Staff is always very very kind. Discount for students with ID. Price is mid-range, but they serve very high quality tacos. They also have a new deal every day of the week, check them out especially on Tuesdays.

Great tacos. Honestly. They are small but delicious. And a nice assortment of beer and drinks to choose from. The Tacochino and grilled shrimp tacos are amazing. The Al Pastor is just “alright”. It needs more juice and pineapple for my liking.

(drooling noises) this was so good! amazing tacos (Azteca and California) and delicious agua fresca. the (hot) mango salsa was near perfection.

Had their catering and the tacos were great. Lots of flavor and well presented, the two bite tacos are easy to eat and filling. They had a good selection and all of them were tasty. The trays were well organized and easy to grab for a large crowd, would definitely recommend them for catering.

Wow- absolutely delicious! This cute little taco place in Pasadena is so perfect for a small lunch or a more indulgent meal. The staff here were really friendly and it definitely has a neighborhood favorite kind of vibe. I'm not from the area, but my dad works nearby and while visiting he insisted on bringing me here. Teddy's Tacos did not disappoint- can't wait to visit again when I'm back in town!

Wasn’t sure what to expect when this place comes up - their tacos are great! Had their pastor, Asada, carnitas, and their papas. So good. Street style. Their sauces are delicious, if not hot enough. Chill atmosphere inside and they had aguas frescas too. Their avocado sauce was dope.

Teddy’s Cocina has become a very popular Mexican spot. They have streamlined the ordering process and there is helpful and friendly service from everyone there. All the recipes are family originals. The menu has many combinations available. They have specials available daily. They have a selection of draught beers and NA beverages. Plenty of seating in an open layout with counter seating near the kitchen. Customers include PCC students and neighborhood and business folks. Teddy’s has become a destination because of the quality of food and service. I enjoy the street tacos, maximo quesadilla, and carne asada or chicken burrito. The flavors are bright with just enough spice. They offer a selection of salsas. PS, order the warm chips with guacamole.

SAVORY ⭐️ SWIFT ⭐️ TASTY After seeing the high rating for this place we were sold, so popped in for a quick bite and man oh man was it worth it! If I could give this place a sixth star I would. We found street parking right in front of the establishment. As soon as we entered we realized we arrived at an excellent time. Definitely before the dinner rush. We ordered a Shrimp salad, a carne asada taco, and a tostada. Everything was excellent! Especially thr shrimp which was seaoned very light, which was confident and delightful. The shrimp was also so well cooked! Very tender and scrumptious. The taco bowl to the salad was SO nice! It is more like a filo pastry dough, which was so light and crip. A perfect pair to the salad. I was able to eat the entire thing without feeling overly full. The carne asada was some of the best I've ever had. The taste was a little brighter and more exciting than other tacos I've tasted. I'm guessing it's a combination of the marinade and the way it's cooked & served hot and fresh! The meat is just savory and addictive. We also ordered a hibiscus and classic margaritas, served with chamoy on the rim. The margaritas are pre-made but so refreshing. We could have stayed for two, but one each was enough. 😉 10/10 We can't wait to go back!

Where was this place when I went to PCC?! I recently moved back to the area and saw this place open up. It is a wonderful Taco joint. They are family owned and you’ll almost always find various family members working between here and their other location. Teddy is very friendly and always greets his guests. He makes everyone feel right at home. The food feels home cooked and Teddy is very particular in where he sources ingredients. The meat is juicy and authentic. I dropped in to have some street tacos on Taco Tuesday and was very pleased! I then got talked into trying the Azteca and Jalapeño Tacos which were also great. I most definitely will be back! Be sure to order directly through their app or web site. It supports their business with 100% of the revenue. Edit: Now we got margaritas on the menu!

Love the tacos here 🌮 We got the asada street tacos, potato tacos, sides of beans/rice, and the cilantro lime agua Fresca to-go and everything was great! So excited to go back and eventually watch dodgers games here when it’s the season again 😇💙 Staff is really nice, overall a great experience at this store!

El Maximo Quesadilla with asada was DELICIOUS!! From the faint smile and nod from folks cooking, to the aroma of what was to come to my lips it was an amazing experience for my first time. Strawberry Habenero salsa is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 literally fruit flavored fire 🤣🤣 BUT it was so tasty. I and my family will be back for sure. Next time I'll take pictures. Food 💯 Staff 💯 2023 I regret that it has taken us 2 years to return! Food is STILL delicious, staff are STILL cooler than the other side of the pillow. Today we had the Mahi Mahi Torta....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET ONE OF THESE!!!! Juicy and flavorful. My asada nachos were hittin too. Go over there and see for yourself.

The absolute BEST tacos I’ve ever had (and I’m Hispanic). The food was fresh, traditional street tacos with a flare. Teddy was an absolute gem and welcomed us and honestly has the best personality. Do your tastebuds a favor and eat at Teddy’s Cocina.

Finally real TACOS great food. Been waiting over a year for this place to open, honestly thought it may never. But straight to the point the food is delicious, and the drinks are refreshing. Plenty of Taco options for every type of palate while still being authentic. They also have plenty of special through the week to keep you coming back. Really wish covid was not around because the way this place was designed screams come and relax and enjoy your meal. This place was meant for dine in and to come by and watch baseball, basketball etc. Everything inside including the staff just says welcome. Plenty of beer options and fresh dink options. My wife and I tried the watermelon juice which was perfect and refreshing not to sweet and filled with sugar. Drinking the Horchata brought me back to memories of visiting family is Mexico and I did not has a sugar hangover after. We will be back and will be telling others. #PINCHECOVID Pictures include Jalapeno taco, Asada Quesadilla, Mulita, Red Mulita, Watermelon Juice, Horchata.

This place is amazing. The service outstanding, and the food is ridiculously quality and delicious. Some of the best meat I've had in LA and rivals tacos I've had in Mexico! The Red Militias are to die for and a must grab to go along with your taco Tuesdays. Baron and Jaylen have been service superstars. Baron was able to serve with great professionalism in a chaotic high demand situation. And Jaylen made me feel at home with dedicated service. I can't tell you how much I love this place. It's truly a new gem of Pasadena! Visit this place and become a instant regular.

Every time you walk into this restaurant, the vibe is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is always fresh and full of energy thanks to the music one visit might be old school hip-hop and R&B, the next you’ll hear country, Banda, or even modern pop and house. It keeps things exciting and makes every experience feel unique. But the real star here? The specialty tacos. Hands down, some of the best in Southern California. They’re packed with flavor, made with care, and honestly set a new standard for what tacos should taste like. The quality is consistent, and no matter what you order, you’re going to be impressed. On top of that, the pricing is unbeatable for SoCal. You get top-tier food and an atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back without breaking the bank. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the food and the vibe, but this restaurant does it effortlessly. If you’re looking for a spot that combines amazing food, unbeatable tacos, and an always-fun atmosphere, this is it.

Quality, bomb and just great!! I love this place because the food is delicious and the customer service is always pleasant. The chicken taquitos are my go to lately but I also love their jalapeño taco and the potato tacos!! The sauces 10/10!

My partner and I get Teddy’s tacos at least once a month since moving to Pasadena. Their Al Pastor burrito is so delicious, and big! We love their daily specials too. When I walk in the door, I am surprised they aren’t very busy because their food is so consistently good. We also love their house made horchata and salsas. Every time we have something to celebrate or suffer a minor inconvenience we say “let’s go get Teddys tacos”.
