All of the food I’ve ordered at this location has been really good as far as how it looks and tastes. And every pizza I created has been exactly how I want it to be and that’s why I when I’m ordering pizza for takeout I almost all of the time only pick dominos. The service is great to and I can tell that the staff there puts hard work and effort in to their craft! And also love too!! Never had a bad experience in the store and with delivery, they always get my order to me quickly or on time and never past the estimated delivery time!!! I will forever be a customer to domino’s!!! 🚙🍕👍🏻
The staff at the Country Club Domino's are chillers of the highest order. Consistent quality and service, and they keep the place really clean too which I noticed because I am extremely nosy. Beware, competing chain branches: the bar has been set and the garlic sauce is flowing. Whatever they pay these fellas ain't enough
Just had the most amazing experience at my local Domino's Pizza! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and just the right amount of toppings. Highly recommend!

I ordered in one rainy weekend night and about 45 minutes passed and I hadn't gotten my pizza. No one picked up the phone and so being slightly hangry I drove my over to see what the problem was. When I got there, I busted past the "help wanted" sign ready to go full Karen and demand my food. But any frustration I had dissipated when I saw two people working their behinds off as fast as possible, holding down a six person shift by themselves. The young gentleman (Jaimie I believe) genuinely apologized for the delay as he continued knocking out pizza after pizza, explaining that due to employee shortage they were backed up. The older gentleman asked my name and I realized that he was also doing deliveries while one person handled the orders. I was in awe of the system they were running and the level of work being put in. I hope that they are at least partial owners of that franchise location or being paid handsomely because they're keeping that business open. I would say anyone with issues on delivery speed in that situation should jump behind the counter and help out. It's not fair that they were in such a situation, but they were working as fast and as hard as they could and the pizza was absolutely great quality as well. Kudos to them, I hope they get some more employees soon and that the negative reviews on occasionally rushed orders don't affect those hard-working individuals. Most others would have looked at that workload and quit on the spot, I'm really writing this in the hopes that those two will be rewarded/promoted ...yes there was a delay but it was understandable. It's not employees fault if a company doesn't hire others.

My pizza came smoosh to one side of the box my drink was the wrong one this was the second delivery for the same order

Instead of fixing it right away, they made me wait around for the driver to bring it back, which didn’t happen they told me he was 2mins away he just left that was a lie, i ended up asking for a refund Absolutely ridiculous. No sense of urgency, no apology, and a total waste of my time. Do better.

I felt like I got skimped on my topping I had to pay extra for toppings but I can literally count all my toppings 🤦🏽 come on guys do better please.

We ordered delivery pizzas they call 1/2 hour later saying thier delivery drivers car broke down and we had to oe pick up our pizza, when I go there I ask where there driver broke down she says I think somewhere in pacific Grove we got back to our room one of the pizza's were horrible 4 people tried it and nobody liked it. I will never eat there again.
I placed an order for delivery. I left detailed instructions for the driver to hand me the food directly, not leave it outside. The food was left outside, unattended. It was not prepared to my specifics: the crust was not well done as requested and no plasticware was provided with the salad. I called the store to share my concerns and the individual who identified himself as the manager stated "I don't know what to tell you." I contacted Customer Care via the app several times and they failed to follow up. The individual who identified himself as the Manager refused to provide his name "for safety reasons." He also refused to provide me with the name and contact information of the franchisee or even to pass my information to that person. Instead I found it by doing a Google search and also found out this location was sued for $exual Harra$$ment and settled the case for $165,000.
I enjoy the food they make but God there service is beyond terrible. I would say in the course of a full year of ordering from them here and there close to 60-80% of all of my orders had something wrong. What drives me up the wall is they don't answer the phone, yet say they delivered my order (When they didn't)

Went here twice. The first day the person forgot salami on my pizza... Not nice but it can happen. The second day I ordered extra cheese, however it was very dry. There were only very few pieces of chicken. Not tasty at all. I wrote to Domino's through their website, never heard from them.
I was a regular customer of dominos in pacific grove until the last Order and the rude staff who refused to acknowledge burnt pizza and refused to refund even when we returned the pizza back. I ordered my pizza over the phone and specifically told the person to get me speciality pizza with spinach and feta. The pizza came all burnt and had a tangy smell coming out of it and had the wrong sauce. After calling the store back and how they handled our feedback we were determine to never return our orders to this store ever again. The person on phone just looses a three year old loyal customer to this store.
