Capitati per caso in questo ristorante, abbiamo trovato una cucina ricercata, con abbinamenti non scontati e buone materie prime ben valorizzate a prezzi molto onesti per la qualità offerta (88 euro per due antipasti, due primi, due dolci, acqua, pane e calice di vino). Unica pecca: con soli quattro tavoli coperti, il servizio è andato a rilento tra una portata e l'altra. Esperienza consigliata!

An absolutele gem. The wine card is massive and has something for all tastes. The food menu is small but everything is carefully selected and absolutely delicious. And the server was very friendly and gave great suggestions. Plus he was very good at explaining The wine.

Very tasty food - isn't it all in Parma - but ORP has a diversity not find elsewhere in the city. We were recommended a super Chardonnay from Tuscany, which we wouldnt normally have chosen without our servers help. Great music, art and room! Just go!

This place is just insanely good. Good, old traditional Parma food. You can find all the classics here, and they don't disappoint. We had the table of salumi (12 EUR, good price for the amount), the table of parmigiano reggiano (15 EUR, quite expensive for the amount of cheese that came since it was really few), the tortelli and the anolini (12 EUR each, really fair price). A friend of mine had the raw horse meat but I don't remember the price. All the food was amazing, and also the waiter was super cool and friendly.

Ombre Rosse consists of two restaurants. The main one has a fancier environment and the other one which is right next to it has a more casual vibe and is actually called enoteca. The menu is the same in both of them. We ended up at the enoteca and were really satisfied by the service, food and ambiance! They also provide gluten-free bread.

Lovely discovery in the heart of the city center of Parma. It's worth a visit. A great restaurant where you can taste different flavors of Italian cuisine. On the menu you will find both Parmesan and other Mediterranean recipes. As a starter, I tried, and I recommend, the Cavallo Pesto which is a tartare of horse meat, typical in the area. Apparently people from Parma use to queu outside butchers to get raw horse meat on Saturdays. The first courses include nice pasta dishes. I tried the red gnocchi and they were really delicious. Second dishes are also Italian but didn't find anything elaborated worth trying. The list of desserts was fantastic. I tried the Millefoglie and was succulent. The restaurant has a huge selection of wines including special dessert wines. A starter, main course, glass of wine, water and dessert will cost you around 35 euros.

Never had such a tasty and awesome pasta with cacio and pepe. Also pasta with salmon was excellent. Second meals slightly less good but still great. The portion was absolutely enough to fill me (which is not easy), which makes the price ridiculous for its quality. The waiter was super nice and the atmosphere relaxed and typical.

Locale carino e molto formale. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo preso un tagliere grande (prosciutto crudo, mortadella, culatello, salame felino, coppa // €18,00) con la torta fritta (€5,00). Salumi di ottima qualità e torta fritta buonissima. I ragazzi che ci hanno servito sono stati professionali. Coperto un po’ alto a mio avviso: €3,00 a persona

Siamo stati in questo locale per un aperitivo e ci siamo fermati per cena. Il locale è molto bello, la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La carta dei vini è davvero immensa, ci sono buone opzioni! Abbiamo preso un tagliere con salumi e torta fritta, molto buono. I primi, di cui ho allegato la foto erano molto buoni. Lo consiglio!

Arrivato in tarda serata, è un locale che sorprende. Molto freak, come pochi a Parma. Area esterna sviluppata lungo un vicolo stretto e nascosto, con candele su ogni tavolo. Personale particolarmente simpatico. Listino di birre davvero interessante. Dicono che anche la cucina sia buona. Da tornarci per vederlo sotto un’altra luce.

Sono stata in questa enoteca più di una volta insieme ai miei amici per passare una serata in compagnia del buon vino e prodotti tipici locali. Devo dire che i prodotti sono davvero buoni! Un pecorino diverso dal solito, ma davvero eccellente. Il tagliere di salumi emiliani è abbastanza sostanzioso e viene accompagnato da un cestino di focaccelle. Una volta ho provato anche una birra artigianale al miele, anche questa pienamente soddisfacente. Unica nota negativa è che ogni volta ritrovo un servizio lento nonostante il locale quasi vuoto, addirittura una volta mi è arrivato il crostone con il formaggio fuso non proprio caldo. Nonostante ciò ritorno sempre qui perché i prodotti sono di materia prima, il locale crea un'atmosfera intima e confortevole, i prezzi rispecchiano la qualità dei prodotti e i ragazzi del locale sono molto gentili, quindi mi sento di consigliare questa enoteca a tutti coloro che vogliono entrare a contatto con la realtà gastronomica di Parma!

Including the conjoined enoteca 4 seating areas, we went with the outside tables in the 'street of mirrors', nice ambience all round. Huge by the bottle wine list, literally a book. Interesting menu, not just the standard Parma ham and cheese offerings. Very friendly service. Food good in general but no wow moments.

Excellent steak, and a huge choice of wines. Great quaint setting and atmosphere. Service was awfully slow but we did go on Parma Festival night and everywhere was busy so was expected. I enjoyed the low lighting and eating outside under canopy, would be great for romantic meal.

Never got to eat in the restaurant because we arrived too early, but we were guided around the back alley to their funky enoteca that had a huge wine selection and artigianale beer lineup. The tapas were fresh and the staff very helpful. The bar hosted couples and kids in equal measure. My son is very critical of Parma ham and he found the procutto too chewy.

I've dined at Ombre Rosse several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, and I especially appreciate their attention to vegans. Recommended!

Il locale è davvero molto bello, atmosfera stupenda! Il servizio purtroppo non era sufficiente: lunghe attese, le portate sono state servite non in contemporanea (es. Torta fritta molto prima del prosciutto).

Ombre rosse… sicuramente un ottimo posto per bere vino top e fare un buon aperitivo. Il ristorante è decisamente un no, carne cotta male, primo con tortelli cotti troppo….

The taste is very oily and mediocre, wine is good, but the waitress added alcohol to the bill, which we did not order - it’s good that we checked the bill before paying. Not recommended this place.

Almost everything was wrong. The place was too loud, the food was reheated in a microwave and not very good to begin with. Parma is a food Mecca in Italy, these things should never happen. Fortunately they gave a discount, though they should have just given us a free ride. The only good thing was our friendly and a bit embarrassed waiter

Bad service. Tried to fool us and added alcohol into the receipt that we did not order. When I asked why they added it the girl-waiter played as really poor cringe actress and said that she did a mistake. NOT RECOMMEND.

Service is very very very slow, not recommended. 15 minutes to have a menu, 10 minutes to give order, 20 minutes for food to arrive, and 15 minutes to pay. Portions were small.
