Lovely breakfasts and very fast & friendly service. Decor is lovely and you have an open terrasse feel while still being indoors. A musician came to play at the door while there and made for a lovely ambience. They take credit cards, but neither of mine worked there so have cash just in case.

It is ,maybe , the best place for having a traditional Mayan dinner in Palenque. It is also one of few nice restaurants in Palenque .

Excellent food in beautiful setting. Open air with a light breeze blowing through. Typical Mayan dishes are an opportunity to try something new.

service was ok, I ordered breakfast, which included empanadas, they were pretty greasy, and one afternoon we ordered drinks and french fries, the fries were not cooked and also greasy. We paid the bill and left, later that evening we walked by and the waiter came out and told us he had made an error on our bill, and that we owed another 215 pesos, we had paid him 255 pesos when. we left, for 2 beer, a rum and coke and and order of fries, no matter how we added it up, the numbers didn't add up, We paid it, but said we'd never be back! We learned later that they add a tip, but as they don't bring a written bill, we did't know that, and had tipped the first go round! The waiter was quite apologetic, but that didn't make it right.

Good food but the service was pretty bad, some dishes took 10min others 30min, I wanted to have dinner with my family but ended up eating one by one. Also, two small staples were found in one dish which hurt somebody from my family. Honestly go try a small local place, probably better.

Pay attention when you pay the bill. They don't agree to issue separate bills for large groups, we where 10 , 5 families. The bills (one bill for each order _ there where more than 20!) are impossible to be checked. Our calculation plus 15 o/o almost equal with their. Medium food.

Ordered enchilades in mole and green drink …food tasteless and expensive … service even worse, behaved like he was doing me a favour. When I wanted to add tip to the credit card(though was really not deserved) he replied tips are only cash! 100% TOURIST TRAP! Don’t waste your time going there.
