Coupa Café Palo Alto Reviews
Coupa Cafe – Ramona in Palo Alto is a large yet cozy spot that’s easy to settle into. I tried the avocado toast with added eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, and tofu, and the avocado portion was already quite generous. The only thing I wished for was a crunchier, more toasted bread instead of the softer texture it came with. The cortado was really good and nicely balanced. Customer service stood out as well, with kind and polite staff throughout. I’d definitely come back again.
A wonderful brunch spot in Palo Alto. The lattes were smooth and flavorful, and both the French toast and breakfast crepe were absolutely delicious. The friendly, welcoming service made the experience even better. Definitely a place we would love to visit again.
Excellent food and awesome vegetarian and vegan options. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu! Super family friendly environment - lots of outdoor seating and friendly, courteous staff. Can't wait to go back!
Darling, I strutted into this Venezuelan paradise and was served EXCELLENCE on a plate! The breakfast arepa had me clutching my pearls - that scrambled egg situation was fluffier than my best wig on a humid day. And don't even get me STARTED on Cami's arepa with that gorgeous avocado fanned out like it was posing for Vogue! The presentation? *Chef's kiss* - those rustic plates gave me earthy elegance realness. The service? Impeccable, sweetie. The flavors? More satisfying than a standing ovation after a death drop! This place understood the assignment and delivered it with STYLE. Whether you're fueling up for brunch or need sustenance after a long night of serving looks, Coupa Cafe will have you feeling fed and fabulous! Five stars, no notes, periodt! 💅✨
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stepped into Coupa Café and immediately, I was greeted by the aromatic embrace of freshly brewed coffee ☕️ that promised a delightful start to my day. This cozy nook is a treasure trove for coffee aficionados and those seeking a serene spot to unwind or catch up on work 💻. The menu? A cornucopia of choices! From the robust Venezuelan coffee that dances on the palate with its rich, bold flavors, to the array of delectable pastries 🥐 that are both a feast for the eyes and a delight to the taste buds. Every bite of their chocolate croissant is like a little party 🎉 of flavors in your mouth. What truly sets Coupa Café apart, though, is their commitment to sustainability and quality. Sipping on their coffee, you're not just enjoying a beverage; you're partaking in a global journey of ethical sourcing and environmental stewardship 🌍. The ambiance is just as inviting, with a warm, eclectic décor that beckons you to stay a while longer. Whether you're basking in the sunshine at one of their outdoor tables ☀️ or cozying up in a corner inside, there's a spot for everyone. Service? Need to improve a little bit for the servers. But overall In a nutshell, Coupa Café is not just a coffee shop; it's a destination. A place where coffee meets culture, comfort, and community. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to drop by. It might just become your new favorite spot! 💖 Hope this lights up your day as much as a visit to Coupa Café would!
Best hot chocolate in the Palo Alto area. Try their spicy Mayan hot chocolate. Hot chocolate done right! All coffee are good too. The inside and outside seating is very cute. They have very yummy chocolates, cakes and truffles as well. They have small bites that smell and taste yummy, try their panini. Nice decor too especially in the holiday season. One of the favorite places to get a cuppa coffee with colleagues and friends!!

Great location, and ambiance. Food was great with fresh ingredients and lots of healthy options. Easy to order and service was great.
Got the cowboy salad! Recommend heavily to red onion lovers, there was a lot of it in there. I liked the dressing as well; it didn't drown out the taste of the rest of the salad. Also really like…

Very satisfying Mechada Tacos, tasty and filling. My only suggestion is that they double the tortillas. By the time I got to the third taco (took my time enjoying the first two), its tortilla was soaked from the juicy beef so was harder to handle, almost broke. Doubling the tortillas would be nice
We went to Coupa Cafe for a quick breakfast. We ordered Cappucino's, the breakfast crepe and the turkey avo crepe. My son had a panini and banana nutella crepe. My wife tried the delicious dark mocha (she said it was way too sweet and they only put in 1/2 the chocolate powder). The normal cappucino was good. My family liked the crepes but the crepe skin was too thick. We prefer the thinner skins on our crepes. This was like tortilla thick. The turkey avocado crepe tasted just like a turkey sandwich :) My son liked his panini however the bread was not crispy at all, he said it was soft and mushy. He loved his banana nutella crepe though. Would we go back ? Yes we would, the food wasn't bad...it was a good breakfast (just not great)
I really enjoyed the overall vibe of this place—it’s got a nice, relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for hanging out. The mango smoothie was a highlight: super refreshing, naturally sweet, and just the right consistency. However, I was a bit disappointed with the avocado toast. The avocado itself was underripe, which made the texture a bit tough and the flavor less creamy than it should be. With a bit more attention to ingredient ripeness, this could easily become a go-to spot.
Venezuelan cuisine within a cafe model which highlights through displays desserts, small bites and drinks; though they have a more extensive menu of dishes. The main dining area usually supports a cafe crowd of small groups and single diners. Service at the counter is prompt as well as servers who will bring out your orders. The place is a bit dated and in need of renovation and the menu may not match the counter style model. There is a separate dining area for larger tables but these are not easily accessible. Offerings are unique to Venezuela cuisine esp coffee brews.
Small Cafe in downtown Palo Alto. Went there for brunch on a Saturday and it was very crowded. Took us about 15 mins to get seated. Food was above average. We ordered the - Hummus Veggie Wrap (4/5) - La Luna Arepa (3.5/5) - French Toast (4/4) - Vietnamese Coffee (5/5) - Strawberry Banana Smoothie (5/5) Since it was very crowded, the service was slow. Staff could be a little more friendly.
I got the La Luna vegetarian Arepas with tofu and it was SO yummy! Great sauces and combo, I ate it all up. They accidentally gave me a meat arepas first but I wasn’t too stressed about it and they nicely made me another one. A lot of people around (myself and friend included) on computers doing work. A lot of great options of things to eat and fun music. Would be happy to come back again!

Rude customer service EVERY TIME it's upsetting will stop spending my money with them happens to often learn customer service skills
The food took a really long time to prepare. It was burned and the greens were clearly not fresh. Caused me and my guest stomachache within a few hours
This is a truly appalling store. I've never seen such irresponsibility and disregard for customers in my life. I've never encountered anything like this in any other store. I wish they would pay attention to the people coming in, like other stores do. Customers come in, and the employees are chatting amongst themselves, making inappropriate gestures towards Gül, acting as if there are no customers waiting there. It's incredibly disrespectful and shameful.
Don’t waste your time or money. I was excited to purchase a turkey avocado wrap and when I got back to the office and opened it I was extremely disappointed. I found that they only put 1 slice of turkey, no bacon, and bulked it with a ton of greens. $15 for tortilla and greens is insane, I had high hopes but won’t be back.
