So many options to choose from. Like every thing else the prices were up there. The food was good. I had the cfc and that was 7/10 mashed was good. The mac was not great at all. Its been a long time since i had luby mabye ill go back again in 5 years.

you know what it is over here. everyone knows Luby's intimately great home cooked food served cafeteria style. just like back in elementary school haha desserts, salads, variety of drinks, all your favorite American dishes growing up included my favorite fried chicken. but baked fish is available too for healthy options

I usually go to the Lucy's in south Texas but I now live in Houston. This location, is clean and the staff is nice, however, the tartar sauce for the fish is extra sour. I Cosby eat it. For dessert I tried the Chess Pie. It had very little flavor. I didn't eat it either. The side dishes were black eyed peas and sweet potatoes and were good.

Not the same Luby's I frequented back in the day! Servers (young ladies) were inattentive to me as a customer waiting to make my selection! Talking among themselves while I waited for them to look my way! At 18 dollars, I'll make a different decision as I take my business elsewhere! I can see the reason why I’ll never eat at luby’s again and the reason is plain just like their food is. The food doesn't have one ounce of seasoning in nothing I ordered at all. The food tasted like it was just cooked in grease to serve and the food was made without any and I mean any kind of salt, pepper, season, or a thought of anything it was completely dry and plain I definitely wouldn't ever try it again with my own money or time. And the customer service was horrible when picking up my food when my first requested choice wasn't available and took away. Then having to wait additionally long because my food was sitting on the counter and waited and waited with no service.

HORRIBLE THANKSGIVING EXPERIENCE! THE PLACE OPENS AT 11AM. IT'S FULLY PACKED AT 10:30 AND YOU HAVE TO STAND OUTSIDE IN THE COLD LIKE YOU'RE AT A HOMELESS SHELTER! THEN WHEN YOU GET YOUR FOOD THEY MADE THE PORTION SMALLER AND GOT AN ATTITUDE AND MADE A BIG DEAL WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA SLICE OF TURKEY! THEY PUT IT IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER AND WROTE WITH A MARKER WITH LARGE LETTERS SAYING EXTRA TURKEY WHEN IT WAS ONE SLICE OF TURKEY IN THE CONTAINER. I FEEL LIKE THEY OVER EXAGGERATE AND THEY ACT LIKE I WAS HOMELESS AND IT WAS FREE FOOD THEY WAS GIVING OUT AND I'M JUST SUPPOSED TO ACCEPT WHATEVER THEY GIVE ME! I PAY FOR MY FOOD AND I EXPECT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN WHEN I GET TO THE REGISTER THE GIRL OPENS MY CONTAINER LOOKING AT IT SO TWO TIMES MY CONTAINER IS OPEN AND EXPOSED. I DON'T KNOW IF HER HANDS WAS CLEAN AND SHE WASN'T WEARING GLOVES BUT TO HAVE TO PICK UP THE PLATE AFTER I ALREADY OPENED IT FOR HER WITH MY OWN HANDS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THEY JUST WALKED IN AND TITLED AND GOT RIGHT IN THE FRONT AND ORDERED THEIR FOOD! BUT IF I WAS TO SAY SOMETHING AND CALL THE SCENE IT WOULD BE ME GETTING IN TROUBLE BECAUSE THEY'RE WHITE AND I'M NOT! My in laws brought me a chicken fried stake from the fuqua location. As I cut into the steak the batter feel off. Normally that's not a problem, but what was a problem was the meat underneath the batter. I wouldn't say its normal but it had this green look. Not just any green look but like the green you seen looking at a fish scales. Never seen anything like it. I'd ask for a redo but I really dont thing I can eat here again.

Waitress took the brócoli and still haven’t had anyone from the restaurant apologized or said something about the situation. I wasn’t able to take a picture since waitress took it from my table.
