the lady that took my order seemed like she was in a rush not a very good start, i ordered a spicy crispy sandwich mean and the sandwich was cold once i received it on top of that it tasted a little weird. i had to throw it out and the fries were cold also! restroom was very dirty. i will not be returning to this location again.

It's 1053 on a Saturday. I'm on the long long drive thru line. Finally get to order the two shakes we came here and waited for. The gentleman tells me they re not doing shakes right now. 😢. I understand. But I'm still pretty bummed out. Oh well. 😞 We'll try to find someplace else that is open and able to. I had no idea there was a shake time cut off.

Never going to the place the employess in that place are so mean even the manager rude and they give u ur food cold and to top it off they dont answer no phone call services are so bad restroom dirty every time we go no toilet papper pee all over the floor we see homeless people hanging inside like if its a kicking spot so bad i swear ...

This one lady in red was giving me attitude. Then the other guy in grey shirt was rushing in giving me my food that he forgot to give me my drinks and closed the window hard. I don’t why they go fast when do that they forget something in my order most of the time instead of taking there time.

This Location is very careless on the quality of food They never get your offer right and serve you cold or burnt food my jalapeño peppers are burnt to the Max as you can tell also THIS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT CHARGES FOR SAUSES this location needs a clean house

If I could give negative stars I would. Thanks for nothing. So I got no receipt, a messed up order and the phone number to the store is out of service. Nice touch. I asked for the double sausage cheese bagel sandwich....

They mess up my order every time. No one wants to keep coming back because your employees are not skilled enough to get your order right the first time. And then when I go back to get the items they forgot to put in the bag, it wS like they have been sitting. The tacos were soggy as well as the egg rolls. It all comes down to the management..

I don't know how many chances I have given this Jack in the box. I believe I've given this restaurant so many chances for them to give me good service. But they just can not everything from the employees to the food they serve always poor quality. They're slow after ordering through drive thru, they get the orders wrong. Instead of correcting the order they talk back and tell you off. I for one will not be coming back to any of they're establishments.

Manager "JASMINE" is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talked with an aggressive and dismissive tone. Refused to let me use the restroom after I went to the drive through & made a scene out of the ordeal. Told us we had to purchase again to use the bathroom. Told another customer that had nothing to do with our ordeal to not open the restroom door for us. I feel this was racially motivated. My friend and I are both African- American. There's no other obvious reason for why she treated us the way she did. Extremely disappointing... I've been a customer at this location for a long time (Over 10 years). I attended the middle school not far from this location and I now work within 2 minutes of this location. I've never been treated this terrible by any other employee here. I will also be contacting corporate regarding this matter. I do not have any other complaints about this location other than manager "JASMINE". The absolute worst team member I have come across at this location.
