The food is good I enjoyed it. Specially after a road trip to get to the airport. The staff goes way out of their way to provide you good food and excellent service. My next comment is for the owner... Hire more people, I understand is tough nowadays. Don't overlook the effort your current staff is doing. They all get my sincere recognition. Cheers

We were staying at the holiday inn express so we decided to check this place out. We weren’t greeted at all and at first we sat in a booth, but the server seemed like he was in the weeds so we moved to the bar, and the fact that he didn’t even look over at us at all as he passed the table also made it easier for us to get up and move. Tanisha was the bartender and she was attentive and very nice. I ordered the spicy chicken broccoli Alfredo and it was very good but the toast points were more like flat unflavored bread, maybe pizza dough?? It also had sun-dried tomatoes which I wasn’t fond of. Anyway my husband got chicken and shrimp pasta also a white sauce. The meal was delicious!!

We stayed at a hotel nearby and were fortunate to find this little gem where they make the pizza dough by hand and use fresh ingredients. We had the deluxe and it was delicious- we brought leftovers back to our room for late night seconds. Service was excellent- very attentive and kept our drinks refilled.

My family and I travel all over the country and eat at many one off establishment. I am a chef myself so it’s not easy to impress me. The man and woman in the photo did just that! The man, working as the bartender, cook, and host. The woman, NOT EVEN AN EMPLOYEE OF THE RESTAURANT, came over from the hotel to help the man out by waitressing and working in the kitchen. Both of them had absolutely amazing personalities. They were very friendly and incredibly jocular. Despite one of the items we wanted to order having not been prepped for sale, they prepped it just to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. I had inquired about the availability of another dish that I wanted. The man took the time to explain to me that it was unavailable due to equipment issues. He said he could make it, but it would be subpar. Indicating to me that he takes pride in the dishes he serves. Our food came out incredibly fast and both of them made sure everything was above our expectations. The food…as guests of the hotel, we had eaten at this establishment two days in a row. The food was exceptionally delicious. We started off with the Team Platter Appetizer. It included pizza slices, pizza roll ups, fried pickles and peppers, hand cut river chips, and THE ABSOLUTE BEST hand cut hand breaded boneless chicken wings. It was absolutely amazing and honestly was enough food to feed my wife, my son, and myself. However, we proceeded to order our individual meals. My wife ordered the keto chili lime Cajun shrimp bowl. She loved it. It wasn’t overly spicy and all of the flavors melded together perfectly. My son ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza. As does most 13 year old boys, it said it was amazing. I agree with him. I ordered the soup of the day and fish and chips. The soup of the day was minestrone. I expected a cup of soup. I was flabbergasted when they brought out a brobdingnagian bowl of soup. As I finished my soup, my main entree was arriving. It included the best filets of fish, a large serving of fries(chips) and a bowl of coleslaw. Now, unless you go to an establishment that is known for fish and chips, you’re not likely to get malted vinegar, much less Heinz malted vinegar. To my surprise, they had exactly that! It was truly divine! In closing, when I say I was impressed…you can take that to the bank! We tipped nearly 50% because they absolutely deserved it!

Hubby and I just ate there. He has allergies so we have to ask about ingredients. The chef was there and he assured us with what we wanted to order, We started out with Bandera Bread. It was wonderful!! They make their own crust so they know exactly what is in it. Then we had a Margarita Pizza and it was one of the best we have had. Coffee was our bartender and he was great!! We highly suggest this place!

We were looking for somewhere to eat before dropping family off at the airport and this place was conveniently close! Our waiter was so awesome and really sweet! And the food was amazing! My husband got wings and I got a small gf pizza. We'll keep this place in mind from now on when we're going to the airport.

Barbecue Chicken Wings is a must try 😎😎😎... Special thanks to Talecia and the team at Boston's Restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas for a delightful dining experience. My companion and I had the pleasure of indulging in a variety of dishes, but there were a few standouts that left a lasting impression. Allow me to share our thoughts on the barbecue chicken wings, chips & queso, and chicken soup. First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show - the barbecue chicken wings. These succulent wings were a true testament to the art of barbecuing. The smoky aroma wafting from the plate was enough to whet our appetites instantly. As we took our first bites, we were met with a perfect balance of tangy and sweet flavors. The tender meat practically fell off the bone, and the sticky barbecue sauce coated every inch, leaving us wanting more. Whether you prefer a mild or spicy kick, Boston's Restaurant has got you covered with their range of sauce options. It's safe to say that these barbecue chicken wings were a definite winner. Next up, we tried the chips & queso, and we were pleasantly surprised. The chips were crispy, warm, and clearly made in-house. They were the ideal vessel for scooping up the rich and creamy queso dip. The cheese had just the right amount of tanginess, and the added spices gave it a delightful kick. This appetizer was the perfect way to start our meal, and we found ourselves unable to resist going back for more. Lastly, we had the opportunity to sample the chicken soup, and it exceeded our expectations. It was evident that great care went into preparing this comforting bowl of goodness. The broth was rich and flavorful, showcasing a perfect blend of herbs and spices. The generous portions of tender chicken and fresh vegetables added a hearty element to the soup. Each spoonful was like a warm embrace, making it an ideal choice for a chilly evening or when craving a comforting meal. Overall, our experience at Boston's Restaurant was nothing short of excellent. From the mouthwatering barbecue chicken wings to the addictive chips & queso and comforting chicken soup, Talecia and the team truly impressed us. Their dedication to flavor and attention to detail are evident in every dish. If you find yourself in Little Rock, Arkansas, be sure to pay a visit to Boston's Restaurant for a memorable dining experience that will satisfy your cravings and leave you planning your next visit.

Nice hotel located bar. Good beer prices and food. Quiet place most times if you’re hoping for that. Plenty of seating. Friendly staff every time I’ve been there. Good stop!

Service was great! Pasta was not the tastiest. Mac and cheese was good with a little spicy kick. They were not playing as much football games as I thought it would have been for a Sunday.

Ate food from here a couple of times while staying at the holiday inn for business... I had the asian glazed salmon and the southwestern bowl add chicken. My husband also had the fried fish. We also had the fried pickles and peppers appetizer which was delicious. The service was friendly too !

The wait staff was excellent and the food and atmosphere were decent. I had the Asian crispy shrimp. I felt like it was a very small portion for the price, but it was delicious. The atmosphere had the feel of a fancy hotel for than a sports bar. I will go back to try their pizza next time.

Nice and clean place. We are staying across the way at the Marriot before flying to Los Angeles tomorrow. Came for dinner. Service is okay and food good. Say in the bar area plenty of tvs. Not too busy and it was a good place to grab dinner close to hotel. The veggie pizza was really good. Plenty of seating.

When we first walked in there were dishes pilled up and no where clean even the bar had dirty dishes we sat in back where the pool table is.. I saw cobwebs in thr corner and water coming from under the base boards by the pool sticks.. We almost left but decided to give you a try. Glad we did.The food was fantastic the ribs ( didn't have a grill smokey taste to them) but, they were good and fall off the bone barque sauce little sweet. Our Server this young lady was amazing in customer service getting everything correct. She worked in the bar area blonde hair in a ponytail two children. It seemed when she got there everything got put in its proper place. So, we hope the company values this young lady in more than monetary. We will definitely return. Also, the owners need to let viewers know your restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn. We did have a time locating it. And we had to ask someone at the gas station across the street that told us it was inside the HOLIDAY INN..... And the parking was not good the handicap was nice and close but, getting out was a chore. We had to back out of the parking lot.

Food was good. Fries were seasoned shoe string fries. I had the onion straw and jalapeño burger. Rams football was on TV so I got mine to go. The fries were not warm yet when I made it to my room.

Waited an hour for a pizza and salad to go. We sat at the bar and the service was disjointed and a little slow take our order. Finally got our order and the pizza was cold . It wasn't even busy enough to explain the wait.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came here for a pageant and there isnt much to eat around so we decided to eat in the hotel. Big mistake. The service was so slow, my tea was soured, my MILs food came out and it tasted funny so she just ate her fries. The pizza had so much sauce the kids couldn't keep it together to eat. My daughter order chicken breast and apples, she didn't eat it because she said it tasted funny and didnt eat which was a blessing in disguise because little did I know what was going to happen later in the evening. My oldest had the chicken and shrimp pasta. 230am rolling around and my 5 year old son covers me in vomit. Mind you we are in a hotel and I only brought so much with me but hey that's my problem right. 335am my son vomits again. 530am here comes my 12 year old throwing up her food. So 100 dollars worth of food, crap service, and a hotel room that smells of vomit... 10 put of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Wow never had someone so rude to me the minute I walked in. They literally told me to go away because they had no available seats. Not the way to handle customers at all! I will never go back or recommend this restaurant!!!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I called and asked if they did pickup orders, and the staff member was very rude. Attempted to place a mobile order 2x and was having issues with the website so I attempted to call to place my order for pickup. I called 5 times assuming with Friday it was busy and never had anyone answer to take my order over the course of 20 minutes. I was really forward to a nice sandwich after traveling over 20 hours to enjoy in my hotel room.

Order at your own RISK -- and I mean that, LITERALLY. I can't even give a rating of the food for this experience, since we never received it, but I'm sharing this review because my simple order of a single pizza led to an 8-week battle. It would have been simple enough, had somebody (anybody!) just picked up the phone when we tried to call in, but my lady and I dialed for an hour and a half to try and place the order with a staff member. The phone just rang endlessly until we gave up and decided to place an order for a large vegetarian, through the website. I don't remember the exact time, but it only 8:30 or 9, May 27th; in other words, quite a while before the restaurant's closing hour. Well, for reasons still unknown to me, the online order gets processed, but for the FOLLOWING night (May 28th)! By now we're disgusted, and we’ve certainly planned on eating dinner before the next day. So we scrounged up something, and the next morning I dialed the number on the Boston's website, recorded a message about the problem and asked for our $19.90 refund. About five days later, a "Juan" calls me, identifying himself as Boston’s general manager. He apologized for our trouble and said we'd be refunded within 24 hours. He also said we should let him know the next time we stopped in and he'd "take care of" us. Nice chat. Simple resolution. Except... The next day, no refund. The next and the next, and the next days all pass, too: Boston's never returns a cent. Because I'm a patient, reasonable man, maybe five days later I call the phone number "Juan" said I could use to reach him, and it rings, but it never lets me leave a message. In the next couple of days, I call it maybe half-a-dozen times, with the same result: no answer -- just like all the times we called the restaurant to order, in the first place! I even send an e-mail to the address "Juan" provided (I made sure to request contact information, in case the kind of inconvenient nonsense I wound up going through occurred). I get no response to the e-mail. Now it's about 2 weeks since the order was first screwed-up. I dial the same number listed at the Boston's website (apparently, headquarters in Texas) that I dialed before "Juan" got in touch, leave another message and wait. A couple of days later I leave a second message. No response from headquarters! I’m only sharing all of the steps I took, because I think they prove me to be an extremely fair and decent customer, the kind that restaurants should appreciate, in contrast to the way I was treated. I’ve never, ever had such a terrible experience in dealing with a business that was supposed to be CORRECTING a problem! It wasn't until I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that I got a response from anyone again. The BBB went to work on my behalf until about 2 weeks ago (near the end of JULY, after a problem that began at the end of May!) when I received an e-mail from Gerald, who apparently works for Boston's management company. Gerald explained that "Juan" was no longer with the restaurant, but Gerald would mail me a $50 gift card "for all the hassle with this issue.” Well, by August 4, about 10 days had passed with nothing in my postal box. I e-mailed Gerald and, within just a few hours, I received a $25 e-gift card -- which made it clear that Boston’s had forgotten all about my "issue." I'd probably be waiting indefinitely if I hadn't inquired. But note that, after "all the hassle" that Gerald acknowledged -- hassle that spanned more than 2 months! -- I received $25 compensation, not the $50 that was offered to me. I guess Boston's figures I deserve a small tip for all the hard work I've done to get my money back!

Waited over 10 min for a server and it wasn't busy. Didn't get acknowledged until they can't to drop off menus and not get drink orders. Didn't have a lot on menu. No new drink owns that were advertised were available. No frozen drinks only on the rocks. Food wasn't great. Rather sloppy and rushed pr together. A disappointment since we were having a business meeting with a new company.

I’ve been here twice once when it was slow during lunch and another time when busy at lunch. The first time was great service and the food was okay. The second time I sat at the bar for approximately 30 minutes before I left because no one even bothered to ask to help me even after helping the two guys next to me. Clearly the ones who work here can’t handle the rush. Either hire more people or get better. I try to be understanding but I wasn’t offer a menu, a drink or even asked if I needed help.

Birch bartender told me they close at 9:45 when the door literally says 10:00. I came in to order Cajun pasta to go and she told me they didn’t have any whenever the front desk told me they literally got it back today. Notice the time of this review. 9:51..
