From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with positive attitudes and smiles. Patricia double-checked my order to verify everything was correct. The entire crew seemed to be having a great time! My food came out quick and was on point. I can not express how much the crew positive attitudes are the reason I will be making this Whataburger one of my go-to lunch stops!

I have lived in Texas my whole life and had Whataburger thousands of times. Tonight was by far the best experience I’ve had. The food came out quick. The guy with the gold watch (Daniel I believe) was incredibly nice and the food far exceeded any other time I’ve ordered. Hot and fresh and crispy. I had to call the corporate line to leave a compliment then was able to get ahold of the store and tell them the same thing. I was blown away and very thankful for the great service.

Had a strawberry shake, grilled cheese,and we also has a sweet and spicy bacon burger. The food was great possibly the freshest I've experienced at whataburger. The tables and floors are clean. The cashier was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

The place was clean. It took a little long to place the order at the speaker, but Rachael did a great job by repeating the order twice to make sure it was right. The food & drinks were good. Overall good place to stop to eat.

It started off strange because one gentleman came on the speaker and kindly greeted us and then another kindly asked us to wait. Although wait time was only a couple of minutes, when we ordered we order two burgers, one with extra cheese (missing), another with large fries (gave me medium) with toasted buns (perfect). When I finally got my burger out of the bag it seems to have just been tossed into its bag as the burger was open and spilling onions and mustard everywhere. Attached photo is exactly how I pulled the burger out of the bag and how it was sitting inside the bag. I don’t expect perfection but a little better would be appreciated. The only reason I didn’t walk in there to speak to someone was because they didn’t even listen to us to begin with and didn’t charge us what we asked for. Yes, they did ask if we wanted a receipt when we paid but we declined, our fault. To top it off the carbonated drink we received was unfortunately flat.

There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, it took awhile. When I finally placed my order and got my food, I had ordered cheese on my whatachicken, there was NO cheese. And with my chicken strips, there was NO gravy. C'mon people?!! Not coming to this location again.

The vehicle order ahead of us took forever and it was one small bag. When we got up to the window, the woman acted like she was afraid of us and stuck the pay receptacle out at us and I'm too short and too old to try and shove the card in the receptacle, she acted weird.. We finally got the order paid for but we will never come back to this store again. Jennifer acted overly nice but afraid. Like I said it was weird. The tater tots were not done , but the sandwich was good. And the sweet tea was good. We will go to the Whataburger in Giddings from now on. SUCKS, as we are only 5 minutes from this one. They acted like COVID was back. What is going on in this world!?!

Exceedingly Slow. Took almost 40mins to get out our very simple order. This is a truck stop. People r usually in a hurry. WE were in a hurry!

Had to wait 5 mins for my food in the drive thru. Get my food and leave when I get to open the good a few minutes later, instead of the sausage biscuit I asked for I received a chicken biscuit. I understand they sound so similar, but I don't understand not giving me a fork, receipt, or napkins.

Went to order a coffee and sausage biscuit at drive-thru around 5:15am. I remember seeing an ad for free coffee for veterans so as a veteran, I asked if they were still doing free coffee for veterans. The cashier seemed unsure and proceeded to charge for the coffee. When I pulled up to the window, the ad was posted on the glass. Free coffee for veterans. I pointed out the ad was on the window. She said she was new and her manager doesn’t know about the deal. I asked to speak to the manager to verify the ad. The manager came yo the window 3-4min later. I said hi and I seen you were doing free coffee for veterans. She just looked at me with a bothered “what’s your point” type gesture. So I asked why was I getting charged. She closed the window without saying anything to me and started throwing her arms in the air in frustration, saying something about me behind the closed window to the cashier swinging her hands around. Visibly upset I’m asking about the coffee. Not to mention I had to wait 10min for the coffee. I just left without food or coffee because she was so rude. Is this how veterans typically treated here? Friends will definitely hear about this

Welp. This is now the 3rd time at this location where I paid for chicken strips with gravy and paid extra for other dipping sauce. Got 10 miles home. No dipping sauce. No gravy. Had to repeat the order over and over and over like no one was even trying to listen. Gave me the wrong burger. Kevin needs to step it up. And everyone back there playing around. I am glad to see y’all enjoying your jobs, I mean that, but it’s still a job. I’ve left one great review here for a lady who was amazing about a year ago. But this shit is getting REALLY old. I live too far to go back. Ok that’s all.

Disgusting. Looked like some sat on my burger. The bun was completely flat. The fries were cold. Never again.
