Best coffee place ever hands down! I thought I already left a review but I don't mind sharing again... This is literally my favorite place in the whole world! The flavor is amazing, way better than any known franchise. I love their chai. The customer service is amazing, like that just doesn't exist anywhere else. The sizes are awesome, I always get a large and it makes other places look like they serve only mediums. I wish this place would branch out to Tyler, I think they would do amazing in Tyler! Hint hint if the owner is reading this lol.

I visited Cream & Coffee and indulged in their hot chocolate, and let me tell you, it was simply made to perfection! The rich and creamy flavor was everything I could have hoped for. Additionally, the service was remarkably quick and infused with that warm southern charm we all love. Thank you to the lovely ladies who made my visit so enjoyable – your hospitality paired with such a tasty pick-me-up truly made my day! I wholeheartedly recommend Cream & Coffee to anyone looking for a delicious treat and a welcoming atmosphere.
This little drive through coffee stop deserves their 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating. The girls working today 11/23/24 are darling! I got the orange spice tea and a Sweater Weather coffee. Best tasting tea and coffee ever! That’s saying a lot because I’m a coffee/tea snob. I will make the hour long drive to frequent this place. So happy to have found you!
Although it is a drive through coffee shop the atmosphere as soon as they open the window is friendly and helpful. Their service is quick and has always been accurate. Their drinks are great, I love the whip cream and chocolate covered coffee bean as an added top. I have only once had a food item, it was delicious. My fav drink is the buttered pecan breve
I go to this coffee shop on a regular basis. Everyone that works there is amazing and friendly. I've yet to have a bad experience from them. They are also great at giving recommendations if you are unsure what to get.

Super easy to order with two drive through windows. They had a big selection of sugar free flavors and some pretty good holiday drinks! I ordered a Large ice coffee with two flavors for less than $6 and it was AMAZING!

I am an every morning coffee drinker and needed to find a place in Palestine that was on my way to work. While a little bit out of my way it’s a trip I am happy to get up early to make. The coffee is always top notch, the Carmel Latte bread is delicious! tThe staff is always warm welcoming and super friendly. I’ve never had a wait longer than 5/10 minutes and that was just due to the number of customers ahead of me. They have even stepped out to my car in the cold to take my order when the line was long. This is a gem of a coffee shop and I am a happy customer.
Best coffee in town! Never want Starbucks again! Supporting the best locally owned businesses!! This one is just so convenient with the drive thru and always fresh and delicious. Good luck trying to find which you love most! Also espresso coffee beans are amazing!
Great coffee!! Probably my favorite in all of Palestine. The wait times can be a little long because of the line up at the drive thru in the mornings, but the coffee definitely makes up for that. Servers are really friendly and nice and guide you well too!
I always get the white chocolate mocha, strawberry refresher with coconut milk, or the iced chai tea latte. They always greet you and give you the best customer service! Highly recommend!

Great coffee but completely blindsided by the pricing for sure. We got two lattes one hot one iced my mom got like a sweet cream foam and some creamer and I got the sweet cream foam with the flavor mocha hazelnut mine was a medium and hers was a large I think and it was $19 for TWO coffees lol they tasted good but we will not be returning due to it just being priced at a ridiculous amount. Cause the menu did not show the pricing for everything at all.
Today was a DISAPPOINTING day! Menu says $1.70 for a small coffee ☕️ I told the lady that she charged too much. She responded giving me prices of what they pay for in bulk. I paid $4.50…. That’s a huge PRICE GAUGE! Last time I get coffee ☕️ here….
