Starbucks Paris Reviews
I rated this Starbucks with 5 definitely nit for the food or service but compared to the normal branches this one is really different. It has what all other branches have but the seating is very nice an different
The staff was incredible, the most amazing starbucks I’ve ever visited. Commonly crowded
Although the place was over crowded service was very quick and impeccable The order did not take 5 mn to be ready and staff was patient, polite and smiling all the time Thank you
The interior is stunning. Laptop friendly and there are plenty of seats to work comfortably for a few hours.
It was truly a different experience. The interior design is beautiful, and the coffee tastes much smoother compared to Starbucks in other countries. From a design perspective, it feels quite different from many Starbucks locations, so I definitely recommend visiting just to see it. However, it’s not suitable as a working space it’s very crowded and noisy, with many people coming out of curiosity. Still, absolutely worth seeing for the atmosphere and design.
Incredible! I traveled to see a Starbucks?! It’s unbelievable but definitely worth it! With its old decorations, you still feel like you’re in those times, drinking your coffee! Though the entrance is very modern style of Starbucks.. It’s a bit crowded, hard to find a seat with plug to use laptop
I'm not a Starbucks fan, but this one is truly one of the most beautiful Starbucks in the world, and since I was in the neighborhood, I didn't want to pass it up. It's so beautiful that most of the time is crowded, so you'll struggle to get a table. Once that's done, you can enjoy your coffee, which tastes the same in almost every country. We accompanied it with a delicious slice of pie. I recommend not skipping this visit.
I was recommended to visit this Starbucks on Boulevard des Capucines in Paris—not so much for the coffee (it’s Starbucks, after all) but for its stunning interior design. Housed in a 19th-century former bank building, it features ornate ceilings, marble columns, and grand chandeliers, making it one of the most beautiful Starbucks locations in the world. The coffee is exactly what you’d expect from Starbucks, but I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of pastries, far more than what I usually see in the U.S. It was a bit warm inside during my visit, but the atmosphere and architecture more than made up for it. A must-see stop for coffee lovers and anyone who appreciates historic Parisian elegance.
firstly, what a beautiful store! secondly, & more importantly, I ordered a iced lavender matcha latte (absolutely delicious) but it came with the wrong milk. I went to order another drink, when the cashier (Catherine, what an angel) told me not to worry & corrected my drink for me without a hassle & in the friendliest way! so so grateful for the experience!
I have visited the prettiest Starbucks in Paris. It’s set in a stunning old building, and the inside is full of charm with frescoed ceilings and chandeliers. It’s not like your usual Starbucks. Even though it gets really busy, it’s definitely worth a stop to grab a coffee and take in the view.
Starbucks offers a great atmosphere with its classic high ceilings and cozy interior design that feels both modern and inviting. The spacious layout makes it a relaxing spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, whether you’re there to read, work, or socialize with friends. The gentle background music and welcoming vibe add to the charm, creating a perfect blend of comfort and productivity. Always a reliable choice for coffee lovers seeking a dependable and enjoyable environment!
This Starbucks near the Opéra is unlike any I've ever seen—it's a true masterpiece! The decor resembles that of a museum, with stunning architectural details and elegant furnishings that create an upscale ambiance. Every corner is beautifully designed, making it a feast for the eyes. Despite its beauty, the café is always bustling with locals and tourists alike, which speaks to its popularity. The coffee is, of course, up to the brand's standard, but the atmosphere truly elevates the experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick drink or settling in to enjoy the surroundings, this Starbucks is a must-visit for anyone in the area.
Absolutely stunning! This Starbucks is unlike any other. From the outside and the main entry, it looks like any normal Starbucks, but step inside and you're transported to a different world. Situated in a historic building, the interior boasts opulent decor reminiscent of the grandeur of Palais Garnier and Versailles. The intricate details, lavish furnishings, and elegant ambiance make it a must-visit. Whether you're a coffee lover or a history enthusiast, this Starbucks offers a unique and breathtaking experience that you won't want to miss.
Another ever so tlstarbucks ...starbucks! Menu currently set to all your fall favorites as it is October! The drinks are nice and hot or cold if preferred with their refressing taste. And the staff are very friendly and welcoming! The customers however, oi vey. Everyone could use a little kindness. Understandably it is a beautifully architecture building thats thats no excuse to be upset over the crowd or rude to the staff. Been multi times here and unfortunately the customers all seem overly hostile. Kudos to the staff for holding their joy and kindness despite the customers grumpiness. Swing by for a coffee and look around but be wary of the atmospheres
A surprisingly impressive Starbucks with a stunning interior—definitely one of the most beautiful locations in the chain. The grand seating area feels more like a historic salon than a coffee shop, and it's a great spot to relax or work if you can find a seat. Unfortunately, it's often very crowded, and seating is hard to come by. Still, if you're looking for a familiar coffee in an unforgettable setting, it's worth a stop.
Date 13/10/2025: This SB outlet is most beautiful Starbucks around the globe. 5 stars decoration. But the cafe Latte lacks the aromatic taste and Barista must be trained to communicate with customers in minimum English. When we enquire why 3 cafe latte was made instead of 4, the barista keeps smiling with us. When we requested for the receipt to articulate our request he said bye bye to us,🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Starbucks on Boulevard des Capucines is one of the prettiest Starbucks stores in Paris. It’s located inside a converted 17th-century courtyard, and the interior is stunning and unlike any other Starbucks in the city. The staff member who served me was really enthusiastic and friendly. She appeared to have not only great knowledge about the coffee and the menu, but she seemed so happy to be there and helped make my experience a better one. I ordered an Iced Toffee Nut Latte, the coffee did taste slightly weak, and it was far too milky for my liking, but I liked how they served it in a regular glass, compared to paper/plastic I did find it to be very busy, even visiting at mid-day on a Monday, it was difficult to find a table, and the few free tables were unclean with crumbs/spillages/empty cups. One of the best-looking Starbucks locations in the city, with a super-friendly barista, although beverage quality and cleanliness could be improved.
I am very disappointed in the current bobochic paris x starbucks collaboration happening at this location. It has caused several problems at this otherwise lovely starbucks and has overall made the experience negative for many clients. The idea of having comfortable couches for the season is good in theory, but in practice does not work at all. The couches cover up all the charging ports, which many people need to use. The couches also take up far more space than chairs, and are often too low to use the tables comfortably. The result is that many people often wait and fight over the fewer tables with actual chairs, and over the few corners that have charging ports. This collaboration was a nice idea, but very impractical and not well executed. If you just want to drink a coffee and rest on the couches for a while it is okay, but if you need to charge something and/or work, know that this is not the best place to do so, at least while the bobochic paris x starbucks collaboration is going on.
The whole point of going to a Starbucks in Paris is that it's a known quantity -- there will be coffee, internet, and you pay in advance (and hence have control over when you may exit). I showed up this morning (12 Feb 2026) in advance of a meeting nearby -- but it was closed. For renovation. Big sign outside. That's fine -- but I wish they had updated this entry here. (If they care about Google maps etc, that is)
I don't know what needs to happen for a Starbucks employee to understand a basic order like - espresso with cold cow's milk. I got an Americano with warm milk. Such a shame because the cafe is gorgeous - like your coffee is the worst!!! They corrected their mistake by putting two cubes of ice in it and the coffee became even more bland.
Was very disappointed. Everyone there for the same reason I was, to see and have a coffee at the prettiest Starbucks in Paris. It was overloaded with people, line up was huge and you could smell the toilets before entering. Once inside I was grossed out and shocked. I saw people walking in and straight back out. Looks pretty but hygiene was a let down.
