Very faced paced McDonald's. Great service at the counter. Fast and friendly. Newly remodeled, looks nice and modern. They have mobile pick up parking, two spots. They also have an automated order kiosk. Any way you order here, you're going to get the best service a McDonald's has to offer.

I honestly think this is one of the fastest Mc Donald’s in the desert. Curbside pick up does take a little long but the times I have picked up inside or ate inside it’s been pretty fast. Friendly service as well.

The workers there are so friendly especially the cashier joe he was kind and helpful

I love the staff here and it's very clean. I come here with my friends and family. Theres something for everyone and the bathrooms are clean. I love that the employee's help guests outside of ordering food. I highly recommend this McDonald's to you, and everyone else.

I have to say this McDonald's is always got nice courteous workers they're very thoughtful and get your order to you pretty quickly, not to mention the customers there usually pretty nice. this location definitely one of the best locations far as all around in general from work to preparing the food to getting it out on time.

Hands down the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Even the cooks from the back will strike up conversation! All are pleasantly tempered and can handle even the most stubborn and impatient customers with care. Every second is filled with effort and efficiency from the staff.

From the moment I approached the counter, it was clear that Daiyan was dedicated to providing an outstanding experience. This McDonald's has one of the best fast food crews there is. I go in for coffee and breakfast 5 times a week. The staff is always fast, courteous and helpful. I spilled a cup of coffee all over the table and floor, felt awful about it, they told me not to worry and took care of the mess I made no questions or concerns. Love this place 👍👍👍

It has an old school playground for the kids with the new tablets and games as well. The playground is indoors so it's really nice for the summers. Bathrooms are clean, food was good, ice cream machine working and service was not great but i don't blame them. The only complain is that i wish McDonalds treat and pay their employees better. This McDonald's in Palm Desert 111 has the most amazing food service I've seen in awhile. The food is served fast and hot. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The remodel did this business a world of good. Very nice, elegant & durable design to the furniture and it seems to be more comfortable to use. Everyone was in full uniform and the management still has a firm, yet kind hand in doing business the way it is supposed to be. Two thumbs up!

Always hit or miss unless you go mid day but at the end of the day it’s just mcd’s lol. Everyone is super nice and friendly but again it’s mcd’s so don’t expect that much. The photo is a reference to the hit or miss aspect of this place

First time to this place, it was a good experience. The only thing I would like to add is that the say is open 24 but actually closes at 11:00 p.m. and I always order my food well done and it was fresh not a recooked which is great. Keep it up guys

Never thought I’d be reviewing a McDonald’s location, but this is the best one I’ve ever had. I happened to be in the area to stop by the Apple Store and my goodness, the food looked even better than the pictures, it was warm, and it was conveniently fast. This absolutely raised the bar for me when it comes to fast food.

Sometimes they are fast, sometimes not as fast. Usually friendly service and not a bad location unless weird people are hanging around outside.

I like this place, the service is always friendly and they only mess up orders occasionally which has to be better than the McDonald's average. 4 stars for not having a changing table in the men's room, I have to expose the restaurant to human feces regularly.

The typical super busy McDonald's set up. Staff here has been consistently friendly and seem to sincerely enjoy their work which reflects in the food and cleanliness of the place. As you can imagine, there are regular patrons and the few times I ate in, I noticed the staff talking to them with a "hello Mr Smith Great to see you again". The customers asked things like "how's your new baby etc". which feels nice and refreshing in this day and age.

Arrived at 10am for breakfast.Ordered hot cakes and decaf coffee.Server said out of decaf and won’t be making anymore . I thought McDonald’s was noted for their coffee so why at 10 AM in the morning would they be out of it and not making anymore?

During pandemic times, I miss being able to just sit at the window and people watch, but staff are super friendly and courteous. Love the Deals available on the Mobile App, as there is always something for free or buy one, get one free. Really makes it very affordable and they handle low carb (w/o the bun) orders with ease.

It had been ages since I went to McDonalds. Prices, like most things were higher. I had their delicious sundaes, chocolate or caramel. I did miss the nuts they used to have though. Now I want to try the French Fries and burgers next time.

Clean eating area & playroom for kids. A quick and efficient staff. The food is... McDonald's something we all grew up with. Really cannot rate that. Parking is tight and busy. I saw two near accidents in the little time I was there. The only thing missing is a drive thru. If you have time to sit down and eat then definitely come here.

Come here somewhat often during the month, I normally get the Family bundles with my girlfriend (which have very great choices of food) and now the soda fountain is accessible to the public which makes it even better. Definitely a better place than Arby's™.

Predictable good food. Some employees don't know how to make coffee drinks. My iced latte came out hot. Employee took it back and poured it over ice I had to ask for the manager to have it made right.

The service here is great.

The staff is friendly and service usually fast. The management, however should consider better placement of staff at strategic times of the day instead of relying on one register open only. Management should always have an extra drawer ready so they can move the line efficiently. Edith is my favourite cashier. Excellent under pressure.

We drove two towns over just to eat here because we can dine inside (if dining in is not an option due to Covid) than we, at least have the option to dine on the patio. Which is very pleasant. Staff is always welcoming, courteous. They go over and beyond to assist and keep it well maintained. Although there are at least five other locations closer to us, pines to palms is our current go to location and it's worth the drive.

It's McDonald's once you go in and get your order corrected it's grub time....

Honestly one of the better McDonald's restaurants ive been to. I haven't yet had my order completely screwed up which is the usual Mickey D's M.O. Always tastes on par with what you expect. Madison is especially friendly as well.

Manager Lorena very rude. Ordered food for elderly man i care for. Requested items like creamer when i recieved food items she looked at me and continued to call out other numbers so i asked her again for creamer and jam she continued to help someone else. So i picked up my tray went to the register since no one was being helped i asked for the items requested. The lady jumped on it right away. I have come here several times to bring the man i care for to eat she has done this a number of times Im fed up. We dont go to any other one because his home is just down the street. Employees treat customers better than the manager.

Let's discuss the orange juice for a minute they don't offer you a small orange juice never have. They'll ask you to choose, medium or large which cost more 25% more of the entire purchase price of your meal. The meal comes with an orange juice. Immediately upon ordering they ask you would you want a medium or a large. Is there not such a thing as, what size would you like. As if there is no other choice. Small orange juice for now on.

One of the only McDonald's that doesn't have a drive thru, which isn't usually an issue, but the location and parking lot, makes it really hard for people to get in and out. That's about it, everything else is great!

Very nice and friendly staff and location has been recently remodeled and looks cleaner and nicer than before. I gave it three stars only because the service is always very slow even when there are not a lot of customers. They have improved a bit though lately.

The McDonald's in Palm Desert, California is busiest at early in the morning and the afternoon. Long lines of people waiting for ordering and sometimes workers get your order wrong half a chance. Traffic will pile up on that small 2 way street and McDonald's is good with following the coronavirus rules.

This McDonald’s is loosing its standards. They haven’t ordered wooden spinners to stir coffee for almost a year! Every time you ask for one, you are given a regular straw. Looks weird.

I had a craving for a Big Mac, so I went through the drive-thru for a quick dinner. Bad idea!! The sandwich was an awful double stack slider. 😖 The small, thin, greasy burger was flavorless. There was enough sauce on the bread to fill a salad bowl. All I tasted was the oversized (compared to the burger) dry hamburger bun. I threw away the top bun and still couldn't finish this greasy mess. Their next campaign should include a side of TUMS.

There's always at least 2 kiosks that don't work, and it takes forever to get your food. It shouldn't take 9 minutes for 2 sausage McMuffins when I was the only customer. And I'm over this impersonal order crap. Y If your people want $20 per hour, they should have to earn it by providing actual SERVICE in your customer service.

I signed up on their app so I could get a double burger for 50 cents. It was awful. I'd never get another even if they always cost 50 cents. As a matter of fact, I haven't really liked anything I've gotten at a McDonald's lately. Over priced and bland tasting.

Alway, when I order to go, I don't check Mt bags missing something. And it was not busy. I ordered inside for the same reason.

The service was nothing to brag about. After repeating my order again and again, I was shocked to open my togo bag just to see the wrong food. Their food isn’t bad, but the staff and vibe make this establishment a bad experience.

Purchased a meal and added bacon to my order and had the pickles removed. Noticed right after I ordered that it was supposed to be pickles removed not onions, which said on the receipt. Had them fix it and when my order was received, my burger did not have bacon and the pickles were removed. I doubt my burger originally had bacon and I just paid extra money for nothing. Quick reminder to check your food even it its infront of the staff.

Went in and grabbed a to-go order. Not particularly clean, and my breakfast food was not cooked all the way. It was fast, but I would gladly have waited another minute or two so my eggs wouldn't be borderline runny and hashbrowns would not have been the soggy, half-cooked mess they were. Disappointing experience overall, worse, I was in a hurry and couldn't turn around and drive back to correct it.

Drive threw at night is ridiculously slow. I sat there for 30 min!! Over ten cars stacked up and this is a nightly thing.

Employee at the cashier African Black male wasn't listening very well and very DISFUNCTIONAL. I ordered 3 sausage eggs, mac muffins with 3 hash brown, and 1 order of plain sausage mac muffins with 1 hash brown. I got my order with only 1 hash brown, I asked the female employee, how come I only have 1 hash brown, and I'm missing 3 hash browns, her remarks saying I only order 1 hash brown. And I said NO I ORDERED TOTAL OF 4 HASH BROWNS WITH THE MEALS. INSTEAD OF ARGUING WITH THEM BECAUSE I WAS VERY VERY PISSED AT THE TWO EMPLOYEES. I RESPONDED TO THE AFRICAN BLACK EMPLOYEE, LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY TO THE COSTUMERS AND DO YOUR JOB THE RIGHT WAY, DON'T WALK AWAY TO GET A CUSTOMER DRINK AND THEN COME BACK TO THE CUSTOMER ON THE REGISTRY TO COMPLETE THE ORDERED.

I told the cashier my order three times. He couldn't get it. 2 sausage cheese egg mc muffins and 2 with just egg and cheese. 4 orange juices. The orange juice was Horrible, (orange water) is what they should call that. No one could drink it so it's just money down the drain. We pay a lot for the food and drinks here now. I don't think that you should add that much water to your concentrate to save a buck and rip people off but that's what it seems like ya did. Oh ya my family really enjoyed their Egg sandwiches with No butter and No cheese!! Awesome job! Thanks!!!

The credit card machine that took the order was broken after we placed our order. It made it so we had to then fight the line to pay. It should have indicated that on the machine. Either electronically or with a paper sign. Then due to the massive line we had to fight to get the attention of the attendants to just refill our drink. The inability for me to get up and refill my own drink is ridiculous and wasteful because they also have to make you a new cup. Which of course is plastic.

Witnessed a gentleman be told to sit outside in the cold after coffee, although 4 others were engaged in drinking just a coffee and reading the paper as this gentleman had desired. A good samaritan, bought this man a food order and they begrudgingly allowed him in to eat, only if he sat in the back. After waiting longer than normal for my order, i asked where my order was, i was told to wait with the other customers in a little closed room. i asked for a refund and left without food. I cant believe that McDonalds has allowed a store to be ran by a crew of children. 3 times I've gone in and the employees act as if they are off the street. I was blown away when the cashier taking my order was drinking her drink as she stood by the register, Talking across the floor to her coworkers. I used to think that the store was ran at a professional level. But I am incredibly disappointed. I thought McDonald's expected more from their staff. I would recommend that corporate send in someone to observe and see for themselves. Good help is hard to find.. I'm not saying fine dining... but better than what's going on..

This is the worst mcDonalds I have ever seen. The service is the slowest, the floors are dirty, I asked for hot fries and they were cold, my sandwich was poorly made, piece of meat hanging of the side. Other customers are waiting 10-15 minutes for food. I could have gone thru a drive through twice when it was busy and still gotten my food quicker, To bad. I really enjoy a quarter pounder once In a while. I will not use this McDonald’s again even though it is the closest one. John

Came here for lunch and took it to-go. Once I arrived home I found that they forgot the burger in my combo. All I got was fries and a drink in the end and I do not have the time to drive all the way back there to get it. They are unable to refund me or do anything about it unless I drive all the way back to the store. Terrible service, terrible problem solving but thank god they got a raise to $20/hr....

This place has falsely listed itself as 24 hours and as having a drive-thru for a long time now. No matter how often, I suggest edits and try to update it. It still comes up as an option for 24-hour food out here. Kind of frustrating because I'm almost always here between like 1:00 and 3:00 in the morning and looking for food. But the LIE of McDonald's is all that's here. A dark storefront, an empty play place....and lies.

No apologies or offer of a refund, just a blank look like this was my fault and that it was standard procedure. Order was finally resolved when the manager got involved. I know this is just McDonald's, but this was almost plain theft. Another reminder to just stay home and cook more.

What a horrible place. I ordered a mobile order that allowed me to not only place the order at the wrong location but it also told me AFTER I ordered it that I was at the wrong location. Then it won't let me cancel, there's no number to call, nothing. I come into this location to see if they cam help me since I wanted to get this before picking up with my son who's 11 and has a hard day at school. Im currently 8 months pregnant and while I understand I am partially responsible, Im going through a lot and I asked for just some help solving this. Nothing. They would do nothing for me. Not make a call, not help with a refund. Not make it for me here. They just kept repeating themselves that they wouldn't do anything unless I ordered it all over again (so paying for it twice) without knowing if I'd ever get my money back for the previous order. I've just downloaded the app and I didn't have all the kinks worked out yet, but wow am I surprised they will really be so greedy and heartless to not help out a 8/mo along pregnant women trying to get a meal for her son. What a show of character. Several managers walked by and didn't even offer to speak with me. The women helping at me just held back laughing at me and Im amazed. Take your business elsewhere.
