I see several one time reviews so here goes a review from someone who frequents this restaurant after they workout for their protein and health food. The service is excellent. If they're busy you may have to wait a bit but that's normal for ANY place, so patience is a virtue. The staff will do their best to attend you. Food is good. My thinking on eating out is, "remember you're choosing to eat here!" In the same way it's cooked Chinese cuisine. Countless times my wife and I arrive and they are missing a popular ingredient. However the staff quickly offers to cook it as soon as they can and bring it to us. A little wait and we have exactly what we ordered and enjoy the delicious food. To conclude, yes it is fast food. But the staff are working to ensure that their food is always hot and that they complete their orders. I have not been disappointed by Panda Express here in Palestine and will continue to eat there after my workouts.

Tried Panda again a few years later and they have made huge improvements changing my original 2 star rating to 5. The food was tasty with excellent portions for a fair price. Ordered beef and broccoli and just got broccoli with one small piece of meat. Ordered 2 spring rolls and got a egg roll.

It’s Panda. If you come here you have to try the staple of Orange Chicken. Decent food at decent prices.

We’ve been to this location several times now. Food is fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful when ordering. I’ve ordered through the app also and have no complaints. Our order is always correct and they give us lots of soy sauce, fortune cookies and utensils with our order. Sometimes we do have to wait for items to be made but no complaints because everything is fresh and delicious. So happy to have Panda Express in our community.

This was our first time trying a panda express. The food was just okay nothing special. They was out of noodles at the time due to the icestorm. The service was great. We won't be coming very often due to the blah food.

Food is always good! Service inside is usually great. I went through the drive thru for the first time today and the girl at the window on 12/31 around 6:00 was just not nice. Seemed to have an attitude and seemed bothered when I asked for straws for my drinks.

I ordered a family pack and normally, if they are out of one of the entrees, they inform me that there will be a wait, giving me the option to change if I don't want to wait. This time, I was told to pull forward and then AFTER paying, the person waiting very abruptly TOLD me to pull around front and wait...where I did for 15 minutes. The food is not that great- I could've gone to a higher quality place for the time I spent.

I was pretty upset when I got my food this past time from panda. I got fried rice, orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The fried rice is flavorless as usual. But the beef and broccoli is what was the part that really upset me. There was like 5 big pieces of broccoli and almost no beef to be found. I had like three miniscule pieces of the beef.

I ordered a medium A La Carte box of Chow Mein Noodles.... and I figured I would at least get some noodles, but nope! 90% cabbage and 10% noodles!?! Like what I couldn't even eat it cause I don't mind the cabbage w/ the noodles, but I don't want to eat a whole box of cabbage!?!? Not ok at all! At least try to fix the ratio, so people can have what they order.

Panda is an absolute rip-off they charged over $5 for this teeny tiny little tiny box. My panda Bowl I ordered only came with five pieces of chicken. The lady at the window was the absolute sweetest, but Panda itself has an absolute rip-off. I will never eat at Panda again

Service was great, Anna was very friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand was not fresh, the chow mein was dry and almost crunchy. And I was very disappointed to find out that Panda Express no longer offers Military discounts!

Walnut Shrimp...not hot not good, drive thru hard to understand order taker not friendly an rude. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

This Panda Express is very low quality and low on quantity. I visited during the lunch hour and the noodles tasted old and chewy. They had no hot teriyaki sauce on the line for the teriyaki chicken and no egg rolls. I have been in this restaurant multiple times in the past year and the same items were missing. The portions were extremely small compared to other Panda Express stores I’ve been to. The staff was ok but not very friendly to talk to. This particular restaurant is not a very good place to eat. Over all I’m not impressed with this restaurant.

I had door dashed kung pow chicken yesterday and it ended with me going to the hospital last night. 0 out if 10 wouldnt recommend! There food gave me food poisoning and i am considering sueing!

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Panda Express location. The rice is very dry and hard. The mushroom chicken sauce is black and it taste horrible.

I went through the drive-through and the girl was rude and told me she couldn't use the coupon. Then I pursued to go in the building and when I walked in there, they were talking doing nothing that he had any customers in the drive-through or in the building and they got upset when I ask him if my order could be a little bit sooner very rude laughing and they said they didn't care if I posted on Facebook
