Fry and it was a large serving of saucy spicy noodles that hit the spot! My friend ordered the hangover cure bowl and he loved it. They also have a bunch of cute merch and the decor is perfect for the theme. Will definitely come again next time I’m in town.
We had to wait like 15 minutes but it was worth it. My son enjoyed his birthday lunch everything was flavorful and fresh. It was cold outside this day so the spicy food warm us up the cheese cake super soft and fluffy being able to add strawberry’s would be a top tier option 2 rice bowls cheese cakes 2 appetizer
Love this place. I have been waiting to try it with my husband for a while! Food was made fresh and the ingredients were fresh! It was perfectly balanced in flavor profile. You can customize your own bowl of soup or have a pre made one. There was a variety of choices for appetizers and additional ingredients. The service was also great! You order on a tablet, so it’s not super involved, but the man helping us and cleaning was the sweetest! I’m mad I forgot to tip him! Unfortunately I live far but I will be returning next time I am in town!
This is our second time eating at Soupa Saiyan. Last time was about 5 years ago. Everything was just as good as we remembered! You can build your own ramen bowl from a variety of different ingredients and add ins. Portions are large enough to share. This is a must see for any DBZ fan!
I stopped by while I was in town. This place has been on my list for a long time! I came for the DBZ, but left with a full belly and a happy mouth 😋. The portions demand leftovers! The flavor...amazing, and even better the next day 🤯. WHEN, I go back, I'm definitely getting a poster 😍. Oh and I built my own bowl.
This place was really neat. If you love DBZ you have to check this place out. I did a build your own bowl with udon, brisket and meatballs. My boyfriend got the pho bowl. It’s not the best pho I’ve had, but it is still very good. Portions are huge and we are exited for the leftover. They even put out to go containers near the drink station because they know people are taking the extras home.
Absolutely great food, crab rangoons were fantastic. The soup and ramen were also delicious. The atmosphere is amazing for any true fan of Dragon Ball. Finally, the service was kind, quick, and most importantly, SUPA. 10/10. Would return.
Went here for my 50th bday Greaaat food and service! Love the anime decorations and the live like Goku and Vageta!!!! Love the place!
Absolutely amazing. Went with my wife and two kids. Service was quick, dude is great with kids, and the food is awesome. My wife got the beef broth, with steak and pork and it was just the chefs kiss. Will go back every time we visit Orlando now.
Ramen noodle soup here is absolutely delicious! One of my favorite places in Orlando. The food is always great, portions are big, and the prices are fair — not overpriced at all. I also love the anime theme inside the restaurant, it makes the whole experience really fun.
What a fun and unique ramen experience. The decorations are great and so was the food. Build a bowl lets you customize everything.
This place was the best!! The service is phenomenal! I think our server was the owner and he was very attentive to everyone and everything came out super quick especially for him being the only server lol. The food was great! They also had some great music to enjoy while you ate.
We were staying nearby and being Dragon Ball fans, decided to check it out. We arrived about 5 minutes before opening time and were surprised to see people already waiting to get in. The theming is perfect for Dragon Ball fans, but the food is the big draw here! We had Kimchi stir fry, Teriyaki rice bowl, and ramen. We can honestly say these dishes surpassed our expectations! Service was quick and the large portions were full of flavor with tender meats. Hands down one of our favorite meals on this trip. We highly recommend and will most certainly be back the next time we are in the Orlando area!
A must if you're a fan, but the food is so delicious, fresh, and right on point. The merchandise is so great too. I'm going back every time I have a chance. ❤️🙌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely amazing food, service, and cleanliness. We came from Tampa to Orlando for my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was craveable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in or visiting the area!!! 10/10
As a massive dragon ball fan, I walked into this store and was immediately blown away by a massive amount of dragon ball collectibles. When we ordered and sat down we got all of our food within less than 10 minutes, and in general it was just large portions of food that tasted amazing. When going to the merch store next to the ramen shop, I had received a small discount for eating at the Soupa Saiyan shop. 10/10 and would recommend going here to any dragon ball fan.
Amazing place to get your grub on! Very clean place! Super friendly. Delicious food!! A customer spilled her drink and before she could even turn around the table runner Savan was cleaning it up! He was such a wonderful person. Quick and very pleasant. He even took a picture of our group for us. A def must for visiting the Orlando area 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
As a lot of people on here or that visit SS, I am a big Dragon Ball fan. SS was brought to my attention by a fellow fan and gym member months ago. I made several trips to the Orlando area, but never found the time to get there. This past trip I finally made it there and I brought my non-fan wife. The place is fun and has key characters that we all know and love. The food choices were perfect and the portions were filling. I heard the broths were good so my wife ordered a make your own bowl and it was fantastic. She said it was the one of the highlights of our trip. I had the Korean Fire Noodles, very ((SPICY))! Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean, good music and food made fast. As we ate, more fans came in with big smiles and left with fully bellies. Highly recommend Soupa Saiyan. We will find the time and will be patronizing this place every time we go to Orlando. Wish they would expand in West Palm Beach.
I stopped in while in town and was extremely impressed. I didn't expect a themed restaurant to actually have good food, but I was definitely wrong. The decor is wall to wall DBZ, in various forms there is definitely some cool art and all sorts of collectibles to check out. The food was great! I liked the Kimchi stir fry best, but everything I tried was great, including the Philly egg rolls. I would definitely stop by again.
This place is the best spot to eat period!!! I absolutely love these guys!!! I celebrate my birthday here every November. My family and I visit soupa at least once a month and we live in Volusia county.
Very nice in the cut restaurant. Greeted by staff and helped right away when I had questions on how to order. The atmosphere was cool and laid back and the decorations awesome, if you didn't like DragonBall Z you will and even be able to buy some figurines to take home. And the Pho was pho kin good! I will be back!
The entire place is themed with Dragon Ball art ranging from Dragonball all the way through Super/Kai. It has collectibles, custom artwork, merch and so on everywhere. Food was excellent. Portions are large. Service was great. There was a TV that might be used for playing Dragonball on it, but it was sadly off :(. Discovered this place by chance and I don't regret it. Sadly some of the pops, figures and artwork are damaged from the sun exposure, but it was still an awesome find and experience. Definitely worth visiting if you wanna have some food surrounded by Dragonball vibes. They also have a figurine/collectibles shop just a door down. I didn't get to visit due to time constraints, but I'm sure it must be awesome inside.
Kamehameha, is all I can say! This restaurants flavor is over 9,000! Whether you are a fan of the Dragon Ball Z Japanese cartoon (Anime) you will not be disappointed by Soupa Saiyan. The price is right at around $12 for a large bowl of Asian inspired soup, full of meats including vegetarian options. Two people can easily share one, but you can definitely order two different experiences so you can both enjoy these amazing flavors. We ordered some donuts and a Japanese cheesecake. The donuts were okay, but the cheesecakes was light, fluffy, and yummy. The neat thing is they have all of this fan art inspired by the famous show created by talented artists. It may seem a little small for some, as it is the size of a cafe, but it felt comfortable. We were fortunate to visit during our vacation so we were able to arrive about 30 min. before they opened and a line started forming not too long later. I encourage everyone to arrive it when it opens to have the best experience.
Even better than the last time I went, still my favourite Phò place ... Various bowl flavours, sizes, & assortments to choose from, including a "build your own bowl" option. Ordering Kiosks which significantly shortens order time, very short wait time, even when the place of packed. Be aware, there are lines that form for this awesome food so please get there at a decent timing, parking can be a'lil tight but possible. Definitely a place worth the visit and wait though, I highly recommend this restaurant as a definitely foodie stop. Never disappoints in my opinion.
We wanted ramen while visiting and this place definitely fit the bill. Easily ordered and paid at self service kiosk. We dined in, self serve condiments and sodas other can and bottles were brought out by staff along with the ramen. Service was fast! Ramen did not disappoint!! Broth was delicious! I had chicken broth and my husband got beef broth. Love the ability to create your own the options were great including vegetarian options like crispy tofu. Love this place! We might return again before we leave Orlando
First off the customer service was amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady at the counter was very patient and helpful with our order. Next is the atmosphere. My kids loved the vibe it was full of dragonball z art and collectibles. Super cool! Last but not least the food. The ramen was delicious! We also had Philly rolls, donuts, dumplings, fries and cookies. Everything was really good and fresh made to order. I highly recommend if you’re in the area!
I came here with my son first, then as a family. Both times the service was good and the food even better. We tried different bowls, and they were all good. The egg rolls were also good, and the green sauce we ordered made it more enjoyable. There was a small wait both times, but the food is worth the wait. And for any dragon ball fan, the atmosphere is great. There's cool wall art and action figures with modern music in the background.
The dbz decor definitely brought me back to my childhood memories watching toonami just waiting for dbz come on. Food and drinks were delicious 10 out of 10 would recommend. Im from tampa and I would make the drive just to have lunch here.
This place was so adorable!! And the food was outstanding.. the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the zero amount of interaction you get while youre there .. besides them calling your name or asking for your drink .. but all in all it was really nice I did enjoy my food so five stars !
100% would recommend and come back! As a lifelong DB fan I was already in love with the theme, the whole place is packed with amazing collectors items and art but on top of that, the service is outstanding Frank (the owner) really takes care of his place and his patrons, and the food is delicious and is served in a manner that looks like it came from Akira Toriyama’s manga!
Seriously the best ramen EVER!!! It was the perfect temperature out of the kitchen, fresh, delicious, a d the upon noodles were AMAZING!!! Literally one of the places that made my brother want to move down so he can eat it more often!.!
I visited with friends last time I was in the area and had the best kimchi bowl. Came back this time with kids who watch Dragonball and they LOVED everything about it. We will be coming back to power up every time we are in the area!
Just stopped in for a cup of ice and marshal & Paulo! Man he is absolutely great at guest satisfaction! Be sure to go an swing by grab a bite and enjoy ! Plus there is dragon ball Z everywhere!! How could I have never known abt this place . So good they closed early tonight so i will have to wait until i return to have a taste 👅 nice drop in anyway :)
me and my brother went after hearing of this place from or breakfast at the waffle house. i haven't watched much dragon ball, but i do know a lot of things about it, and my brother is always a huge fan of dragon ball. this was our first time at a japanese place. i ordered ramune as a drink, and we both ordered tempura shrimp, and the meal came before the appetizers!and it is like, maybe 3 or 4 minutes till we got our food, meanwhile i am used to waiting 20 something minutes for food from most places i eat at.the food was amazing.anyway,10/10,would go again if i wasn't 8 hours away from the place.
Dropped in for lunch today and it was a great experience. My husband is into anime and he was loving it!!! The service was the highlight of the visit even though the food was good. If you’re in the area, this is a must try.
Our last day of vacation we made a point to stop here for lunch. We were the first people there when they opened. The employee who greeted us, possibly the owner, was extremely gracious. Walked us through the ordering process and put a reserved sign on a table for us. Food was made promptly. Portions were larger than I expected and everything was fresh and delicious! The employee checked on us several times to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. Great selection of anime merchandise for sale in the store as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here, would definitely recommend and we will be back next time we make it to Florida!!
The manga scenery was dope, from the collection cases to the table top displays it was awesome you can definitely tell it was a fans dream setup, now the food Goku himself would eat here the bowls 🍜 HUGE portion size FILLING!! The food was great. If you're a huge fan of DBZ and you got an appetite for noodles look no further SOUPA's got you covered.
Looooooooved this place, my husband and I are huge DB fans and we found this place on complete accident when visiting the liquor/smoke stop! Best accident ever!!! Food was great, the man who I’m assuming is the owner was fantastic, the vibes were fantastic, great little spot over all. They even gave us complimentary Soupa Saiyan bracelets while we ate! One of the younger boy servers seemed pretty unenthused to be there and I got the wrong drink (still delicious) but we all have those days and I can look past it. Overall had an amazing experience ❤️
I love how they themed the restaurant with Dragonball memorabilia. I do miss the life-size Buu that was on the wall flipping us off! Food is always consistant, hot, tasty, and portions are enough to fill a saiyan's stomach! We come from about 1.5 hours away to eat here.
Awesome Spot for Dragon Ball Z Fans! I had a great time at this Dragon Ball Z-themed restaurant. The place is full of cool memorabilia—posters, action figures. It felt like stepping into the world of the show. The food was tasty. The staff were super nice. If you're a fan of Dragon Ball Z, you’ll definitely enjoy this place. I’ll be coming back for sure!
This place was excellent! I was surprised that it was pho instead of ramen, but I simply replaced the noodles for ramen and still enjoyed myself. The kiosks to order were pretty self-explanatory, but there was a waiter walking around asking if we needed any assistance, which made me feel at ease. The food was promptly brought to our table, and any missing items were brought right away. Our waiter, a young man, was polite and helpful. The pho wasn't too spicy or mild. The broth was flavorful without being overpowering. I ordered an extra side of veggies to top mine with, and the lime gave it the final touch to take it from Saiyan to Super Saiyan. ;) The mango tangerine handcrafted popsicle was the cherry on top. Only thing that bothered me a bit was another customer dining inside with her dog. Excellent food, excellent staff. Will definitely be returning if I'm ever in the area again.
Fantastic experience, coming in from out of town, not realizing we were so close to it and getting over... I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was great, service was even better. They hooked my daughter up on tye claw machine as well as some stickers. Would recommend and will return to try more next time.
went to eat there last night with my family, and the experience was incredible. we walked in 30 or so minutes before close and stayed a few minutes after and the staff was so patient and welcoming towards us the entire time. the food itself was delicious (i finished my bowl in five minutes flat!) and the atmosphere was incredible, all the statues and figures were so neat to look at!! would definitely recommend! (again, special thank you to the staff!!)
Heard about this place from family and friends. Came to try it out with my lovely wife, we loved it. It was Soupa!! Lol. Had the Spicy Hangover Bowl and took home the Bang Bang Chicken 💥💥. Service was great all around. Recommend 💯
The restaurant is really beautiful and the food is very good. Make sure you go ready to wait outside there was a line before entering, the people that works there are very nice and helpful. If you love dragon ball Z this is the place where you have to go. The parking is free. You can customize your bowl. They have kids menu. The food taste very authentic.
Soupa Saiyan is always a family favorite whenever we're in the Orlando area. If we're within 30 minutes, it's a must! My teens (and me) love the anime atmosphere and it helps that that the food is awesome. The pho broth is delicious and not overseasoned and my boys drink up the entire bowl without feeling heavy. Highly recommended!
Kamekameha! I’ve been waiting to come to this location for a while and today I was finally able to come. I came on a Saturday afternoon and there was a bit of a wait. You do have to wait outside with no sitting options. Which sometimes is not ideal with the heat or rain. One inside you do order from a machine and staff brings you the food. The staff was friendly and professional. We decided to go with 2 orders of sushi. California roll and shrimp tempura. Both of the roll were good, but not Amazing. We also ordered a custom soup with beef broth, shrimp, fish balls, mussels and eggs. ( you can customize it how ever you want). The soup was really good , but was missing heat so we order some spicy soups sauce and made it perfect. For dessert we had the Japanese cheese cake which indeed was more of a cake and a bit dry but had good flavor. I would definitely recommend to try.
This place was great! I heard about it but visited for the first time last week. The set up was cool and the vibe was nice. I was blown away by how affordable the prices were and how much food I got. Even better I couldn't believe how good the ramen was! Seriously tasty stuff. The food came out fast and it was hot and fresh. Definitely can't wait to go back!
We drove here from the Disney World area to try the restaurant out with a friend who thought highly of it . The Ramen bowls were delicious, and the couple appetizers were as well. The fact that you can customize your soup is that extra bonus . There is lots to choose from starting from broth to what protein and vegetables you want. The inside wasn't very big . Only a few tables. The employees were friendly and will guide you if you don't know what you're doing for the first visit. I'd go back ! The place is filled with cool anime characters to look at. Kids thought that was awesome. Something I've never seen and definitely Orlando vibe.
OVER 9000 flavor points for this unique gem! As someone who's eaten at countless Asian restaurants across the city, I can confidently say Soupa Saiyan is powering up Orlando's pho game to Super Saiyan levels. If you grew up watching Dragon Ball Z, prepare for a nostalgia overload. The moment you walk in, you're transported into an anime paradise. The walls are covered with DBZ artwork, figurines are everywhere, and classic episodes play on the screens. Even the ordering process is themed - you choose your power level (spice) and build your bowl like you're training for the World Martial Arts Tournament. But let's talk about the real power move here - the food. Their pho broth isn't playing around. It's rich, complex, and clearly made with patience (probably took several episodes to reach its final form). The noodles have that perfect chewy texture, and they don't skimp on the herbs and bean sprouts. Portion sizes are generous enough to satisfy even a Saiyan appetite. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity you get - most bowls are under $17 which is a bargain considering the entertainment value alone. The staff clearly enjoys the theme and gets into character, making the whole experience even more fun. Service is quick and friendly, though during peak hours it can get as crowded as the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Even if you're not a DBZ fan, the food stands on its own merits. But if you do know your Kamehameha from your Final Flash, this place is basically food heaven. Where else can you slurp amazing pho while watching Vegeta yell about his pride? Soupa Saiyan proves that themed restaurants can deliver both on atmosphere AND food quality. This isn't just a gimmick - it's a legitimately great pho spot that happens to be perfect for anime fans. As Goku would say, "I'm always ready for more!" And trust me, you'll be ready to come back too.
This place is absolutely wonderful! The customer service was amazing. The food was so so delicious. The ambiance was fantastic me and my family were visiting and could not go home without stopping by this restaurant. We will definitely be back. If you are in the Orlando Florida area please stop in and have some amazing food and service. I also recommend you visit their gift shop next door super amazing stuff.
Saw this spot on facebook and it looked interesting, Recently flew down from CHICAGO and decided to try it out since I was vacationing in Florida. Let me tell you, it was worth coming all the way out. The food was delicious!!! The service and atmosphere was awesome. It's a small spot so there was a line out the door but got sat fairly quickly. I would definitely come back again.
This place was everything. We got recommended from a man named Scott at Universal putt putt (thanks Scott!) to go here. The interior is cool as hell with all the dragon ball Z figures and vibe. The food was amazing as well. Noodle bowls are big as a table and deep with food. The owner was moving around, talking to customers and being amazing. He made our trip here even more amazing. Come here if you are visiting FL or if you live here. Great place! Thank you !!
We have this place as a bucket list for our honeymoon trip and let me tell you this place is phenomenal. The service, the food and the ambiance is beyond of our expectations, very delicious pho, all super tender and well cooked. My husband never tried ramen noodles before and love it. I recommend this with my eyes closed. Definitely we will coming back.
My favorite food spot in the Orlando area... Period. Love the build your own bowl and I typically get ramen noodles. If I'm visiting for a week I'll hit this place 3-4 times easy and never get tired of it. I can't recommend it enough to my friends that hit Orlando as well. It never disappoints when they make it to the spot. The broth is very flavorful and they have good lemonade and tea options to cool you off. The wait times can be wild but it's always worth it. Line up early if you can. Enjoy!
My friend and I went together based on recommendations. The Thai tea was amazing, we also got the squid sticks, shrimp tempura, and fried dumplings. Everything was so good. The kimchi was amazing as well. Loved the decorations and the music choices portions were huge and we had leftovers. Great for the money
This place is super fun. It is totally decked out themed for dragon ball z which is awesome by itself, but even if you are not a DBZ fan the food is really good. The staff was friendly and helpful about what to order and describing each dish. It is also reasonably priced for what you get. The parking here is minimal and there can be a line out the door sometimes but it is worth it if you have the time. They take cash or card and you order at the counter and get a number for when your food comes up. It is self serve to get utensils and sauces and such. All around very good and super fun
The atmosphere was super fun, especially if you enjoy Dragon Ball Z/ Anime. The service was amazing!! Very quick and friendly! Made us feel as though we were family coming home for a warm meal! And there are not enough words to express how absolutely delicious the food is!!! The food was just perfect!! There were 7 of us (with three very picky teenagers) and everyone really enjoyed their dishes! We will definitely be back!
The DBZ style atmosphere is really cool and makes the restaurant stand out. The food is good, nothing special but satisfying. Overall, a fun spot with a unique theme worth checking out.
This is a good little place that is great for soup. It’s very easy to customize your bowl, we all got different proteins, soup bases, and noodles.
Very good ramen/noodle spot. I LOVE the DragonballZ theme. Figurines, statues, wall art everywhere. The menu isn’t too big or small. The food is very good. It is crave-able, especially the noodles. My biggest complaint is that you can only order from the tablets, and there are only two or three. We got there when it opened and there was a line so it’s a bit frustrating. Otherwise, great experience and would come again.
I came here with some friends on a Friday night and I was not disappointed! The wait to get in is pretty long, but as soon as we ordered the food came out really fast. I love that there are so many options. A couple of my friends wished that they noted more prominently on the menu which herbs were in the soup, but I thought it was delicious. I do wish that they had more options for spicy flavorings for the soup. Would come back again, but probably on a week night when hopefully the wait won't be too long!
Loved the Dragon Ball Universe themed restaurant. Very nostalgic and brought me back to my childhood. Ordering was by kiosk. A bit choppy for us first timers since you order by kiosk, go to the counter to pick up your drink, then you're seated, and they bring the food. I think it could be more streamlined. The Edamame was good,a tad salty but I like it that way. We enjoyed the sushi, which was the Dragon Ball Roll and the Shrimp Tempura although we should have read more carefully because my girlfriend had issues with dairy so she couldn't eat much of the shrimp tempura which had cream cheese. Defintely our fault but usually when we order it other places that's not in it so we didn't think to look. The ramen was ok, but I'd say my least favorite of all the menu items I tried. If in the area again, I may stop back for the sushi.
We were visiting Orlando and a local recommended this place. The ramen was delicious!! The broth was excellent full of flavors and very well seasoned. Good portions too. Loved the crab ragoons slightly sweet just how I like it. Thai iced tea is refreshing. This place is busy on the weekends and the wait can be long so it's better to come on a week day during lunch. The only thing I didn't like was ordering on the kiosks. Their Japanese cheesecake must be good because it was already sold out when we came and it was only 12 noon. This will be our ramen spot when we visit again.
My boys love this place. The food was good lots of flavor. They forgot one of our orders but redeemed themselves. We had the crab ragoon, shrimp dumplings steamed and fried, French fries, chicken soup, and chicken stir fry. Not too long of a wait for food & there's limited seating so don't go during peak hours.
Dragon ball themed soup shop! Very cool aesthetic and merchandise! We came during their anniversary and it was packed!! Service was still good and everybody working had a positive attitude despite the volume. I’m not sure if it’s because of how busy it was, but the food wasn’t very impressive. The soup was just average, but the servers and local artist selling their merchandise was noteworthy! Definitely still worth checking out if you’re a big DBZ fan!
R.I.P. Akira Toriyama SUPER atmosphere and deco! Good collection. Lots to occupy the wandering eyes and table conversations. The statues and custom DBZ sneakers were a big hit. Food was satisfying. Goku would approve. Lots of choices and good portions. Wished it had more punchy flavours though. Interesting selection of DBZ themed energy drink. Not cheap though. SUPER SAIYAN SHOUTOUT to the staff! We went to this place 2 nights in a row because the vibe and staff was spot on: happy, humble, helpful and respectful. Who knew that it would be the night before Akira Toriyama would pass away. Extra meaningful for DB and DBZ fans like us. Must visit for all fans. Suggestion: ok senzu beans but please get more potent senzu beans when you are back in Korin tower
ELEVATED The best is the customer service. The server was very attentive at explaining how the system works, bringing the food. Explaining that the hot meal ordered was truly spicy (and it really was! - it was to the point of no flavor - just painfully spicy) Also the food was ready super quick! Presentation looks great also. We did not liked the kiosk to order. Very weak system. It makes it take really long. So the time you “gain” when they make the food quick, it goes and even more trying to order with those screens (only 2 available) Then keep in mind that there’s not much seating. The feel and the restaurant feels just a little bit like really good fast food - for that reason I think the prices are a bit high. Overall the food tasted good and we enjoyed our dinner.
Our experience was a good one. Little noodle joint with a Anime theme. We enjoyed walking around looking at all the figures. The customer service could have been better. We felt that If we needed anything nobody would be available. They were pretty packed. All in all our family really enjoyed our Ramen. We highly recommend the seafood bowl and the Japanese cheesecake for dessert. After eating our Ramen we went over to the Soupa store to pick up some of our favorite figures.
Both of my dishes had excessive fat on the meat, braised pork stir fry & teriyaki noodle stir fry which was more beef pad thai. I had to trim so much fat off. In the pork dish, at least a third of the chopped "meat" was pure fat - not as healthy as I had hoped for. For the price, $48 for 2 bowls and 2 drinks, food needs better quality and value ingredients. I would stick to the soups with chicken or seafood from now on.
We ordered the kid pho with our choice of broth and I choose beef - it clearly looks like chicken. The regular beef pho was not bad. Service was fast but the guy seemed kind of rude in the beginning because of our large party. He quickly warmed up to the guys of the group. Alright food, okay atmosphere if you like dragon ball z.
Cool place. You order on a computer, but they still walk the food out to you, and the waitstaff was pleasant enough. The ramen was decent, but a bit underwhelming. The egg was just a regular hard boiled egg for $3 extra, so def would advise against adding it. They had lots of cool Dragon Ball stuff all around for sale. High price for the taste and quality, but I've certainly had far worse. Atmosphere is cool, but the place can use an update overall, it looks like they haven't done anything new to it since it first opened 10 years ago.
This shop has become a staple here in Florida for anime lovers. But it's a bit of a mixed bag. The atmosphere here is amazing. The service thoufh slow due to demand is friendly. However the food is completely flat. If you're a weeb and you've never experienced asian food outside of top ramen, ramune, and pocky, you may be wowed by this place. However, anyone with any experience will tell you it lacks depth, which is too bad because the rest is amazing. Dial up your food, and I'll be back with a 5 star review post haste.
Not worth the hype nor the experience. The decorations are cool but that’s it. The food isn’t authentic, seems more like instant soup mix with a dash of sugar. Overpriced for the quality of the food. Waiting outside, burning in the hot sun, was not worth the tan. For the price of each bowl, Domu is a better choice. The Japanese cheesecake was such a disappointing hit to my calories. Not worth it all. Overall, for the actual food rating, it wasn’t bad. Didn’t taste bad, just over priced for the fast food type of feel that it gave. Ambiance, that’s kinda dingy cool. There’s stuff to kinda see and browse as a DBZ fan but it was just a NO for me…
Probamos el ramen hamgover, de pollo y mariscos, estaban buenos. Las croquetas de cangrejo sabian mas a queso crema que a cangrejo. El lugar es pequeño y tuvimos que esperar unos 15 minutos para conseguir mesa.
We visited around 9:30 PM and ordered two bowls and an appetizer. Our total came to $75, which would have been fine if the food had been fresh. We asked for our order to go since the restaurant closes at 10 PM. We received our food about five minutes before closing. The broth was packaged separately, which is normal, but everything else in the bowl—including the meat—was completely cold. While the broth was piping hot, we had to wait for it to warm up the noodles, eggs, and toppings, which made the meal disappointing. We also were not greeted when we first walked in. The staff was polite when handing us our order, but the overall experience wasn’t great. On the upside, our crab ragoons were 10/10. The sauce that is pair with them works well.
The taste of the food does not match the quality . My child orders teriyaki chicken in different places. This dish was served very spicy here. We asked to change the dish to a non-spicy one. They redid it, but the dish was served spicy again and the child could not eat. We asked for a refund then for a dish that the child could not eat. But they refused us. I don't recommend the place
As a dragon ball fan i was pretty disappointed, especially for a dragon ball themed restaurant they sold more random non dragon ball merch more then dragon ball merchandise, and the food tasted extremely bland. If you order any crab then its imitation crab straight from the fridge. If I were given a choice to eat here again I would advise against it. Again I was very disappointed with the lack of flavor and dragon experience.
