We visited Teaspoon Palo Alto for a wedding boba tasting, and it was a fantastic experience! Aryan assisted us and was incredibly friendly and professional. He prepared all the drinks I requested exactly to my customization, including specific sugar and ice levels and clearly labeled the drinks. He also took the time to answer all our questions regarding how the drinks would be served at the wedding. Our absolute favorite was the Liquid Gold (honey oolong milk tea). It was perfectly balanced with a strong tea flavor and just the right amount of sweetness from the honey. The tasting really helped us narrow down which drinks we would like to serve our guests. If you’re looking for great service and high-quality boba for an event, I highly recommend this location!

(4.5 stars) Teaspoon is a solid boba place. I’ve gone here many times with friends and will continue going back though this is partially out of convenient location- I wouldn’t seek out Teaspoon over other boba places necessarily. They have good fruity flavor options. I like the summer seasonal flavor with passion fruit and watermelon juice (pictured with lychee jelly and boba added). They’ll accept a reusable bottle you bring in for your drink order. I have had some experiences where drinks have tasted a bit artificial but maybe that depends on how much sweetness you select. My friend did have an instance of all the boba clumping together in her cup last time but I would say this was out of the norm for Teaspoon.

A great spot for a boba treat. I always get hot tea, but the school rush on hot days leads me to believe that the iced teas are worth a try. The customer service is great. Also there are discounts for bringing your own cup & straw.

I love the food, and the service is really good! Normally it takes like 5-10 minutes for the boba or your food to be ready. The only thing I don't like is the seating options. There are only like 3 tables with 2/4 chairs each. There's a lot of random teens that trash the area too so I recommend that you eat it at home or at a park. Since the food is so good I would give it 5 stars.

Love the drinks. Tried the grass hopper and the classic Thai tea! Loved both of them. Open late so it’s very convenient.

Love having a teaspoon near my work, the staff is always friendly and efficient. Some of my favorite drinks are the grasshopper a refreshing drink for a hot day and don't forget to add lychee jelly and the Carmel cream for a gloomy day it's a sweet treat.

I've enjoyed every tea I got at Teaspoon. At this location I got Turtle Island with passionfruit dolphins as a topping. Turtle Island is a passionfruit and mint slush. It has seeds in it and they're a bit rough going down, but still a good tasting drink that's great on a hot day.

My experience at teaspoon was absolutely delightful! The guava milk tea was exceptionally smooth and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweet and tangy. The guava pulp added a lovely texture, making it both refreshing and satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cozy ambiance made it perfect for a quick break. Definitely worth trying again!

1st time here. Ordered the Tai Bob with honey pearls. It was really good and the sweetness level was just right. Not too sweet at all. Right in the middle. And the was just right. Just enough to make it cold. Staff was friendly and helpful in making my selection. Definitely going back. It was busy, justifiably so and staff was quick to fill orders.

This is the best boba shop we've ever been to. The quality of the drinks is absolutely fantastic, and they have a perfect balance of flavors. The brown sugar drinks have a distinct, amazing and unique flavour that we've never tasted at other shops before. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and making sure your order is perfect. Plus, the location is super convenient, making it my go-to spot whenever I'm in the area. I can't recommend this place enough!

The Matcha classic has 5 rating, it's super delicious and fast service too. The point deduction was because there were clutter iin one part of the store. I love their Holloween decorstion though. The service was friendly although the employee was rushing. I highly recommend this…

My team had been on the mission to try all boba places in Palo Alto. This is the second one we’ve tried. It is pretty good. I do like it. I had originally wanted Lychee on Lychee, but was told they were out. So I had gotten the Strawberry daiquiri instead. It is really good! I was a little disappointed I didn’t catch that the drink didn’t have tapioca pearls or boba pearls in it. It was still really good! It was a tad bit too sweet, but either way, I enjoyed it very much. I will try other ones on the menu! Another thing I really liked were the eco-friendly straws! I loved them!

Excited I found a teaspoon close by! This one is hard to see from the road, you have to drive in all the parking lot stuff over there and it's on the side of the building not facing the street. It's tiny with only a few tables to stay and hangout. I like the liquid gold with boba, but reminder to myself to get 75% sweet next time. Sometimes they can be a bit slow, but drinks are good.

Tiny location made specifically for the teenage kids who must frequent is almost weekly. Good friendly neighborhood feel and same addictive sugary bubble drinks freshly made served in narrow plastic cups that is found in all its other locations that continue to pop up.

I ordered through their app and picked at store. Drink was ready in few minutes. I ordered house milk tea with coconut jelly. Drink was just average compared to other teaspoon location.

Great service, honey boba was chewy and satisfying. Tea flavor was good but could be a little stronger.

DO NOT take your kids here unless you want them addicted to sugar. I’m finally posting this review after being repeatedly disappointed by this place and it’s a total rip-off. It’s unfortunately the only place nearby Midtown forcing kids to go there. My daughter asked for 50% sugar, and they served it loaded with sugar. Places like this are unhealthy, get kids and people addicted to sugar so they can get repeat customers. The staff is always super unfriendly, never smile - and seem pretty stressed. All the good reviews you see are likely from the sugar high people get from here, and since there is nothing else to compare against nearby. There are so many other boba places we have found in the bay area that serve better quality, lower prices and with a “sweet” smile - which is the kind of sweetness we all like.
