The Coffee

Stopped for a break on a Saturday, I asked for a Midnight Coffee and they made it fresh at the moment. Full choice of donuts

Great place to meet friends for a cup of coffee and if you're hungry to o8ck up something quick to eat.

The staff is always pleasant and efficient. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Because it's in a beautiful location and the people are friendly that work there

The staff is super friendly and the coffee is always fresh. Side note: forgot my cell phone at this location and came back a couple of hours later to find it safely kept by the crew. Honesty at its best!

Dont do me a favor you are making my coffee, If you chose to work here and make coffee be happy with your decisions. Not the attitude I would expect. Thank god for a reasonable manager. 3 stars and not 1 star just for him.

The staff here could really use some training in customer service; they're not very welcoming or friendly. There's a lot of room for improvement in all aspects.

Not a bad experience, but I would appreciate some consistency in taste and service.

Flies flying around all over bagels and donuts, tables and seats full of coffee stains.

The kids they have working there don't listen. They got my coffee order wrong 3 times even after confirming my order. Other than that, the drive thru is very convenient.

Most of the time orders are placed online and sometimes you get good service and other times you are treated like you are bothering them. The donuts or munchkins are rarely fresh, but this is sometimes a common problem with all Dunkin since they are usually not made on site anymore. For coffee, I suggest any other place in the area like McDonalds (which have their own issues, but never experienced a problem woth coffee), 7-11, Speedway (though not perfect, better than this Dunkin), and the local Southdown is an ideal replacement. For Donuts, the local Stop & Shop or 7-11 are your best options. Anything else can be made at the places above or your the local deli like East Norwich Deli or Harborside (these places also serve coffee too!).

Terrible customer service, rude employees

AVOID! I don't write many reviews but this place inspired me. I have now been there three times and found the place understocked for donuts and munchkins. Actually understocked is being kind. More like non-stocked. Not sure what happened, maybe an ownership change? This place used to be great. Maybe fine for coffee, but if looking for donuts, go elsewhere.

Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’d rather one at a gas station over this standalone location. What a joke Walked in at 5pm my son wanted a croissant sandwich. Both the female workers were laying down in the lobby on their phones , are you serious ? Then they had a major attitude when I entered to have to stand up and serve a customer . THIS IS YOUR JOB !!! They looked at me like an arch enemy . No smiles just rang me up and handed me the food. I think I’ll be calling corporate especially based on other’s reviews . Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. They can only do one simple thing at a time and we ordered our stuff 20 mins ago and they never made it until we brought it up to them again

Who ever owns this place needs people who can speak and understand English somewhat. Also please get rid of the flies on your donuts. And the munchkins are stale at 5pm at night.

My husband went with my son and ordered a dozen donuts and 50 munchkins. At 5pm there is only 2 boston cream donuts. All the donuts where hard as rocks and had no taste. The muchkins werent good either. To spend almost 30 dollars it all went in the garbage

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins!! Not only do they never have what you want now the staff is super nasty on top of it. I went to get my son ice cream, he loves the Reese's layered sundae. The nasty girl tells me "I don't even know how to make that" she then proceeds to put hot fudge with no peanut butter sauce when I asked about the peanut butter sauce she said we don't have any (surprise, surprise) I then asked if she was going to tell me that? she said "umm umm". I said forget it which she responded in an incredibly nasty tone "then go to Carvel!" What! How do you hire such incompetent nasty people. I have complained about this location before but never gotten any response and it seems to just be getting worse. What a waste of time to even step foot in this location. Wish I could give no stars. Not to worry I went to Carvel and got my son his peanut butter sundae.

Lesbia U is the most rude person i have ever encountered, she screamed at me for her neglegance. She assumed i wanted 3 drinks and even forgot my hashbrows order, when shes not even listening or comprehending. Very very bad experience, not coming back here. Horrible service.

When I walked into the store there was trash on the floor and on the seats and coffee stains as well. The employee said the workers did not clean up the day before bad enough, but it was still a dirty mess and the store was open for hours.

Idk how this place stays in business honestly. They will undoubtedly mess up even the most basic order, they make the drinks terribly, and 9 times out of 10 they employees can’t understand any English and have awful attitudes.

I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Oyster Bay on often and leave feeling frustrated with the service. Several staff members appeared to have limited English, which made taking my order slow and confusing. One employee in the back was repeatedly called to the front to interpret, further delaying the process. While I was waiting for my coffee, the back staff member came to the front to serve me because the counter staffer was busy on TikTok. I also observed staff using their phones instead of engaging with customers, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. This Dunkin’ Donuts is one I visit frequently because it’s on my way to work, and it’s the only one in my area. That makes these issues especially disappointing. The result was a long wait and a frustrating customer experience. I’d like to see improvements in in-store communication, more attentive service, and some basic customer-service training so that orders are clear and efficiently fulfilled. I’d appreciate management to take the proper steps to address these issues.

Ordered in advance, got there 10 minutes later. Sat for another 15 minutes while they made my order and had it listed as ready the entire time, when I got my food my hashbrowns were flatten into a latke and my loaded hashbrowns magically turned into the brisket ones. Terrible

We now take the ride to Syosset Dunkin for better coffee and food.

I asked to cancel the order and he said that I can do it on my phone. Since then I’m trying to call Dunkin management to refund my money and still struggling with it. They could have gave me a call to let me know that their machine is not working so can not fulfill the order. Instead of that they have charged my card also :( Terrible people and terrible place!!!!

I just went to Dunkin Donuts in Sagamore and the cashier refused to take back the bad coffee she made me. She said because of germs. I didn’t even leave the parking lot. I put it on the window. The supervisor took the coffee and tried to hand it back to me. I refused to take it. It wasn’t what I ordered. She put it on the door of my SUV and shut the window. They refused to refund me my four dollars. I’m thinking on calling the BBB. I really hope that management looks at the video to see what happened. It was within minutes that I tried to return that coffee. It wasn’t what I ordered. These worst experience I have had ever. I was treated poorly.
