Only came here to redeem something, and the food was delicious! We ordered wings w BBQ. To redeem the coupon we had, we did have to buy something, however. The slip didn't say it was necessary, but that's no biggie. I'll admit I thought they would have some spice but they were still good! The staff was friendly and definitely do their jobs well. Given they take online orders as well, there does seem to be a wait. After I had placed my order, the wait time seemed to be around 40 minutes? But again, no issues w the place whatsoever.
Old classic attractive atmosphere inside the wing stop restaurant, good helpful staff, delicious food, and by the way, there is a restroom where you can wash your hands before eating. You can come order food in a restaurant and eat here. The restaurant has seating, you can order food through an app or call and have it delivered to your home, which is sometimes a necessary option when there is no free time to visit the restaurant.
I certainly placed my order and when it got to me. It was the wrong items. I chat online with a customer servicer representative who asked if I wanted my money back on my card or a credit I said credit and placed another order I got everything I asked for the 2nd time and These was the 1st time these happened but I was satisfied with the service..

I like wings from this particular location. But their service needs improvement. I always order online. And 3 times now I have gotten there after the time they say my order will be ready and its not. When I tried to talk to the manager or who ever was in charge she was like whatever about it. So when the location in Mission Hills open I was excited. I never went back to this location. I give them a 4 for the food but the service is more like a 3.
The low rating from previous reviews almost kept me away, but I was craving wings and already nearby so I decided to give them a chance. Cashier that took my order was friendly, and gave me an estimate of 18 minutes wait for my 10 piece bone-in combo. Typical wait time for Wingstop. Time on my receipt said 2:19, so I expected my order around 2:38. Went to get my drink, and sadly they do not have the Coke Freestle machines that other Wingstop locations have. The machine was low on ice and was running out of syrup for the soda I wanted (Dr. Pepper). That was my only real complaint. Received my order exactly at 2:38, and they were delicious!
There was a mistake with my order and I didn't get it at all. The manager and staff quickly corrected my order and didn't hesitate to quickly assist me. I had a house full of guest waiting for the food so it was hard to come home and see part of the order missing. The staff was professional.

Well I can see why this wingstop has low reviews. This was my first time there. My food was actually really good and I got my order about 20 minutes before it quoted. Everything would have been great if they didn't commit the worse mistake any wingstop can commit. They forgot my damn RANCH!!!! Ruined the whole experience.
Kind of annoying they gave the person in front of me their order, no questions asked. Checked me asked for full name order number and even had my wife come out to show her order receipt .

I try and avoid Wing stop ! But because I love wings so much I always come back. But I do know not everybody knows how to cook wings , I am all about seasoning and flavours . But My goodness this particular wing stop just doesn’t taste right and good . It’s almost like they overpowered the wings with the sauce you order . But because I know flavours I can easily tell that it has no taste. Just don’t order here or waste your MONEY! That you work hard for . And they can’t spell Grace correctly lol because I still don’t know who greys is . lol
The wings are amazing and so is the fries, got the 15 wings and said comes with veggies as I got home there was none in the bag, like another reviewer also said the same issue happened and was right. Be sure to make sure to check the order b4 leaving. Good luck with this review guys cuz it's not changing.
We came in at 11:10PM, Friday August 26th on a cold summer night, the local wing-stop closes at 12 (allegedly.) Cashier, very whimsical—almost childlike, in glasses talkin’ ‘bout “we’re very busy, we are only serving pick-up orders. we cannot serve your order.” There were at-least 6-7 workers in the back, all just standing around looking at us panicked, sweating, trembling, tearing up, desperate for those last 50 minutes to pass without a single soul walking into their establishment. The cashier gulped, and looked at me hopeful, salivating, begging with tears in his eyes that we’d leave. Then we left. Cold. Without a single wing in our stomachs. The End.
My order was given completely wrong didn’t realize until I got home had to come back wait another 30 min got attitude from manager and no understanding. Waited another 25 min to remake order and order again was made wrong . Very disappointed ☹️
Every time I go to this wingstop location, they take so long to get my order ready. I usually order just single combo and it takes them over 25-30 mins for the order to the ready. Then once received the order that always mess up on the wing count and sometimes flavors. It’s like if this location hires anyone who just walks in looking for a job. They really need to step up their game and get accountable employees.
worst customer service, didn’t even eat my wings or fries! my fries were stale & burned! they were probably sitting there for a few minutes & they just dipped them back in the oil! the guy at the front counter is laughing as he’s taking your order! the girls in the kitchen are gossiping so loudly you can hear it from where you are sitting! EVERYONE EMPLOYEE WORKING HERE IS RIDICULOUS!
I used doordash and they completely messed up my order. Missing 5 drinks. Ok these things happen...called to ask for help and some minimum wage worker said “my manager said he handed the drinks to the driver so we can do NOTHING” excuse me? Nothing? They refused to help and didn’t even try to rectify the issue. Don’t use doordash and don’t order here!
If I could give no stars I would. I don't blame the restaurant. I blame of course the employees. Every time I go and order the mango habanero & the mild weather it's boneless or traditional , happens to be I always receive them with hardly any sauce and dry. I would recommend you guys to go to another location. Just horrible service. And I would recommend the employees to stay on task. Only gave it a star because it was required to. Diana was very unprofessional on the phone. I had a problem with my order and of course I was upset but, not only did she yell back she also clicked on me. Very unprofessional of her. Businesses need to hire people who want to work and will try and help their customers with ongoing order issues. Terrible!
I did an online order and they forgot my sauces. I checked my bag because they have made worse mistakes before (at least 5 times), including a time they didn't even give me my wings only the fries. It would not have been worth the effort to make this review if they had just handed me my sauce when I walked back in. They made me go get my receipt when I was one of two people who walked in at the time and I talked to the same person who told me my sauces were in the bag. He at least apologized but his coworker takes the receipt and says this is there receipt. I was like that is what they taped to my bag and if that is not mine where is my receipt. At that point I was over it and walked out. People make mistakes but they were over the top with treating me like I didn't buy what I bought and then took my receipt.
Worst place to eat. I found a hair on my food 3 times and when I brought to their attention the manager who was running the shift accused me of putting my own hair on my food. I was not asking for a refund or free food I was simply pointing out that it was not one hair but 3 hairs on different pieces of food. I spent $60.00 I ended up walking out with my fam and not finishing my food. Cathleen who is the manager / supervisor is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills at. I am beyond disappointed with wing stop employee.
I called and asked for them to cook my wings extra well done, and I specified 28 minutes for them to cook. And of course they didn't listen and the chicken was not well done, which in my book is not done. Skin was all rubbery and nasty. The staff just all seemed bored and ready to go home. Sick of wingstop already.
I was asking for my order at 9:59PM on 12/26/24. The girl in the front with a visor and bun ignored me and went to show her co worker a video on her phone Josue and her were laughing in front of me. Instead of coming back to help me she came back ignored me and picked up a phone call.
I honestly waited about 40 minutes until I had received my order. I've seen several of other customers who came in after me, receive their orders quickly, while I was still waiting for mine. After I have patiently asked about 3 times if my order was ready, they quickly became annoyed and would brushed me off. There were other customers there as well who as well waiting for their food. They told us they had received a wrong order and had spent about an hour waiting on their correct food. I wouldn't recommend this location, go to another location even if its 10 minutes further.
Worst wingstop I have ever been to. I am sitting in the waiting area writing this. I called and was immediately placed on hold after “wing stop, please hold”. I was on hold for (no joke) twenty minutes. I didn’t want to be the guy to hang up and call back, but after twenty minutes that is what I did. Called back, got the same thing, and was on hold again for my entire drive up there (which was fifteen minutes). So between the two I was on hold for thirty five minutes. I get there, still on hold so I hang up. Now it’s busy and you can tell. But they aren’t understaffed. There are 9 tables, two of them have people at them and the other 7 tables have trash ALL OVER the place. On the table. On the chairs, all over the floor. Not just at one or two, but all seven of the tables were filthy. Three of the people working had headphones in. All the employees minus one guy looked to be in their teens. The disrespect when talking to the customers had me looking around as if it was a joke. On top of people ordering and people waiting for their orders, three of the orders that came out were brought back up for being wrong and they had to redo them. Which made everyone else wait longer. Guys. I haven’t even ordered yet at this point. So I get up to the register finally, and the kid asking for my order can’t remember anything. He asks what I would like, I tell him, he freezes and then asks again. He repeats it back to me, wrong, then I have to tell him for a third time. This is one medium combo, one flavor. Not a big order. He then tells me it will take 45 minutes for my order to be ready. So I put up with it. I have been sitting here an hour and ten minutes, still waiting on my order. I have asked multiple times and nobody knows what is going on. This is me writing, still here, waiting on my food. I spent thirty minutes on hold, ten minutes waiting in line, and so far it’s been an hour and ten minutes since I’ve placed my order. Get it together guys. I understand they’re kids and probably on minimum wage, and wing stop is banging. Great food. But come on. All these others reviews are the same thing. I don’t necessarily blame the kids working fully. Managers: get your store together. Your soda was out, ice is spilling everywhere on the ground. Someone will slip and sue. You can do better than this. I just got my order. He got my name wrong. And, of course: my order is wrong, my food is cold. I just walked out; didn’t even ask for a refund because I would have had to wait another ten minutes in line. No apology, nothing. This should get zero stars. Pick it up. Update: I got home, and cooled off. I re-read this and stand by ever word. This store is broken. I know I will still get what looks to be like an automated apology from wing stop but somebody needs to clean house and turn this store around. Oh, side note, on my way out I noticed there was either ranch or blue cheese smeared on the windows which looks to be by a kid’s hands. And it looks like it has been there for a couple hours.
This place is terrible they just hire anyone to fill in the empty spaces they need for trained staff. I was in line waiting & I noticed that if they saw someone they knew their order went out first & even sometimes free. It’s upsetting watching them text & laugh while were waiting for our wings. Then you go and ask how much longer and they don’t even approach you they just stay behind and with all the noise they talk quietly. How annoying of them. This is really happening with no consequences
Customer service here suck. When you order online they tell you 34 to 45 minutes when I Got there An hour later my food still wasn't done they kept telling me 10 to 15 minutes Management didn't want to come and talk to me. Supposedly management doesn't speak English only Spanish You guys should hire somebody that speaks both English and Spanish to communicate with your customers. Bad service, bad management.
This wingstop is the worse location! They've messed up my order 98% of the times. I've been ordering from a different location that's further but tried this one again tonight since it is raining so much and this is the closest to me. Never again! I will drive as far as I need to next time. Not worth the hassle. I've been waiting for 40 min as they gave my order to someone else even though I had already checked in. They suck!
They have a order online line but you get ignored. What is the point of the line if they still expect you to use the walk in line? Not only that I ordered 3 hours ahead and they still made me wait in the restaurant for a nearly an hour. Edit: Seriously forget about their online order line since it literally gets ignored. I ordered and prayed online and had to wait for 20+ minutes even though my order was completed. Employees can't take 5 seconds to ask for name and check and given the time I ordered ahead I should've been in and out in less than 5 minutes
I called and was placed on hold as usual. I waited on the phone for 15min and they hung up on me. I called again and was able to finally make my order. I got the 30piece crew pack and asked for celery sticks only and once I got home there was no celery sticks in my bag. It’s my fault for not checking the bag before leaving the store and I was not going to drive back just for celery sticks.
Horrible service, even when ordering ahead of time online you arrive and still wait an additional 40min for your food. For the price, quality needs to be better, I got home and my fries were literally burnt to a crisp bottom of the barrel for sure. If I could give zero stars I would.

The fries were also disgusting and improperly made, and were very thick like potato wedges rather than french fries. Naturally, I threw the food away and called the restaurant to see about receiving a remake order the next day due to the fact that I was already home and unable to return to so late at night. I spoke to a manager named Angel who explained to me I would need proof of the incorrectly made order and that pictures would suffice since I had already thrown it into the garage. He instructed me to make the on shift manager aware when I returned the next day. I spoke to a supervisor named Josue’. Just as I was with Angel,very calm, polite and courteous I explained the situation. He called his general manager, Ashley, to approve this remake order. After speaking with her, he was instructed to only give me a 30% discount, rather than remaking my order after I had already spent my hard earned money. He nervously let me know that he could not just give away “free food”, As if I was trying to pull some sort of scam over on the company and receive a second order. It made me feel extremely discriminated against as if I was some sort of untrustworthy criminal instead of an honest customer, whose food was not prepared properly or considerably, and seeking a just rectification. This restaurant discriminats against black people and only treat the premeditation of Hispanic people with the expected kindness, courtesy and respect. Now I have to spend more money to correct an order I already paid for instead of receiving the correct justification that I deserve. Black people DO NOT, waste your time or money here. They do not have any humanity or understanding towards our people.
They canceled my order of just 20 wings an hour before they closed. Come on now, why call yourselves wingstop if you don't get the wings? Change your name to moe stop because youre causing moe frustration.
Food here is awful 😔😞 very upset I spent $15 for DRY CHICKEN that wasn't seasoned and horribly overcooked and SMALLEST PIECES OF WINGS EVER. I only ate my food because I was very hungry. Best thing that tastes good was my carrot sticks. This is not the way wingstop tastes or is supposed to taste. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. News flash IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE THEN DONT WORK IN THE RESTERAUNT FAST FOOD INDUSTRY. To be unconsciously rude because you don't like your job is crazy when WE PAY UR WAGES. Upset with me because THEY YOUR CASHIER got my order incorrect so I asked for my correct stuff then you want to have an attitude and tell me " next time you have to request this " hella rudely SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE short girl younger one giving out all the orders needs a huge attitude adjustment or some sort of classes In customer service, only requested to see my TICKET only, after she called my name for my order. We ordered our food nd waited a long time nd some people ordered more food than us nd they got it quicker. I asked for extra ranch nd we got NO RANCH. One of the combos we ordered had cold chicken. Also the fires were really soggy nd some were burnt.
I ordered four 3 piece tender combo with the normal tenders , but instead of giving me my 3 pieces of normal tenders they gave me only ONE instead of the 3 that i asked for. Besides, while approaching the lady to tell her our order she was highly rude and disrespectful. Never go to this location again.
This is the second time we order from here and both times the messed up my order. I ordered a 10 piece and two separate order of 5 wing. One of those 5 piece orders that were Palin for my 6 year old, was added in the same box as the 10 piece which had spicey wings in it. I had to go back with the 15 wings to show them so they could very and send me back home with 10 cold wings and 5 fresh ones for my son. I will never go here again.
We waited over an hour for the food. They kept telling us to wait a few mins. They told us the manager would speak to me but no one came. Got a refund in cash and left. Workers are absent minded💯 I would recommend going to the Wingstop in North Hills off sepulveda. They actually get your order done quickly😎
The poorest customer service ever by a manager & a cashier. I was unable to order the Tender Meal for 2 ($22.99) for this location online even though their website is advertising tenders for this location. Called in, and told this to the gentleman that answered the phone, which he then apologized & offered to place my order over the phone. When he gave me the total, it came to $28.79. I asked him why it was so much since online the meal is priced at $22.99 plus tax = $25.17. He placed me on hold, then several minutes later a manager came to the phone. He then told me that he tried placing a tender order himself & could not & he added that he didn’t know what the issue was with THEIR location. However, he assured me that he would honor the $25.17 and would provide me a discount. When I showed up the manager was on his personal phone & so the cashier Briana rang me up for $28.79. I explained to her that I had spoken to the manager over the phone & so she begins speaking to him in Spanish & now they’re both trying to give me 10% off. Even with that “discount,” it was still over their online price. At the end, I paid $24.47 & Briana kept insisting that her manager told her that the ordering online WAS working. I told her it was not because I tried it on my phone while there & she got defensive & a bit rude & to “tell him” not “me.” It was embarrassing that she spoke to me that way considering there were other customers waiting. There was no need for that while the manager kept talking on his personal cell phone in the back. My fries were completely stone cold & so were some of my wings. Never again will I order from this location.
Extremely disappointed and missing my old Wingstop by my house. I spent 60 dollars for my family to eat. It took me thirty minutes, from my second job to arrive there. When I got home, my wings were damn near dry. I called and spoke to there manager, and he said in order to give me a refund, I needed to drive back over there , to bring back the food👀 this is the first time as a customer, that I have ever experienced this. I will never go back!! By the way, m fries were old and hard. If I could give them a negative five, I would.

I place a big order for Super Bowl Sunday 1 hour before the game. The game is finish and I never got my wings, had to call my bank an file a claim, stay away.

We ordered our food nd waited a long time nd some people ordered more food than us nd they got it quicker. I asked for extra ranch nd we got NO RANCH. One of the combos we ordered had cold chicken. Also the fires were really soggy nd some were burnt.
I ordered four 3 piece tender combo with the normal tenders , but instead of giving me my 3 pieces of normal tenders they gave me only ONE instead of the 3 that i asked for. Besides, while approaching the lady to tell her our order she was highly rude and disrespectful. Never go to this location again.
This is the second time we order from here and both times the messed up my order. I ordered a 10 piece and two separate order of 5 wing. One of those 5 piece orders that were Palin for my 6 year old, was added in the same box as the 10 piece which had spicey wings in it. I had to go back with the 15 wings to show them so they could very and send me back home with 10 cold wings and 5 fresh ones for my son. I will never go here again.
We waited over an hour for the food. They kept telling us to wait a few mins. They told us the manager would speak to me but no one came. Got a refund in cash and left. Workers are absent minded💯 I would recommend going to the Wingstop in North Hills off sepulveda. They actually get your order done quickly😎

The poorest customer service ever by a manager & a cashier. I was unable to order the Tender Meal for 2 ($22.99) for this location online even though their website is advertising tenders for this location. Called in, and told this to the gentleman that answered the phone, which he then apologized & offered to place my order over the phone. When he gave me the total, it came to $28.79. I asked him why it was so much since online the meal is priced at $22.99 plus tax = $25.17. He placed me on hold, then several minutes later a manager came to the phone. He then told me that he tried placing a tender order himself & could not & he added that he didn’t know what the issue was with THEIR location. However, he assured me that he would honor the $25.17 and would provide me a discount. When I showed up the manager was on his personal phone & so the cashier Briana rang me up for $28.79. I explained to her that I had spoken to the manager over the phone & so she begins speaking to him in Spanish & now they’re both trying to give me 10% off.
