The ham was dry, the app didn't work and I couldn't customize my pizza, when my son got there to pick up the order they couldn't find it, and it was a pickup order so who cares about the atmosphere... Probably should have read it it lower but I gave it an average. Nobody really cares about good food and good service anymore... There was barely any cheese on it even. I would have liked to even order extra cheese but I couldn't because of their stupid app. And I don't know why their app isn't on the review section It should have a question there about the app

Pizza is always undercooked. Second time being here and have to re cook the pizza but 2 stars cuz it's better than Doris where the pizzas are absolutely a train wreck

Least the food was correct. But the wait was super long and wasn't even "fresh or hot" they definitely need more people. Then parking is a nightmare at this location. Won't be back that's for sure !

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently visited Little Caesars Pizza, and my experience left much to be desired. While I had high hopes for a quick and satisfying meal, the service was unfortunately subpar. There was a significant line, and the employees seemed unmotivated to address it efficiently. The lack of urgency made the wait feel interminable, and it detracted from the overall experience. As for the food, I would rate it a decent three stars. The pizzas were okay, but the cheese distribution was noticeably flawed; one side of each pizza was devoid of cheese, which was disappointing. While the crust and toppings were acceptable, the inconsistency in prep left a lot to be desired, especially for a chain known for its value offerings. The atmosphere at this location was another downside. Situated in an area that felt unsafe, I encountered panhandlers outside, and even witnessed individuals lying down near the entryway. The surroundings appeared dirty, which further diminished the experience. In conclusion, while Little Caesars may offer affordability, the combination of poor service and the overall uninviting environment makes this location hard to recommend. I hope they can address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

The worst pizza I have ever had from little ceasars. We ordered crazy stuffed crust pizza which usually has a garlicky butter on the crust and it did not it was super bland. All the toppings where only on one side of the pizza. The sauce was all on the other side of the pizza. The dough was under cooked and tasted weird. The bottom of the pizza was white as a ghost. Service was non existent. I get they have kiosks but at least greet your customers. Did not want to go back so we heated the pizza up in the oven which defeats the purpose of ordering out. It still tasted bad even after heating it up.

Did a phone order 20 minutes before I got off of work, get to the location to pay and grab the pizza cause I ordered a head and they told me it would be 10-15 minutes which is fine since I ordered a deep dish but when I got there they said they never received a phone order under my name so I had to wait another 10-15 minutes! Super ridiculous. Why answer the phone and take orders over the phone if you aren’t gonna have it in your system? As a fast food worker highly disappointed.

Straight garbage service, gave me half a pizza pretty much, take your money else were, the extra 10min drive is worth it

Ordered here for a dinner after being out, got the incorrect pizza from the one I had ordered, but they didn’t even care to tell me that they were making a substitution, had to call only to have the lady working hang up on me at the end of the call saying nothing could be done. Deeply regretful ordering here. I was then told I had gotten notified, however the lady was completely incorrect as that was not the case. Ended up contacting customer service in order to get any sort of resolution, even then I only received less then the CORRECT item cost me. Would not come back or give them my money again. Go to a different location if you wish for better treatment and service.
