Food was great (3rd or 4th time I've been here), but Josh was the true star. His customer service skills are top-notch and he truly went above and beyond in everything. The new gyudon bowl is truly worth it. The Old School Ramen is what I had and my parents had the Birria Ramen, both were fantastic. Portions are big and the prices are reasonable.

Straightforward service you order on the tablet and then you get seated. Within the next 15 minutes our food is ready our server already gave us food then there was no stress of pain or waiting for the waitress to come by. I've been here previous but I forgot the experience. The experience this time was a lot smoother. Amount of tables in here is too small to table cedars one four table seater and one very big table seater that seats about anywhere from 6 to 10 people.

So delicious! I wish I could have finished everything! Fave thing was the flavorful pork and rice bowl. Also definitely double up on egg! And add corn to the ramen too!

The ramen here is amazing as always, atmosphere is nice. The workers here though, for the last 3 years they’ve always been fantastic. Recently stopped by to pick up food late at night, took it to-go, and they gave us what I assume was leftover mini freebies. God it’s always great to come here. Love it.

The noodles had the perfect chewy texture and held up really well in the broth. The broth itself was amazing—creamy, rich, and packed with deep flavor without being too heavy

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The noodles had the perfect chewy texture and held up really well in the broth. The broth itself was amazing—creamy, rich, and packed with deep flavor without being too heavy. Adding the chili oil brought a nice kick that enhanced the taste instead of overpowering it. I would definitely recommend coming back. The bold tonkotsu ramen was a top pick and stood out for its smooth, savory depth. Portions were satisfying, ingredients tasted fresh, and everything felt well balanced. You can tell a lot of care and quality goes into each bowl. Overall, it’s a great spot for comforting, flavorful ramen and easily a place I’d return to again. I got to eat un taco de ojo. 😋 👀

Tatsu Ramen Review I recently visited Tatsu Ramen and was impressed by its overall quality and value. Here's my review: Highlights: - Delicious Food: The ramen was rich in flavor and cooked to perfection, with generous portions at reasonable prices. - Clean and Modern: The restrooms were spotless, and the modern, contemporary venue was welcoming and well-designed. - Friendly Staff: The staff were attentive and friendly, although some guests might appreciate a bit more proactivity in their service. Room for Improvement: - Kiosk Issue: One of the kiosks wasn't working, which caused some inconvenience with promotional rates. Fun Touch: I loved the "go bags" that told the story of Tatsu Ramen's beginnings - a nice touch that added to the overall experience. Rating: 4.5/5 stars ⭐️ Overall, I'd definitely recommend Tatsu Ramen for a tasty, satisfying meal in a modern setting.

A decent choice for ramen in the area, if a bit overpriced. Easy lot parking, moderate amount of seating, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ordering is smooth and seamless with the kiosk. Food comes fast. I’ve tried ramen a few times from here, overall too salty for my taste, but it could be the soup base I ordered. The Birria ramen is a Mexican Asian fusion that’s creative, but I personally thought the flavors didn’t work well together. If you like strong flavors definitely try their soul (tonkotsu) ramen, it’s very rich and hearty.

Very convenient location with parking but I must say, the noodle quality is not the best and it is super pricey!! However, their times they stay open (until 11pm) is also very convenient when one is trying to find a soupy dinner place after returning from a long flight! Employees are friendly but you order through the screens. Seating is limited but we have always managed to find a spot. I ordered the Soul Ramen but liked my husband’s better (I think it was called Old Skool Ramen, with the creamy white broth).

Ramen is good enough for me. But for other people was small and expensive than standard. You order online and the waitress serve the food to your table. Flavor was good, they have about seven different options, chicken, pork and vegan. Place is cool, clean and the service is fast and gentle. I’m more excited about places that take your order when you are ready to eat, not going to the tablet and make your order by yourself. I can say if you are a good eater the portion could be small for you. We paid $41 for two ramen and water. Plus tip.

A good spot for a quick bowl of ramen. They’re ordering style is introvert friendly and have tons of customization options. It was a delicious bowl and will come back. The service was accommodating but laid back and mostly there to run food, but I guess that’s the point of this spot. Grab a quick bite here with friends or a fast lunch, it’ll satisfy the craving

The Ramen was great. Mexican broth and ramen noodles works for me. The lemon wedge on the side allows customers to adjust the spiciness which is great. The automated ordering I get it human cost is high, but I agree with many others that it is not trend that I want to see here in this country. It's sad

Second time here. Had the Bold Ramen first. Now trying the Soul Ramen. Good ingredients and flavor. Although both times a bit to salty. Just added some water to cut it down a little. Nice space and adequate parking. Younger crowd. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that it's open LATE. Only downside is that it's about 20% overpriced in my opinion. Especially considering all the BOMB Ramen places close by in Pasadena. Bottom line is that this is the spot for a bowl of Ramen after midnight, or if you are at the Metro station. Otherwise, you can do better...

I'm very ambivalent about Tatsu Ramen. I believe this ramen is easily the tastiest I've had, but the prices are astronomical. For basic "Cheeky Ramen" with chicken, it cost around $25 without drinks. Located in a strip mall, the atmosphere is to nothing to write home about. Parking can be difficult in the small parking lot.

Cena T

their chicken Ramen is so salty which is toward unhealthy salty. found something in their food which is not supposed to be there and could be fatal. service and atmosphere is excellent but their other Ramen is pretty good . their original is not salty. Just avoid chicken

The ramen tastes good. However, the portion is small and the price is high. $20 for a bowl of ramen is a lower value compared to a lot of ramen places that even taste better than Tatsu. They open late tho. So it could still be a good option in some way if you crave for ramen in late night.

The best part of this establishment is definitely the service. Although this is more of a scan-menu-order establishment, they still make sure to treat you well and bring your order in very quickly. The broth itself is not bad, the noodles however are too dry, at least for my liking. Another consideration is the value, which isn't great either, especially compared to the other nearby establishments. This is also probably your only ramen option after 10PM for the immediate area.

Dissapointment. Excessively expensive for what you receive. We ordered the traditional ramen. Surprised that a lot of the toppings that you will receive in the majority of the ramen restaurants have extra cost. The base soup is already expensive and if you add basic toppings, you might end with a 35+ dollars soup. To be fair the soup and the ramen noodles were good. It is really not worth it, when there are other ramen restaurants that can serve same (or even better) rMen for almost half the price. I used to love this place years ago. Now, I am sorry bit I cannot recomend this restaurant.

The food was great , hostess was very nice and welcoming, when ordering machine did not provide receipt we asked for. When received food we were missing the egg with one of the orders, we asked the waiter he responded it's in the bowl and walked away. The egg was not in the bowl which is why we asked. Also when asked for a table versus the bar waiter told our party to asked some one else. Never got the egg.. otherwise would have left a 5 star...

I had the chicken ramen and I'm just going to say it was nasty, simple and short it was nasty and the price was pretty high. I had my partners vegan ramen and it was decent. Seating is limited and uncomfortable and very awkward introduction where you have to order from a ipad and find yourself and seat and then bring out the food to you. Skip it.

Update: I gave it the benefit of the doubt and came for the third time. I came around 9:30pm when it was raining on a weekday so it wasn't the lunch batch. Unfortunately it was still too salty. Also it wasn't flavorfully salty, but more like drinking water with too much salt added. It was difficult to drink all of the broth. The chicken meat itself was also way too salty. Great service, love ordering ahead on touchpad and just sitting down where ever but the broth needs work IMO. Original: I've been here twice since the first time was wayyyy too salty and I thought the chef was having an off day but the second time was also salty. While the broth was slightly better the second time, the chicken meat is extremely salty as well as the noodles. I'll give it a third shot at night to see if it improves. I'm willing to give it another go since my brother and my sister in law swears that this place has the best ramen but I'm not convinced yet. Had the chicken ramen

It’s hard because there’s so much good ramen in LA, but u thought it was very mid. The actually noodles were very thin and seemed like top ramen. The broth was kind of bland. It wasn’t bad but it was the blandest ramen I’ve had in LA

Ramen looked good but in honest opinion was the worst ramen broth I tasted. It was way too salty and hard to finish. The price was too overboard for how the overall taste of the ramen was. Also they gave me some garlic paste and it smelled very expired. I’m so glad I didn’t put it in my soup. It would have made it way worse. Not saying this is a bad place to eat. Just not for my taste. Over priced and not good quality. 2/10.

This location continues to go further downhill. Employees are typically painfully unfriendly at best, food quality has diminished and is increasingly more expensive. I feel the quantity of food has also reduced over time. This ramen in my pic was taken before I had even taken a bite. I probably won’t be back :-/

I TRIED TO CALL THEM TO TELL THEM IT WOULD BE 10 MINUTES BEFORE I ARRIVED AND TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS ORDER WARM. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER!!!! IF THE CUSTOMER'S ORDER IS IT WARM BY THE TIME I GET THERE, I WILL BE LEAVING MORE REVIEWS AND INSTRUCTING PEOPLE NEVER TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ONLINE OR FROM AN APP. Your food may arrive cold or lukewarm
