Questioning the world

My go to Popeyes for occasional mix and match chicken (sweet & spicy/honey lemon pepper,etc). Fries are good, order online, best to order large as you get more than regular for just a few more bucks. Sandwiches (original/spicy) are good, abit oily for my taste so I stick to my gut feelings for the day Haven't tried the other sandwiches, they look good tho. Delivery is good, packed with care by good people that work to create exceptional crunchy flavorful feasts here.

No matter how early I “order ahead” on the app from this location, my order is never ready when I get there! The sad part is, I can’t 100% blame the employees. They’re not being treated well. During the heat wave in July they had no AC! The only airflow was from the doors and a fan in the kitchen. If I had to work under those conditions, I wouldn’t care too much about service either. Do better

They are stealing stamps and cash off ebt cards . At 12:00am my card was withdrawn for $309 and I had the card in my possession and was very much asleep with a new baby very much fraudulent activity in this place be careful using cards or anything in this location I ask for video footage n they asked me to leave my number for the boss to call me and I’m still waiting this was on march 2nd

The service was terrible. Two female employees in the morning, had a very unpleasant attitude. One of them even told me she didn’t understand my English, as if she didn’t want to help me. I asked for mashed potatoes, and they said there were none; even though I could clearly see containers with mashed potatoes on the counter. Both were rude and refused to serve me, and I left feeling very embarrassed. I hope management pays attention to this kind of behavior, because instead of serving and welcoming customers, these attitudes only create discomfort and drive people away.

Horrible. Go to any other Popeyes if you can. I ordered 3 tenders and only got 1. I was waiting forever, only for the food to arrive COLD. I ordered a medium mac and cheese and got BARELY HALF inside a medium cup. Don't spend your money here

Went to this location last Friday or Thursday morning pathetic service worst experience .One lady with AirPods she was continuously on the call in her language and when i asked for fresh chicken she said this is fresh she didn’t drop fresh chicken when i said i’ll wait she said its going to take 45 50 minutes when asked for manager she said she is the general manager do not recommend this place at all👎 its better to go to Atlantic ave Popeyes worth the drive

Really angry whoever is the owner need to keep eye on store manager if they are opening store on time i came on this location 3 4 times in the morning it says its suppose to be opened at 9:00 am but it was still locked at 9:30 even today the door was locked. If you opened 10:00am change your sign on the door and do it 10:00 am. Not coming back to this location ever

Since I got in the attitude of the workers was the worst. Very disrespectful and very super duper bad customer service. On top of that they were trying to charge me $30 for 2 pieces of chicken and a soda and when I asked them for the receipt the cashier turned back and left. I will definitely not come back to this location any more.

Nope. I’ve been coming here for years out of convenience, but today is where I draw the line. Their food management is very poor. The staff don’t wear gloves, yet they have long, dirty fingernails while handling people’s food. Ive watched the workers hack and cough all around the food. On top of that, the food never really tastes good. It was only a matter of time before I got sick from eating here. Never again! On my soul 🙏

The food is ok but always the bare minimum. What really sucks is their customer service. They are dismissive to the point of rudeness. Additionally, they routinely have signage for promotions they don't actually offer. Go to the popeyes on woodhaven or Atlantic. It's worth the extra drive/walk.

I’m a cut to the chase. I live near the area every other time I come to this Popeyes they get the order wrong and they’re not even busy. I personally worked in fast food way busier than this Popeyes can ever could be, and I have no problem with the orders. These guys have no excuse and by the way, I ate a chicken sandwich from here and like three hours later, I threw it up everything so I don’t know about this place. I just know there’s better restaurants down cross Bay.

Yesterday I buy one coleslaw regular they give me half and I pay $3.99 for this it’s incredibly… I wait 10 minutes for one strawberry biscuit not stay ready
