Rafa Restaurant is a busy place that serves weekday menus with two courses and a very good dessert. The food is generally good value, and the natilla is homemade and delicious. Customer service is quite positive, very friendly. The place is located in the Son Castelló industrial estate, so parking is not too difficult.

I went for a set menu, which was a bit more expensive than average at €13.90... Honestly, the food wasn't good. The chicken skewer with vegetables (frozen and tasteless) was thick, and the chicken was raw inside. The paella and rice were semi-hard and had barely any flavor. Honestly, I expected a good menu, even more so at that price. Dessert was the only acceptable item, but of course, if you make a pudding badly, you'd have to be a terrible cook. I don't know what it's like to order a la carte, but the menu isn't good. The waitresses were very friendly, and the place is convenient. Parking is difficult, but like any industrial estate.

The rice was inedible. The Russian salad was frozen solid. Only the dessert was decent. The noise was unbearable. It was saved solely by the friendliness of the staff; but of course, that's not enough to live on.

Paella isn't what it used to be. A Friday menu: €16.80. That doesn't seem cheap to me. For as long as I can remember, soda has been included in the daily menu. If, as a waiter, you see someone ordering it thinking it's included in the menu, you should at least let them know. €2.30 plus the joke. At least I would have ordered a Coke... Consequence: the place is half empty when it used to be full every day. And the terrace waitress, aside from the soda, has zero attitude and desire to work. I must have been really pissed off to write a review, but they've earned it this time.
