Llegamos luego de la etapa Caldas de Reis - Padrón. Y estaba abierto. Tenían menú de peregrino. Pero probamos otras comidas, todas muy ricas.

Parada obligatoria en Padrón!! Cierto es que la mayoría de sitios estaban cerrados ese día y sin saberlo acabamos aquí. Cómo solo íbamos a tomarnos una cerveza y probar el pulpo y pimientos, nos dejaron estar en la barra. Un acierto ambos platos. El pulpo sabrosísimo y triscaba (necesario para saber está bien cocinado) y los pimientos exquisitos. Se ve que es muy conocido en la zona, por lo que hay que ir con tiempo (no sé si hacen reservas) porque se llena y toca esperar para sentarte.

Comimos en este restaurante un día de mercado. Fuimos temprano y no tuvimos que esperar para que nos diesen mesa (no admiten reservas), el local muy limpio y el personal muy amable, comimos a base de raciones y todo estaba muy rico, sin lugar a dudas repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a Padrón.

Comida extraordinaria en Padrón, 100% recomendable. Los pimientos increíbles, nos dimos cuenta que hasta ahora no habíamos comido los auténticos… El pulpo buenísimo tb. Todo de 10. El raxo, como dice el Xokas, no falla!

Excelente pulpo. El lugar estaba muy lleno pero nos atendieron en 10 minutos. Se portaron muy bien con nosotros, el mesero era agradable y chistoso. Pedimos pimientos al padrón, calamares, pulpo, tinto de verano y la tarta de queso. Fue una gran comida. El baño estaba un poco desaseado pero nada preocupante.

Fuimos a cenar y aunque el local estaba lleno, nos hicieron hueco sin problema. Pedimos unos calamares y una de pulpo, buenísimo todo. La tarta de queso un poco seca para mi gusto, pero de sabor estaba buena. Muy recomendado!

Pulpería Rial es una pulpería tradicional especializada en pulpo gallego que cumple con las expectativas. El pulpo está perfectamente cocido, tierno y con el punto justo de pimentón. La empanada gallega también es deliciosa y muy auténtica. El servicio es rápido y eficiente, el personal conoce muy bien los platos y ofrece buenas recomendaciones. El ambiente es sencillo pero acogedor, perfecto para una comida tradicional gallega. Los precios son razonables. Un lugar imprescindible para probar el auténtico pulpo a feira de Galicia.

Llegamos sin reserva y solo tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos. El servicio muy rapido y eficaz. La comida excelente y los camareros muy amables y atentos. El vino blanco de la casa estaba calidad-precio bueno. Los postres caseros y muy ricos.

Parada obligatoria en el camino. Servicio excelente y rápido. La comida muy buena y fresca. Pedimos la ración de pulpo, pimientos padrón y calamares. Todo exquisito aunque las raciones no traen mucha cantidad.

Lo mejor que he probado en el Camino De Santiago. Calidad, precio excelente . El pulpo una fantasía. Las orejas extraordinarias. Y por no hablar de los calamares, una autentica locura. Muchos camareros con mucha organización y eso es lo importante. Su puntuación y sus reseñas lo preceden.

The place where locals and people passing through go to for typical Galician food. The octopus was perfect and so were the local delicacy, Padron peppers. The portions are generous. The outdoor terrace can get very loud but this is part of the experience.

The experience was excellent, and waiter Miguel was very friendly and efficient, expertly selecting the restaurant's most famous tapas for me. His choices were right on, with my favorites being the Pulpo a la Gallega and calamari. Highly recommended!

Llegamos guiados por las buenas reseñas. Dos familias, hambre nivel alerta roja, y el sitio hasta arriba. Tuvimos que esperar unos 45 minutos, pero al final nos subieron a la primera planta y nos atendieron rápido. Las tapas, muy ricas. Cantidad aceptable y buena calidad. Viajábamos con una niña celíaca y todo está bien indicado, punto a favor. Eso sí, nos tocó justo debajo de un aire acondicionado con ganas de protagonismo… Tuvimos que pedir varias veces que lo movieran, y eso nos fastidió un poco la comida. Por lo demás, local curioso, lleno de fotos de famosos. Lo recomiendo si buscas comer bien, sin complicaciones y a precio razonable

Buena comida y buen trato del personal. Cocina abierta todo el día. Fui con mi pareja a comer sobre las cuatro de la tarde y no hubo problema. Amplia carta para comer y también de vinos. Ofrecen menú del día y un menú especial de 13.00 a 16.00 además de la carta (excepto festivos). Recomendable sin duda.

Riquísimo lugar para comer un pulpiño y unos pimientiños del padrón! Además, 1000% recomendable la torta de pulpo con queso de Arzúa, todo un manjar! El pulpo muy pero que muy rico, no está al nivel del de Melide, pero se sitúa en una muy buena segunda posición en nuestro camiño del triunvirato 2025. Los pimientos del padrón, por supuesto, de auténtico 10, y la atención también muy buena. Guardado en mi lista de favoritos! El sitio es amplio, con muchas mesas, tanto dentro como en la terraza, que además se está bien fresquita. Por 20€ por cabeza, en plan raciones, se come deee luuujo! Gran broche de oro para comer y finalizar el camiño en el día de Santiago :) Pepe un purito!

Aunque el local estaba lleno y unas 20 personas esperando, a los 15 minutos estábamos sentados. El menú está bastante bien porque tiene variedad y buen precio. El pulpo con patatas del menú estaba muy tierno y bueno, sin embargo la ración de pulpo estaba muy duro, es la primera vez que el pulpo que he comido en Galicia, ni estaba tierno. Las zamburiñas y los Mejillones bastante buenos. La oreja deja mucho que desear. El pan se come solo. La Cerveza muy fría, cómo me gusta. El servicio es rápido y atento. El servicio de caballeros de la planta baja estaba muy sucio.

This is a tough one. We waited patiently for a long time for a table. Chaotic scene and seating preference for assertive Spanish speakers. After finally being seated we enjoyed the traditional Galicean fare. Not recommended if you dont speak Spanish. Food was good but not great. Not sure the wait was worth it but we were hungry and most places were closed for siesta.

Fuimos haciendo el camino y no ha sido precisamente lo que esperábamos. La atencion, bien, la sonrisa al no cobrarla, no la daban… el pan, espectacular, pero 3€ por cesto, el pulpo muy cocido, demasiado blando, las zamburiñas, caras, y nada sabrosas, les faltaba aliño; lo mejor, los pimientos, y el entrecot, mucha ternilla, lo pedimos al punto, y se quedó seco. El flan, tanto de café como de huevo, casero, lo mejor de la comida. Sinceramente, mucho nombre.. pero falto algo.

Fuimos entre semana recomendado por ser especialistas en pulpo, y menos mal porque es lo único que destaca. En la carta no hay gran cosa. El servicio rápido sobre todo con el pulpo, pero un poco sosos los empleados. Los precios bien en cuanto a su cantidad y calidad, pero ojo por cada cacho de pan es un euro. Los postres apenas hay caseros y no son gran cosa. El flan de queso está malísimo.

Went here as a group of 10 as a walk in. They were able to accommodate us no problem but I didn’t feel our business was welcomed by the bearded guy bringing our food who just resentfully slammed it on the table. The younger server was very helpful and the food was great. Perhaps it’s because it’s the end of a long season. But if you want our business at least make us feel welcome! Regretted our decision but that’s how it goes at the last minute.

They are very disorganized, waited very long for a table and people behind us in the queue were served a table first. There were tables available I just don't understand why we needed to wait so long. It is very loud during lunch time. The staff doesn't know English which made the interaction very difficult. Good Puplo but nothing special. Apparently this is a very famous place (lots of famous people's pictures near the toilet)! The price are higher than usual (3 euros for potatoes), and you can get the same quality of food but better value elsewhere in Galicia! They also have 10euros lunch menu - but no Puplo or pimentos.

The best thing from our visit was the pitcher of sangria at 9€. Otherwise the food was nothing to write home about as the roast ham was overcooked and came with nothing on the plate. The sole skin unfortunately was not crisp and half the fish was mushy. And yes, as others have noted, they do charge .70¢ for each piece of bread, 1€ for a small pat of butter and 2.50€ for small French fries. Service was okay and the atmosphere way too noisy.

Comida normal, nada especialmente destacable. El pulpo bien, sin más, pero bastante mejor en otros sitios. Las que en la carta siguen llamando Zamburiñas de forma engañosa y cobradas a ese precio... Son Volandeiras para turistas a precio de auténticas Zamburiñas. Restaurante con fama para turistas. Una vez que lo pruebes verás que es para calificar con un sencillo CINCO. Tampoco disponen de carta... Tienes sí o sí, que mirarla con el móvil a través de un código QR.

If you are hungry and in a hurry, don’t visit this resto. There are many customers and there are only 2 waiters. It took more than an hour for our ordered food to be served. The pulpo I ordered was not the served. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant. Very poor service.THE TASTE OF THE FOOD IS NOT OUTSTANDING. You better go to other restaurants!!!

A very bad experience. Very unfriendly staff. Of the eight dishes ordered, four were served correctly. The other four were incorrect. The response to our requests was very unfriendly and dissatisfied. Not a single dish was cooked to perfection. Some of the meat was inedible. We have never experienced such poor service in a restaurant. When we asked for the bill, it was brought on a tablet, and the tablet was thrown across the table, scattering it. To all tourists, save yourself this visit. You will never forget this day. Spend your evening somewhere else.

Don’t be fooled by good reviews. A person who enjoys food should not go to this place. Honestly the worst meal we had during our trip. We ordered musels, they were full of sand and def not possible to eat. Don’t get me wrong I’m from a sea town and I’ve been eating mussles my whole life, this was a disaster. We also had peppers which would be good if they had’t so much salt on it. Service was not on any level. Waiters don’t even say hello, they just throw menu at you. The whole story was way to expensive for what it is. Super sad that we actually paid for that. Also exterior with the plastic tends and this red atmosphere was kind of a red flag but we decide to ignore it. I don’t know how they even have such a good grade.
