Sunflower Cafe Otsego County Reviews
Great service and super friendly staff as always
After foolishly following Google Maps to three different Chick-fil-A locations throughout downtown Houston I soon found out they were either in underground tunnels, office building food courts or were just closed. Not to mention the parking garages for each! Grrrr. I was more than happy to find a real Chick-fil-A not too far from the GRB Convention Center. Food and service was as expected, Quick, Delicious & Awesome! If you’re wanting some Chick-fil-A and you’re in downtown Houston, save yourself the trouble, time and frustration and just go to this location.
My first time going to a Chick-fil-A. I went for a quick breakfast. I didn't have high expectations just thinking it would be another fast food establishment. The quality of food is better. The people working there take a bit more pride in their work and are well trained. This location was very clean and busy. I will have to go back and try a larger meal other than breakfast. 4 out if 5 stars.
I come here a lot for lunch. The employees are all great. I wanted to give a shout-out to Yolanda. She always greets everyone, cleans up their trays, and refills their drinks. She is exceptional and reflects positively on the Chick-fil-A brand.
They have good family night activities. My daughter loves the food and the atmosphere.
was assisted by Jorge Perez during my recent visit to Chick-fil-A, and he did an outstanding job. Jorge exhibited exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating attentiveness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure a positive experience for each customer. His friendly demeanor and efficiency were truly commendable. 10/10
Outlets had USB ports to charge your phone with. Dining in was definitely the play as the line in the drive-thru was long, but service was fast inside.
They are just down the street from my job. And right across from the bus stop I take to get back home which is usually a 45 minute wait from when I get off. So sometimes I stop in and get a bite to eat. They are quick, my order is always right, and very friendly, usually when I'm done and about to leave a lady will say "Let me get that tray for you. Would you like a refill." Always gonna come here.
Wow! In the middle of lunch time this already super packed place inside and out took on a sudden extra 50 minimum plus high school students whose lunches were left on a school bus that took off. The staff was amazing. Manager took on a line himself with a mobile device to speed things up. Handled it perfectly. Food was the best I’ve ever had at a chic fil a. I never care for the fries but theirs were hot salted and much better than normal. Bravo!!! What a burger really needs to figure out how y’all do it.
Well it’s chick-fil-a… this one though the parking lot can get kinda hectic, and you have to be careful about walking from your car to the door. The staff is usually really friendly, and the food hasn’t disappointed me here. I usually get my order for takeout, and it’s always been pretty good probably because the consistent volume of people always coming here.
Wonderful location, as most Chik-Fil-A’s are. I have been coming here for about 3 years. Never a long wait even when they are busy, crazy fast service and they always get the order right! Perfectly polite and friendly as well!
This location is always very busy. They are speedy and accurate. Very friendly staff. We frequently visit when running errands or something in the area. Parking may be the only issue, but if you have time to circle the parking lot once or twice, you'll catch someone coming out. Thank you, Chick-fil-A. Also, every Tuesday this month, they are doing a free breakfast entree with purchase 😋 go get full, or bring your favorite boss or coworker a delicious treat.
You can't be wrong if you come to Chick-fil-A, it a calm and nice atmosphere, the food is good, the people is warm and very helpful, I like this place but they don't have playground so be aware of this. Keep the good work Chick-fil-A!
CHICK FILA is the last place in the fast food industry to have a decent meal that is nutritious and healthy! This location has a kids play area, handicap accessible, large dining area & plenty of parking! The drive through is always busy but they have 2 lanes to speed up your order. Food is fresh and as always Chick Fli A staff members are outstanding.
There was an officer there to direct traffic. The girl taking the order explained everything to me about the new sandwich. It ready quickly and such a juicy fresh sandwich!
I did drive thru.. no atmosphere to see. Lol
I went to the chick-fil-A by Taylor St. I have been here several times and no issues. I went through the Drive thru and it was 5:57am. I know they open at 6:00. I was the 1st one there and there were 2 other cars that came after I did in the outside lane. It was 6:04 when they finally decided to take my order!?!? I proceeded to the window and I asked the Employee there Why!?!? And she got upset and had an attitude. Will think twice about going there again.....
Every time I've gone to Chick-fil-A, the service is always phenomenal. The food is always hot fresh and ready to go. I may have to wait three minutes for my food, but that's OK because when it does arrive, it's warm. This location does a great job . I asked for a chicken sandwich that came out hot fresh juicy. And french fries that were so crispy and flavorful that I ordered more. And I also made sure to let the manager know that the food was phenomenal.
They move a ton of customers though fast. Last visit had just amazing fries. Crispy and salty.
I had not eaten at Chick-fil-A in many years. I recently heard they were rated as the favorite fast food restaurant in the U.S. After today's visit, I understand why. I really liked the grilled chicken sandwich and the waffle 🍟s. The restaurant was well staffed with friendly employees. The large dining room was very clean on a very busy Saturday afternoon. A dining room attendant brought my meal to my table. I visited on a weekday afternoon. I have rarely ever seen so many cars in the drive thru. They were backed up for a block on Spring St waiting to get in line. A security guard was directing traffic. It was unreal! I asked him if they were giving away free food. 😛 As a former retail manager, I really like the fact that they close every Sunday. It gives the employees a much needed respite very week.
Friendly staff and super clean dining area and restrooms! One major reason I try to avoid fast food restaurants is because of dirty bathrooms. The fact that this location had spot clean bathrooms and dining area tells me that most likely the area where the food is cooked is clean. Now on to the food, I also like Chick-fil-A because one thing I can eat that is healthy for me is the grilled nuggets that come in 8 or 12 pieces. I usually order only that, no fries, no sugary drink. That and Buffalo sauce, so yummy!
One of the girls working there was sooooooo nice. It make my day.
Nowadays it feels like fast food is hit or miss. One location can have drastically different results from another location. With prices skyrocketing and quality assurance declining, it’s nice to know there is a reliable fast food place that serves the same quality no matter the time of day or location. Still not a fan of their political activism as a company. Why should fast food joint have so much influence on social and cultural issues?
Came here when looking for a Chick-fil-a that had a dining room open. Had lunch here late in the afternoon on Saturday. Parking lot was pretty full but we managed to find a space. Got a grilled chicken sandwich, cobb salad with grilled chicken, peach milkshake, and a diet lemonade. Food and drinks were tasty, though the salad did not seem to be the freshest. Service was fast and friendly. Dining room was clean. Glad we came here.
omg chick-fil-a is literally my personality at this point... like i lowkey dream about the spicy deluxe sandwich lol. and don't even get me started on the sauce!! i could literally drink the chick-fil-a sauce tbh. it's always "my pleasure" and they are so fast even when teh line is wrapped around the building. honestly best fast food ever 🍟✨❤️
We stopped by the Chick-fil-A on Shearn Street with our touring company, bringing in a large wave of mobile orders — two full charter buses worth — and this team absolutely came through. The staff worked together seamlessly, stayed organized, and kept everything moving smoothly despite the rush. Every order was handled efficiently, accurately, and with great attitudes all around. You could really see the teamwork and dedication in action. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy, and we truly appreciated their hospitality and professionalism. Huge shoutout to the entire team — this location definitely deserves the praise. Highly recommend!
Destiny delivered service that didn’t just meet expectations — it wiped the floor with them. From the second she approached the table, she had that sharp, alert vibe that shows she actually gives a damn about her job. Her greeting alone set the tone: confident, clear, and genuinely welcoming. ⭐️ What really stood out was how she stayed locked-in the entire time. No disappearing act, no wandering around pretending to be busy — she was present, attentive, and always a step ahead. It’s rare to see someone keep that level of consistency without dropping the ball once. 👀🔥 Her enthusiasm wasn’t fake either. Some workers slap on a smile like it’s duct-tape, but Destiny’s energy came across naturally. She asked questions, made recommendations, and actually seemed happy to help rather than treating it like a chore. That kind of attitude elevates the entire experience. ✨🙌 On top of that, she handled everything smoothly — drinks came out quick, food was checked on at the right times, and she never rushed anything. Even when the place got busier, she kept her composure, moved efficiently, and didn’t let the quality slip for a second. That’s professional-level focus. 🧠⚡️ Overall, Destiny proved she’s more than just “good staff.” She’s the kind of worker businesses fight to keep — reliable, enthusiastic, and sharp enough to make the service experience feel effortless on the guest’s side. She absolutely deserves recognition for the effort she puts in every shift. 💯👏
Staff is really nice and attentive. They always look out for their customers and are personable. Food is great and I’ve been to this location for years. Love it!☺️
Chick-fil-A is Chick-fil-A! The gold standard for quality quick service for and this location is no exception. I worked at Chick-fil-A for 8 years in my youth, been eating at Chick-fil-A consistently for over 30 years now, and I can confidently day that this location truly and consistently represents what Chick-fil-A is all about. They would make Truett Cathy (founder) very proud with how they represent the brand, how they treat people, and the level of service they provide. They fully fulfill his vision for what a Chick-fil-A is meant to be.
Oh my gosh, my family ordered and 1 minutes later they served, AMAZING service and perfect food. There was a police officer proceeding to help us cross the road, best Chick-fil-A I've been to in my 30 years or eating.
Chick-Fil-A was Chick-Fil-A. The line was long, as usual, but you know Chick-Fil-A is efficient and the best at moving that drive thru line along. The lady taking our order was very helpful. She was very nice. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a root beer.
Never a complaint. Well, I take that back, I ordered a Market Salad with fried chicken strips and when I pulled off and got to my location...the salad had no meat. I toted myself right on back and the manager made it right. That's all👌🏾
New store. Love the way they set up the drive-through to keep traffic running smoothly. There was a high volume of customers, in dine, pick up and drive-through. They handled it well. No long wait, and great customer service. Thank you Chick-fil-A, you never seem to fall short.
Chick-fil-A delivering like Chick-fil-A should !!! Excellent customer service and same great product !! Staff is always very nice and professional. Had to add a drink at the pickup window and they added it and took payment with no issues !! Added bonus was the traffic directing security guy that stopped on coming traffic so we could get in and out !! Highly recommended!!
I was on the way home from being out of town. It felt odd. They didn't have an express mobile ordering drive-thru line. Line was fast, though. This was my first time to experience not overly friendly workers. My order taker speed talked asking if I wanted "whipped cream and a cherry" on my peach shake. I understand why, but when I said she spoke too quickly she said it the exact same way. A total of three times. The food was wonderful. So easy to eat while driving on the highway.
Everything was good except the was not fresh.
The food is good at this location, & the staff is friendly. However, nearly every single to go order I make is missing one or more items - either major food items, cutlery, sides or condiments. This has happened for months now. It is incredibly frustrating to get home & find your missing fries, a soup or a salad dressing. Systemic issue at this location.
Hey giving them a 4 bc they missed items in my last order. However, even though that it’s always packed, their service is fast and efficient and their people are friendly.
As we all know, Chick-fil-A typically offers a lively atmosphere but this particular location is filled with a very young staff, which can make for a noisy dining experience, especially during peak hours. While the service is generally friendly and efficient, the restaurant's air conditioning left much to be desired, as it got uncomfortably warm inside. Improvements in the ambiance and HVAC system would enhance the experience significantly.
Chick-Fil-A service was not the best. The team member who took my order did not greet me, made me feel rushed, and that he didn’t want to be there. Not a big problem but hospitality was not great.
The staff is very nice and professional but I've had my order wrong a few times here.
This chick fil a location is convenient because if its location, but sometimes I feel like they’re not the friendliest. The staff is efficient, but are they happy to do their job? Each time I come here, I find something wrong with the consistency in food. This may depend on the demographic in the area, but the fries are usually on the soft and unsalted side, they skimp on the sauces— for instance, if I have a 4 piece chicken mini with hash browns, why give me one ketchup? That’s simply not enough. I appreciate the efficiency of the drive thru lines for the sake of times, but at least wait for people to check their bags and make sure they are satisfied with they’re order instead of saying “everything is there”. As a former Georgia native, this just isn’t the level of hospitality that I’m used to from this particular location.
Chikfila is starting to become one of them. They had great food and expectations were great, but now, employees lack communication skills. I guess they hire just anyone. They are slowly becoming a McDonald's where everything sucks. I wish they were stricter on phone policy while on the job. Don't work too hard buddy!
My family stopped here during a two day outing. The food was very good but the management was horrible. I'm diabetic and was getting ill due to the fact of not eating anything yet. While inside I was very ill waiting for our food. I believe it was the manager continuously sending an employee over trying to rush us out. It's embarrassing enough for me not feeling well in public but then to feel like I had the plague uncalled-for. We tried explaining the situation but they would hear it. Maybe it's because my family looks a bit different with brightly colored hair and wearing all black. What if I was that manager's relative. Would she like someone to treat them like she did to us. If you're unsure of something ask don't assume you know the answer.
Made me wait 20 minutes in line for a salad I had already paid for at 9am and then didn't give me a fork. There is no point in time where you are capable of parking to eat at this establishment. The line here always moves at a glacial pace and there's no way out once you're in it.
Food and Service are great but this places parking situation is ridiculous. They have a massive lot which is always fully occupied but there is only 6 people dining in. If I have to circle to park at a chic fil a I'm out. You guys need to start towing whoever is parking in your lot.
DON’T TRY TO FIND PARKING!! The parking at this place is insane!! They need to fix the street parking with the giant pot holes and make that 10 min parking for delivery pickup drivers!! Add a dedicated lane for mobile drive thru so that dine in can have parking spots!! Add a cup of water back to the app also!! Sweet tea was a little bitter and tasted old, they either need to clean the pots better or get rid of yesterday’s tea but the breakfast bowl was on point!!
NOT the Chick-fil-A experience I'm used to. Felt more like a McDonald's than a Chick-fil-A. The cashier(a young Hispanic guy) that took our order made me feel like I was at burger King. At our regular Chick-fil-A they always let one of my kids get a kids meal with a chicken sandwich, here they said they couldn't do that, and didn't seem like the cashier cared. The only person that made this Chick-fil-A feel like a Chick-fil-A was this older Caucasian lady, I think her name was Leah, she was helpful and friendly. The food was ok, like all the other Chick-fil-A. But most of the time it feels nice to get the Chick-fil-A experience, which this restaurant was severely lacking in, except for the one lady.
Ordered 3 meals and 2 of the 3 was not meeting expectations. My chicken tortilla soup has undercooked beans in it and also they didn’t put the chips or saltine crackers in the order. Also my kale salad was soggy and wet as if the kale wasn’t fresh.
Mobile order is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they will forget to add bacon or cheese when I order my breakfast sandwich, no problem. Drive thru was oddly slow with only 2 cars in front but the wait time was about 10 mins. When I got home I opened my order and noticed to have a different sandwich. I called and had the phone ringing with no answer. Will I stop coming here? Maybe to this location only because they are building a new one next to me.
I’m really disappointed in this ChickFilA. I just came here for dinner. The drinks weren’t marked, so we had to ask which was which. The staff member came back with the drinks marked, but one of the drinks wasn’t what we had ordered. Then, when I went to eat my fruit cup, I realized I hadn’t been given a spoon. Minor issues, I know. But, a correctly prepared order shouldn’t be something the customer has to work so hard for. What’s going on? I hope this isn’t an indication of poor training or declining service levels.
Ordered a spicy deluxe thinking it would come with pepper jack cheese. It didn’t ? I called to see if I can have my order remade, they offered me a free sandwich. I kindly denied I just wanted my meal right and the guy said okay just bring the order back and we’ll make everything fresh for you. I came back went inside, spoke to LAUREN, asked her if the deluxe sandwiches came with pepper jack cheese she said only the spicy, I proceeded to tell her the one I ordered didn’t have any and I wanted my order right. she said “you ordered this an hour ago” yes LAUREN, you can clearly see the time. I live 13 mins away. Went home showered, because I just got off a 9 hour shift LAUREN, and didn’t want to eat in my work clothes. Which I’m sure you've been there before, considering you work at chick fil a . I proceeded to get my son ready for dinner because unlike you LAUREN I am a single mother. Started to feed my son first, waited till he was feeding him self to eat my food when I notice YALL messed up Lauren. So yes it was made an hour ago. She had a bad attitude when I told her I wanted my food remade because that’s what the guy on the phone promised me. Customer service from “manager” or whatever she is was absolutely terrible. So much for going above and beyond for your guest when yall dropped the ball.
2 times in a row I have received the wrong order at this location. The girl who took my order was also clearly sick, severely congested and snorting the entire time while also casually talking with co workers outside during the order taking. She asked multiple times if we wanted the sandwiches grilled, obviously not. I even doubled checked with her that they were fried because it was such an odd question to keep asking. Sure enough we get gross grilled sandwiches. Order number 13239523
Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese muffins and a classic ice coffee. Got two bacon eggs cheese muffins and a vanilla coffee. Didn't take it back just ate it. The muffins you can't taste any egg or bacon just taste like yeasty muffins. Wouldn't order their coffee again either as I don't mind vanilla but this tasted like powdered coffee. Never been a fan of Chick-fil-A but my son wanted to go. Now he understands why.
I come here weekly and service is always quick but they consistently forget sauces even if specifically asked for. 3/5 stars… 3/12 update very slow at 9pm ordered 2 sprites both are sparkling waters not sprite. Taking away another star 2/5. 4/2 update no dressing with my salad.. we’ve come full circle 1/5 star. This location gets every other order wrong at this point.
arrived at 10:35 and ordered chicken minis, but the worker told me that they weren’t serving breakfast anymore (they stop at 10:30) and “only made enough to last for breakfast”. clearly, no restaurant can calculate that exact amount and only five minutes past its guaranteed they still had them. although i understand it was 5 minutes past, it’s nonsensical to 1. lie to a customer and 2. waste a product rather than selling it. not the biggest deal, but impractical customer service and unintelligent sales mistake to not sell an item when given the chance.
first time ever going to this location - fairly i am new to houston. as someone who moved away from their home and wanted just cfa the employer who took my order - name christian i drive up after working, employee was not paying attention- did not take it personally since the ‘ young man ‘ was about my age if not younger- but from me personally , short story - was having a rough day and wanted to treat myself having a name wrong should be the last thing wrong having a order for two items , respectfully enough to simply ask again ‘ what was the name for the order again ? ‘
Horrible service and food was not what we ordered at all
walked in and was assaulted with the smell of Fabuloso cleaning product that was added to their mop water. I almost threw up. I lost my appetite and left. It did not smell like a restaurant. Restaurants should NOT smell like cleaning chemicals. A restaurant should smell like a restaurant, not a chemical factory. Be proud of how your restaurant smells, don't try to hide the smell. You can mop the floor with 2 tablespoons of bleach in a mop bucket, it is very simple.
The experience ordering here is frustrating , the children taking orders need to go to somewhere else with their crap attitude.
Very disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival they closed the lobby/dining room early before closing time, turning myself and others away, forcing everyone to go through an already congested line and parking lot. If you’re a third party delivery driver this causes a SIGNIFICANT delay having to wait 10-15 minutes in a line when your order is already marked ready for pickup. The mobile drive thru lane was also closed. There needs to be a better system in place. I think I’ll just stop taking DD/Uber orders from this location all together. It’s way too much of a hassle and extremely time consuming. Hopefully someone in management will read this comment and make some changes.
Refused to sell me a side of whipped cream. Makes no sense.
Jose, drive-thru staff, is a childish teenager who laughed at me upon taking my order and made me feel insecure. I brought it up to the manager who did nothing as well. Awful management and staffing. They messed up half of my order which never happens at CFA for me. Do not go to this location.
I ordered my food and by the time I made it to work to eat it there were things missing. I ordered two sandwich spicy chicken filets and they gave me two breakfast spicy chicken filets. I asked for ranch and avocado ranch, they did not give that to me either. I was expecting for the order to be correct when I left the restaurant. By the time I made it to work, it was too late to go back and correct my food.
This restaurant closes their dining room whenever they feel like it. IT IS 8 PM AND THEY HAD THEIR DINING ROOM CLOSED CLAIMING THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED. It is not 2020 anymore and they have their dining room closed like if it was 2020 and with Sawyer/Taylor I-10 West entrance closed off this is a huge problem since all the nearby restaurants are either garbage or too expensive.
They opened at 10:30am on Memorial day so they wouldn't have to serve breakfast. And when I asked about it one of the workers said that's got nothing to do with me🙄 instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he just took it personal.
Ordered cobb chicken salad extra chicken extra egg asked for 2 extra dressing only to be charged. I order the same order all the time. AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK. ORDER WAS $18. I WAS TOLD TO PAY AFTER I PAIS DOR MY FOOD ALREADY. THE WINDOW LADY JACKIE SAID PAY EXTRA.I SAY WHY I NEVERGET CHARGED EXTRA SO I CANCELED THE ORDER. NOW HAVE TO WAIT 4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR REFUND. 🤬
Order breakfast for pick up and drove there and they refused to give me the food!
This location is the most disorganized place I've seen, with a security guard who, when you ask him to explain where the line is, looks at you as if you are very stupid and makes his job more difficult. I preferred to drive 15 minutes more to another location where they treat you more respectfully.
I usually don’t go out of my way to leave negative reviews however I have come to the Chick-fil-A multiple times and always leave with missing sauces no plastic where the drinks are messed up. It’s never enough to report, but it is very annoying this time. I did call the restaurant and the lead that answered the call was a young girl who tried to dismiss the mistake because she said because it’s a mobile order they’re not responsible for the mistakes, but she’ll still refund me for the drink and credit for a sauce they forgot. She tried to divert the fault and it’s overall just a poor experience would definitely not recommend
Every other Chick-fil-A will give a “pup cup” which is a tiny cup of whipped cream for your dog. This location won’t and said they aren’t allowed. Aka the management must be cheap and/or dog haters. Won’t be back since there’s a location right down the street that does it. At the other location, they actually saw my dog in the car and offered it without me even asking! It’s not hard to do small things like that to keep customers happy, what’s the harm? Cost? Please.
Came here today for a chocolate shake and the machine was down… wth…. On top of that it took a really long time for our food to come out and there was practically no one in line smh. This location is going down hill
I’m here twice a week ordering for my family and they constantly get the orders wrong. Time and time again it’s the same repetitive story with orders being completely wrong. Picking up quick food for my family shouldn’t require me parsing through the bags one by one to make sure every item is correct when there’s 6-8 service members working. Management has been made aware of the issue after the fact and instead of retraining staff, offering a refund or a gift card they stare blankly offering an apology but zero remedy to the solution. I’ll be contacting corporate in the future.
Believe the reviews. My entire order was wrong. I asked for lemons. Didn’t get any . My salad order was completely wrong and on top of that, they “claim” that they cannot give out pup cups. The manager was very dismissive about all of it. I hate that this is the only one in the area. I’d rather drive 20 minutes away for “pleasurable” service . Oh yeah … I also asked for sauce several times before I could get any. Save yourself the trouble. Update: This is probably the worst restaurant to come to for this franchise. I really wish the regional managers would come in and see how the employees treat their consumers Every single time I come to this place there is a lack of care with my food. Even the managers that work here act like they do not care about premium service. I think today is probably the last time I will be coming to this location, considering how unthoughtful they are when it comes to preparing your food. No one takes accountability for the mistakes, no one follows up on their guests, and it just makes the entire experience a detriment. I simply ask for my macaroni, not to have burnt cheese or a chunk of cheese in it, and the manager blatantly states that’s how they all come. I never have an issue ordering my macaroni like this, but considering the circumstances, I know not to come to this one ever again. I cannot wait until the other Chick-fil-A in this area is built, and I pray that these employees do not transfer over there.
Stopped this morning to pickup breakfast for my son. I placed my order and a team member came and asked for payment. I told her I was paying with the app and she asked I was ok with her taking my phone up front to scan or wait till I got up front. I told her I would wait. I get to the front and another team member asked for my phone to go scan inside. I asked if he could scan in my car and he said no “we don’t have any scanners” seriously this very inappropriate. I found it hard to believe no scanners were available. Not to mention it’s just not sanitary to be handling customers phones. I’m pretty sure if my phone was dropped and broken while taking it inside it would be a headache to get it repaired. I didn’t get the 2nd team members name, but sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. You were definitely annoyed when I told you I’d rather scan in my car. At the very least let customers know you have “no scanners” prior to ordering.
How would you feel if it was you locked up, not able to escape? Only to be killed for food. A plant based diet is the only compassionate choice. Please stop pushing your beliefs on innocent animals who want to live.
10.12.2020. 1:04PM JUST DO NOT!! This is a MESS of a location! I have NEVER been to a Chic Fil A so disorganized and such rude employees!!! After waiting forever just to get around to have my order taken. The woman wasn't pleasant. Then I get up to the window where the woman that was handing the food was COMPLETELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! I told her I ordered my fries well done. She told me that they don't do that at this location. I asked why didn't the woman tell me that when she took my order bc I wouldn't have ordered them. She said (again rudely), we don't do it here. I told her I didn't want the fries then. She went and got my refund and that's when she started being more rude and condescending with her words. Beyond pathetic!
. Every time they give me fewer Chick-fil-A sauces than I request. Every. Single. Time. Am I really supposed to dig through the bag and count them myself? It’s ridiculous, frustrating, and completely avoidable. Maybe hire people who can read the order and count the items. And no, I’m not asking for “too many”—it’s a family-sized meal, and the app already limits how many sauces you can select.
If I could give negative stars I would. The quality of CFA has been declining over the years. And this coming from a person that was a regular visitor. My main grip has been the quality and portion of the meat. It seems like the nuggets and sandwiches are nearly half the size. Which, okay…still fine as they were quite large originally, but today the grilled chicken sandwich I received was basically a chewy, tasteless smash burger. Very gross…could barely finish my first bite. Don’t think I’ll be back again for awhile. On the hunt for a new chicken spot. Any suggestions?
I’ve been to many CFA locations and have ordered the same thing many times: a Cobb salad, no bacon, add pickles, with a Spicy Filet. It’s never been an issue until today. When I got to the window and received my order the employee made sure to take the time out to let me know that they added the pickles tHiS tIMe but WoNt in tHe fUtUrE. I asked what the issue was and if it’s a cost issue I’ll gladly pay it. He said it wasn’t about the price, that they just won’t do it. In other words: just because they feel like it??? I told him I’ve never had that issue until today and he then shifted the blame saying the message came from his manager. Regardless of who the message is coming from the idea is absurd and to actually stop the customer to tell them such a thing is ridiculous. You have no logic. So you can add pickles to a sandwich but a salad is where you draw the line? Lmao. Also, wish they would’ve given me this message and service BEFORE they took my money and I would’ve gladly gone somewhere else. I got home and saw my salad so poorly thrown together. They didn’t even slice the filet like they usually do. Were they THAT bothered about PICKLES? Are the pickles coming out of their paychecks??? I know CFA customer service has declined over the years but this level of petty is a new low. Do better.
Placed a mobile order and proceeded to the drive through. Order was not available and never handed it to me. I was told to wait at in the waiting area. No one addresses me for 10 minutes until I honk. They check my receipt 2 times and don’t believe me that I never received my order.
Went through drive through, it wasn’t busy however I waited for a while for someone to get on a headset and take my order.. additionally I got one contain of sauce. Service was disappointing (-_-)
They really need to figure out the parking and drive thru situation at this location. There’s very little parking And if you’re in the first line from drive-through, they’ll bring you your food while they’re still Five cars waiting in front of you so you have to sit there and wait until they bring those cars their food or you can cut across the other line.
Came here looking forward to grabbing a nice little Monday sweet treat, but unfortunately was told the ice cream machine was broken at 8:00pm. The employee was also rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience to asking for a milkshake. ☹️
Everytime I come to this location it is an absolute mess. The food is consistently good but the way they allow people to park anywhere blocking up the drive through line is ridiculous. This has happen on serval occasions I try to avoid this location it is too inconvenient. My last straw was when I received my food and still had to wait 12 minutes in line because the person in front of me had not received theirs yet leaving me and several other cars to be stuck behind them even when we received our food. Update: went today and they let two cars block up the two way lane. People should have to park in a adequate parking spot
I loveee CFA and have never ran into a problem with them, unfortunately after today I don’t think I can return because my chicken was raw! I ordered a 5 count of nuggets and into my first one it had a weird texture, I took a look and the other half of my nugget had some pink.. I should have known to just stop there but I thought to myself this is chick- fil- a, surely my food isn’t raw.. well after eating some fries and trying another nugget this one was worse! Not only was I disgusted as to what I saw, but I also am 8 months pregnant! I almost threw up when I saw it and I’m not being dramatic, my whole lunch was ruined at this point. I’m so disappointed in this company and the lack of inspection they had today, thankful it happened to me and I caught it, I’m just hoping no one else has this and gets sick from it..
