1/13/26 approximately 6:30 PM. Ordered the bowl chicken. The sour cream and the avocado taste like chemicals. Very disgusting! Also very small servings for the price. You should at least spread the food to fill in the bottom.

The manager was friendly. The whole order to receive food was quick. Food was not made with good portions. Mexican pizza wasn't cut. The tostada, which I was excited for, had the toppings in the middle. Which ended up being a bean taco. So disappointing. Hard shell tacos Supreme had very little toppings.

NORMALLY I'd give 4 stars (can't give 5, because then they have nothing to strive for), but the young blonde who took my order was awesome but totally WRONG- not her fault- she took it correctly, but the dude who made the order fumbled badly

I normally always get the same thing 2 stk am crunchwraps with no cause and extra stk egg and cheese and every time I tell them please make sure it's filled up because they always cheat me and it's 20 bucks

What a joke. These tacos have a literal one bite of meat in them. You should call this a bread sandwich. Taco Bell has jokes y'all. They have a specialty item, and it's specialty is pretending to be a taco.

Don't go during evening/late hours. The drive-through cashier likes to play games (example - holding out your food/card/receipt, then slowly pulling back as you reach for it until you realize he's doing it). I don't mind humor, but when it's at my expense, I'd rather go to Jack in the Box. Edit: Just remembered they also forgot the hot sauce and the nacho cheese for one of my items.

Taco Bello is over priced! I’m done eating out. Once we stop buying from them they will see that people are sick of their over priced food. They add no meat to the tacos, I’m sick of it

They dont order plastic knifes at this location i guess well how do you cut a childs burrito with a fork thats what she gave me. Had to goto Strad’s pizza for a plastic knife. Forget this location lobby smells like sewage also must be break under cement also.

Got UberEats. Listen, I understand that it's annoying to do your job at all hours of your shift, but that doesn't mean you should take it out on the customer. We ordered 3 Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches, 1 Cantina Chicken Quesadilla Meal (with a soft taco, and cherry Pepsi) as well as sauces and Cinnamon Twists. They did not give us the twists, the tacos were messy, lacking a lot of cheese, cold, and made my boyfriend feel sick after eating. The quesadilla was the bare minimum. Cold solid cheese on less than half of each slice of quesadilla, lackluster chicken portion, which was rubbery and gross. The drink did not come with a straw. We ordered this at around 1am, they close at 1:30. It got to us and left the building at least 10 minutes before close. There's no excuse to treat a customer like this. I used to work fast food, and it sucked when someone came in right before close, but I didn't prepare their food worse than others. Because I’m not a complete jerk. Unacceptable behavior from tonight's crew. (Edit to add pictures)

Really no excuse to be waiting this long for a mobile order. Its so annoying that drive through is prioritized over inside orders. Nothing is more infuriating then seeing cars pull up order there food and drive off. 30 fn min. Add a refund button to the app so we can just refund and go somewhere else. Unacceptable.

If you love getting the wrong order every time, this Taco Bell is for you. Three times now I have been given beef inside of veggie items I ordered from the veggie menu for a reason. Just ordered bean burrito with no cheese add rice, in my veggie cravings box, got beef and beans instead. This is the third time this has happened. Please hire employees who can read. I am tired of having meat snuck into my food that never called for meat to begin with.
