Visited October 18th..see my receipt. I haven't been to a Popeyes since I was in Florida a few years ago. I am so glad I stopped in! The place inside is very clean and they also have a drive thru. I wanted a to go order because it's been a long day and I am only visiting here. KAREN waited on me and she was so friendly and delightful! She was so helpful in helping me with my choices! I got the big box special they are advertising which was 2 hefty pieces of chicken with a roll and 2 sides for under 7 bucks! WOW...Great deal! The chicken was crunchy and not overly breaded and it was tasty! I also got the Cajun fries and mashed potatoes as sides ( not a big eater so nibbled on it). Love the spice on the chicken! Great experience with wonderful employees today! Thank you Karen !
Sway and her crew has the most impeccable customer service. They are always welcoming , always kind and in such great spirits. They always welcome you in with a smile and a nice upbeat greeting. It’s always clean, and inviting. The service is fast and (Sway goes above and beyond and brings our food out to us from behind the counter) this crew always remembers our fur babies even when they aren’t with us and makes sure they have a special treat. I’ve watched them on a few different occasions take time out of their day to make sure the homeless were okay and to make sure they had water. That is above and beyond to me and speaks volumes they are amazing and it’s my favorite Popeyes to visit.
OMG it’s always nice and clean, the environment is very welcoming myself & family come here usually on Friday, all the employees have great energy. What I really appreciate is how generous and kind they are to my 🐶🐶 Sway make sure to send them home with goodie’s since it’s been hot they’re home but happy to see me return with the 🐔 thank you

Okay, story time, I went there at lunch and I was trying to get a chicken sandwich. I pull up and the place is busier than a brothel bro it was crazy. Asked my brother how long the wait was on a chicken sandwich and he says 20 minutes! I don’t got that much time I need to get back to school bro! So I settle with the chicken strip meal (large so I can get two sides, that’ll be important later). Long story short, it takes them 20 minutes anyways, I didn’t even order a chicken sandwich. Looked like Gordon Ramseys Hell’s Kitchen the way they were moving back there so props to them but yo I wanted that sandwich. Anyways, I hop in the car with that nasty sprite they serve and I look in the bag and they forgot my freaking fries. At this point I gotta go because lunch ends in 10 minutes so I rush in there and kindly ask a man to cut in line so I can get my fries. I tell the worker who’s a sweetheart and he tells me to show him the receipt. Do I look like I have a receipt fool? Give me my fries. He reluctantly complies with my demand because he dont got time, he’s got 59 chicken sandwiches to make. Did somebody cater Popeyes for a wedding or something? Anyways, I got to class and I start digging in and man it was pretty good. I usually don’t enjoy the chicken strips but they were plump, juicy, and crispy. Not to mention, Popeyes upped their biscuit game, not even that dry. At the end of the day, I’ll choose this greasy 20 minute wait chicken over kfc any day. AMEN🙏
We had to wait for 20 minutes because they had to make more chicken for our order. Worth every second that fresh made chicken was dam good. Service is always amazing people are great. No complaints.
Of all the years of having the “other”chicken competitor… I rate Popeyes chicken, to be better, much better. The flavor is much better as well. Growing up in the 70s, 80s, even the 90s, I’ve gotten so used to the “other“ competitor. I’ve just gotten tired of the flavor… It’s in the flavor… Popeyes chicken has it, it’s great!!!
The staff were incredibly upbeat. The dining room was very clean. Great experience.
I do like Popeyes chicken,( spicy of course) and the rice is good. This location doesn't seem to be popular. My one grind is the drive-thru the coroner's are extremely tight when I go through with my diesel pick up and I always have to hop the curb and scrape my sidewalls off. Modern cars should do just fine
They always have them chickens sandwiches everytime I've gone during the day, not as busy as all the other Popeyes I've been to. Staff are nice and helpful
Well we waited probably around 20 mins for our food. Other customers had gotten theirs who came after me. All for some pies which didnt seem like they were fresh out of the oven or what ever they took them out of. So I was very disappointed in this last visit. Hopefully next time they will be more on it.
Dirty people all smokers and raping outside extended period of time when returning to work not even one of them cared to wash their hands before food handling. Rude beyond rude about coupon use saying corporate is strict w coupons but obviously they don't care about whether they wash their hands before returning to work.
I've been going to Popeyes for quite some time. I even went to the first Popeyes when I was going to college in New Orleans many years ago. However, there were no Popeyes where I have lived for many years so it has been some time since I've been back. I wasn't that impressed. They don't have green beans nor jambalaya as side dishes anymore. The chicken sandwich was not nearly as good as I remember them being. And their new wings were singularly unimpressive. Sad for me what has become of Popeyes.
Heard Popeyes was great....Not the Oroville Popeyes!! TOUGH RUBBER chicken tenders. Hard cold fries! Wouldn't complain if it was once but last three times we ordered it has been the same. It is not true chicken is cooked fresh or it wouldn't be so hard you can't even bite through the breading!!! Going back to KFC for about half the price !!!
Worst customer service ever. I made an order online came through to get it. When I got to the window tonight, I was handed my order I said thank you and they slammed the window in my face. Didn't say anything.
I really had to pee, and Popeyes was a block away. I figured, it's lunch time, I'll pop in use the bathroom and get something to eat, haven't had Popeye's in a long time. So I go in, both bathrooms are locked. Cashier says she'll be right with me. I really really have to pee. She boxes up two orders and asks me what I want to order and I ask if the bathrooms are locked or occupied. She says I have to order before I can use the restroom. I have no idea what's on Popeyes menu, I really really really have to pee and consider just urinating in the lobby. She says policy is you have to be a customer first. I have to pee so bad I'm seeing yellow and now I'm pissed off. Not only did I not order at Popeyes or use the restroom I will never stop at Popeyes again. I went to KFC, peed, washed my hands and ordered for myself and three of my friends who aren't expecting me to bring lunch. You lost a sale and future customer which makes that a really stupid policy considering how empty your parking lot always is.
Food is delicious, and staff is always lovely, but it gets 1 star for the price. $22.00 for a box of shrimp is absolutely outrageous! I remembered why I rarely eat here and I will never eat here again. No wonder the place was empty!
