The service wasnt to bad i went there at 10 pm and there was like 3 workers took about 20 minutes to make my food which i didnt mind but then when i got home the wings were terrible i got lemon pepper,atomic,garlic parm and the honey one and all of them absolutely sucked all full of salt no taste whatsoever just straight sodium worst wings i have ever had in my life and its sad because this was my first time trying wingstop and the fries were soggy and stale the blue cheese didnt even taste like blue cheese only good thing was the soda but even that was kinda flat i rlly wish i could get a refund worse 30 dollars ever spent

Cashier so not good why use the phone go to talk in the phone but I am waiting for 20 minutes but no answer. Nothing is inside kitchen together talking and talking, but I am waiting for 20 minutes but very very bad service.

Every time I go to buy the 3 pcs chicken tenders they always charge for 5 pcs n give u 5 pcs if u order something why give u something else. Also this store need proper people to take orders Nalicia she is the cashier she is the worst I think she making this store looking bad always have a disgusting look on her face n is sad to see these small businesses suffering because of the employees.

Food was great but there was a brown female employee who is very rude and always has an attitude/is sassy to customers. I am very disappointed and the other employees are always nice making sure things are great while this employee can’t even do the bare minimum.

Location 102-14 Atlantic Avenue. The classic wings were tasteless no flavor at all. The wings had no flavor, not even from the seasonen of the chicken including the sauce. The wings tasted as if they were soaked in cardboard water. Then dry fried and very very lightly glazed with watered down sauce. This wasn't my first time having Wingstop. This was extremely disappointing. I will not spend my money at this wingstop again. I wouldn't recommend.

I ordered delivery, The service was good but the wings and fries that i ordered Was Horrible.. full of salt 🧂 it raised my blood pressure. Nobody could eat anything. Even the sweet wings was horribly salted. I don't understand how these people cook.

Ordered Delivery off the Wingstop App and everything was incorrect. Labeled someone else's order as mine. Blue Cheese makes me ill. Wrong order entirely and Im sure my order ended up with the other customer. Very disappointed by this store. My orders are wrong often from this location.

Wow FAKE is the new trend. So excited for s wings, its not boneless WINGS, Its chicken strip cut in the shape of a wings. Lost my appetite. These two were so busy on their phone,I had to scream loudly,before they notice a customer need to place an order. Any policy,no phone while working,emergency i do understand.

No cap the service was horrendous, I walked in & waited for at least 10 minutes before I was greeted & somebody else took my order. The lady with glasses looked at me & looked away didn’t even greet me. I started to not even order, but I decided to give them a chance. I had wasted majority of my lunch break not to mention she gave me undercooked chicken I feel on purpose because me & another gentleman were complaining. The short heavy set lady with the glasses needs to be fired & if she the manager just shut the whole place down. I’m somebody who rarely complains but I wasted my money I’m sorry. I will never go back.

I placed an order of 20 bone in wings and they just give me boneless wing and not the flavor I ordered it. They forgot my fries and my drinks too. I called to give a complain and no one answered the phone. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!! WORSE PLACE EVER!! When will this store get it together smh. Literally the only wingstop on my uber app and they always mess up my order. Not 1 single time have they gotten it right... I'm sure uber is tired of refunding my money from this store at this point. They need a new management or team cause that's weak. Ordered corn tonight and it was ice cold, not even cooked. 1 whole meal was missing and they didn't send any of the sauce I ordered. Fries were ice cold and soggy. Mind you I live 10 minutes driving from the store. To top it off, my wings had HELLA chicken feathers. Not just 1-3 like it was clucking. Definitely contacting cooperate and health department

I placed an order online for pick up. I purchased 20 boneless wings, 5 each with different flavors. All the wings were placed in the same container with no labels indicating which flavor is which. Took us a few minutes to figure out which flavor was each portion. The flavors we had were mild, Cajun, atomic and mango habanero. The flavor outside the meat was good but once you got to the meat inside you can tell it was fake. The season fries were not seasoned at all, very plain. Won’t try here again.
