Blaze Pizza Pasadena Reviews
Amazing pizza! The ingredients are always fresh, the price is right, staff is pretty friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed, try it today! Plus they have deals online.
Angel was the person who help us, prepared the pizza 🍕. Let me tell you something Thank you Angel for been so kind to my son. I have never experienced such kindness and attention to my son from anyone in the food industry. Thank you so much Angel for been an Angel. Matthew
You can make your pizza as healthful as you like. I love that they let you pile on the veggies! It's a seat-yourself, counter-service joint, but it's quiet enough to allow for conversation before or after a movie at the Landmark Pasadena next door.
Such a friendly place to make your own Pizza. The customer service is excellent and the owner makes sure to make it to your taste and requirement. Taste and quality is really good.
Blaze Pizza Pasadena was a great find. As someone who sometimes has a fierce but small appetite, I really appreciated the option to order a half pizza — super convenient. I had a half Hawaiian to start (which hit the spot), and honestly ended up wanting another half after that, which made me laugh. My girlfriend had a full vegan pizza and said it was delicious — lots of customisation options and everything came out fresh and quick. The staff were super nice too — friendly, relaxed, and helpful without any pressure. Bonus shoutout to the blood orange lemonade — absolutely amazing. Refreshing, not too sweet, and the perfect combo with pizza. The space was clean, service was fast, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Pasadena.
Blaze pizza was amazing the two guys that took care of us were patient with taking our orders and checked in to see if we were doing great. Our pizzas were cooked at purrrrfection . They also let us know about leaving a feedback and answer a few questions online about their service and got ourselves free desserts . I think that was pretty cool. The space was very clean as well I loved that !
Blaze has a great deal! It's called Take Two. You get 1/2 pizza and choice of salad or cheese bread! I got half a pizza and paid extra to do the high rise crust. SO GOOD AND WORTH THE EXTRA $$!! They have a spicy marinara which was great. I recommend the mozzarella with gorgonzola and Parmesan. The ingredients tasted fresh and the food was so great! The cheese bread was good. The customer service was above average! They were so busy, yet way cool and friendly under pressure! Each team member was great at their job and FRIENDLY!
If you love customization, then Blaze is the pizza place for you! I’ve been to other Blazes but this one is still one of my favorites. Even though all the Blazes are the same there’s something about the Pasadena’s thin crust that’s a bit different than the other location a. As you can see there’s so many delicious topping that your able to put on your pizza. There is also “signature pizzas” if you don’t want to hassle with building your own. If you frequent Blaze like I do, then I recommended that you download their app up to earn rewards. The servers are fast & friendly. Now go get you a pizza & have a cowabunga day!
Wow, what a place, highly recommended. We came here based on a "worth it" episode, and we are glad we did. The pizza was very very tasty, and when you account for the cost, it is mindblowingly good. This was better than many other 30-40-50 dollars puzzas we had in other pizzerias. Try it, you will like it.
I was highly satisfied with my experience at Blaze Pizza because everything from start to finish was fast, fresh, and friendly. The staff was welcoming and efficient, taking the time to ensure my pizza was made exactly how I wanted it with my favorite toppings. The ingredients were vibrant and fresh, and I appreciated how quickly my custom pizza was ready—hot and perfectly crisp. The restaurant was somewhat clean and had a lively, casual atmosphere, which made it a great spot to enjoy a quick and delicious meal. I’ll definitely be back!
Pizzas are all allowed to customize by your own tastes. It contains lots of different choices, and pizzas won’t make you feel too greasy. This time I chose curbside to get the pizzas, but even I received the text and also pressed the reply button shown him I’m already there, they still didn’t notice me and make me felt like they doesn’t care the response from their system. Moreover, I got out the car and waved my hands, they still ignored me. I had to park my car and went into the front desk for picking up my pizza by myself in the end.
The staff here is super friendly and the pizzas are fire 🔥. I liked the fact that the pizzas are thin-crust, so they don’t get too dense. The place is reasonably priced too. I usually get the unlimited toppings build-your-own pizza. At the end, they allow you to add additional toppings for free (despite the kind of pizza you got) which is pretty great. The only thing I don’t like is that sometimes they’ll keep you waiting even if your pizza is ready to be served— which can suck cause it then becomes stone cold. Otherwise, a pretty solid fast-food pizza joint!
Blaze Pizza blew me away with its friendly staff and excellent pizza ingrediants. Build your own or try their signature pizzas. Its all good! 😎 I looked them up and they're in Michigan too. Better than California Pizza Kitchen they're blazing a trail to new way of enjoying America's favorite 'sin food'. 😈
Ordered it to go, and there was hot sauce drizzled all over my pizza which I never ordered. It ruined all the flavors and there were some toppings on my pizza that I also never added. My stomach hurts thanks to the hot sauce I have never ordered :)
Shocking mistreatment of customers who patiently waited for service! Around 5 PM on Sunday, After waiting 30 minutes in a short line at Pasadena's Blaze Pizza on Colorado Blvd, we were told that we would need to wait until they fulfilled all of the online orders (more than 30 pizzas) before they could help customers standing in line. After several patrons left due to the wait, I asked about the time frame for service. The rude server then told us that he would not make us a pizza after I asked if we could all order at the same time so we could sit down to enjoy the delicious food together. The manager should have noticed that people standing in line were not being served, and that the employee was aggravating in store customers. So much for an enjoyable meal out with friends. The Playhouse was delightful! The RUDE young hipster employee at Blaze not so much. Seemed like he wanted to be elsewhere, like most fast food employees, who are usually kind, polite and respectful! We were discriminated against due to our IN PERSON patronage of the establishment, and not ordering food through a tech device. WHAT IS THE BLAZE PIZZA SERVICE POLICY FOR IN STORE CUSTOMERS? PHONE AND APP ORDERS SEEM TO BE PREFERRED. IT WAS A FRUSTRATING DISAPPOINTMENT. WE WENT HOME HUNGRY. ( I checked the box for dine in, because "walked out" was not an option!)
Hello, good night to the person present who receives this comment, today I attended the premises, which Miss Nancy and the young man who attended the place. First of all, they don't have any education. Second, despite closing at 11 p.m., they said they could only bill takeaway orders. He kept a bill quiet and lifted her off the floor, wet his hands with dirty water and still prepared my food, they can check the chambers. When I told the lady about the ingredients in my pizza, she didn't even answer: "The only thing she told me arrogantly and senselessly was that I had already reached the limit of my ingredients, to which I told her that if I asked for something, it didn't matter the extra of it, but that I served it or added it to the pizza, which ignored my request." They have excellent attention to such a rude and foolish staff.
