Good selection of chips and delicious cookies. Fountain drinks are cheap and they have bottled beverages also. Staff is very friendly and funny. I like to go in and say hi and crack a joke and have a good laugh with them, they are very nice. One of my go to's for lunch.
Had dinner there with my family. Sandwiches were made with care by Austin. Noticed that the workers changed their gloves regularly and keep everything looking clean 👍. Great sandwich place that made me love subway again. ❤️

9-17-21 seemed as the person helping us didn't want to be there and want listening to our orders. When I told her that one sandwich was to be lightly toasted, she put both in. She just didn't seem friendly today, never seen her before.

Between Subway and Togo's sandwich shops, I have to say, the quality and care that used to be consistent, just doesn't seem to be like that anymore. Every time I go to Jersey Mike's (for example), the sandwiches are consistently put together with care and quality. After the last couple of visits to both Subway and Togo's, I have to say I'm not too keen on visiting again anytime soon. I ordered using the online app at least a dozen times over the last 5 years. I was ultimately turned off by ordering online due to the constant mistakes. It was as though the orders for the sandwiches and what to put on them were basically ignored! Staffing is important and not easy for management, I would imagine. The sandwiches can be good, but if the employees don't take their jobs seriously, it reflects poorly on the business. I might point out that it detracts from one's business overall.
The staff there are very sweet. They always do the best they can. The quality of the food has gone way down and the prices continue to go up. I got a pastrami sandwich and it was horrible. There was VERY little meat on it, I would say more than half less then the last time I bought one. I was basically eating munster bread. I was very disappointed 😞 They also never have soup at night. Even when it's snowing and raining and so cold. They always blame the day staff for not preparing it. I personally think they just are not wanting to do it. I would not recommend going there. It's not worth the money that you are going to have to spend.
I've never once gotten online order correct from this place. I ordered sandwiches for my family went to pick them up while they were making them and they still put my sandwich in someone else's bag in one of theirs in mind. I called them told him what happened they said we want to take a note and said I can come in the next day get my sandwich cuz I was going to be out they said that was fine showed up the following day and the people on staff knew nothing about it. I am not going to be wasting my money here anymore.
Great customer service but WOW it would be nice if you cut the products up, when making your bowls...I'm eating with a fork and full sized bacon and tomatoes are hard to navigate on a fork. Other locations cut up their sandwich materials, when assembling a salad but you did not, so disappointed and frustrated.

More than a little irritated. It took 23 minutes from start to finish for the employee to make my two sandwiches, not including waiting in line. The girl working there seemed to be doing a great job as I had to step aside for multiple orders being made by her while I was waiting for mine. She also stepped in and completed 2 dippers for the order which were the only things that turned out with no complaints. Here's a picture of my outlaw sub for 13.49. If that looks fine to you, be my guest. I unfortunately didn't get a picture of my wife's sub because she was upset that there wasn't anything in it and she tossed it before I could get a picture. Paid for extra cheese and everything. I only managed one bite before tossing mine. Mainly upset with myself for not just leaving but was trying to not lose my cool in front of my kids and was trying to hurry to an appointment for them. I will never be back.

I went to this Subway last night 10-6-2025 at 4:54 PM and had the most horrific customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at this location. As soon as I walked in, the girl working, loudly told her friend that there was “no way she was going to be off by 5 now.” I even apologized and told her I’d be quick, and she replied that it wasn’t my fault, but then proceeded to huff, puff, and slam things around the entire time she made our sandwiches. She threw the ingredients together, nothing was properly portioned, and it honestly felt like my presence was a huge inconvenience to her. If she doesn’t want to work there, then maybe she shouldn’t be representing the brand. I usually have great experiences here, especially with the young guy who works there; he’s always friendly and efficient. I get that it’s “just Subway,” but at the end of the day, that’s someone’s meal and basic respect goes a long way. This was unacceptable.
I had ordered 3 sandwiches, I got the spicy Italian wrap and the wrap has an awful taste and can tell it’s old . Won’t go there again .
Online order-Picked up sandwiches and went home (25 min. up the hill). They got the order so wrong it was kind of bizarre. We double checked the online order making sure we weren't at fault and nope, it was them. I tried calling 3 times and no answer, no ability to leave a message. These sandwiches are already too expensive for what they are so not getting what you order is frustrating. No thank you. Won't be getting Subway again.
They nearly scammed me of $7 worth of cookies because they failed to inform me about them being out of stock online when ordering as well as when I came to pick it up at the store. They let me walk out without 1/3 of my order even though I had already paid. When I checked the bag in the car I realized that there were no cookies. I doubled checked my receipt which stated that there should have been. I went back into the store and told the employees about the missing items and the cashier played dumb with me. She did not even offer an alternative, and had failed to provide with a refund. She basically gave me the thousand yard stare and called her manager over to sort out this issue. Thankfully, the manager offered a substitution, but it didn't recover the full amount I paid for the original cookies. I went with the foot-long cookie which was about $5 not including tax as I could not return home without some reimbursement. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end as we were rudely awakened with almost raw, under-baked cookie dough. I had a feeling the employees just wanted to resolve the issue as fast as possible, and I suppose the fastest way was to speed run baking the cookie. I saw the same cashier put it into the oven and not even two minutes later, she popped it out and gave it to me. Wanting to avoid anymore conflict, I decided to just take it and leave quickly, however, I am unsatisfied with the results. As an honorable mention, the interior was poorly placed as chairs and benches were in the way of the line. The overall ambiance and vibe of the store was not very inviting or pleasant to be in, considering the employees seemed as if they were being held against their will. The cashier, I do admit seemed like they were still in training and had no idea on how to provide decent customer service (aka a refund). Very disappointed with the service.
Normally i dont have problems with here but this time was different. Me and my boyfriend come into subway at 7:30, the shop doesnt close until 9. There were 2 workers, a guy and a girl. The guy was nice and said he will be right with us as he was in the process of already making a sandwhich. Meanwhile, while he is making a sandwhich, the girl was ignoring us and just cleaning the oven. There was NO ONE else in the store but my boyfriend, myself, and the 2 workers. We were standing and just waiting for almost over 5min. The girl didnt stop to help once. Didnt offer to help either of us while the poor guy was already trying to make a sandwich for a to-go order. Ive never been made to wait so long. That girl shouldve been WAY MORE helpfull. She would stop a few times to even try to joke with the guy. Im so not impressed. We litterally just left cause no one was helping us as customers. Not cool.
I am SOOOO tired of not getting what I order... It’s like they can’t read 🤷♀️ Ordered Delivery so I don’t have to go out but of course the only way for me to get mistakes fixed is to go to “Pick Up” @ the store. What is the point of ordering delivery?? Stop offering delivery by DD if you can’t make it work efficiently! Why am I spending extra $ because of “YOUR” mistake??? They won’t even take my name and give me the option of having a rain check sandwich another time…not even the next day should I decide to not waste the incorrect one and just eat it anyways. I have asked for a manager or owner SOOOOO many times and they refuse. Not authorized to do refunds either of course.. Can someone.. anyone PLEASE for the love of God address these issues because other than the horrible service and communication Subway is one of our very few healthier yet tasty eating places left in our lil town 😢🙏
They are always out of something, even after they are supposed to get their deliveries. Upper management is completely awful, and doesn't seem to help the staff at all. The manager Megan seems to not know how to do her job, the store needs better upper management. Edit: This place just keeps getting worse. Everything about this store is awful and every manager needs to be reported to HR and corporate.
Will never return. They charged me for something they didn't have and then refused to refund me. Manager is not there. And they screwed up my order but again refused to give me my money back. They are incompetent thieves. Horrible employees, horrible food and horrible management
