The Jack in the Box on Alondra Blvd. (Paramount, Ca) is always really good service. The tacos are good, the breakfast sandwiches are good, and the burgers are alright for the price. The milkshakes, however, are the best!

As I’m eating my dinner I decided to write a review of how pleasant my drive thru experience was. Yes passing through a drive thru is always most convenient for me yet employees never seem to fully acknowledge you or greet you politely. They are always in such a rush and want to just get the order out. That wasn’t the case from my quick stop tonight; from the beginning of ordering my food Faviola was very nice her tone of voice very cheerful. Acknowledged what i wanted to order and gave me recommendations which I am extremely thankful for. I wanted to try something new! Exceptional customer service from both Faviola and Liz I will definitely look forward to my next drive thru visit. You guys need more employees like them!
Recently during my short trip through the U.S, from Aus, I had the pleasure of interacting with a member of the Jack in the Box store 3575 customer service team - I honestly couldn’t have been more impressed. Richard Garcia was incredibly friendly, attentive, and fullfilled my order in a timely fashion. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, as one in a million. I highly recommend Richard for his exceptional, and dedicated service to anyone looking for that classic American dining experience.
I was on my way home the other day and went through the drive thru, at the speaker, the lady taking my order sounded so professional and friendly. At the window when I paid for my food, Claudia re-read my order when I realized it was her voice through the speaker. When I complimented her voice, she thanked me while handing me my food, and let me know what was in what bag while warning me that the bottom of the bag might be hot and asked if there was anything else she could get me. I never had such great customer service here before. The food never tasted better either, the curly fries were hot and fresh and the Jumbo Jack was great too. 10/10 will come back again!
Met this very amazing cashier she seemed new but had an amazing vibe. Very calm, patient, and quick on the job. 👍🏼💕 Wish I can tip but they didn’t allow 😭 Would come back definitely to get the vibe and thanks for making my morning guys!!🫶🏼🫶🏼
Always have great service at this location, staff is very attentive and also keep the area very clean. Observed them immediately cleaning up every table and area surface that is used as soon as that customer leaves to prepare it for the next customer. This lends itself to more confidence in the overall quality of the food a d did safety. Good job

No problems with this place. I go here often because it's the closest Jack in the Box. There's a drive through, and indoor bathrooms. Open early and late every day, and 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. Only complaints are a lack of a drink fountain, even though they have a coke freestyle machine, and sometimes it can get messy when a lot of little kids go through. Usually clean however, and service is both fast and good. I also like the food even though a lot of it is not healthy.
I tried the Nashville hot popcorn chicken. It was fresh and not fried too hard. The bathroom was a little dirty though

The food is good, the dining area was dirty . I had to ask to clean the table so me and my son could sit and eat. The young lady did it with no issue. And the restroom was closed so I couldn't relieve myself. Other than that it was an okay experience.

I go to Jack in The Box I order a smashburger. I hustle down to the hospital where my son has been since April thinking my order was correct. I don't know what kind of burger was in the Box had to eat it because I am diabetic and could not go back to Jack in The Box to say this is the wrong damn sandwich. If that was a smashburger I'm a monkey's uncle and I'm a girl.
It's ok. You have to make sure you tell them. You want your food fresh and hot. If not you will be disappointed. I give them 3 stars. I'll go back if I don't feel like driving no where else

All I ask for is a plain cheeseburger nothing else, no ketchup nothing like that on my burger. I got my cheeseburger loaded with ketchup and mayonnaise like I don’t understand how hard it is not to put that on there, look at the damn order again. Other than that the fries bomb and sprite always be hitting the spot. 3 stars because them fries and sprite saved you.
Went the drive through on wed Sept 3rd at 9:50 pm order the munchie meal ultimate cheeseburger with double curly fries and Dr Pepper. Got home and it was the wrong hamburger it had ketc ugh up mayo lettuce and pickles and tomato’s and cheese I tried to call the store but it goes to a Message the mailbox is full. I couldn’t eat th food because of the pickles (allergic) and the tomato’s I don’t like but the pickle juice was on the hamburger so it was a no go I didn’t drive back because I don’t want to sit in that line and then be told something that’s what I tried to call first. —hopefully someone from Jackie the box corp sees this and reaches out since the store mailbox is full Waste of time and money Not happy

I usually come through the drive thru and most of the time I order food my food have been dry or over cooked. I have ordered the jalapenos and they are always dry to the point it taste funky. I also order a number four whopper and most of the time the meat is dry like if it has been sitting their fries are old as well.
Well I thought it was going to be good until I get my simple order of a Jumbo Jack Combo with no cheese no onions no tomato that won't be hard I get to my destination and take a bite and there's cheese in there so basically it was a no-go on the Jumbo Jack how easy is it NOT to put cheese on a burger. I was there today and honestly it was disappointment when I got home and found out my club salad was made with shredded lettuce. It really sucks staff doesn’t let you know they run out of romaine and had to put shredded lettuce. The salad is only sh lettuce and has a different taste. :(. I would of taken something else.

Giftmas day alot of food spot were closed. i already was grumpy. I ordered a 22 croissant sandwich combo. Bit into the hash brown and immediately spit it out. I look at how sloppy the sandwich was put together. I just threw away the whole order. Found a donut shop and had fresh Squeezed juices made. I'd rather not get sick attempting to eat left over hash browns there serving I lost my appetite for the sandwich. Thanks jack, for the terrible experience
Super slow service. Place my order online to avoid waiting got to the place to pick up had to wait on the Drivethroug to pick up my order. Once I got home the order was incomplete. I called the store the "manager " told she was super busy to help me... oh well. What do I expect from Jack in the box....
Very ,very Unprofessional and rude young lady in the drive thru, the gentleman at the evening shift is always cool, and always gets it right, and repeats the order before you pay, I know times are bad ,but you just can't hire anyone, some people are not good at dealing with the public, and maybe they should be cooking or cleaning, very sad to see someone with that attitude dealing with the public. DO A BETTER JOB AT HIRING PEOPLE AND PUTTING THEM IN THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC
The girl at the drive through was completely rude. I myself worked at jack for 11 months and never was I rude like her. We had to repeat our order almost three times because she wasn't paying attention and when she was she was very cold and monotoned, just an overall negative feel. She got our drink wrong and on top charged us for a whole different combo that we didn't even mention. We told her thank you and she just slammed the door in our face. Rey rides I love the food from Jack but having a rude employee makes your experience not fun. The manager Maria was nicer when giving me my return so I didn't tell her that the drive thru employee was rude. I didn't get the name of the girl but I hope she learns the be nicer
Went through the drive through and ordered jalapeno poppers when I got to the window the young man said did you order 3 orders of three poppers or 1 order of 3? I said 1 order of 3 . the young man and another employee enjoyed a good laugh and gave me my order when I got home there were no poppers!!!!!! P.O!!!
Good service although one time they wanted me to pay .50 per ranch so i left and went to the one on imperial. also today i found this in my strawberry shake(a piece of bacon i think). Idk but it was horribly disgusting i almost threw up immediately. So yeah check out the pictures to see that im not lying about the disgusting shake incident. I think they added a bunch of false advertisment picturse that corporate office spendings millions on to make their playdough food look good and make you want to buy it.
Look out for Yanira. If shes making your order, Triple check it. She purposely messes up your order. Was being nice but after the 4th! time of consecutively messing my order, It became obvious she is Malicious. You need help Yanira. And you have extremely poor attitude. Shouldn’t be working there if you hate your job so much. Humble yourself.
Employee Conduct Complaint, Poor Customer Service Experience Dear Jack in the Box Management, On October 5th 2025, around 9:15 PM, my wife and I decided to stop by your location to get something to eat. We arrived around 9:22 PM and immediately noticed an unpleasant attitude from the cashier taking our order. When we greeted him with a “hi,” his response was simply, “What can I get for you?” with no courtesy or acknowledgment. Almost immediately after asking that, he said, “By the way, we don’t have any sodas available right now.” Because of this, we needed a moment to decide on different drink options. We politely asked him to repeat what beverages were available, and he replied in a dismissive tone, “Ahhh, I said lemonade, Powerade, and Hi-C, I think.” As we were trying to decide, the cashier continued to rush us and spoke impatiently, even though there were only two cars in the drive-thru and the restaurant was not busy. When we placed our order, he did not ask if we wanted a medium or large meal, so we asked him to make it large. At that point, he sounded annoyed and responded, “Ah, can I get something else for you?” We also asked him to repeat our order to make sure everything was correct, as we have some allergy and diabetes concerns. However, he refused to do so and kept saying, “What else can I get for you?” in a frustrated tone. Nothing appeared on the screen to confirm our order, and he never told us the total before directing us to the first window. Due to the poor attitude and lack of professionalism, we decided to cancel our order at the window. His response was a sarcastic “K, have a good night,” followed by a laugh. We completely understand that running out of certain drinks can happen, we manage restaurants ourselves in West Hollywood, but this type of service and attitude reflects very poorly on the company. Since no one at this location wanted to give me this mans name here he is!!! This location has extremely poor service on top of slamming the window and asking do u want the food or not? And telling me I'm taking my sweet time ! Since when do restaurant employees speak to customers this way after I asked the other woman why have my tacos been at the window while helping a gentleman that walked up to the window ordered and I waited? Isn't it a safety concern giving service to someone walking up? I worked customer service at Jack in the box 4 yrs to know how it works ! He spoke Spanish walked away and had the cook with blond hair come up and laugh at me ! I requested a refund! The lady was upset rolled her eyes and slammed the door again! This man should be fired or retrained ! Honestly I'm in shock do not go here if I could leave a 0 review I would!
I ordered through Grubhub yesterday, 11/12/25, and I was very disappointed. There was no syrup for my French Toast Sticks; no cream and sugar for my coffee; eggs overcooked; bacon undercooked; no napkins; no cutlery. Not a good experience! 😕
Horrible customer service , food is rushed and done incorrectly. If you go through the drive through they make you back up and almost hit the other cars to reset their timer instead of working better.. So I went inside and the kitchen smells like a sewer. I wanted to throw up. There's been a sewer smell coming from the kitchen for months how the workers put up with it is beyond my understanding. Horrible service. Horrible health hazards. Horrible smell. Horrible restaurant.

They take too long to make your the food.
I did an online order for multiple tacos and was so disappointed. They were all inconsistently made, extremely messy, and looked highly unappetizing. Aside from this, the tacos themselves were not like the ones I've had at other Jack in the Boxes. The tacos left me feeling sick and nauseous. The taco wrappers were covered in taco sauce and oil. The bags they gave us were covered in different sauces and leaking. Customer service was not what I normally receive from Jack's. It was highly unsanitary, and we had to wait past the time they said my order would be ready. Definitely not coming back to this Jack in the Box.
last week when I came here the employee named Joanna was so rude and unprofessional in drive thru window. I was polite smiling and even told her to have a good day. yet she raised her voice at me for no reason. Management should address this behavior immediately.
So why say it's 24 hr when you try to order before 5am they tell you only doordash or Uber. False advertisement.

Today I went there and as soon as I entered the kitchen was hectic. Many got their orders wrong and the employees were definitely stressed. The lady who took my order was really stand offish and rude. I understand sometimes you’re having a bad day but there’s a limit. 9 times out of 10 I go here it’s a rude worker even through drive through. Hopefully there’s a way to make the workers job easier.
What is going on here I came to buy 5 chicken sandwish in a drink in the Cashier Vickie with a bad attitud told me there no restroom so I can used it no no no I do not accept this not at all this has to change to the manager by law I need to used the restroom any time this happen today 04-16-25 around 3:30 pm they block the entry of the restroom no good at all!!!
Went in today to pick my order up that I ordered through the app, we walked in instead of drive through and we saw all the employees without gloves. The lady was prepping our food with her bare hands and we told them but the girl just stood still and said ummmm we do wear gloves. Another man said yea she’s wearing gloves but took them off. Why would she take them off when prepping the food makes no sense. I don’t wanna eat someone’s skin flakes. We were given our refund lady at the register was nice
Absolutely booty.. I ordered in uber eats for a quick midnight munch and it was the worst thing I have ever had. This was my first time ordering from this specific Jack since the one by my house started closing earlier. The curly fries were all so small like they gave me the bottom bits, the burger was incredibly dry, the lettuce in it was smaller than my palm and was browning around the edges (it looked like they tried to tear off the bad bits and left me with a itty bitty piece).. I never complain about Jack because it’s a quick and cheap meal but god was this horrible.
