Best restaurant experience I've had in A LONG WHILE!!!
Place an order for a future time and we arrived early. Advised the guy behind the counter and since it was for 20 minutes later it wasn’t on their board. Showed him my order on my phone. Manager came out and said they would have my order out asap. They were having ice machine problems so water was everywhere, but they were dealing with it. The egg rolls were delicious. Cooked to perfection.
The tacos are first for myself in my opinion on their menu but everything I have ate there is always good. The taco sauce is very good also. The drive thru service is always fast. Great open hours and always a friendly staff which keeps me going back.
***UPDATE*** Manager contacted me then next day. She told me when she would be in and would remake my order. Went in today and she did exactly as she said she would. Moved this from a 1 star to a 5 star*** Very unhappy! I don't know what's going on but this isn't right. I ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered 2 smash burger meals, chicken nuggets and an apple juice. After 5 minutes, we were asked to pull around to the front. Sat there 20 minutes and still had no food. Went in to find out how much longer it was going to be. At that point they handed me the food. Got home and omg, the burgers were dry, no sauce. So I had to call. The manager said (or so he said he was) to come back up and he would remake them. They did not remake them. They added sauce to the burgers I brought back. 100% not satisfied.
It was okay but you know the thing about it is it's Jack in the box so when you order a number four and I give you a number one you really can't really say anything about it because I mean that's what they commonly do is mistake the orders so if you want a good surprise meal go eat it Jack in the box
Hard to understand the drive through lady but food was good. Took a while to get 4 of the 2 taco's.
Great ultimate cheese burger and fries. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful. Dining room music was awful, made me want to get out of there as fast as I could. Women's restroom door lock was non functional. Don't like to use my phone to get a self serve coke. Buttons were hard to read on the machine itself. Clean dining room. **After seeing your response below, I wanted to clarify a couple of points. I will not be returning to the Jack in the Box in Paris Texas. The reply you gave was callous, and showed clearly that you're not interested in customer relations. I had not been to Jack in the Box in over 20 years, and stopped by yesterday to see if the menu had changed. While the food was still good, and the service was fast, your reply showed how little concern you have for the customers. If you are a manager, shame on you. If you are some random server and have the job of answering the reviews on Google, then you should not be doing that job. Either way, whomever wrote the reply to my review is an acting representative of Jack In The Box, and corporate should get involved on a higher level with who they employ. I don't have to have Jack in the Box like you think, and will not return. If you're able, go back and read my review for content, I didn't have a "great time" at your restaurant.
The burger was delicious but the fries seemed a little undercooked. Fresher fries cooked longer would get it a 5 star rating.
The food is ok for something cheap and quick. Could use more workers bc they seem shorthanded all the time. However, everytime my fiance and I go in drive thru a young lady named Xery is working and shes always very pleasant. She's always in good spirits and so nice. Makes the trip worth it!
Food cold. Hashbrowns hard as a rock, like it had been fried 3 or 4 times. Store dirty. Does anyone in Paris take pride in the food they serve?
No line in the drive through, employee taking orders was inaudible when I pulled up but it sounded like he had said he would be right with me. After sitting for several minutes I finally asked if I should just order when I was ready and he got an attitude saying that is what he told me when I pulled up. Ordered 2 tacos and large curly fry, tacos seem undercooked. They're not very hot and cheese isn't melted, and no sauce on them. Fries taste like dirty fryer grease and are covered in small black burnt bits.
Just tried to get tacos and bacon cheddar fries. Was informed that they didn't have bacon cheddar anything. Ok. No problem. 10 tacos, regular curly fries and two sweet teas. Nope don't have sweet tea. No sodas and no water bottles. Regular water is fine. Total went from $23 to 30 with the water. Ha! We just left. This is not the first time I've pulled away from this place.
We were never acknowledged by the staff after nearly 6-7 min of waiting. Yes, there were a couple of people in the drive-thru but restaurant was not extraordinarily busy. The kitchen was dirty. Beneath fryer didn’t appear to have been swept or cleaned in a while. Decided to leave after being completely ignored.
Paid almost 20 an my double cheesebuger was not in bag careless.
Orderd a buy one get one meal only got 1 burger 1 drink no side and called them they sayd they dont know what to say or how to help
Once the lobby closes at 10pm, expect a 30min to 1 hour wait in the drive through for your food. Absolutely ridiculous
Waited an hour as of now. A dasher was there waiting to get our food 20 minutes ago and gave up. Front desk at the hotel said the same location messed up several orders yesterday as well. Worst experience with this chain ever. Edit: talked to several locals & every single one said the same thing, that location is a problem and had we asked first they would have told us to order from anywhere else. So I am putting it here. Don't waste your time or money.
We ordered a sourdough jack combo, a cheeseburger, and 4 tacos through the drive in. Server was disinterested and curt. It took at least 30 mins to get our food and missing the fries. We told them the fries were missing and the girl said she'll bring it to us. She never did. A short stop to get food ended up taking us over an hour Also when we opened the cheeseburger it was a chicken sandwich. This was a genuinely terrible experience.
NOOE NO STARS TODAY! I can't believe this was sent out! My total order was wrong from the tacos to the jumbo jack. This location really has gone down the past few months.
Went thru the drive thru got a Sourdough Jack and it was a mess. I very thin piece of meat on a bun with a piece of bacon and a slice of tomato. Fries were cold. Worst 10.00 I've ever spent this is why I go toMcDonald's. .
I’m officially done eating at jack in the box in Paris tx. Waited over 5 mins to get order taken waited over 15 mins for under cooked food happened 6 times in a row. Lesson learned
Can’t count. I ordered 6 egg rolls, I guess they had a problem adding or getting second box. What a disappointment., spoke with Mgr Roy, apologized and will replace the order on a repeat visit.
