This Hardee's was one of the worst Hardee's experiences. The wait was way to long for what we got, and the staff was taking there sweet time. The double cheeseburger bun was hard, and it was gross. The food was cold by the time we got it. We've eaten here before, and it was way better. Go some were else.

Came through in the evening this past Friday, there was only one employee working and she seemed exhausted and over worked. She seemed like she closed the store down alone by herself which goes against so many things. Real sweet girl you can tell she needs proper help to run the store properly. Management should do much better

Dirty, unkempt, dining area (littered with trash and filth), restroom (even found: pubic hairs all over toilet/urinals, pee/trash on floor, and "Blood smeared on the wall" GROSS), service could be nothing but "good" since everyone was only focused on nothing else, but gettin' their customers gone.. C'mon, everyone should have a little "SELF-RESPECT"?? If not for anything else, take some pride in the "I don't know" thought or idea in what "commercial" (shared spaces) ANYTHING should look like! TAKE AWAY HERE, is CLEAN-UP! Take some pride in what you are doing.

I ordered a double frisco breakfast burger and got a single and when I order a large hash brown and the container is half full. What did I pay nearly $15 for?

What A TERRIBLE experience! I do not know who the Manager Brian, thinks he is, but he's rude as hell. My child was served SOGGY bread cheese sandwich. There was NOTHING Grilled about it. The second 1 they remade was the same thing! I requested a refund- because 1, my kid didn't want/like it- and 2 the principal of serving WAY BELOW standard food is ridiculous. This Brian dude SHOULD NOT be a manager. There was not a single kind thing out of his mouth. He basically BASHED me for me wanting my money back- because my 10 year old "ate" some of the sandwich. Ya he tried it and said "this is gross" I explained to Brian that I also took a bite to taste it. The sandwich was LITERALLY soggy butter bread with half melted cheese. There was ZERO customer service from this guy! Honestly worst Hardee's experience in my life. Do not recommend.

Huge shout out to the lady at the drive thru is evening. Food was cold, could hear her hollering at the staff in the back trying to figure out which burger was what. (Not a big deal except we were the only people there, so how long had the burgers been there) and when she handed us our order she was short and just trying to get us out of her window. Asked about the fries we had ordered and she didn't put it in. So no fries for us. All we got in response was her annoyed tone and eye roll stating "we didnt order them" as she dismissed us. . Probably a good thing considering everything else was cold.

Consistently poorly prepared or wrong orders with horrible service to boot. I work in town and eat here a few times a week. Unfortunately I will have to spend my money elsewhere after today's last straw.

Worst Hardee's and even worse than any fastfood I have ever been to. My ham-egg- biscuit had no ham, egg or cheese. My coffee with 2 cream was black. When we rolled back for the correct food, they charged me ANOTHER $5.17 for my ham/egg/cheese biscuit. My husband's sausage and egg biscuit actually had egg and BACON. Oh the coffee -when she gave me the creamer, I took off the lid and scalding coffee spilled all over me because she filled it to the brim. I will be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other entities I can think of. I'm seriously considering filing charges about the scalding coffee. People DON'T GO THERE, no matter how apologetic the owner is responding to your review. It's been years of complaints now and nothing improves ... it only gets worse. Even FB has a page dedicated to how awful this place is. Wish I seen it before we stopped. And it's not the fault of incompetent employees. It's all on the owners. Just go on down the road and let your tummy growl till you get somewhere with able employees and honest food.

Yeah I usually go there to get a mushroom swiss burger. Today we ordered the double combo, a lrg fry and small shake. Cashier even read the order back. he accidently put in double bacon cheese, told him it was incorrect, he said he changed it to the Swiss meal. When we got food, they forgot the extra fry, and I didnt get the right burger. I live an hour away and was just passing through. Not going back

All the food that we ordered when handed to us was stone cold the burger did. They just threw whole cheese on the cheese didn’t even melt or get cold. The burger was cold. That bread wasn’t toasted when I told the worker they laughed and shred their shoulders and close the drive-through window.

This is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. Ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese, ketchup and onions through the drive thru. Once I got my food I checked my order, my cheeseburger had no cheese and it tasted like yesterdays burger and the bun was stale. I went in and asked them for a correct burger, while I had my bag in my hands, they made me go back to my car to get my receipt and show them that I was supposed to have cheese on my cheeseburger. They got me a new burger and it was the same thing, tasted stale and warm in the middle but cold all around. I also got a chicken sandwich that was thin and dried out on another stale bun. It was right at lunch time when I went.

Ordered some food on Friday October 3rd. Despite seeing only one other customer besides me and my dad and no cars going through the drive thru we waited around 30 minutes for our food. All the while one of the employees kept cursing over something. We eventually walked out with our drinks after getting fed up with the waiting. Basically spent $25 for some soda. In addition the trash for the straws was full and there was a spill of some kind that wasn't cleaned up. At least the workers put up a wet floor sign. Wouldn't recommend eating here.

I have lived here for over 20 years this place is only gotten worse and worse every time I tell myself I will never go back and then I end up trying it again weeks or months later and every time it's so disappointing I get more mad at myself because I already am aware but I Vow that I will never go back again!!!! I went yesterday and got three piece chicken tenders and they were the smallest chicken tenders I had ever seen they were exact same size as my index finger I could not believe it and charged that much for them=6.50$ =that place needs to close the doors!!!!!! GIVE IT UP!!!!!

We ordered the meal deals. Our burgers and chicken sandwich came with no toppings as advertised. The staff showed a lack of care and were rude when asked basic questions, even though they had multiple customers inside, but the doors were locked. We didn’t get addressed at the drive-thru window for a few minutes, even though we could see the staff being playful among each other. We’ve had multiple bad experiences here and have tried to give this location multiple chances before leaving a review, but since there has been no improvement, we won’t be back.
