Delicious galician cuisine. Octopus, meat, even chips cooked to perfection. During our stay we have eaten dinner there two or three times and each time it was a fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere. Good prices, not a rip off. We would definitely come back :)

A very good restaurant. We had a wonderful meal and everything was delicious. The peas with ham were spectacular, the seafood salad was also fabulous, and finally, the sirloin steak was excellent. The desserts were a generous portion and perfect, and the coffees were also delicious. We will definitely return. Excellent value for money, and the waiters were very professional and attentive at all times.

Menú de diario por 15€ con bebida y postre. Para mi lo mejor, las costillas guisadas con patatas, espectaculares. Soy muy fan del arroz con leche y solo eche en falta algo más de dulzor. El filete con patatas era como para dos y buenísimo. La atención buenísima, rapidez en el servicio y muy majos.

Llamamos para reservar y nos dijeron que no hacían reservas. Llegamos allí y tuvimos la suerte de tener sitio. Resulta que llegaba gente y sí que tenían reserva. Quizás fuese mejor que nos dijeran que solo había reservas limitadas y las demás mesas eran según llegada. Nos gustó la comida. Pedimos menú y tenían mucha variedad. El salpicón estaba realmente bueno y el arroz caldoso lo mismo. Lo mejor el solomillo, estaba super tierno. Si tenemos ocasión volveremos sin dudarlo.

It's a good restaurant; the food was very good. We ordered a breaded veal cutlet to share, some croquettes, and some calamari. The staff were very friendly and served us quite quickly. The atmosphere was average; the place wasn't very decorated.

Delicious food! We ordered several tapas and tried a little of everything. The staff was very friendly and attentive. For dessert, there was also a nice selection of cakes, such as cheesecake, turón, or tiramisu.

Everything was perfect. It's a great place for home-style cooking and generous portions. We had the set menu during the week, and it was very varied and delicious. We had Galician greyhound, fried squid, stewed beef, and grilled hake (very tasty). Highly recommended.

Nice tradicional Galician food, and good quick service. Good value for money, especially if you get the 'menú del día'. Good variety of starters (soup, empanada, callos, cured meat platter etc...and main dishes(tradicional stews, fish and chips, steaks etc) and delicious desserts.

De todo lo que probamos de comida, nada me llamó la atención especialmente. Simplemente, cumple su función. Me pareció caro para la calidad del producto que sirvieron. Todos los bares de la zona tenían menú de 15€. Ubicación buena, al estar cerca de los miradores y monasterios del cañón del Sil.

It's a good restaurant, but the daily menu only offers salad and asparagus for vegetarians. They offered me scrambled eggs as a main course, even though it wasn't included in the selection, and I appreciated that. The waitress was very friendly. The desserts were delicious, especially the tiramisu.

The food quality was quite poor. The portions were average size, but the food was poorly prepared for the price. After eating calamari elsewhere, this calamari was quite disappointing. The entrecote was okay. The turnip green scramble was so-so. The nougat cake was quite good.

Bar donde dan comidas, menú del día con un precio de 18 €, según quién seas, si eres de allí te cobran, antes 12 € y según tengo entendido, ahora 13 €, pero si no eres de allí o no eres conocido 18 €, por lo menos para mí es política no es la adecuada, así dejé de ir, incluso a tomar café. Deberían cambiar esa política, aunque el precio en la pizarra ponga 18 €, no e debéis cobrar un precio a unas personas y otro precio a otras. Además de esta distinción con la gente, el precio de 18 € para la calidad de la comida que dan, es excesivo, aún pagando 13 €, me parece caro, si hubiera podido ponerlo 0 estrellas, lo hubiera hecho. David cambia la política porque creo que no es buena. Nosotros ya somos una familia que no volverá y como nosotros hay más.

Be aware of this tourist trap. We planned to have a quick lunch for our family. For the kids they offered to share it "Menu del Día" which comes with two dishes, dessert, a drink, bread and coffee. We adults only shared a ración as we were not really hungry. The food was good and in reasonable quantity. When asking for the bill, we were shocked to see that we were charged 50% for the split menu and excluding all the extras. It amounts to almost 2 full menus!!! That's crazy! Any amendment to the original bill was rejected by the rude owner arguing that we took up a place in his restaurant, using his amenities and the overall charge per person is not that high overall. Don't bother to dine-in at this place! In 20 min you are in the next bigger city, Ourense, where lunch Menüs are 1/3 cheaper and you don't encounter random charging practices.
