Pollos la Colmena is a pleasant place with a great family atmosphere, where you can try chicken and grilled meat or arrachera (skirt steak). You can order it in different styles: grilled, roasted, crispy, spicy, etc. It has ample space and family tables. Excellent customer service.

The roasted chicken has good flavor, the service is good and the place is central, 2 adults 2 children more or less 350 to 400 pesos (1 hamburger 1 roasted chicken, 2 waters, potatoes).
One of the best in roasted and rotisserie chickens, fast service. Only the facility isn't the best. But recommended for its flavor.

The chicken and arrachera were good, but the sides like tortillas, tortilla chips, limes, and grilled onions were ridiculously small. The women who served us were extremely hostile, indifferent, slow, and had absolutely no interest in customer service. I won't be going back, and I don't recommend it to anyone. They made my family have a terrible experience, and we were regular customers.

The dish was delicious, but it's the first time I've had a chicken without a breast; the waitress told me she'd add legs to make up the difference. There was no water for washing hands. They were following the COVID-19 protocol. Of course, they can improve.

Terrible service, they take forever to attend to you, and when you ask for something it's like you're asking them for a favor. Their service wasn't like this before.
