This Bees is the best place to hang out and have fun with new people. There have been some staff changes but having Dom behind the bar makes everything great! She is working very hard to make sure we continue to get that friendly, fast service we have come to expect at the Bee.

We came from Hugo & I will say it was worth it. Dominique took care of me and my family and it was 12 of us we enjoyed her as our server ! Everything came out on time. The food was delicious. Her service was excellent. She was all smiles. Anything we wanted she got for us. She was clean. Hair was nice. She laughed at our jokes. She definitely has the personality for Applebees. Would love to come see her behind the bar one night because she mentioned to us that she is a bartender as well. Me and my husband will be coming back to sit at her bar when she is back there. I had a great time at Applebees in Paris I had never visited this one. My first time there with a friend was a vibe. My waiter Dominique was approachable and polite didn’t have any problems with our food or wait time came she came and checked on us even when it got busy. The drinks were a great mixture definitely worth the price. I would def recommend visiting and if you aren’t with family sitting at the bar!!

The server needed to pay attention to what she was doing with paying customers. She has a loud voice, she was talking to other staff about anything and everything. She was ok. But, lots more training will hopefully help her. The food was very good and served hot.

Perfect late evening stop for food after work. Got sat very quickly, nice clean booth. Server, Kayla, was also very quick to notice and come over. Very friendly but professional as well. I noticed she mentioned the special pricing on the wings to the table next to us when they ordered the appetizer version of them. Very nice to see someone helping their customers save a little $! Only thing I would change is that the garlic parm wings were a little dry, the smaller ones, but since they all cook for the safe specified time, I guess that's to be expected on occasion. Overall, great experience!

My server left my drink to water down at the bar for almost 20 minutes. I normally leave a large tip when the service is good. She never even asked us if the food was good or if we needed anything.

As good as an Applebee's gets. I'd give five stars but I always dock one for not having Mexican Coke Cola on hand. Other than that service was prompt, friendly and not too bothersome. The food was delicious especially the creamy cheese broccoli. Definitely will be back again on our next pass.

We ate here for lunch, and it was a typical experience. We were seated immediately and given our preference on seating type. A waiter came after about 5 minutes and we ordered drinks and food at the same time. He brought our drinks right away and remembered straws. Our food came out in a timely manner (about 7 minutes). We both enjoyed the food, and the lunch portions were generous. The waiter mentioned he would come back with napkins but never made it as he was handling about 6 tables. We flagged him down for the to-go box and check. Sweet tea was $3.50, which seems steep, but the lunches were $6.99 and $7.99, so that was a good deal. We will eat lunch here again in the future.

We went on Valentine’s Day, so it was busy however we were not given silverware or napkins until we asked for them after we had gotten our appetizers. Had to flag down a separate server to ask for appetizers because our waitress didn’t ask when she got our drink order. The food came out luke warm, because they’re down to one burner working and the server said they tried to throw both steaks on there together but she did reheat them for us… had to ask for refills. Another server finally removed all our plates that were stacked on the edge of the table as she was walking by so we weren’t still at a dirty table even though she was busy herself. Shout out to Camisha for being a great waitress to a table that wasn’t hers.

An update from my latest visit on 02/04/2024. Took my family there for lunch. It wasn't too busy and we was promptly seated. At first, server was attentive and got our drink and appetizer order rather quickly. Appetizers arrived surprizingly fast but that is where it ended. Half way through our appetizer our drinks arrived. Finished our appetizer and sat and waited. About 30 min in our waiter took our order right after another table. We ordered the AYCE plates. A table next to us vacated and was seated shortly after. Another 30 min goes by and the table that ordered before us received their meal, then shortly after, their refill. The table next to us who was seated after us also received their meal. 2 other tables who came in after us also received their meal. We still haven't received ours. Our waiter was no where to be found however. After an hour and half I asked hostess if we could cancel our order. Another 20 min goes by and our waiter finally shows up with the ticket so I can pay for what little we did receive. Extremely poor service and a very inattentive waiter.

Chicken tenders served 5 to start because they had to fry up more to make order. Brought the rest of order as we were packing up to go. Cheese Burger was good. Service was slammed with the inner drinking circle of table. Outside tables seemed to be after thought if you weren't drinking.

When dining in Applebee's is wonderful but do not order your food to go and have it delivered as they will leave your food out and then tell you to figure out how to get your money back. I ordered my food straight through Applebee's website and not through Doordash so when I tried to get my money refunded on items they left out there was nowhere to click as it did not show my order on Doordash. Very frustrated with how they treat their customers after making the mistake of leaving paid items out.

Couldn't even get someone to wait on us for a drink order after 20 minutes of waiting at 12:45pm with an almost empty restaurant. We got up and left and went to the competition Chili's where the wait staff and food were excellent! We'll never go back to the bee place again.

BAR RESCUE PLEASE HELP! Or visit was on the evening of 07/16/2021 at Applebee’s in Paris, TX.. Food is good and consistently the same. Some of the servers are awesome. However, this place needs Bar Rescue. The young man seating customers was back and forth from the kitchen getting fries and eating them in front of customers. He even had fries in his hand while seating guests. I would have fired him that night. Many of the servers and management don’t even know how to properly dress themselves, including the young man eating fries. Tuck in the shirts people. Don’t dress like a slouch. Many of the young men need a barber, for there head and face. No pride in the appearance. I don’t mind long hair and a beard. I have a beard too. But you are in the food service industry, clean it up. People are trying to eat. Shouldn’t it be a pleasant place to do so. 80 percent of the staff have zero pride and/or a quality work ethic. A few weeks ago one server even told us about the infection she was fighting. Thank God we had already finished our food. This has been our go to restaurant for years. Things are getting worse every time we go. If big changes don’t happen we will be looking elsewhere.

Pretty disappointed the bartender woman didn’t even offer me anything for my birthday. Don’t they usually do the ice cream or brownie dessert? I ordered the bucket from Applebees witch much better split bc it’s only allowed to be ordered with 2 people. It was totally full of ice and brought in a tiny bucket. When asked about the contents I was told it was 12 oz and it was maybe 6 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was working food delivery last night and got an order from Applebee's I arrived at 5pm I was told that the catering order was being bagged by 515pm I did not have my food. I then asked about it and was told that they were really busy and they did not know when my order would be ready. by 530pm I asked to speak with a manager A lady came out and then told be that they are subbing any food and that i needed to call the customer i was livid by 550pm I finally had my order and got the food to the customer. unless you are sitting in the restaurant these people do not care one bit about getting your food to you. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Shane was our waiter. Service was slow due to Christmas Day crowd. Finally got food. Brought tabs. Mine had 4.00 soda, which didn't order. Shane told me he couldn't correct that, that I should just collect that from the other guest that I came in with that he should have charged it to. We eat at the Paris restaurant frequently, but I believe that will change going forward.

Applesbees located at 3905 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75462. Walked in to pick up my order at 12:10am. The atmosphere and services sucks. Food was great , paid $16 per meal , the meals came with no drinks . Didn’t like that very much.

Bartender was rude and waited till I was the last customer to be tended to because I wouldn’t give her a tip when she asked and was expecting to get one. That was rude. Won’t be coming back!

I was done eating when she came over to ask if it was one ticket, he mentioned he hasn’t even received his food yet & she remembered what he ordered & said she would go check on it. When she finally came back around she said it should be done in a couple minutes & I asked if it just got turned in & she apologetically said yes. So… we waited longer… & some more… & he finally got his food. Yes, thankfully it was nice & HOT. (That would have been a whole other issue after this wait, lol). So it was good & he finished eating while Mom & I watched tv (thank goodness there was that to keep us occupied 😄). Jennifer was very apologetic & had the manager adjust the ticket. Although at this point I’m still irritated, I feel like she did everything she could & we were just ready to get back on the road. BUT…. Where is the manager??? Never once did they come out to check on us or express their apology or concern. I mentioned to the waitress to mention to the manager that they should have came out to the table & she offered to go get them if I wanted. No, probably best I don’t, just a little heated. Back in the car & realized out of frustration when the waitress brought out our change, I left without leaving a tip….. for the waitress, Jennifer. 🙁😡.

I could give a long speech but instead I will just say the experience was awful The bartender didn't even want to be there and she was sweet, but then she wasn't. I went with a group on Sunday night and sat near the bar. We could not get service a day when we did she would not bring our drinks out. She even made a smart comment to my uncle I had brought out that night and ruined the whole experience for all of us. The food was trash and took forever to be delivered. I highly suggest to anyone that they choose a different option than this place.

Well…we came in at 5pm and immediately seated. About 10 minutes go by with no one coming to our table, so my husband got up and asked a server if she could send someone to our table. She told us she didn’t come to our table bc it was actually supposed to be another server assigned to that area and apologized for the delay. We told her that was fine and ordered drinks. Got those…and no one ever came back to take our order. 3-4 wait staff just hanging out talking to each other. After about 20 minutes and no one came to take our order, we all just got up and left. That was hands down the WORST service we have ever gotten in a restaurant. McDonalds provides better service than the Applebee’s in Paris, TX. And no, they weren’t busy. We were a party of 4, there was probably 4 tables with 2-3 people at each table, all other tables were empty. We will not be visiting that Applebee’s again.

Upon arrival, I ordered a nice beverage and food, ordering a side salad to go with my main course that included 2 vegetables. But my salad never arrived until all my food was served at the same time. I complained, so Manager was called and she advised she would speak with my server about proper staging but nothing else was offered at fix my issue, so I explained that my main course would be cold by the time I'd eaten my salad, but No One Cared, SO NEITHER DO I. I'LL SIMPLY NEVER GO BACK!!!

I ordered something and she brought something completely different. There where drunk load people that would not mind there own business. Then when I got the right order it tasted like someone put way to much lemon on it. Absolutely horrible.

Went last night. 1/24/22. Food was horrible. Got onion rings for an appetizer. Tasted like they were cooked with shrimp. I ordered ribs off of the 2/$35, split with my granddaughter. Ribs were dry and burnt. I ask for a baked potato. Got mashed potato. My granddaughter got salmon. She said it was just ok. My son, who usually cleans his plate, ordered one of the burgers. He ate nearly half and did not finish it. He said it wasn’t good. He didn’t eat the fries either. We didn’t leave any food at our table. Got “to go” box and brought it home for the chickens. Expensive chicken food!!!! Waitress was ok. Could have been better. But, she was busy bussing tables also. Won’t go back.

Bartender has unacceptable behavior. My food was given to someone else, it sat with those people for a few mins then she sees it and says o that's not urs then trys to give it to me I kindly said I would like it fresh now please. She let out a big sigh looked at me like she wanted to kill me mumbled something then stormed off. I wouldn't be shocked if they just rewarmed the food that another person touched. Very unsanitary and the bartender is very rude for no reason I'm a good tipper and very respectful save the rude mean behavior for people who actually deserve it for some very strong reason. Or just learn how to properly show customer service. I know me and 2 other people are never going back to apple bees because this bartender still works there on the weekends.
