Loveit, the best crue, I stayed there for a few days and I just loved it, yhis place made me felt in love of palomino and their people, also the food is amazing and razonable prices, once a bird stole my food and they gave me the double so it was perfect l, I will defend come back

Been meaning to leave this review for some time now. What an epic memory this was for my partner and I! Besides the how cool, unique, and friendly this hostel was, we had a blast of a night and it all started with the bartender Emanuel! On our travels we always joked about getting matching tattoos but are broke travelers so never wanted to drop the coin. This dude told us if we get the maria mulata hostel logo as a tattoo, not only would it be free but we would get a free drink deal for 24 hours, so obviously we had to take him up on that offer! We had so much fun, made a ton of new friends there and even convinced some other salty American lads to get the tattoo after us! This place is just one big ball of good vibes and the best place to party by the beach before or after your trip in to tayrona national park (although I would suggest after). Thanks Maria mulata. I shall remember that night for the rest of my life!
Maria mulata has the best energy and atmosphere in palomino. You can always find amazing music and people. Everybody here is so nice and friendly.

I had an incredible stay here! The bar has a super cool atmosphere with great music, tasty drinks, and the perfect setup to meet fellow travelers. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located – ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what really made this place special was the owner. Super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with local tips or just share a good conversation. You can really feel that they care about the place and the people who visit. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a social, laid-back place with a personal touch!

We went on Sarurday night for a drink and it was great. Good dj and atmosphere. On Sunday was more chill. There were people planning games. We had the burgers 2x1 for dinner and a few cocktails. Good people and great service. Muchas gracias :)

This place has a fantastic atmosphere, the staff are extremely helpful, bilingual and enthusiastic, they provide the tools for a fantastic night and the environment for one of a great Colombian night. I would highly recommend this place for everyone to come to.

To be clear, the 3 for 2 happy hour deal is meant to be used as an excuse to buy one supersized cocktail for yourself rather than sharing 3 cocktails with your buddy's. Additionally whatever was left in the blender after making the cocktail was brought to our table to be finished off by us rather than thrown away. I think that that sentence alone describes the vibe here best, have fun!

Weird place. Great drinks but the 3 for 2 deal isn’t especially cheap. Staff are pushy about drinks. Great place to get ratarsed but strange vibe. Also they will give you an unwanted double strength cocktail when you try to leave. Food was good! Again it’s kinda pricy but we had a good time. Only one toilet in the place which serves the busy bar and the hostel.
