Sobre el boulevard una opción para cenar. Atiende de lunes a sábado hasta las 10 de la noche. Un buen surtido en bolas de arroz y sushi. Muy buena y amena la atención. Servicio rápido. Cuenta también con servicio a domicilio.

I love it. I used to order it at least once a week. I recommend their Monster Roll or Monster Ball. The only downside is that it always arrives cold for some reason, even if you pick it up.

La comida es buena pero el servicio no tanto, me dijeron que mi orden estaría lista en media hora y tardaron más de una hora. Además no se ve que den mucha atención a la limpieza.

La comida está exelente, pero su servicio deja que desear, le falta gentileza contestar un Buenas noches por ejemplo.

El sabor y la cantidad de los productos a cambiado mucho, es más pequeño y desabrido.

Es un lugar para pedir comida para llevar únicamente y pues el servicio es bastante lento

The food is very good, but a while ago when I ordered chicken sushi it was burnt and tasted awful, but I put up with it and ate it. The service isn't very good because it's mostly teenagers, and the onion rings are good, but there are only 5; I was expecting at least 10 or 15.

Very good sushi and rice balls, but when serving you they do it without enthusiasm and they should be more careful with the hygiene issue, the flies often landed on balls that I imagine were for home delivery and when it was time to charge me the person in charge of packing for the order took the bill, gave me change and without washing her hands continued packing, also the young people who were preparing the rice balls at no time washed their hands and were also vaping there and all the steam fell on the food

The sushi is excellent, delicious in all its forms. The problem is the service; it's terrible. There are about 20 employees with no communication between them, and the customer is the one who pays. Every time you go, it's the same; you spend at least an hour waiting for your order.

The food is good, it tastes great. But the staff leaves much to be desired; they don't attend to people, they just glance at them and ignore the customers. If the owner isn't there, the service is terrible.

They have significantly lowered the quality of the dumplings and sushi, I placed my order there thinking they wouldn't arrive cold like they do at home, but it turned out worse, they don't have good logistics, they don't communicate with each other, which slows down the wait and the service, 50 minutes for two rice dumplings, which apparently had been prepared for a long time, they have many orders at the bar that in the end they don't even know who's they are from, the assistants prefer to chatter away rather than really see who's orders are coming out, they used to be much better.

They have good service, a good attitude, and the wait time is acceptable; they just need to improve their hygiene. The person who served me answered their phone before cutting my roll and didn't even clean or disinfect their hands. Given the current situation, those details make a big difference.

Horrible service, I placed my order at 7:30pm and it arrived at 9:40, and to top it off they brought something I didn't order and it was all cold, I called and they told me they were going to bring what I ordered but they never arrived 😤 and the rice tasted smoky.

Their customer service is AWFUL. They take HOURS to answer the phone, they NEVER want to deliver, and when you go there, they treat you with a huge attitude and are incredibly rude, especially the people taking your order. And to top it all off, they only deliver if you order a lot of items, as if the city were huge and they don't want to run out of gas. 🙄

Poor service when taking the order, as they entered the wrong food items and address, and it took an hour and a half to arrive, with the food cold.

Terrible service, I placed the order and they told me it would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived and they still hadn't made it. The people who serve are too much of a madristas, they care very little about customer service and the quality of the products has been going downhill. It's more like rice than anything else.
