We have been going to this Domino's for 3 years now. The product is definitely going down in quality. I ordered 3 medium 2 topping pizzas. All 3 were burnt. The thin crust was so burnt that the whole outer portion of the pizza was inedible. Tried calling to get some answers and they don't answer the phones. Not the first time this has happened but will definitely be the last. Not really impressed.

The domino's pizza in Bolivar Tennessee, where do I start? Most of my experiences before have been horrible. I have spoken to very rude people who act like they are doing you a favor by selling you pizza in the past, it was horrid! Rude people, it has taken them an hour and twenty minutes to delivery food and I live nearly 2 miles away. I have called to complain to management and was met with contempt, I have been inside to pick up my order and was looked at like I came from the moon. I have gotten cold pizza and quit ordering for a while. Recently delivery has been much better and I have gotten hot food. I hope management has changed. I wish I could say better as this is the only pizza delivery in my town, and I can't say every experience has been a regret especially the last three times I have ordered but before I think they should have been shutdown. Keep up the work I have seen the last few times I have ordered and be successful but slide back to rude employees, hateful managers, hour and a half wait times and cold food and you will have to close in a year. Best of luck.

Tried to order at the window and then wait out front to stay outta the cold. Was told I could not order at the window thati had to either call or come inside. I pulled around front so I could see inside the store and then called their new. Noone answered or even attempt to answer the phone had to get out in the below freezing weather which harrd for a 70 year old that is disabled. On a positive note the food was good.

Lots of great folks work there, I'm not sure what's happening, just letting you know.

I tend not to leave bad reviews, and hope no employee takes this personally. But I'm close to being done with Paris tn Dominos. In every area the quality has gone down. Pizza with no cheese or toppings on 50% of it. Being told it's not done after waiting long past the TRACKER time. And with no effort to compensate or make it right. Again. Lots of great folks work there, I'm not sure what's happening, just letting you know.

Im very very disappointed in my order today all I can say the food was horrible, the service was horrible and i paid way too much for the crap I got. Yes crap!! My family will never go back. Next time I will take my family somewhere else.

I like extra sauce, it’s not a mistake or up to you to figure out if I meant it. This time it was extra pepperoni instead. My wife’s pizza was supposed to be pan, nope it was thin. Read the order make the correct order, it’s a simple transaction that this dominoes can’t seem to accomplish.

I understand there is a problem with Verizon but 2.5 hours later I still have not received my pizza. I've called exactly 17 times. They marked it as "delivered" a hour and a half ago. I spoke with one person who told me to wait 10 minutes then call back. No one will answer now. No food and now out of money... great way to treat your customers.

Very often this store will not take online orders and most of the deals are for online only. I’m done with domino’s in Paris. Aces Pizza from now on no matter the cost

My pizza has been out of the oven and in quality check for over 30 mins. What is the point of ordering a hot pizza if its going to sit out. I will not be using this dominoes nor any other dominoes. I will move on to one of the many other competitors. Horrible experience.
