Spettacolare B&B con una vista del lago mozzafiato,il proprietario MICHEL giovane, simpatico,servizievole, ti mette a proprio agio e non ha avuto problemi ad accogliere noi 2 con i nostri 3 cagnolini...ci ha dato consigli dove mangiare e fare passeggiate con i nostri 4zampe...ce un parcheggio interno x 5/6 auto,ma a pochi metri esternamente ce ne sono altri...la stanza e il bagno erano perfetti x noi...la colazione ottima e abbondante...vi consiglio di assaggiare il limoncello che fanno loro xché è qualcosa di buonissimo al palato...noi ci torneremo di sicuro e lo consiglio a tutti!!! P.S. x chi ha cani come noi abbiate il rispetto e l'igiene x le camere che vi danno...😉😎🔝🔝🔝

Il proprietario è persona gentile e comprensiva, non sempre si trovano, camere molto pulite.Il servizio è puntuale e completo. Bellissima vista sul lago e le montagne. Ossuccio è un posto ottimo per rilassarsi a 5 minuti dal lago.

Siamo stati accolti molto bene. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La vista è spettacolare. I consigli di dove andare e dove mangiare sono stati centrati in pieno! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ! Ve lo consigliamo!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene! Ambiente curato, pulito e famigliare. Per l'occasione abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in struttura nel giardino esterno con vista sul lago.. Bellissimo, e tutto molto buono! Dovessimo ripassare da quelle parti ricontatteremo sicuro Michel!

Un'autentica oasi di pace, con vista sul lago di Como. Il proprietario è davvero disponibile. Sono stato con un gruppo di disabili e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Solo le strade sono quelle tipiche dei paesi del lago di Como, un po' strette, ma comunque percorribili

Ottima posizione, dove si trova silenzio e pace. Splendida vista. Struttura e camera molto pulita. Buona la colazione e molto accogliente e disponibile il padrone di casa. Consigliato.

We had a nice stay, room was super clean and has got nice lake view. Access is not super hard (mentioned in comments) if you follow instructions shared by host. Breakfast might a bit better but it was not big deal. All in all it was nice stay.

We've stayed here twice in the last 3 years, and we have loved it. The host is very friendly and helpful and does a great job serving breakfast and making hot chocolates. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great air conditioning. Our room also had a private shower and toilet, which was great. The views are stunning, especially when outside having breakfast, and it is a nice quiet area. There is also a very cute cat that likes to play!

A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views and a Wonderful Host! Amazing views from the b&b, which you look out on during breakfast outside. Michel (owner) was amazing, he picked us up and dropped us off at the start middle and end of our trip, very welcoming and informative about travel routes, couldn't ask for a better host! Room was very clean, bed very comfy and has everything you'd want, all l'a say is a bedside lamp would've been nice in the room we were in. Lenno town is only a 25 minute walk from the b and b where bus stops and the ferry stop is situated. If you want something not in the center of everything, abit quieter and don't mind doing the extra travel, stay here!

Can’t say enough good things about this spot. Breakfast included, good clean room and bathroom and a beautiful view. What really makes this place is the owner/staff. I got badly hurt my first day here and he helped me out so much and was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I don’t know how I would have made it through the trip without him. Amazing spot, couldn’t recommend enough.

A wonderful place! We stayed in a huge room with large windows overlooking Lake Como and the mountains. The host, a very kind and helpful person, explained how and where to reach the most beautiful spots. Additionally, every day during the delicious breakfast, he made excellent coffee. The b&b was very excellent choice, the view was amazing, the hotel manager was very helpful giving us instructions how to get in every destinations we want also the last day he transferred us to the nearest bus station. The breakfast was molto delizioso. And the room was very clean.

Accommodation located very well. It is within walking distance of restaurants and the lake. It is located on top of the mountain, so you have a beautiful view of the lake from the terrace. Michel is a very nice host. The b&b also has a bar where you can enjoy various drinks. Breakfast is extensive. We had a very nice stay and would definitely come back here!

A really beautiful B&B with a helpful owner and a great breakfast. The owner offered to get us from the bus stop as we were dropped off on the steep side of the hill (which we declined, stupidly). It is up a big hill from any direction but less steep when approaching from Lenno and the walk is pleasant. Would be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Our room was very clean and nice to stay at. No daily change of towels and bedsheets for shorter stays. The breakfast is simple but nice. ~20 min down/uphill walk to/from the lake, which can be a little exhausting in the sun. Very friendly owner who is willing to make calls for reservations or requests.

Nice value for money! The view of the lake from the balcony was astonishing! Close to the villa Balbianello and the price doesn't bite. Big comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Great experience overall Be prepared to drive up the mountains a bit, on very narrow roads. Closest bars are 1,5 km walk downhill

Lovely clean little hotel with views over Lake Como. We stayed for 3 nights and ate there every night as food was delicious home cooked Italian food and well priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Affordable, very clean, good simple breakfast. I would stay there again and recommend it. The only suggestion for improvement was the shower head in the shower should be replaced as it doesn't provide enough water flow moreso a mist. Besides that pretty location!

Ottima location, bellissima vista sul lago, la spiaggia nel lido è un morbido tappeto erboso all'ombra di ulivi. Il B&B è accogliente, molto pulito, si può anche cenare (ottimi i formaggi ed i pizzoccheri). È possibile mangiare in giardino che è spesso ventilato. Il titolare Michel è sempre presente e disponibile.

great views of Lake Como, was a lovely place to stay, the owner will collect you from the main road and breakfast was an amazing selection. They have a restaurant in the evening, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sun with the pool right next to it.

Very nice and cosy place. I paid € 45 for a single room with private bath. It's a quiet place with private parking lots. People are very kind, helping a lot, showing what to do and giving tips. They have a restaurant (only for guests) which serve ok dishes and a small garden. I felt very comfortable there. Down to the lake takes you about 20min walk.
