Santa Rosa Kitchen & Spirits Palm Springs Reviews
Awesome little place to catch a quick bite to eat before your flight out of Palm Springs. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was delicious. The whole burger was awesome from bun to bun. The fries were a great side and the customer service was great.

I have to take a moment to comment on how impressed we were with the staff today. First off, the hostess was so friendly and seemed to go out of her way for multiple customers. On top of that, despite how crazy busy it was with the Super Bowl, our server was attentive and kind. He didn’t judge me for my questions about the menu and drinks. He was just kind. Lastly, I don’t know who helped but I left my backpack and didn’t know until I was on the plane. The staff of the airline with the server and hostess got it to our gate and they put it through the window to the pilot! I was nearly in tears and these people were so helpful. While I wish I could compliment the food more - it was just what you might expect. Probably mostly frozen. But just fine. The fries were actually well cooked and not soggy. We really thank the team there, especially with how busy it was during the game. Thank you all!

Santa Rosa Kitchen and Spirits is one of your food choice at the Palm Springs airport. It was busy when we arrived about 10:30. There is a breakfast menu that is served until 11:00 or you can order the whole menu anytime. We sat at the bar and the bartender was excellent and very kind. We ordered the tuna salad croissant to share. The cool part was they split the sandwich and fries without us even asking for it, simply because we told the bartender we were going to share it. It appeared the croissant was toasted which we found strange and would have enjoyed the sandwich better on a fresh soft buttery croissant.
Burger and beer is worth the wait, be patient with service it’s the only restaurant operating. Catch a sports game at the bar before your flight and enjoy what’s on tap.

Got the Buffalo chicken wrap for $16… the portion size was really small for the price but it tasted good, so 3 stars. Pictured is the full servings of fries and half of the wrap
Did the job but I will try to avoid needing to eat at the Palm Springs airport in the future. Had the tuna sandwich which came on a croissant. Prob would be better on sliced bread and more mayo. Staff were very kind.

Ordered a cup of clam chowder. The cream has separated which mean it boiled. It was saltier than the sea an I never encountered a single clam. I give it a higher rating than zero because I sat at the bar. Server Taylor was beyond awesome; friendly and exceptionally polite. I’d go back to order a drink and pass on the food.
Way over priced. We paid $30 for two grilled cheese and soup and waited 40 minutes just for them to burn both sandwiches. They get two stars just due to the friendly service and decent tomato soup.
One of very few options to choose from at PSP. Food was decent. Service was fine, though we did have to keep asking for refills. Buffalo chicken wrap was comically small. Fries were good. Beer and mock tail selection was good.
Food was terrible. Mushy sandwiches, reminded me of from a 7/11. Expensive for the prices. Servers were nice, along with the location.
Food was OK. Expensive for what it is. Service was brutally slow. Took forever to get our drinks. Didn’t all come at once. Food came but no cutlery. 10 minutes later cutlery arrived.
Waiting in line in the sun - 10 people. 10 patrons in the restaurant. Multiple seats - indoor tables, outdoor tables - empty/available. 'But we have to clean them.' Timed - 7 seonds with a cloth/table. No one seated for 10 mins. Yep - no competition. It shows in management and staff.

The food was average yet expensive (typical for an airport restaurant). The service was poor - it was 20+ minutes for my server to return to my table after delivering my meal. And I watched her and others clear tables to seat other guests but not wipe down the tables.
We waited 45 minutes to sit in the worst spot right in the entrance of the doorway where people were complaining to the host and constantly walking by our table and all the people waiting to be sat just staring at us eat. I understand that seating is a puzzle that the hosts have figured out, but there was an entire outdoor section that they weren't seating anybody the entire time we were eating lunch. I ordered the chicken Caesar wedge. It was pretty much the size of a side salad. It wasn't a wedge. It wasn't even iceberg lettuce. I think it was just romaine lettuce and I pulled at least 3 leaves out that were rotten. My husband ordered the Fish and chips though and he said it was good, so maybe just don't order a salad here if you decide to dine here. The host and waitress were both friendly and nice but it didn't make up for everything else :-(
Really slow restaurant. We waited 20 mins to get water, and then another 30 minutes before our food arrived (nothing complicated, two burgers and chicken fingers). This is not a place to go if you're in a hurry, which makes no sense for an airport. It wasn't even that busy when we went. Food itself was fine.

We waited to get in 5-7 minutes while tables went uncleaned. After ordering, a thirty minute wait for a cold waffle and the saddest 13 dollar breakfast burrito ever. Go anywhere else, even if it means you go hungry for a while.
Daaaang that horrible rating is well deserved haha Saddest trash food even by airport standards yikes That hilarious salad pictured was like $25

We thought we had time for our flight was in an hour. We waited for 30 minutes in line, no joke. Afterwards, when we finally got a seat that was “shady” outside, it had no umbrella and was completely in the sun. We managed to moved seats and the waiter passing by didn’t even notice, or at least didn’t care. We only had 20 minutes left to board our flight, and the people directly in front of us in line already had their food. my friend had to go inside just to get a waiter, just as the people in another table that had come after us got one. When our waiter finally came, we didn’t even have waters or time to eat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Was seated and sat there for 20 minutes while wait staff walked around. Two different times one waitress said ‘we will be right with you’ but never was…. No one seems happy working there and it showed in their customer service. We are all here to catch a plane and on a time crunch. You have to serve people quick in an airport restaurant/ bar.
Because I ordered from the Togo widow I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant. I tried to explain I didn't know that and would have ordered from the waiter if I had, could I sit at the bar? I asked. No said the waiter you need to leave. Got a refund and will wait for my next stop to eat at a decent restaurant.
Requested a refund so can’t say if the food is worth the expected airport price gouging. When I ordered I was asked if it would be “for here or to go”. I said “to go” due to no open seating and only high bar stools which I couldn’t get up on. I was told 15 mins and sat outside on a low top. After about 10 I noticed an empty low top table inside, and went to sit down. I was stopped by a staff member that told me “once you sit outside, you’re not allowed to sit inside.” I hadn’t even gotten my food. I went to the counter and requested a refund. Here’s the thing. I didn’t cut in line for people waiting to be seated. No one was waiting. You saw me sitting outside in 100 degree weather quietly waiting. Why not let me sit and eat my food? Like what should I have done? Cancel My order and ask to sit inside and order again so it goes by your policy? What positive experience would I have had by your no sitting inside once you’re outside policy? The answer is none. Maybe, a simple sign on the door with this policy would be the better solution. I would have read it and made a conscious decision to either stay outside or wait on an inside table. Instead, I was embarrassed in a room of strangers, denied seating, and waited on a $20 burger that I never ate. Y’all need to do better.
