Most of the people who work there are underage. I ordered a Fireball and it was raw. They buy their sodas from the store; they don't have a license to sell alcohol, yet they do. The guys look drunk. Since the management changed, it's gone downhill—the quality and the taste. You get what you pay for.

The food is delicious and the prices are good, but the service is terrible. They make mistakes on orders. I had to order Tampico and it was spoiled. They take too long to get the food (up to an hour and a half), or they simply forgot the order. They should improve their service speed, be more friendly, and always check that the food hasn't expired or take more care with refrigerated products.

Hace muchos años que ya no me gusta ir ahí... Fui por la sopa que antes estaba rica y bien servida, ahora era puro caldo. No regreso.

I ordered through Rappi. The shrimp was spoiled, and I ended up with terrible food poisoning from eating food from this place. I will never order from them again, and of course, I don't want anyone else to go through something like this, so I've already warned my friends about eating here.

Terrible customer service! I live around the corner and it takes them an hour to deliver two rolls. This is the second time this has happened; after an hour they shamelessly tell me they forgot to note something about my order, even though the order was placed via WhatsApp!

Terrible service. It took them over an hour and a half to deliver my order, and they still got indignant when I complained. It's worth noting that this isn't the first time I've ordered from them, and they always use the same excuse: they can't find my address. This time, to avoid that "problem," I sent them my address via WhatsApp, along with my real-time location, for an entire hour. Don't buy from here!! The staff are incredibly rude, and to top it all off, they deliver whenever they feel like it.

We ordered delivery and the rolls arrived in terrible condition, completely torn to pieces. They were impossible to pick up individually because they fell apart. The fried coating was also very bad, overcooked and too hard. The rice also had a somewhat rancid taste; it seemed like they sent us reheated rolls from the previous day. Awful.

Terrible service. We ordered delivery, and two hours later, they told me the girl mistook the order and it was due for pickup in-store. I should mention that I messaged them twice to find out if the delivery person was already on their way or if they had any questions so I could direct them. They first replied that the delivery person was already on their way and that they had no questions about the address. Finally, they told me they didn't write down the address. How annoying!

Before, the sushi wouldn't fit on the tray; now it comes in tiny portions, it's soggy when you chew it, it's not crispy, and on top of that, it takes over an hour to get your order. I used to order almost every day, and now I'm disappointed with the service and the food.
