Is the first time we’re going to this place and honestly the best experience ever! My family and I spend a beautiful afternoon in the winery tasting. It’s the first time in a taste that we have problems to choose what wine to buy, because all the wines were amazing! Beautiful place, espectacular service, all the details were covered. A wonderful afternoon! Thanks to Nike (I hope writes her name right) for giving us an amazing time in our first time Pratello. For sure we’re going back!

Our preferred place for a lunch or dinner with friends or families. A good local cusine corroborated by fantastic wines made from the owner's wineyards. Also olive oil is made there. Simply delicious.

The outdoor dining area is beautiful and food was great. Prices are higher than typical agriturismos in the region, but it's due to the proximity to Lake Garda. Most of the staff speak Italian, German, and English.

Unfortunately we experienced a cold “hello” when we came in and told the lady behind the desk we want to buy some wine. She told us to look around; but I can’t tast closed bottles. If we wanted to taste we should have booked a wine-tasting she told us. Luckily she let taste us the Lugana wine, which tasted fine. We bought a box and left….. Not very friendly. Perhaps wine isn’t their core business……

Would give zero stars if possible. We wanted to book an appointment for spa and dinner. After several mails between us, a phone call with verbal confirmation plus our confirmation per mail couple of days beforehand, they cancelled just 4 hours before the supposed appointment. Very unfortunate and moreover on easter sunday also very rude.

Picnic rating only: The picnic at Pratello I cannot reccomend. I booked the picnic for 2 person for 80€. Unfortunately the picnic location is directly next to the kids pool and therefore not a calm place to relax. The whole arragement is really made without any love or satisfaction. The dirt on the towel would have been otherwise not the problem for us. Last but not least we found mould in the salad box. That was the point we could not enjoy it anymore and stopped it. Since they did not really know how to make up for the unpleasent picnic, we left. Of course they did not ask for the money.
